McDonald's in Perth & Kinross

Shanika is a delightful member of staff. Very pleasant and happy even at 7.30 in the morning.

Ordered my food from drive thru waited 40 mins for a meal went twice inside to ask where my order is was told to wait back in the parking bay and they would bring my food out . The girl that I spoke to was very rude. Really bad management. Rude staff

Was very busy when I went, but food arrived at a reasonable time. Pritty standard McDonald's.

Food was alright, service was undeniably decent but the toilets are a disaster, someone needs to clean them because its an absolute state. I’d rather do my business in the center of the buchanan bus station then that absolute tip. Typical perth public services though.

Surprising to find one of the only McDonald's that doesn't seem to have turned into a delivery hub.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 I would, customer service is a joke. Was asked to park and wait and they wouldn't be long. Watched cars after cars recieve their food, we wiated 40mins before catching someone and asking where our food was to be told they weren't aware of it. We eventually recieved it after waiting an hour. Barely packed the chips, gave us the wrong burger ordered a chilli one and was given a plain cheese burger. Asked for 6 nuggets recieved 4. Only good part was that the chips were hot and salty, but the lack of them is the default. Save your money and time and find another McDonald's. All the best x

Rubbish all over the place, toilets with no toilet roll and half cleaned. Food wasn't the usual standard either. Disapointing visit. I've been in the past and none of these issues.

Worst McDonald's in the country, never anything ready, always have to wait comical lengths of time for the most basic orders. Always asked to find a space no matter how busy it is.

Today around half 5 at night I walked into McDonald's placed my order as usual and greeted with an amazing view! Your general manager I believe walking around with the shortest skirt on, leaning over the counters collecting the food and bagging the food. As she was leaning over you could actually see everything! I mean basically what she had for breakfast, Young teenagers having a good look and talking about it, know what they'll be doing at night! But if anyone wants a burger with a strip tease McDonald's is the place to be!

That is the very worst experience Iv ever had at McDonald’s!! The manager should be sacked alongside half of his staff. After waiting 52 minutes for my food, they got my order wrong “ as usual “, my food was cold “ as usual “. The great thing about it is I will never be back so this will never happen to me again. Where do they get these people??

Had a member of staff talk to me like a fool all over a cold coffee. disgusting customer service, wish I'd taken her name, but I was too angry and had to get away from her before I said something I'd regret.

Home delivery. Food cold. Took 90 minutes to arrive. Manager Isobel couldn’t give a hoot. Absolutely crap.

I don't like posting poor reviews but this one gets a mention as this McDonald's restaurant seems to bend the rules for service excellence that the franchise excels at. The uniformity of product and service across franchisees defines Mcdonalds but here, sadly, standards appear to be slipping. Messy with poor front desk, order, stock and floor management. The food was fine. The car park notably tight for space and hazardous to pedestrians.

Poor worst maccies I've had in years

It’s just disappointing these days and only really for emergency nibbles. Every fast food outlet that also delivers is suffering now they just can’t keep up, with inexperienced workers and just off the boat delivery drivers. Quality of food is just non existent if you get a good meal it’s just a fluke, the burgers are definitely shrinking the prices are definitely up. Tried that McRib today the holy grail of McDonald’s cuisine…. It was pathetic it’s my own fault for getting sucked into the advertising I remember one I had years ago it was hot and covered in sauce and just a tasty piece of meat. This thing might have been a slipper days before it got seasoned I don’t know.

The usual, just often crowded due to the proximity to the A9. Oct24 edit: The touchscreen are ALWAYS out of receipt paper. Men toilets rarely clean.

Missed 2 large fries from our order. But we managed to go back and get them without any issue. My strawberry milkshake tasted like banana. It’s as if they filled it half way with banana then realised it was supposed to be strawberry so they just put it on top. Double quarter pounder tasted nice though

Avoid this place at night, it’s a shambles. Been in the cue for 40 minutes cars are beeping there horns. There’s no one on the till no one at the serving counter no one to be seen 😂

As per usual done out of money as food out of my order has been missed again. The staff that work here can barely count the fingers in their hand by the looks of it. Made me park up for half my order and missed out on the other half. And forgot my juice absolute shambles

Got a crispy chicken meal, what an absolute disgrace, The small size of the bun is bad enough, but the chicken was even smaller! Has really put me off McDonald’s big time.

Food was all incorrect. No one even waited around to see it wasn’t correct, they dumped at my door and ran away before I could get there. All my order was without cheese and I got a full order of heavily cheese based items.

Went in for a bacon roll that took 15 mins to come and it wasn't even close to being busy, so much for fast food.

in general, i quiete like maccies but what idiots are working here? i got a side salad with no cucumber and had to send it back like three times to get it right, fries came unsalted and milkshake flavours were mixed. we ordered chocolate and it had vanilla in it. we also ordered a banana and it had chocalate in it. additionaly staff was rather rude. im disappointed. never going back again 😖😖

It's s McDonald's. Love or hate it, that's your choice. It's purpose is a quick bite to eat not necessarily the quality or awesomeness of the food. Where it matters is the speed of the service and if the food is fresh/warm. In this case, yes!

Absolutely useless, every time orders are wrong or stone cold. Can’t even include the items you’ve paid for then have the cheek to question it.

Both the McDonalds in Perth are useless at putting in straws and dips, i don't think i have ever received and order with them in. It really is ridiculous that it is every time.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Stopped here after driving down from the highlands. Order took 30 minutes - after we had to ask for an update on where it was - I think it would’ve took longer if we didn’t bother to ask for an update. Keep in mind we still had a 5 hour journey to go (and we wanted to stop for something quick) and it was 9pm by this point and we had arrived at around 8:20. McDonald’s takes max 15 minutes - need to organise their staff better. Heard the managerYelled at them 3 times no good outcome from that clearly. Milkshakes were melted and hot drinks were COLD. We requested for the chips to be filled because of how long we waited and we still had to instruct them to fill them as they weren’t full. Should’ve checked the reviews before coming here. AVOID unless you love waiting for everyone else’s food (who ordered after you) to come before yours.

Delivery driver was greater, but Justeat is a shitshow. You didn't have my address on the delivery as is on my profile, and you had a completely alien mobile number attached to it. It's basic programming, how is that hard?

McDonald’s is famously the same all around the world. But somehow, this was the worst McDonald’s breakfast we’ve had anywhere in the world. The pancakes were rubbery, almost impossible to cut and really chewy. The muffins were overcooked and they forgot any cutlery. The coffee was passable for McDonalds.

Just eat maps is wrong and does not show my accurate addresses so my foid is always late or undelivered. Even the nores i keave for drivers gets ignoored ao please sort my adress on your map software abd deliver to my front door like i pay for.

They were out of chicken nuggets share boxes! Travelled in the middle of the night for 15miles with the munchies to have a share box and got none! Had to come home and cook!
