Is there a McD anywhere in the UK where the shake machine actually works????

Some place this,nobody willing to come to the counter to take your order,the one who finally reluctantly made their way over could barely speak English&seemed incapable of taking a basic order.dreadful

Used the app for collection at drive thru. Parked in bay 1. Wrong order brought after 15 minutes. 10 minutes later another wrong order was brought to the car which was basically thrown through the window and the guy ran away. I had to take the order back in store. A manager came to the counter, I explained what was happening. He put the wrong order in beside the fries to keep warm (good luck to whoever that order was for!). He then brought yet another wrong order to the counter for me. The manager then disappeared for 10-15 minutes. When I eventually got his attention again, I cancelled my order and got a refund. There was no explanation as to why my order had vanished off the face of the earth ( maybe the Hamburglar is back in town?). While I was waiting at the counter, I overheard other people having the same problem. Can't rate the food because I didn't get any. Maybe whoever enjoyed my Cheesy McCrispy can do the food rating? I won't even give the atmosphere a ⭐ because the place was full of hangry folks. I'm pretty sure as I left the place someone threw a cheeseburger (extra pickles and onions) at the fancy screen behind the counter! Madness!

Half of the menu was unavailable. Once i decided what i wanted , the order came wrong. Supposed to be a major fast food chain but cant even get the basics down. Disappointed

It was really noisy with chip pan alarms going off all the time. It spoilt my enjoyment of my lovely chicken wrap. But my granddaughter was happy she had 2 burgers and played on the tablets that are available for kids to use.

Cold porridge and sausage in a vegetarian pancake/syrup. 20 min wait.

The dips were missing from my order, which also happened the last time I ordered from this branch of McDonalds

The bleeping fryers were intensely irritating going off non stop

Ordered food here last night. Ordered on app and went through Drive Through. Told to pull into bay and wait, after being given an Irn Bru and a blueberry muffin (I ordered two cokes) just thought I’d ask to have this corrected when my food came out…I waited over 35 minutes. Others being given their food and away having been sat for 5 minutes. I gave up waiting in the car and went inside the restaurant. Explained I was given the wrong drink and still waiting on an app order in my car and I had been sat for over 35 minutes. I was asked my code about 4 times and the guy kept disappearing in the back, clearly having absolutely no idea what to do with this information. No one came over to apologise or even advise that my order was being made I stood and waited for another 10+ minutes, again, no one came over with any food and by this point it was getting close to AN HOUR since I had ordered my food. The guy I spoke to inside the restaurant kept coming over to serve other customers but never spoke to me about what was happening with my order. I genuinely think he was just hoping I’d go away because he had no idea what I was talking about I gave up and left, having never received any food. I ended up going to Dunkeld and was served within 5 minutes, meaning I had to pay for my dinner twice last night due to complete incompetence I wasn’t the only one who walked out having never received their order either. A women parked next to me was waiting over 30 minutes, went inside, came back out after 10 minutes with no food in her hands and said she was giving up and leaving Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s I’ve always had to wait 20-25 minutes for my food. Never ever coming back. I’ll be going to Dunkeld.

Original delivery time was 25-40 minutes. The arrival time kept changing every few minutes and it eventually arrived 1hr and 23 minutes after ordering. This meal was our daughter's birthday tea request. She finally ate at 7.15pm - unacceptable but sadly the norm from this McDonald's branch.

Didn’t get half the food and what food was delivered was the wrong items

30 min late with order. Driver said he had received it but was told to wait for other order so he waited 30 minutes. He asked them to re make our order but they said no.

burgers we're squashed, kids drinks was the wrong drink? chips are freezing and there were no straws and I ordered a milkshake

ordered about 1245 arrived 1630, Had notification about 320 saying delivered but it wasn't. Tried to cancel, impossible to find way to do it. Understand weather was poor but this service was unacceptable

This is the worst McDonalds i have ever been in! me and my son called in for a breakfast and had to wait around 15-20 minutes for a cheesy flatbread and a bacon roll. When asked why it was taking so long our reply was there being made fresh, FRESH!!! Everything was cold and the bread was hard and stale, Defiantly not fresh. The staff was to busy outside trying to have a deal for a mountain bike rather than serving customers, If i could i would give it less than 1 start. Its fair to say that the food didnt get eaten and thrown away.

Missing one of the meals? How can you even get it wrong? Its listed for you. Unless thats the whole idea, as some folks wouldnt complain so they get even more money for an extremely small amount of food. Should be ashamed to put this out tbh

Dont think I have actually had an order fully correct.. usually dips are missing and tonight along with missing dips, the bottom half of my burger was in the burger box..the other half was just in the bag. not great

Ordered my food from drive thru waited 40 mins for a meal went twice inside to ask where my order is was told to wait back in the parking bay and they would bring my food out . The girl that I spoke to was very rude. Really bad management. Rude staff

Was very busy when I went, but food arrived at a reasonable time. Pritty standard McDonald's.

Food was alright, service was undeniably decent but the toilets are a disaster, someone needs to clean them because its an absolute state. I’d rather do my business in the center of the buchanan bus station then that absolute tip. Typical perth public services though.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 I would, customer service is a joke. Was asked to park and wait and they wouldn't be long. Watched cars after cars recieve their food, we wiated 40mins before catching someone and asking where our food was to be told they weren't aware of it. We eventually recieved it after waiting an hour. Barely packed the chips, gave us the wrong burger ordered a chilli one and was given a plain cheese burger. Asked for 6 nuggets recieved 4. Only good part was that the chips were hot and salty, but the lack of them is the default. Save your money and time and find another McDonald's. All the best x

Rubbish all over the place, toilets with no toilet roll and half cleaned. Food wasn't the usual standard either. Disapointing visit. I've been in the past and none of these issues.

Worst McDonald's in the country, never anything ready, always have to wait comical lengths of time for the most basic orders. Always asked to find a space no matter how busy it is.

Today around half 5 at night I walked into McDonald's placed my order as usual and greeted with an amazing view! Your general manager I believe walking around with the shortest skirt on, leaning over the counters collecting the food and bagging the food. As she was leaning over you could actually see everything! I mean basically what she had for breakfast, Young teenagers having a good look and talking about it, know what they'll be doing at night! But if anyone wants a burger with a strip tease McDonald's is the place to be!

Only had 5 things in my order and delivery driver turned up with one- I refused the order. They should be banned from all food order apps until they learn how to read what people have ordered.

McDonald’s workers chucked in whatever they had left received nothing we ordered. Went to speak to McDonald’s manager did nothing to help shocking service. Ordered McMuffins, juices, hash browns and pancake and sausage. Gave us a normal pancakes and a couple hash browns.

This is not first time my order is missing food. Ordered two large mcrispy meals only received one and no bacon no salad no sauce on it just fillet. Its last time i have ordered from them. Avoid

I don't like posting poor reviews but this one gets a mention as this McDonald's restaurant seems to bend the rules for service excellence that the franchise excels at. The uniformity of product and service across franchisees defines Mcdonalds but here, sadly, standards appear to be slipping. Messy with poor front desk, order, stock and floor management. The food was fine. The car park notably tight for space and hazardous to pedestrians.

Only note is that drivers should read notes otherwise whats the point of them?

Very busy place. Toilets are far too small for waiting. Servers call number once and leave food sitting instead of calling same number again

It’s just disappointing these days and only really for emergency nibbles. Every fast food outlet that also delivers is suffering now they just can’t keep up, with inexperienced workers and just off the boat delivery drivers. Quality of food is just non existent if you get a good meal it’s just a fluke, the burgers are definitely shrinking the prices are definitely up. Tried that McRib today the holy grail of McDonald’s cuisine…. It was pathetic it’s my own fault for getting sucked into the advertising I remember one I had years ago it was hot and covered in sauce and just a tasty piece of meat. This thing might have been a slipper days before it got seasoned I don’t know.

Not exactly hard to get right is it, take a bag from A-B for distance of about 4 miles, the fact your looking for a rating is bizarre but you enjoy those 5 stars… very well earned 😳

The usual, just often crowded due to the proximity to the A9. Oct24 edit: The touchscreen are ALWAYS out of receipt paper. Men toilets rarely clean.

Missed 2 large fries from our order. But we managed to go back and get them without any issue. My strawberry milkshake tasted like banana. It’s as if they filled it half way with banana then realised it was supposed to be strawberry so they just put it on top. Double quarter pounder tasted nice though

As per usual done out of money as food out of my order has been missed again. The staff that work here can barely count the fingers in their hand by the looks of it. Made me park up for half my order and missed out on the other half. And forgot my juice absolute shambles

Food was all incorrect. No one even waited around to see it wasn’t correct, they dumped at my door and ran away before I could get there. All my order was without cheese and I got a full order of heavily cheese based items.

Went in for a bacon roll that took 15 mins to come and it wasn't even close to being busy, so much for fast food.
