McDonald's in Perth & Kinross

Clean store. Food was super hot and fresh fries. Plenty of seating.

Food was hot and tasty and the service was great from the staff but I had to run for a shit and the state of the place really yanks my rating down... Had to shit in the disabled toilet and even that was gipping. I should have taken photos.

Visited at three different times across a weekend I was staying across the road. On all occasions I was told the McFlurry machine was broken/changing the milk/closed for cleaning. Staff seemed unsure about the reasons. Felt like they were lying.

Ordered 2 breakfast rolls and a flat bread with free hash brown. Got the free hash brown and flatbread but no breakfast rolls?? There’s absolutely no way this was accidental!! Have requested refund.

Took 16 minutes for our food to arrive. We actually just got out of the car and went in and took it from them because they were taking ages. Staff were apologetic but even then. Do better!

Absolutely awful experience - items were missing and the items that were there were inedible as the food was freezing cold - seemed like it had been siting out for at least 30 minutes, also drinks had fallen over in the paper bag and caused the bag to be wet and when i lifted the bag everything fell out. Now have to order from another restaurant and awaiting refund from JustEat - awful.

Being so close to the Broxden roundabout means it’s a good pitstop for hungry north and southbound travellers. Didn’t have to wait too time for food.

Well me and some distant relatives met up and I suggested hmm let’s get something to eat at McDonald’s and they agree so we go in and already there’s an employee swinging his whole body around singing the song that was on the speakers and a group of kids were laughing hysterically at him and it seemed he was enjoying it.. I thought oh well maybe he’s just feeling himself but as he walks over to a table with a tray of food I am watching him in concern at this point as he sniffs the food right in front of the woman’s face and says “WELL! THIS IS F***’IN RIGHT AINT IT BABES” and does a very weird and disturbing shimmy afterwards. I was concerned so I go up to the front desk to try tell one of his co workers what the hell is going on but as I tell someone he waddles over and starts verbally abusing me. I am not going to say the things he said to me but it was horrifying and not suitable or appropriate in a workspace or to be said near Children. Safe to say I will not be going back here

Ice cream was shockin, absaloutly nothing in it. I ordered a festive galaxy caramel McFlurry and there was absalouty no caramel and no galaxy what so every i dont know where all the gallaxy and caramel bits went but they probs went to the galaxy because there was none in my McFlurry!!! This better get sorted before i go and get a job at mcdonalds and fix it myself.

Used the app for collection at drive thru. Parked in bay 1. Wrong order brought after 15 minutes. 10 minutes later another wrong order was brought to the car which was basically thrown through the window and the guy ran away. I had to take the order back in store. A manager came to the counter, I explained what was happening. He put the wrong order in beside the fries to keep warm (good luck to whoever that order was for!). He then brought yet another wrong order to the counter for me. The manager then disappeared for 10-15 minutes. When I eventually got his attention again, I cancelled my order and got a refund. There was no explanation as to why my order had vanished off the face of the earth ( maybe the Hamburglar is back in town?). While I was waiting at the counter, I overheard other people having the same problem. Can't rate the food because I didn't get any. Maybe whoever enjoyed my Cheesy McCrispy can do the food rating? I won't even give the atmosphere a ⭐ because the place was full of hangry folks. I'm pretty sure as I left the place someone threw a cheeseburger (extra pickles and onions) at the fancy screen behind the counter! Madness!

It was really noisy with chip pan alarms going off all the time. It spoilt my enjoyment of my lovely chicken wrap. But my granddaughter was happy she had 2 burgers and played on the tablets that are available for kids to use.

Ordered food here last night. Ordered on app and went through Drive Through. Told to pull into bay and wait, after being given an Irn Bru and a blueberry muffin (I ordered two cokes) just thought I’d ask to have this corrected when my food came out…I waited over 35 minutes. Others being given their food and away having been sat for 5 minutes. I gave up waiting in the car and went inside the restaurant. Explained I was given the wrong drink and still waiting on an app order in my car and I had been sat for over 35 minutes. I was asked my code about 4 times and the guy kept disappearing in the back, clearly having absolutely no idea what to do with this information. No one came over to apologise or even advise that my order was being made I stood and waited for another 10+ minutes, again, no one came over with any food and by this point it was getting close to AN HOUR since I had ordered my food. The guy I spoke to inside the restaurant kept coming over to serve other customers but never spoke to me about what was happening with my order. I genuinely think he was just hoping I’d go away because he had no idea what I was talking about I gave up and left, having never received any food. I ended up going to Dunkeld and was served within 5 minutes, meaning I had to pay for my dinner twice last night due to complete incompetence I wasn’t the only one who walked out having never received their order either. A women parked next to me was waiting over 30 minutes, went inside, came back out after 10 minutes with no food in her hands and said she was giving up and leaving Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s I’ve always had to wait 20-25 minutes for my food. Never ever coming back. I’ll be going to Dunkeld.

Original delivery time was 25-40 minutes. The arrival time kept changing every few minutes and it eventually arrived 1hr and 23 minutes after ordering. This meal was our daughter's birthday tea request. She finally ate at 7.15pm - unacceptable but sadly the norm from this McDonald's branch.

30 min late with order. Driver said he had received it but was told to wait for other order so he waited 30 minutes. He asked them to re make our order but they said no.

ordered about 1245 arrived 1630, Had notification about 320 saying delivered but it wasn't. Tried to cancel, impossible to find way to do it. Understand weather was poor but this service was unacceptable

This is the worst McDonalds i have ever been in! me and my son called in for a breakfast and had to wait around 15-20 minutes for a cheesy flatbread and a bacon roll. When asked why it was taking so long our reply was there being made fresh, FRESH!!! Everything was cold and the bread was hard and stale, Defiantly not fresh. The staff was to busy outside trying to have a deal for a mountain bike rather than serving customers, If i could i would give it less than 1 start. Its fair to say that the food didnt get eaten and thrown away.

Missing one of the meals? How can you even get it wrong? Its listed for you. Unless thats the whole idea, as some folks wouldnt complain so they get even more money for an extremely small amount of food. Should be ashamed to put this out tbh

Food was alright, service was undeniably decent but the toilets are a disaster, someone needs to clean them because its an absolute state. I’d rather do my business in the center of the buchanan bus station then that absolute tip. Typical perth public services though.

Surprising to find one of the only McDonald's that doesn't seem to have turned into a delivery hub.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 I would, customer service is a joke. Was asked to park and wait and they wouldn't be long. Watched cars after cars recieve their food, we wiated 40mins before catching someone and asking where our food was to be told they weren't aware of it. We eventually recieved it after waiting an hour. Barely packed the chips, gave us the wrong burger ordered a chilli one and was given a plain cheese burger. Asked for 6 nuggets recieved 4. Only good part was that the chips were hot and salty, but the lack of them is the default. Save your money and time and find another McDonald's. All the best x

Rubbish all over the place, toilets with no toilet roll and half cleaned. Food wasn't the usual standard either. Disapointing visit. I've been in the past and none of these issues.

Worst McDonald's in the country, never anything ready, always have to wait comical lengths of time for the most basic orders. Always asked to find a space no matter how busy it is.

Today around half 5 at night I walked into McDonald's placed my order as usual and greeted with an amazing view! Your general manager I believe walking around with the shortest skirt on, leaning over the counters collecting the food and bagging the food. As she was leaning over you could actually see everything! I mean basically what she had for breakfast, Young teenagers having a good look and talking about it, know what they'll be doing at night! But if anyone wants a burger with a strip tease McDonald's is the place to be!

The order was late and the food was cold! Not good enough when you are spending nearly £50 on a treat. Not happy and would like a refund.

McDonald’s workers chucked in whatever they had left received nothing we ordered. Went to speak to McDonald’s manager did nothing to help shocking service. Ordered McMuffins, juices, hash browns and pancake and sausage. Gave us a normal pancakes and a couple hash browns.

That is the very worst experience Iv ever had at McDonald’s!! The manager should be sacked alongside half of his staff. After waiting 52 minutes for my food, they got my order wrong “ as usual “, my food was cold “ as usual “. The great thing about it is I will never be back so this will never happen to me again. Where do they get these people??
