Fish and chips was 10/10 shop was busy but still got our order in 10 minutes

Staff are incredible from top to bottom an absolute credit to the community

Popped in after work and it was really good as well as fairly quick. Staff were nice if a bit quiet though it was fairly late.

I've only ever used this place a couple of times, but I certainly won't be back. Not the most hygienic of places. The "chef" handled my order with a manky looking elastoplast on a finger, with no gloves. Bloody terrible service. I've seen cleaner looking big issue sellers down by the lade side. DISGUSTING place.

Usually a great experience but tonight the delivery took over an hour and a half. One of our pizzas was missing, the shop made no attempt to contact us after explaining to the delivery driver. Tried to phone over 10 times to no answer. Lost a customer.

Ordered at like 1800, was accepted and told wont be till 1950. Gets to 2000 and they just cancel the order

this place is an absoulute joke, takes orders on that they can’t even fulfill? And then to have the cheek to close the line off after saying they would check for us🤣. Do not order from here at all costs!!

No even a one star. Ordered before they closed. Delivery had been sat at “arriving soon” for 2 hours!!! Phoned and they said they would check where our order was and would phone back. They never phoned back and have ignored every other call!!! 2 deserts we ordered. Raging!! No refund or nothing absolutely robbed.

Great staff. Always cheerfully friendly. Good food at reasonable prices and the "Hog wrap" is fantastic!!

Really good take away. Defo recommend. Hopefully be back soon, maybe next week when we come back thru Perth. Ordered again tonight. Turned up to collect order and it was closed, then received a message telling me order was cancelled, would have been handy if I'd received that before I'd went to collect

Is this under new management? It was about an hour late, cold and pretty much inedible. The desi munchbox had items that were different than stated in the menu. The kebab had no sauce on it. Pizza was disgusting. We ordered 2 chilli sauce but we got 1 chilli and 1 garlic. It cost over £10 for delivery so we definitely will not order again.

My go to pizza place, only one in Perth I'll use as they will cook to specifications requested over call order.

Very disappointing. Ordered pizzas for delivery took three and a half hours to deliver(was freezing). They told us the delivery man had broken down and will be out ASAP but when they delivery man arrived he said he never had broken down.

Had a donner kebab from Must Eat on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 and it was the BEST kebab I have ever had, superb and highly recommended 🙏

Absolute joke! Demanding money back! Clearly states I didn't want onion on the pizza due to an allergy. The notes were on their own must eat app. Got a blunt reply on the phone when trying to get money back. Very angry, no customer service!

I have enjoyed several amazing meals from Must Eat. Always on time and hot on arrival. Amazing deals and quality of food excellent. The staff members are also very polite and friendly.

Popped in for a portion of chips and the staff were all being careful with safe practices in place. Chips took a brief moment but they were piping hot and fresh, will most likely pop in again in the future

DO NOT ORDER. Disgusting pizzas on raw dough. Overpriced and underwhelming. You'd be better off putting a frozen pizza in your oven.

Ordered a 12" munchie box, not only did it not have all the food it should have, it was so empty the box underneath was showing more than the food! So disappointed considering the price they charge for the 12". We will not be going here again and advising others to stay away.

Have never been before. ..abd although outside looks a bit rough due to vandalized windows.....it looks clean n tidy inside. .. a beautiful fresh made nan for the nicest meat I've had in years. ...tasty n not fatty. ..really good

The food is lovely and reasonably priced. They have even been known to throw in extras for loyal customers or large orders.

Fish and chips was clearly oven fish from a supermarket deep fried. Smelled awful and tasted even worse. Probably the worst takeaway experience of my life. Utterly disgusting in every way.

Inconsistent products. Have ordered several times either through Deliveroo or Just Eat and each time what you get is different. It's normally thrown together and rarely tastes fresh. Donner meat always feels and tastes like it's been sitting under a hot light or something similar all day or what makes me really feel sick is that it's reheated. Will be unlikely to order again because when you call to complain you're told to call just eat or deliveroo and they really don't care.

We ordered here for our 1st time as heard food was so good !!! And indeed it was , i had the chicken salad box and chips and garlic sauce it was so gd i ate the lot lol!!!🤣 My partner had the lamb donner kebab and said it was the best one hes ever had we reccomend this lovely place and nice staff to who ever gives it a try you wont be dissapointed and we will both be back this wk end for our next order!!!😁👍 Kev & ELAINE PERTH👍

Got a delivery. Paid online but when driver came to door he was looking for an extra £1.50..this was paid for online...never stated that driver gets extra £1.50 when he arrives. We ordered a king nan and received 4 pieces of chicken. Never receive the extra sauce i paid for. The food is lovely just a pity they got things very wrong. Would rather try and find somewhere else that don't demand extra money from you.

Ordered at 7.35pm, delivered at 9.15pm. Phoned to see where delivery was at 9.05pm, was told they were busy, food would be soon and they hung up before we could reply! When food arrived was cold and delivery driver disappeared before we could say anything, salad not best when you have to microwave food, then again wife’s salad consisted of 2 bits of cucumber, red onion and lemon!! Shocking service and such a shame as it was a treat from our daughter with her hard earned wages🤨😡

We were visiting Perth while staying in Crieff and the kids were dying for a takeaway. Mosy were closed, but Must Eat was open and although they opened at 3 pm the Manager was kind enough to take our order. Food was tasty and the family enjoyed their meal. Even after the 30 min journey back to Crieff it was still hot.

Have to admit this is the best kebabs in Perth. Not the usual on a pitta bread, but a fresh nan bread. Really nice, pizzas are lovely too. Haven't had a bad order yet. Any time we've had a delivery it always arrives early.

Ordered from here. Order was incorrect the first time around. The second time it was delivered the food was undercooked and inedible. Would not eat hear even if if it was free. If possible this would be 0/5. 1/5.

Was in the area and decided to check this place out. They open at 4pm. Had to wait 15-20 min for order which I didn’t mind as it would mean it’s cooked fresh. Had two curry dishes chef special which was ok and you get a huge naan with it. Also had some fried wings they was a good size not too small. With chunky chips. Overall average for this type of food prices was ok not too expensive and not too cheap either

My Pregnant Wife and I had been out for tea with family and unfortunately my unborn baby is still being fussy with food and throwing everything back out On our way back to the hotel we popped into must eat as they had just closed and the gentleman behind the counter not only gave my Pregnant Wife some hot left over chips for free he also put some cheese in for her as we had no cash or change. TOP man, a true gent and very generous making a pregnant lady very happy. Thank you

Been watching the calories and after 4 weeks of dieting decided to treat myself to a pizza after being out with friends. I wish I’d never bothered. It looked really tasty but that was about it. Bland, tasteless and a big disappointment. I won’t be back

My order cannot reflect entirely on must eat. I ordered through the just eat app. On the app it clearly states they open at 12.45 - I placed an order, for as soon as possible at approximately 11.30. I received an update, saying my food would be ready at 3.30, then eventually 4pm. At 4.10, I called the restaurant, who could not sound less interested. They said they opened at 3, then 3.30, and 4. I fail to believe they can open 3 times in the space of an hour, but that's what was told to me. I asked where my food was, and explained the situation. He didn't seem interested in the reputation of his establishment, just wanted me to cancel the order, or wait for my food. He said I would need to contact just eat for a refund, which I eventually did, just couldn't be bothered after waiting for 5+hours. In short, I have been unsatisfied with their service, and won't be ordering from them ever again.
