If I could put 0 stars I would. Food was all cold and uncooked. Driver almost ran me over because of the speed she was travelling when entering the racecourse parking lot. Absolutely shocking service will never use just eat.

The food quality was generally alright, however the chips had an earthy taste to them and the fish batter was quite elastic rather than crisp. The online deliver tracker said it had been delivered a full 15 minutes before the food arrived..

almost 2 hours to deliver, lettuce was old and discoloured, doner meat was old (dry on one side), chips tasted like they were reheated, the "extra" pepperoni was not extra. very disappointed, will not order again

Delivery took 26 mins from app telling me it on way due to driver not known where he was going end up 10 mins away and wondered why could find me, plus all food was soggy and cold by time I got this

Never showed up. Claiming they delivered at 2:15 this morning and waited till 2:45 but never showed and still took my money.

Popped in after work and it was really good as well as fairly quick. Staff were nice if a bit quiet though it was fairly late.

Arrived 50 minutes late. Chips were so undercooked some were still crunchy! Barely any cheese on them. The 2 pizzas were like chewing cardboard. One pizza had a very large, sharp piece of clear plastic hidden amongst the topping. Thankfully I found it before swallowing or it could have caused serious damage! This used to be our favourite takeaway but the last few orders have been well below standard. Will never return and have asked JustEat for a refund. Used to recommend now recommend it’s avoi

I've only ever used this place a couple of times, but I certainly won't be back. Not the most hygienic of places. The "chef" handled my order with a manky looking elastoplast on a finger, with no gloves. Bloody terrible service. I've seen cleaner looking big issue sellers down by the lade side. DISGUSTING place.

Driver got lost. Rang 4 times to ask directions. No food..... went back to restaurant

Order was slightly late as driver didn't have a clue where our house was,he was outside a few times and left and came back again and left,I had to go out onto the street to stop him.

Happy with the food and delivery time but not the delivery driver. He kept trying to see me put the code in to get back in the building. He then left and sat in his car, until I exited the building again and he followed me to the bike shed where I ate my food and vaped, and was asking me lots of personal questions such as where I live, and trying to look at my phone.

Great, tasty food! Delivery was early which made it even better with a friendly driver too.

The driver obviously got lost as by the time we got the food the chips were cold, the onion rings were soggy the food was in the wrong boxes and the fish cake was disgusting The only saving grace was the kebab meat but for nearly £32 I expected much better Not sure I’ll be ordering from you again

Despite a ridiculous £8.99 delivery charge the driver thought it reasonable to question why there was no extra tip. If the delivery fee was more reasonable I would feel more happy tipping the driver, even though the food arrived 15mins after the agreed time. The food itself has always been great however. They just need to sort out the delivery charges so that the drivers are t begging for tips at your door.

Charging £1 for a carrier bag is disgusting. And charging to put tomato sauce on a pizza is just as bad. Last time I ever use this place.

I’ve ordered from these guys quite a few times and every single time they provide excellent service! Delivery was super quick, 20 mins on a Friday night? And it’s not like I live next door to them. Food is always super hot and covered in tinfoil to maintain that heat, why can’t more takeaways do that? It’s such a simple thing to do but it makes a massive difference to the quality of the food. And you can tell they actually care about what they are selling, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had chips from a takeaway and not feel like I’m biting down on hot wet cardboard Not only that but the delivery guys are always so nice to me, which I highly appreciate. It’s the small thing that matter Excellent as always guys! Also btw I never do reviews on just eat but they deserve this one

This is definitely the best place in Perth to get your calzone (mixed meat). Easily enough for two to share (or for one person over two nights). Throw in a portion of curly fries. You won't be disappointed. Was advised that food would take 60-75 minutes to arrive, but it all arrived in the 30 minute mark.

Unfortunately the driver had trouble finding the house ( this happens a lot 🙄 ) but he found us eventually and everything tasted good ( especially the mushrooms 😋 )

No even a one star. Ordered before they closed. Delivery had been sat at “arriving soon” for 2 hours!!! Phoned and they said they would check where our order was and would phone back. They never phoned back and have ignored every other call!!! 2 deserts we ordered. Raging!! No refund or nothing absolutely robbed.

I was quite disappointed with the meal to be absolutely honest. What it seemed to be my favourite Friday eatery in Perth went down the hill to I don’t think I will be ordering again. The food made was not up to standards. I’m not entirely sure if the place is under new management or what but since the last couple of months it’s not getting any better, quite opposite tbh. The only saving grace today was the early delivery but other than that I would go elsewhere.

Great food, arrived piping hot and was very tasty. I had the donner kebab and salad. I was impressed by the freshness of the salad! Partner had the cheese burger and chips he said it was great as always. Definitely recommend!

The pizzas were great, loaded with toppings and well cooked, the delivery also arrived faster than expected which was a bonus especially since we’re outside of Perth. We’ll certainly look to order again in future.

This was simply the worst meal we've had from Must Eat. The chips were over cooked and inedible, most of the meat dry and not very hot. My wife enjoyed the chicken tikka. The best thing was the garlic sauce. This meal was a complete waste of money. We ordered a 12" munchie box and only received a 10" box. The only good thing was the meal was delivered on time. We will think long and hard about using Must Eat again after this disappointment.

Quality food with reasonable price

This is getting ridiculous! How can I “ enjoy “ my food when it hasn’t even arrived yet 🤨 we’ve used this service several times and every other time it’s either delivered to the wrong house or not at all, the only saving grace this time is I chose to pay in cash so at least I don’t have to fight to get my money back if the food doesn’t come 😠

Order was late by 20mins, staff, when I called, apologised. Food eventually arrived somewhat cold and, kebab was pretty measly having only 6 small Pieces of chicken in it and some greasy burned chips. Wouldn’t have a problem with it being Late if it wasn’t so lacklustre for £10

Order pizza and porka and Coke only coke and porka arrived but great there straight on it and made me a fresh pizza at no extra charge

All the food was amazing especially the German Kebab.
