Chips cold, milkshake was half cup, burger was hot

no straws or dip with our order.

Both meals were missing the toy. Very disappointing for my little one

Only issue I have is didn’t get my Minecraft collectible with my two Big Mac Minecraft meals ,ordered this specifically to get collectible for my grandsons

missing 3 items from 5 item delivery!

Wrong size chips sent, 2 Minecraft toys missing and no sauces for sharing nuggets. Absolute shambles. Not the first time either.

Order was missing a milkshake and the Minecraft collectible which was the main reason for ordering. McDonald's is always missing items. Absolutely terrible service.

Food was cold, original estimate was 20 mins but took over an hour just to get started. sauces missing, burgers overcooked. I get a craving for mcds every once in a while but I'm almost always underwhelmed, tonight was a really poor showing. I guess that'll teach me to order late on a Saturday.

Absolutely freezing cold ice cream was melted smoothies were half full and I was given a big mac instead of a philly cheese stack (I'm allergic to big mac sauce) the 3 Chicken selects were the only good items every time I order ITS never good I want a refund

Orders over £60 worth and around £22 was missing.

I ordered 9 chicken nuggets meal but got delivered 6 chicken nuggets meal.

Food was lukewarm at best, they forgot my drink. And for about the 12th time, no straws for other drinks

No dips or straws, pickles on the burgers when we'd asked for them without, no mozzarella sticks, no fruit bags for the second time in a row and the happy meal chips weighed in at a grand total of 26g/32g each in their wrapper, when it should be 80g. Feels like the staff can't be bothered.

Everything was perfect they just forgot my McFlurry but it's fine

My food has not arrived, been marked as delivered, no attempt to contact me was made, following the tracker the driver did not go to the building given. customer service help has been shockingly poor

Didn’t get mc flurry and chips were cold.

The chicken nuggets were over cooked and stale and the dips were not with the order. Cheeseburgers were dry and overcooked. Terrible quality of food.

no onions on the burgers barely any cheese on the bigmac.

Great McDelivery. Chips hot, burgers with good sauce and lettuce. Vanilla shake thick and tasty. Definitely one of the better deliveries from them.

Never had to leave a review before but this meal was cold not even luke warm chicken nuggets and fries like rubber … in the bin so thanks for that 👍

driver didn't know where he was going

driver was awful, to busy on the phone to his friend, stood at door for 5 mins, and i watched him go on the phone with his friend he then tipped the bag that my drink was in and it started dripping, he then realised and started swearing and i stood at the door the whole time he had no idea i was there then walked down the road i was shouting helloooo? hello really loud but couldn't hear me because again to busy with his ear phones in he couldn't here, then had the nerve say it wasn't his fault

Half of the delivery was missing as no happy meals and all the pies were missing too so all we got was 2 meals between 4 people as the driver gave us a bag from another order number

everytime I order i put on delivery note that I live in the first block on right as you enter the street but it's always ignored or the person can't read English and I need to scream from my window like a mad man at the delivery driver from my top flat windo that he food he's walking around the street 100 times getting cold is for me it's actually not rocket science that number 10 would be near the start of the street not in the middle or the end, this really puts me off ordering food

the driver handed me one of the bags and it had coke leaking out of it dripping all over my floor, asked for extra sauce and pickles on my big mac and was given a regular big mac, the free philly cheese stack didn't have onions on and a tea spoon of cheese sauce on it, very disappointed!!

how hard is it to follow an order sheet? missing sauces. its not rocket science, literally all you have to do is read off the order. do better

Items missing so only some people got their food. Instead of an actual refund we were offered a credit note for the missing items. This doesn’t make up for only some people getting their food and having to cook anyway

I have not received my order. My driver called me and is now unreachable. The delivery address has been listed as the restaurant it is coming from, not my home address. Currently my order is classed as "delivered" when it is not. I have paid.

Ordered the double burger meal for my niece and her friend for something to eat and they didn’t put the effort to make the fries

McDonald's machine didn't print me a receipt so I went to the manager to ask where my food was I saw it on the screen for 10 minutes it suddenly disappeared The manager told me I had to show my slip I showed my bank statement they made me food but of course They cheated me out of one cheeseburger I asked him to just give me one more and he didn't do it What a disaster

Items missing again, why even bother ordering g to receive part of your order. Defeats the purpose, but still expected to pay delivery etc. turning into a bit of a joke.
