Every bit of food was cold and the condiments i had paid for didnt arrive, food had to go in the bin so it was a waste of £48

Food arrived cold, had to throw out. dissapointing.

Food didn’t arrive after being sat at the restaurant for over an hour. Why they give us codes for if the drivers deliver to the wrong address and don’t ask for code

Easy to order. Food wasn’t roasting but I gave it a quick blast in the microwave and was good. Something missing from order but that wasn’t down to Just Eat. Delivery was a reasonable time. Driver was very pleasant.

Missing McFlurry, sauce and straws for drinks. Food was lukewarm

Never got our drinks instead got what looked like a Chocolate Milkshakes

Never arrived!!!! Still waiting 3 hours later!! Can’t seem to get a refund.

The food was wonderful,fresh and hot quality definitely a five if I could rate it higher I definetly would the delivery time however wasn’t really the best as it came around 10 or 15 minutes late didn’t fault the taste though I still enjoyed and recommend it to everyone 👍

I waited at my front door for the driver in case he couldn't find my address but he was in the right area. He was friendly and efficient when he arrived.

It lists pancake and syrup on the menu not just pancakes who buys mcdonalds pancakes without syrup maybe get staff to actully check orders before they leave did they not learn that at school worse mcdoanlds in scotland chloe would not be happy

No sauce again with nuggets this happen too much

Never got the sauce I asked for in my order I asked for sweet curry dip I got salsa so clearly don’t read the order properly the delivery driver was rude wouldn’t let me speak at all absolutely ridiculous. not happy.

the fries are very dry they taste like they been sitting there for ages.

The food was left at the door without us being made aware from the delivery driver. No hot food eaten. Absolute waste of money.

Excellent service by Craig the delivery driver. Order was delivered piping hot due to his correct use of the Just Eat bag

we again never received sauces

bagging up drinks is not smart as most of mine got spilt in travel and as usual they forgot to get the sauce even though i paid for sauce

i told the driver that i forgot to change the adress and he refused to go to the correct address and left the food somewhere else

Food was prepared long before the driver arrived at the restaurant, and as such, was cold by the time it had been delivered to me.

yet again paid for barbecue sauce and got none..that's happening all the time. also chose no butter instead got no egg on both breakfast meals. fed up paying for sauce and never getting it and constant mistakes with order

Missing half the order got the food but no juice

again order has not come with condiments....you have to select what you wish to accompany the chicken nuggets, but time after time none are sent.

I didn't receive the complete order. 3 apple pie are missing.

The courier took an age to get to my house I think she had two deliveries one before mine but took my order with her that's why its cold

burgers were squashed to a pulp and chips were not cooked properly and were just mush.

Driver was excellent. friendly and polite. However all my dips were missing for 2nd time in a row, including the 2 I paid extra for. they were clearly listed on the order slip on the bag but were nowhere to be seen.

chips were absolutely awful, all were white in colour, totally under cooked.. seriously how hard is it to cook a chip!

It never arrived and im being dismissed for a refund. Delicery driver never even attempted to get into my block. Seemingly has left it at main door on the street. Not very smart move considering i didnt know it was there. Worsr service ive ever recie

The hot food (cheese bacon flatbreads)was up against chilled drinks making then cold. I ended up giving them a few minutes in the air fryer to make them acceptable. A disappointment for my usual favourite breakfast.

Driver had picked up my order but had other delivery for else where to make first so drove past my address to town then done his other delivery then drove back to McDonald’s then back to me wasn’t best please that he’s picked up my order drove past my house to then do another delivery the food was Luke warm when delivered where it could of been hot if dropped off on route very unsatisfied with this

The delivery driver swore at my mother & me because he read post code wrong or something then dropped drinks on floor

Once again as always staff have not given us the correct items and multiple missing items. Bags need to be inspected prior to taking them inside because they are always wrong. Food cold and missing

My food was never delivered to my address. Delivery arrived call me I told him my address and food never arrived. Very disappointed given I have placed numerous orders.

Went to drive through, ordered 2 McFlurrys and Philly stack meal. Got to the window, got given McFlurrys and told to park as they would take meal over. 16 mins later still sitting in the car park. McFlurrys are melting..... After 20 mins, went inside to ask about the meal. Basically got the meal and had asked to have the uneaten melted McFlurry replaced. At this point I was just wanting home, so never even asked to get the flat juice replaced. If part of the order not ready why not take it all out at the same time???

delivery was great but no Sauces and straws which is expected with McDonald's I also got the wrong burger I ordered a Philly stack and I got a chicken big mac instead for some reason an also was missing a apple pie probably won't order from here again

Bang average at best , Que up and get served after The Uber eats drivers have collected their orders first. Don’t expect cleanliness.

Ordered cheese dippers and chicken was delivered. I'm vegetarian. Chips were cold and hard and the delivery was late.

McDonald's is always missing half my order I used to work there so I know it's not a hard job I will not be returning as a customer at all the lack of attention to detail costs a few customers a week o have noticed due to hundreds of posts and hundreds of reviews

1st order they missed items then I had to reorder & the chips weren’t cooked properly.

Shocking Experience!! Our food never arrived. Tried calling 5 times no answer. Went to the establishment for them to tell me to contact JustEat because they can’t help me atall. And if I don’t get a refund it’s out of there hands. Will never order again £25 wasted.

everything was cold when it arrived which meant I had to order something else to eat as I couldn't eat it with it being cold it was the last thing I wanted to do after a 12 hour shift but I had to as I couldn't eat a cold burger and chips

Completely wrong order on the receipt and give back the food back to the driver so he can sort it out to the right customer

I ordered a breakfast roll with extra sausauge and ketchup but received a mess of a roll smothered in brown sauce with no extra sausage....

Driver was incredibly rude, said he was driving around as there was no house number on the order from McDonald’s, not the first time this us happend saying I had lost him money and he was very angry. Items also missing from order and order was cold
