Yet again just now got meal delivered with something missing !! ALL THE CHIPS !! It’s not rocket science is it !!! Awful

Went to drive through, ordered 2 McFlurrys and Philly stack meal. Got to the window, got given McFlurrys and told to park as they would take meal over. 16 mins later still sitting in the car park. McFlurrys are melting..... After 20 mins, went inside to ask about the meal. Basically got the meal and had asked to have the uneaten melted McFlurry replaced. At this point I was just wanting home, so never even asked to get the flat juice replaced. If part of the order not ready why not take it all out at the same time???

Bang average at best , Que up and get served after The Uber eats drivers have collected their orders first. Don’t expect cleanliness.

It's the only McDonald's around, so u don't have too many options. I don't enjoy the fact that takeaway drivers awaits inside. Many times they shout, and u need to sneak between them to get to the counter... not good

I'm a tourist here, the food tastes the same as at home, in Hungary. Prices are also similar.

Staff are slow, uninterested and rude

Food is always cold and staff uninterrested. You now cannot call them to complain as they have a screenblock on and evidently don’t answer unless it’s an expected call.

Great service there with lovely atmosphere and tablets for kids.

Called in on our way back home from a day trip. Very clean and fast service even at 5pm on a Monday during school holidays

This McDonalds is rotten and the staff couldn’t care less.

My family and I went into McDonald’s yesterday (13/7/23) for our tea. Unfortunately one of our children was acting up and throwing a massive tantrum. A lovely employee named Diane went above and beyond to help our situation. My wife had to take said child out to the car sooner than we were hoping leaving her fries behind to go cold. Whilst I was waiting with our other child to finish her meal, Diane brought fresh fries over in a bag to take out to my wife when we were done… Diane is an absolute credit to the McDonald’s team. Give that lady a pay rise, because there ain’t many kind souls like that in this world.

Toilets were gross, my wrap was nice and a lady bird joined us outside. Nice view of Asda.

It's mcds get a burger or don't

Stay away ran by a bunch of kids that have no clue apart from the manager who was running around doing all the work and was so nice. Was told to sit in bay and they would bring food out. Waited 40mins and then had to go in. Won’t be back.

Food was fresh and tasty, but it was a bit cold and tables were dirty.

Ok food. Wraps are very nice. Milkshakes too.

Best place if you love McDonald's

Place run ragged by groups of rude, offensive boys harassing customers and staff. One staff member tried to get them to leave, but boys were offensive to them. Management stayed away, despite being aware of problem....shocking staff welfare and support 😠

Usual MacDonalds. Staff OK and food the same. Area in large carpark, Asda, spoils the area as full of rubbish.

It's a normal McDonald's, there's not much to be said about it. It's a bit loud.

Two out of the three mixed burgers tasted strange, unsure if a new recipe, but the rolls tasted 'off'. Standard service.

Half the order was missing, phoned McDonald’s and said they can’t give me a refund and never explained why. Tried to blame the driver even though the stickers on the bag were sealed meaning the driver never opened the order. Irresponsible and rude staff.

I mean we all love McDonald’s food.. but it never arrives correctly. So many complaints I could go on for hours.. but I’ll summarise, genuinely if you ever feel pointless or worthless just remember McDonald’s managers and staff exist. Not only have you had an education and ended up working at McDonald’s.. but you’re absolutely terrible at doing so. Imagine that.. Again I genuinely believe McDonald’s staff are some of the most braindead people on planet earth. The most simplest of jobs and not a single one of them can do it correctly. Moronic, every staff member employed.

First visit to MacD since the early 90s. No, seriously. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I don't remember quarter pounders being that small. That wasn't even a child's portion, it was more like one of those hors d'oeuvre things you get at cocktail parties. It tasted OK though, for the 0.4 seconds it took to eat it.

Ordered from this mcdonalds tonight and had half the order missing and other half wrong. Left hungry and angry. This is second time this have happened recently. Not good enough. Really poor customer service and clearly poor Management as recepty clearly stating what I have ordered.

Always enjoyed mc donalds but won't be back now they are cooking burgers in onions. People who can't eat onions are going to be disappointed.

Disappointing.. we order online, pay for delivery and find out that the order is not complete, we come to McDonalds in person and we are struck by an indifference on the part of everyone. more training for all those students you hire who can't be bothered to complete the orders. Until everything was resolved, we ate a cold lunch, thank you McDonalds, you know that many of us have children and many other things and we cannot afford to be on the road, that's why we pay for the order to come home.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Usual mcdonalds, they have removed the fast from " fast food"

The fries were terrible. I got the tiny wee scraps from the bottom of the bag. Surely you can afford to throw them away... The Big Mac was fine. Not had one in ages, but it wasn't as good as I remember. No fruit available for the kids meal. I feel better about taking them here when they get some fruit on the side, so I was very disappointed about that.

This branch is in dire need of a bigger area, whether that would be 2 floors or expansion in the current ground floor they. It was near impossible to get a seat as they were all occupied. There’s no proper queuing system for the Touch screen kiosks and it was a it of a free for all when ordering. Place was quite dirty. The food wasn’t the best either.. cold and hard and it was just thrown together like there’s no tomorrow. Won’t be rushing back, that’s for sure.

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and sweet chilly sauce, they then gave me 9 chicken nuggets and a whole different dip. sweet chilly sauce is the only one i can actually eat as i’m allergic to the rest. i asked for a refund and they still charged me for it AND my original order.

If it could’ve been zero it would be. The reviews are accurate for this place. Wish I’d read them. Went for a drive through. Ordered milkshake and double cheeseburger. No milkshake available. The onions that came with the burger were raw which is ok on a salad. The service was excruciatingly slow.

Foods okay it’s just ruined and made uncomfortable by the 20 year old man that patrols and watches you eat your food completely ruins the experience who tf likes the feeling of being watched all the time

Broxden Perth Once again I have placed an order that now comes sealed on the app . It was delivered by Uber Eats who cannot be blamed as the order is sealed when they pick up . I have no idea how every single order I have had is always missing sauce and another item I have paid for and it’s just to be accepted I now order extra because of this and it still doesn’t arrive ! Disappointed for the last time and will not order again !

The place has a bug infestation. Seen insects walking around where they prepare food... Keep that in mind when you order from here.

The car park is hideous... we popped into asda first and then on the way out we decided to grab some McDonald's only to follow a one way system what kicks you out of car park onto a roundabout what bring you back to the Mcdonald car park.

Currently sat in my car they mixed all the drive thru orders up then threw a Big Mac in the window (not what we ordered) and left had to go into the shop, big queue of other drive thru folk, food cold absolute chaos

Literally waited about 20 mins for a double cheeseburger, there were so many workers and no orders being sent out, several other people were going up to the counter to complain and the workers seemed lazy and uncaring, will not be coming here again.

Place is a shambles from the drive thru to sitting in, waiting times are beyond belief, orders consistently wrong. Not sure what has happened it used to be a far more organised place. Last few months it has really went down hill. Will only use if I really have too. Edit 28/3/24 worse than before..hard to imagine, 50 minutes, 2 enquiries and still nothing, one guy behind the counter offered to fix it. Found the new extras for the walking dead next series....shocking, franchise QC needs to take the owners licence back. Definite co ntender for the most dire Maccas in Scotland. Take a packed lunch you will need it for the wait. Why can't you post a no stars rating?

Any time I visit this Mc Donald’s there is always an issue with the order and the food is stone cold. I give them the benefit of the doubt the next time will be better but no it’s the same issues every time. At least the bin got fed.

It was 3am and quiet but even when the card machines etc weren’t working the staff weren’t very forthcoming with a solution .

Taking the grandkids here works really well - going here on my own is good, just order from the app once you find a seat. Very quick efficient service but I only had a coffee and Brownie.

Easy to use except the machine told you to enter a table tent but it should have been a table number which only works if you know the table layout

Local chain to me but everytime I visit which isn't often there is somthing not avaliable and there is a mistake in my order. Chips are usually half fully and soggy. This time was big mac instead of mcplants. And also given a different drink than ordered 👎

On arrival at 0015, I went into the dunkeld road Perth McDonald's to find nearly 7 or 9 tables with rubbish on, the bins next to both doors were overflowing. I have visited the store during the day and find it very tidy, I am assuming that the store has either been very busy or that some of the later staff don't care for tidyness. As in 2 hour's the bins should have at least been checked as front of house usually finish at 2200. A bit of a disgrace showing this when day time staff make such a great effort to keep the place tidy.

The worst customer service I have encountered in this chain of restaurants, no one checks the employees, instead of giving orders they stand, shout, laugh, talk but do not give orders. When you pay attention, they treat you like an enemy especially to drivers. The average waiting time for an order is between 25-40minutes, I understand that these are children, but they are at work, you run a costumer service and you can't deal with people. In particular, I would like to draw attention to two assistant managers who treat people without respect, they are racist towards drivers and discriminate against them and even shout at them in front of customers. The orders are half-done because FoH is busy with conversations. Right now I'm recording every visit in this place!!!

This is why your mcdonald's delivery is always cold 15 minutes this lot has been sitting for so much for they make it when the driver gets to the restaurant

Well what can i say no one seams too no what they doing i ordered for table service to find my food had been sat on counter for about 15min as no staff member brought it too table no order number given at time off order and staff didnt have a glue what was going on very poor managment they seam too concentrate on delivery apps as they are straight in and out where as others are just stood waiting for cold orders very very dissatified with this service

No food just hot drink my husband and I go in to McDonald's in perth the saff are very helpful 👌 little Kerry just such a lovely lady she serves behind counter we got Christmas Carol 🎄 sang to us from Andrew who help keep floor and table clean wishing all McDonald's staff in perth at Dunkeld Road near asda very merry Christmas to each of you I think you all do a great job very friendly all the best for 2024

Ordered two meals they didn’t come with the chips Had to go back round to get them , there’s was 6 workers all standing talking and having a carry on in the second driveway till area. Obviously not paying attention as the car before me had to go back for there milkshakes too. Good wasnt good burger was disgusting.

Just had your plant burger. Despite having 'cheese', lettuce, onion and two sauces, it still tasted of absolutely nothing. This is an exceptional talent! Unbelievably bland. Fries we're like salted cardboard too. Now I remember why I don't eat there.

Tasty bite for lunch. Ordered on the touch screen board. Easy and didn't have to queue. Got a seat relatively easily in a very busy restaurant. The Chicken Selects and chips were tasty and hot when I got them.

Was rushed with my order. Had to repeat everything twice. Still got the wrong order. Had a 3 year old in the car and they made me go round to the drive through again as they didn’t get the order right the first time and no kids meal. Ask for manager. No interest in solving this matter what

Museum was interesting- lots to see, restaurant was very good and the cable car and walk at the top well worth the extra money. Views incredible.

Hot drinks machine broken once again, so left without ordering .This machine is always faulty it is time they purchased a new one.

Orders are often enough taken incorrectly. Receive the wrong things 2-3 out of 10 times. Especially when using drive thru. Great for an odd craving here and there.
