Mcdonald's Restaurants in North East Lincolnshire

no collectable with Minecraft meal for the SECOND TIME now....kids only wanted to order for these and so far McDonald's now owe them 6 collectables....why offer special meals with collectables when you don't actually give them ...I'm guessing some teen server has a great collection by now. 🙄

Delivery driver very good. Food was just warm but McDonald’s hadn’t packed the dips for the chicken

annoying, I just wanted a quick tea so I could get the kids to bed early

waited over an hour for food to be delvivered, then had toxollect the food from the drivers car as he had no idea where the house was. Upon opening the food, everything was stone- got offered £4 credit for a £20 meal! Not good enough

Missing items off the order, delivery was late and when they came went to the wrong address saying it was a number that didn't even exist, food was freezing

they forgot the sauces...again. shocking.

Happy with the order but as stated on the delivery notes (do not knock on the door) the wasnt the case. This in turn set my dog off barking and woke the household up. Not the happiest of customers 👎

This McDonald's is on a much smaller site than others with only a small nunber of bays, but it does sit in the same complex as a Morissons where their is plenty of room. The service from the first and last drive thru window was dire. No acknowledgement when you arrive at the window and items are given to you without a care in the world. Coffee and hot chocolate were the usual nice standard but the service was poor.

Always clean. Staff are always efficient & pleasant & cheery. Toilets always clean & serviced/checked regularly.

I was missing food out my order

missing mc flurry milkshakes and apple pie and its all cold we oy got food qlmost 30 quid it's not right I bought this as treat totally unacceptable meal deals but no milkshakes no ice creams and no apple pie all cold I've rang the store they said they should of been 2 bags we only got one big with just 3 burgers and 2 fries nothing else for 30 quid almost and it's really late and all cold want a full refund I've not even eaten it caused an argument with my partner because she went to the door

Freezing cold and nuggets really hard to eat due to being hard and cold chips inedible from being freezing cold and not being able to eat don’t expect food to come freezing cold in the great delivery time it took

food took 20 mins longer than it said. when it arrived I was missing an entire meal, which was a happy meal for my daughter, and the drink from my sons happy meal. to top it off every item of the meal was stone cold. absolutely awful for an order that cost me over £30!!!!!!!

food was just warm, Couldn't order mac Donald's milkshake in meal deal . Had to order milkshake separately. Burger Burger was bigger than the bun in cheese Burger. Ice cream dessert was melted on delivery. Mac Donald's was only five minutes away from my location. Poor value for money. No fault on delivery person, only Mac Donald's staff .

By far the worst McDonald’s in Grimsby that employs absolute spastics. Ordered a large Big Mac meal and a hamburger happy meal to receive chicken nuggets and no fries. Learn to read or just find another job

I ordered 2 hamburgers with only ketchup, but it came with none.

Absolutely shocking! We was missing all the chips from our meals and a main burger also did put in the fruit bags we paid for! Everytime we order food from mcdonalds on here there’s something missing shall not be ordering again!

I live in Scartho and think its to far away for a McDonalds delivery. Food was only slightly warm. I will only purchase and eat in store in the future

Honestly I try to give the place a chance and can’t. I worked in restaurants my self i know they can be busy and difficult times but they can’t get any order correct I live maybe 20 mins down the road food stone cold missing half my order. No chips delivered AGAIN! Happens every time a "feed the family" or similar deal is ordered, because the order summary only lists the burgers selected and not the fries, so shop staff do not include them. Very disappointing, and keeps happening
