Mcdonald's Restaurants in North East Lincolnshire

They litterally do not care what people order. And when i say that, they barely put any salt on the fries which makes em minging and my mate asked for extra onions but it looks like its crumbs or onion then more onions. Very dissapointed with the food, I recommend other maccies like in freshney or clee.

Not to bad on this occasion but no milkshakes as not working again ..been on a few occasions and food is missing

Probably the quietest Maccas in the area, except Sunday mornings in car boot season (there's a boot site not far away). Don't know why there's a rating for atmosphere for a Maccas, but the vibe is fine. Service gets a 4, because it's fine, not exceptional. It's a McDonald's, not a fine dining experience.

Went into the drive throw to order 2 meals , and on receiving the meals, the burgers were a mess cold , so where the fries and one of the latte . This isn't the first time ever . It's like they don't give a crap what they send out

The fact that this store is still up and running blows my mind, ordered food the other month in the drive through, waited 45 minutes and the order came out wrong and could see that everyone else was either waiting or getting someone else’s food. Thinking it was a one off or a bad day, I made the mistake of ordering a delivery this evening which turned up late and only half the food turned up and the half that did was cold and the only options I was given was to drive to the restaurant and sort it myself or email just eat and sort myself.

The vegetarian McPlant burger is delicious 😋

Fried was essentially stone cold, and my burger had the wrong burger in. I was given a spicy one. Not the one i ordered.

I had to reorder the food that wasn’t delivered in the original order yet had to pay nearly £9.00 how is that possible?

Food took nearly an hour to come and it was stone cold and the fries were soggy and seemed undercooked.

The atmosphere inside isn't as good as it could be due to the mass of delivery drivers. Again, unfortunately, the delivery drivers do like to use the bays set aside for food collection rather than the normal parking spaces.

Awful place. Can't get a simple order correct, despite asking twice to make sure and checking on the screen at drive through, it was still wrong, and not for the first time! No milkshakes, as usual and 3/4 of a large Coke as a replacement. Awful service. Staff need better training as simple tasks like following simple instructions is a little difficult! Will not be using this one again.

when tracking the courier on the map he was going up great coats road he was all over time food arrives it's was cold we even stood at the front door to watch and then call the driver up before it went to another address

Getting really bored of Just Eat allowing their drivers to stack orders. Don’t know how many times I’ve seen drivers do a tour of the town before I get my order because they’ve got more than one phone and taking lots of orders. Bored of it.

It’s the 3rd time iv ordered and they have forgotten a whole meal. It’s daft, I expect my food to be all here. It seems to be really difficult for them to get an order correct, and before anyone says stop ordering from this maccies then, why should I? It’s like saying, stop going to Asda cuz they keep short changing you. Who ever is bagging up the meals, just quit. Terrible service

Missing items, late arrival , driver almost took my order to the wrong adress. this order should've be at my door in less than 40 minutes. I was literarly waiting of front on my doorstep and starting telling me that my neighbours house was the actual adress .

Like always, when I order from this McDonalds, items are missing! i even make jokes about now when I’m ordering it because it’s become an almost guaranteed thing. First time I’ve ordered in ages because of it, I thought I’d see if anything had changed, clearly not! I’m amazed this place is still in business because I know I’m not the only one this happens to! Who on earth do they have there working for them? Or is there something suspicious going on with the delivery drivers? Who knows anymore?

Getting tired of McDonald’s lack of quality. I only go at 11:00am because it’s a safer bet that the food will be warm as the day menu has just started. Ordered my meal fries cold took them back and received another portion of cold fries. Bit into the Big Mac and that was cold. How can you serve cold food at 11:00am when the menu has just started!
