Mcdonald's Restaurants in North East Lincolnshire

WOW! Is this really acceptable? Due to the current circumstances and me and my mrs coming out of work we save a small portion of money each month for a McDonald's and its the only meal we get to enjoy each month, on a day to day its just basic food bank tins if we are lucky. Such a shame that as i was going through the drive through I see the staff giving my order away to another driver in front and going through our bag of food and even opening a burger and looking at it, the food got handed back, shoved on the side and then given to me. On arrival back home, the excitement on my mrs voice as the heard me walk through the door was short lived due to the food being cold, chips all over the shop and her burger had finger prints and was lop sided, top bap hanging to the floor, really ruined our week. Usually we get a good order each month but what a shame, please can we have a refund? Thankyou.

I have visited this place many times, however, since Christmas I have had food missing and given the wrong order several times between me and my family

Don't think I have ever been to a Mc Ds with a management as thick as this place... I feel sorry for the staff if this is their guidance.... Can't organize a %@##up in a brewery

I got some fries from this establishment and they weren't cooked.We took most of them out but after this i ended up with a horrible,terrible stomach ache.

great to see macdonalds open again. long line of cars but hey you only wait for the best. the menu has changed a little and not so many staff on. drive through rules to keep you safe. enjoy your meal and continue to be patient please. food hot and fresh and service great . this is an American diner outlet but because you can eat in some brits would say yes its a kind of cafe but American kind of cafe . hey you know what i mean.

Me and my partner decided to come to mcdonald's for 2 drinks and 2 plain doube cheese burgers. We was sat waiting to order, we must of been there for about 15 minutes before a girl called Emily finally decided to do some work wouldn't mind but it's not like the drive thru was choco with 50000 cars. So we get round pay for our meal, the ignorant lady took our money and slammed the doors shut. Then we wait another 15 minutes for our food. Absolute run down town and place

I think they cooked my chicken legend without defrost cuz outside looks cook but middle of chicken still hard .I explain the shift manager but he looking me like I am a free be. terrible customer service

Visited for the second time recently to eat-in drawn back by the ambience of the place - the restaurant interior design is spot on and the service friendly - we were brought our meal that included couple of freebies because of our wait - and I hadn't noticed we had had to wait!I appreciate the service we were given, particularly by the manager, who went out of his way to look after us :)

Never been nauseated this bad in my life.The place was littered with unclean tables, the cleaner lady was more like a professional talker talking to her friends most of the time. The sausage,egg and cheese bagel was greasy with? Lard splattered across . The taste was bland and so had to leave before calling for the manager. Disappointed to say the least. As I have said before never try anything new!! McDonald’s is for burger and nothing different. You stand a better chance of finishing your order.

I visit here most Saturday mornings after dropping my daughter off at dancing. I have been doing this for at least a year, and to be fair haven't experienced the poor service mentioned in may of the reviews. In my experience the staff are all efficient, and mostly friendly. The food is always served quickly, and usually very hot. I often meet my brother and nephew here for a catch up, and we find the place to be inviting and good value. At the end of the day, it is McDonalds, and what you see is what you get. On the few occasions we have been there on a lunchtime, my little girl enjoys her Happy Meal and the staff are always helpful and friendly to her.

After visiting here, I went home with my order and realised 2 applepies were missing from my order. Rang up and spoke to a member of staff who told me my name would be put in the book and would sort it next time we went.3 weeks later our name isn't in the book and no apple pies replaced. Ripped off!!!

I visited this restaurant with my grandson and on the rare occasion I decided to eat as well and I am glad I did. Food was easily ordered and paid for self service which is VERY good for me, with no help from grandson. We sat down at a very clean and tidy table and were quickly served hot tasty food not at all how I remembered it from the past. Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities were nice and clean too. McFlurry was delicious although definitely NOT low calorie lol. Well done will be tempted to use again.

Self service set to ‘default meal deal’ regardless of the fact just a wrap was chosen on all wraps!Crispy chicken given (should have checked receipt) regardless of asking at the counter for the grilled option.The dirty environment people are expected to eat in .... never again!

Pretty sure this mc Donalds never received the memo regarding fast food. Went through the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered, paid and then asked to park up in waiting bay. 20 minutes later I received my order half of which was barely luke warm. Went in to complain and ask for a refund to be told sorry we are busy. Think I counted 8 people in the building. Next time will drive to cleethorpes who seem to fully understand the concept of fast food.

15 minute wait for a small simple order. Customers stood at counter and ignored for 5 minutes. Inside service clearly suffering to satisfy drive thru business. Refund given when couldn't wait any longer. Not asked why I wanted refund. Think the guy knew.....

Went for quick morning breakfast . The place has been renovated and looks great but the chairs and tables weren’t cleaned as you can see on the fotos. Probably a cut down on the strength of the staff doesn’t help.

The refurb is awful,car park spaces have been reduced to accommodate 2 lines in drive thru,God knows why.The spaces facing morrisons have been turned 90 degrees therefore making 9/10 spaces become 4/5.It was never the biggest car park to begin with and with car boot at morrisons on Sunday's the chance of parking within a decent range of Maccys is now pretty dire.The food is still not the best,greasy muffins ,over cooked egg that has to have a brown layer removed from bottom of the egg.YUK !! Will use alternative branches when deciding on a Maccys breakfast.Something needs to be done here regarding the cooking quality it's not rocket science to provide decent products.Poor poor poor.

Ever week go do a big shop at Morrison this week thought go out boy we will pop in McDonalds.. Ask about receipt WOW Manager short black hair black glasses all am saying not coming bk hear.. so rude attitude felt ashamed to ask about bill all I wanted to know was why we got charged separate for happy meal any why we got charged for book..

New, clean and fresh and a very simple system for ordering, paying and food brought direct to your table. We visited midweek, whilst all the kids were at school so no doubt saw the place at its best. I really hope they can keep it looking this good when the local teenagers adopt it as their hangout. And try to keep them off that sofa

Wouldn't normally bother to rate a place like McDonald's but due to how slow and poor the service was I thought I would.

Pero es barato, rápido y sencillo. Tuve un gran Mac, estuvo bien, bastante decepcionante, pero buena relación calidad-precio, el personal era amable.

La comida siempre es el mismo estándar (que es buena porque es sabroso) pero el servicio siempre tarda mucho más tiempo en este restaurante que otros hoteles de la zona? Incluso cuando no hay mucha gente en el restaurante o en coche a través puede ser muy lento. De lo contrario limpio y agradable.

Un montón de aparcamiento al lado morrison tiene mucho espacio de aparcamiento. Limpia y con excelente instalaciones inalámbricas de. Selección de buena comida y precio económico.

Muy conveniente en el by pass y para hacer compras en Morrison, pero si vas a utilizar el coche por mi consejo es consultar su comida antes de conducir por 9 de cada 10 veces es sólo calor o ha sido calentado. Las patatas fritas son muy agradables cuando son frescas pero no suele ocurrir aquí.

Use this place a lot as its close to us But a lot of the time they forget things from our orders such as Fries from a happy meal or cheese burgers from happy meals Really obvious stuff and once were heading down Laceby Bye-pass its not worth going back Then it's 3 dissapointed kids

if im feeling hungry when finished my shopping i always call in for a cheese burger and chips they can be delicious for a quick snap staff always very pleasant

Visit this place this morning, well what a waste of time, may I have a strawberry milkshake 'No was the reply' well can I have a vanilla one then please 'No its broken' came the reply. Oh well I will have to have a McFlurry then to ease my sore throat, 'sorry came the reply bit I think that's broken too' well what a waste of quarter of an hour, at least my wife got her shopping and was waiting for me before I'd even got sorted, and for me, I left without getting aything to eat or drink, worst McDonalds ever.

We drove here today so we could just grab a breakfast as we were going out for the day . We joined the que for the drive through at 10.19 , they was only 3 cars in front of us . However it seemed to take ages before we moved . We finally got to to window at 10.30 and when we ordered our breakfast we was told they stopped serving at 10.30 , I explained we had been there 11 minutes and she basically told us no . I asked to speak to her manager and she said no . Surely if your in the que before half ten then u can get breakfast. I'm really disappointed that such a big company has such small customer service .

came to this restuarant and the staff member had the cheek to give me 2 large chips but had the portion of a small i got home to find this so i went back and asked for the manager and it turned out to be the member of staff that served me, i asked him if he thort this was acceptable to give somebody these chips and he basically said i was a liar and that he never gave them to me like that whilst laughing , well i wouldnt off wasted my time and petrol coming back if they was full!! find this at all the restaurants epsecailly this one and it really bores me having to go back every single time to ask for a large not medium or small, i now go in store to order food so i can make sure it is right as they all useless

Called in Sunday 8th Nov,ordered 2 double sausage/egg muffins and hash browns with drinks,hash browns spot on.However after opening the muffins they were covered in dark brown runny grease,it literally ran all over the inside of the wrappings too.Took them back for replacements,these were slightly better,but still greasy.Usually top quality here,but not on this occasion.Not busy at the time,so why the rush to send out appalling looking food.People eat with their eyes first,I don't enjoy seeing liquid grease in my breakfast thanks.Disappointed this time

Running late. Took hopefully safe option of maccyds. Went to toilet first. Signs on both m and f doors apologising for thr smell and they were dealing with it. Got food which was as you would expect. Sat in corner and noted a fair few flies. Just about finished and looked up to see a good few dozen maybe even approaching a hundred holed up on the ceiling tile and picture rail. Alerted floor waitress type lass who told management who were aware. She cordoned off the corner as we left.Grim.

best mcds in grimsby/cleethorpes area as it is always quiet and as it is Morrisons carpark, parking is always easy

Bastante económico. La comida es rica, nada del otro mundo pero está bien. La ubicación es buena. Recomendado.

Food always cooked well and orders always correct. This Mcdonalds is always the quietest in the Grimsby area

Okay location, I must say to my surprise my meal was very tasty and fairly cheap. Service was extremely quick and polite.

McDonalds can be hit and miss, but we had a very good visit, hot food as should be expected, and friendly staff
