McDonald's in North East Lincolnshire

Never really have any issues when dining in. Just the occasional no room at the Inn. The staff are always conscientious and take the job in stride. Most always have the same thing but my other half tries the new things and as a family we love the share boxes. The chicken combo was a hit and would like to see that back maybe as a regular everyday item. Milkshakes are a hit and miss for me due to my health and allergies but they are by far my go to for a change. I would also like the UK to bring some of the other countries around the world Mcdonald items in like pizza and pasta items or rice boxes. I've seen good reviews and would definitely like to try.. maybe when they do the special items like big tasty etc.. to bring those in. I'm sure if Mcdonald advertised a poll in store or online people would vote.

Man I hate McDonalds so much but they are a necessary evil with my kids. Easy to pick what they want and use their toilets is the main reason. Service is never quick any more and the courier delivery drivers do my head in as they are just pushing and shoving to get their order picked up first. I'm convinced McDs prioritise their orders as well which means us peasants have the wait longer. Did I mention I hate McDonalds yet?? Well I do :-)

This seems to be one of the worst and repeat offenders Filthy tables Toilets disgusting,urine all over the floor,no soap to hand-wash and litter everywhere Just seems to lack staff

Always fast and efficient and friendly. Service was that fast it felt like we had stepped back a few years it was actual fast food again :)

One of the better McDonald’s I’ve visited. It’s usually clean and tidy and service is typically fast and friendly. Never had an issue with the food here however they do experience the now expected ‘no milkshakes’ issue that most McDonald’s have.

Toilets dirty. No toilet roll in either cubicle. Visited last week and the same issue.

Just called in for 2 takeaway hot chocolate drinks. Service was good, can't comment on the food or atmosphere because we didn't stay.

Placed the order on the in store order board , had to wait 15 minutes baring in mind it wasn’t that busy , the food was dumped on a tray also it was breakfast but wrapped in a burger wrap. Most of the cheese was stuck to the paper covered in what can only be described as burnt remnants from the plate or tray it was cooked on. Even a member of staff complained that they had been waiting fifteen minutes of their break for food.

Always nice and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, can't fault it

Dreadful, the worst Maccys I've ever been too. Clueless staff, food and drink served warm at best. It's even worse if you ever order online. Give it a miss

Rubbish there always no ice cream or cold drinks food always cold and freasing

Not sure why they have Managers there, the little dark haired one needs further training, attitude stinks, about as professional as there cold fries, no fizzy drinks for the last three days, would rather drive to Meridian Point Macdonalds and get hot food and great service!!🤬

Food was only just warm. The frize tasted old and soggy. The chocolate milkshake had NO taste of chocolate, tasted more like vanilla.

Great place in the community to grab a drink or an affordable bite, chat with friends or family and be on your way again.

Absolute joke explained that my partner has food allergies and to remove stuff from certain items, comes with said stuff which was requested to be removed and missing items. Tried to resolve this politely and was told there's nothing that can be done. Won't be ordering from here again or going in to branch, management team are rude and their attitude completely stinks and is very unprofessional. The state if the kitchen when visiting was ridiculous food all over the floor and staff not wearing appropriate ppe

served by a lovely young woman by the name of Neve earlier, she was so accomodating and kind to me and my family that we all assumed she was a manager but turns out just a general assistant. Such a delight to talk to and definately will be coming back again, 10/10 service from all but she definitely stood out the most!!

It's really nice and clean and the service is great. Just didn't have any salt.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service, we were asked to wait in bay 1. We waited 10 minutes before our food arrived, it was cold and hardly edible as it wasn't put together right. And there wasn't even an apology despite many people entered and left whilst we were waiting. Don't go here, meridian point much better

Depending on what time you're there, service is fast and easy, especially if you order at the self services kiosk and pick up at the counter

Put food in small bag cramming it in and then put drinks in big bag..then only when we asked for him to put it in big bag just shrugged and said oh yeah and dropped it in a big bag..

Hot food served fast. This McD's was nice and clean and the staff very pleasant.

Came here in passing, felt very intimidated. At first I walked into the building and went to the toilets as I had a long drive ahead of me. I am disabled but I can access the normal toilets. I went in and they were so tight that they disoriented me. There were only two toilets and both were disgusting, covered in hairs, dirt and pee. The floor around the sink was wet and didn't seem like it had been cleaned in quite a while. As I came out I went to order on the touch screen, which crashed quite a few times on me, eventually a member of staff came up to me as I'd been stood there a while. She watched me for about 10 minutes then said "how are we today?" and I made small talk, discussed the thing crashing on me and how we were just passing through. She simply smiled and walked off, which felt like she was just trying to watch what I was doing (as I have quite a babyface I blend in more with the teenagers there) and trying to clear me off. Then the machine took my money, didn't tell me my number and then wouldn't print a reciept. Luckily the order was correct and the food was warm, but other than that the atmosphere and service were an absolute nightmare 😕

Got home with our. meal missed mine out Even though I had payed for it

Been 3 times in a week . Everytime the the fries have been cold. Something items missing out my order. No hot chocolate again excuse after excuse. No chocolate mcflurrys again excuse after excuse .

Food not so hot. Hot chocolate was weak

You can never ever get milkshakes at any time from Grimsby, and Lakeside in Scunthorpe are slow (11 mins) from placing an order at the window to waiting for it to arrive

Annoying how the app always needs updating so can't always collect your rewards. But for a change food was hot. Biscoff mcflurry is one to try 😋 not always the quickest in drive thru

Service was very slow, although this is not normal for here, I was asked to park and wait, fries were cold, and garnish salad was not as usual, I called the manager and was offered a refund discount on the app.

Would have been nice to be offered sauces with our 20 nuggets and my daughters buger had no sauce on..... lazy service.

Regular Macdonald's food, but the staff works really well. A tray, sugar, straw are always there. Plus they ask about the souse and don't give millions of each (I write it based on experience with other Macs)

Food for a stop gap or more if you want.

Absolutely livid at the attitude and unhelpful staff. Missing half my order and was told there was nothing they could do.. nearly £20 worth of food missing. Livid. Didn’t even want a refund just the food that was missing.. will not be going again

COLD CHIPS again.... just pulled off from drivethrough eating my chips straight away and stone cold again from this one!

Snobby people may decry Maccy D's, but I always enjoy what they have to offer, and the staff are always very friendly.

Never really had an issue with this one, sometimes it's busy and I have to wait but longer but never a problem.

I ordered through the official McDonald's app, I'm vegan and when the order came it had the correct labels but only the drinks order was correct, the other bag was just full of burgers and not the kind I can eat. It took 3 phonecalls before the staff finally answered to which he didn't once actually listen to what I said to him. He kept repeating the same thing. "Go on the app customer services will sort it out for you." Not one apology, not one offer to fix their issue. So I went to the app and was greeted by even worse help. The app doesn't let you select an order to get help with, instead you're fed through to eventually the literal worst quality virtual assistant I've ever encountered. It understood nothing I was requesting. Absolute waste of time and waste of money. Easily the worst McDonald's locally because this has happened more than once.

Mcdonalds has gone downhill in quality, only stopped to use the facilities and felt I had to buy something to warrant the stop.

No milkshakes, server not very friendly came across as not bothered

Been here quite a few times, staff is always helpful and friendly. Food is always standard for a McDonald's restaurant. There always colours and colouring sheets to keep the little ones happy which I'm very greatful for. The only issues I've had is that sometimes the seats are left unwiped and my little girl ran to a seat, sat down and got a wet bum as obvious someone's spilt something and not cleaned it but other than that the place is normally ok

Since my last review, the queue times have dropped massively! However, the last three time I have been, I've ordered the new double cheeseburger meal only to receive a single cheeseburger and be charged for the double.

Food came in a reasonable time, which is more than could be said for most McDonald’s these days. However, they were mopping the floor near by and tried to mop around me as I was eating, which made me feel in the way and uncomfortable. They’d have been better off paying attention to the toilets: two were out of action and the one that was open was in a state.

Tables dirty, food was cold, toilets need a good clean and handryer not working, food under the tables, lock missing on toilet door. We regularly use Mcd's on days out. Overall it will be a while before we visit again.

They even had the milkshake machine working.....👍👍👍

Rare visit here but a treat for my friends little boy. Have to say, although extremely busy, especially with just eat collections, we found a table (which was wiped instantly it was free) the food was piping hot. Special shout out to Caroline who was absolutely great with the children! Full table set up with games, sticker books, paints etc. apparently it’s a Friday event! Brilliant idea 😀

The only branch we will use. Servers were amazing. Young lad called Jack really looked after us.

Well where do I start! Ordered on the app for collect and was waiting half an hour so had to go in, then to get told we didn't order even when I showed the RUDE woman shift manager the receipt. Then was talking around me when I was stood waiting for my food then got home freezing food and half of food missed

Sent the delivery with an item missing for the third time in a row, absolutely useless..

Food always cold, fries are soggy with a strange taste. Burgers are very cold and poorly put together and not appetising plus way to much mayonnaise or sauce. Milk shakes are often mixed such as banana with a bit of vanilla. Maccies has been getting worse since covid.

Always love an MD's breakfast. Wasn't disappointed.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff but on occasion when ordered for home delivery the food is cold, or missing items, or wrong. Other then that is brilliant for something quick and cheap

The McDonald's round here are all pretty solid.

So I place my order about half a hour before shutting, reasonable time giving them half a hour, they take about 20 minutes assigning a driver for the driver to get there as the restaurant shuts for them to go yeah your orders cancelled. So waited half a hour buzzing for my nuggets for them to go no sorry mate starve.

Its McDonald's. What more can i say.

Really annoyed ordered for delivery and they some how managed to get it ready and delivered in like 5 mins and missed the big tasty burger out and food was cold. Tried phoning mcdonald's but didn't answer and the delivery company didn't want anything to do with it

One star is too high. Absolutely shocking, delivered in good time but food was all wrong as usual. The guys have a receipt to follow and instruct them on what to put in the bags! How do you consistently get it wrong? Took it back to the “restaurant” but they won’t have anything to do with it. Same old “We have to do it through the App” two hours later, still no refund or food. Pathetic, they don’t give a fig about customers; well done for turning a relaxed evening into a stressful one! Will stop here before I say something offensive.

Lovely gentleman with long beard should use some beard cover when making food for people. I couldn't sit wherever I want....

Family visit here today for a birthday. Very accommodating staff, even offering to take photos of us all together as a group. Friendly ladies, staff working very hard but remaining very pleasant. Young man bought food over to our table with a smile. All good, no complaints from us.

i had a McDelivery and had 3 sweet chilli sauces missing without explanation. Chips and burger and side all cold. mcflurry melted and delivery was very slow

Took money from the bank even after I cancelled my order. Tried adding delivery fee for a collection. My mcnuggets were cold they forgot the dips and there was no salt on my fries. Wouldn't recommend

My 3 year old son loves this place, not just the food but the staff, service and eating areas which are usually kept very clean...

I love mcdonalds but I am absolutely sick of everytime I place an order via just eat I never get sent the right order. I either end up with items missing or the wrong order all together. It's not hard to read an order but these people seem to not be able to

Got order wrong , reordered the missing items and still arrived with missing items.

Ordered a couple of times online, food is more than often cold and optional sauces are never given. Compared to the grimsby one I order from these are genuinely rubbish. Always something wrong everytime. Not that hard to do it properly and if you can't then don't stretch yourselves too far not rocket science. Doesn't look as if the other reviews are that great either.

I asked for a battered chicken wrap and I got a southern fried one and the southern fried one looks raw and disgusting and tastes like that to I want a refund please

Would be useful if you put a sign up to say what products you DONT have so people don't end up stuck in the drive thru. No chicken legends, no mcchickens, no toys in the happy meal. It's not difficult, the meridian point one have more sense and put a sign up. Waste of time and petrol. Obviously the staff have zero common sense.

Ordered 2 melon bags received cucumber. Ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 cheeseburger to have the actual burger missing from all 3. They refund me for the melons but can't do anything about the burgers. Always problems with this restaurant. £15 order to be messed up and only refunded £1.70 !!

If I could give zero I would food was cold and we only had to take it around the corner. We ordered on the app to pick up got to the restaurant food wasn't ready so had to wait which was a 15 minute wait, after we only drove around the corner to go back home which took less than 2 minutes by that time the food was cold prepared by a child looked like as ingredients falling apart or hardly any ingredients in

Quick service, staff always polite. They do forget to give you straws though.

The cleaner washed the bin inside and out then washed the tables with the same cloth!! so, wipe before u eat off those tables guys argh🤢

I get that it's busy at lunchtime and was waiting to order a drink at the till.Staff member saw me waiting and said to her colleague I haven't got time to serve and ignored that I was waiting. Should have acknowledged me and told me someone would serve me asap. Manners and being helpful is surely part of the job! Needs retraining in customer service 🙄
