McDonald's in North East Lincolnshire

Even at 23:55 (they close at 00:00) they were willing to make a burger without complaints.

I went in the other day and they missed some of my order off. However, a polite member of staff, I believe her name was Maddie, helped me out and got it sorted. If it was't for her the service would also be one star!!!!!!! Sidenote, Also not enough vegetarian options.

Meal was cold and took nearly a hour to arrive will not use again unable to contact to complain

My daughter collected a meal For us as we don’t drive . The big tasty was missing so I called and was told it would be replaced if we went back .. my daughter had already left and to be honest it wasn’t being replaced because I never got it in the first place … I had no way of getting back and they wouldn’t send out with a just way driver end tho was their fault £6-78 wasted … absolute crap service

Absolutely bismal! It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive-through, and the lady who took my order was very polite . Then, I moved up to the second window to collect my order, and again, the staff member was very polite, I was handed my drink and then sat there for about six minutes, she then told me there was a problem with the food that I had ordered and could I go and park in one of the bays, and that they would bring my order out to me.I then sat there for another six minutes and a young member of staff brought my order to me. I opened up my order and found that there were no fries in it, so I went into the restaurant and explained that I had ordered a meal and the fries were missing. She opened the bag and agreed with me. She then put some fries in, and I left. I travelled approximately three minutes up the road and parked up so as I could eat my meal. I was so disappointed when I bit into the big tasty burger I had bought only to find out that it was stone cold! So it wasn't very tasty at all. I didn't have the time to go back as I was on my way to work,so I ended up putting it in the nearest litter bin! What a total waste of money. I certainly will not be going back. McDonald's should be ashamed of the cold puke that they charge eight pounds for. Absolutely disgusted

Food cold, stale fries, occasionally items missing... one thing they are good at is sending out food cold. They never take responsibility for their short comings.

Just called in prior to football on Saturday,it looked daunting as it was particularly packed but order placed and ready in about 10 minutes.Very impressive.

Food is standard McDonald's food, not great not crap, but the service is horrendous, don't wana work the tills and take cash off you, they are wanting you to use to self service, and it's 100% not fast food, after a 12 min wait with a nearly empty restaurant I was pretty disappointed to say the least

This outlet seems to forget meals on a regular basis due to a large family I have a large order I've gotten home on more than 1 occasion recently and I've had items missing there is either a full meal or 2 missing or share boxes missing it's unacceptable. The last time I went I forgot to add an extra coke zero and to save time on the machine I asked to order and pay at the till well to say the least the woman behind the counter saw me stood there chose to ignore me and then when I asked for her service for the drink she snapped at me saying your stood there u can see that im busy and you want me to stop and waste my time for 1 drink that's whet the orderscreens are for use them I couldn't believe how rude she was

I was going order food and got kick out by a horrible women who touch me up and call me hay and rude and I got told fat because I order burger and throw carrot stick at me I never going to Mcdonald again because all Mcdonald worker and gay and rude from Boris johnson

Absolutely shocking , not once do they get a order correct, staff need sacking I they can't read a receipt

Went through drive through. Not particularly busy but took a long time to get served. When order given, 1 drink was wrong and 1 item was infact missing. Soft drinks were also not available for what ever reason so the whole bill was more expensive despite us having little other choice but to get shakes.

Absolutely shocking service.. food had been put in the bag for 50 minutes before Uber collection - freezing burgers chips and melted ice creams. Called store to ask why food had been left on the side for so long excuse was there was a football game on, no apology just bad attitude. Manager had terrible customer service then passed call onto another employee who was more rude and was hung up on twice. Name only given after 3rd call when I said I will be reporting this to headquarters. I’ve never made a complaint about a company and worked at McDonald’s for over 2 years but the customer service I received tonight completely floored me. Won’t be ordering from here again! Sort your staff out McDonald’s no wonder sales are down.. shocking!

It really isn't rocket science...read the order, collect items, bag it and send.....could understand if I had ordered a banquet of food 1x double big mac with bacon meal drink correct, fries correct ooops missing the double big mac with bacon 🤯 1x mixed berry muffin.....sent a birthday doughnut 🤯🤯 Ring restaurant to inform them and.....it's not our fault you ordered online through OUR app but it's not our fault Clearly the job is too hard for the McMorons

Early morning visit for breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful, better than I can say for other Mcdonald's visited.

The table space is as you would expect it to be, the service can vary depending upon eating in or drive-through. Usually very polite staff but they always go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Always double check your order at the drive-through, if they make a mistake, don't worry, they'll sort it for you without any hassle.

I visited McDonald's for the first time and I loved it!

Overpriced Poor quality food thrown together, they say you eat with your eyes. If you did, you wouldn't eat here .

Went in to order was waiting over 10mins to place a simple order then was waiting another 15 mins for that one drink due to all the umber eats getting priority descusting

Drive through . Order was all correct and fast ..chips would of been nice if slightly hotter

The facility itself is not bad, moderately spacious, even a little cramped at times. The service is terrible, the food is collected as if it is not people who will eat it - but pigs. One time they give us a wrong order. Personal are polite and kind, resolved the situation, but the spoiled mood remained.

Absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but it was the worst McDonalds we've had in a very long time. With chips we're cold and chalky dry actually very unpleasant to eat.

Usual McDonald's menu. Some special were not available which was disappointing. Quick drive thru Carpark tidy and clean Staff polite and friendly.

Unfortunately for the 3rd time in a row from going to Grimsby road macdonalds for breakfasts on a sunday over the past 4 weeks via drive through , we have received the wrong order on all 3 occasions. The staff seem to be pre occupied in the kitchen area / till area talking amongst themselves and not checking orders correctly. I would like to commend the staff in which did give good service and the ordering point on all occasions but it is frustrating being charged for items or adjustments on orders to then get home for them to be wrong on all occasions. Service seems to deteriorate on a weekend.

Never really have any issues when dining in. Just the occasional no room at the Inn. The staff are always conscientious and take the job in stride. Most always have the same thing but my other half tries the new things and as a family we love the share boxes. The chicken combo was a hit and would like to see that back maybe as a regular everyday item. Milkshakes are a hit and miss for me due to my health and allergies but they are by far my go to for a change. I would also like the UK to bring some of the other countries around the world Mcdonald items in like pizza and pasta items or rice boxes. I've seen good reviews and would definitely like to try.. maybe when they do the special items like big tasty etc.. to bring those in. I'm sure if Mcdonald advertised a poll in store or online people would vote.

Man I hate McDonalds so much but they are a necessary evil with my kids. Easy to pick what they want and use their toilets is the main reason. Service is never quick any more and the courier delivery drivers do my head in as they are just pushing and shoving to get their order picked up first. I'm convinced McDs prioritise their orders as well which means us peasants have the wait longer. Did I mention I hate McDonalds yet?? Well I do :-)

This seems to be one of the worst and repeat offenders Filthy tables Toilets disgusting,urine all over the floor,no soap to hand-wash and litter everywhere Just seems to lack staff

One of the better McDonald’s I’ve visited. It’s usually clean and tidy and service is typically fast and friendly. Never had an issue with the food here however they do experience the now expected ‘no milkshakes’ issue that most McDonald’s have.

Just called in for 2 takeaway hot chocolate drinks. Service was good, can't comment on the food or atmosphere because we didn't stay.

Toilets dirty. No toilet roll in either cubicle. Visited last week and the same issue.

Placed the order on the in store order board , had to wait 15 minutes baring in mind it wasn’t that busy , the food was dumped on a tray also it was breakfast but wrapped in a burger wrap. Most of the cheese was stuck to the paper covered in what can only be described as burnt remnants from the plate or tray it was cooked on. Even a member of staff complained that they had been waiting fifteen minutes of their break for food.

Not sure why they have Managers there, the little dark haired one needs further training, attitude stinks, about as professional as there cold fries, no fizzy drinks for the last three days, would rather drive to Meridian Point Macdonalds and get hot food and great service!!🤬

Food was only just warm. The frize tasted old and soggy. The chocolate milkshake had NO taste of chocolate, tasted more like vanilla.

Great place in the community to grab a drink or an affordable bite, chat with friends or family and be on your way again.

Absolute joke explained that my partner has food allergies and to remove stuff from certain items, comes with said stuff which was requested to be removed and missing items. Tried to resolve this politely and was told there's nothing that can be done. Won't be ordering from here again or going in to branch, management team are rude and their attitude completely stinks and is very unprofessional. The state if the kitchen when visiting was ridiculous food all over the floor and staff not wearing appropriate ppe

served by a lovely young woman by the name of Neve earlier, she was so accomodating and kind to me and my family that we all assumed she was a manager but turns out just a general assistant. Such a delight to talk to and definately will be coming back again, 10/10 service from all but she definitely stood out the most!!

It's really nice and clean and the service is great. Just didn't have any salt.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service, we were asked to wait in bay 1. We waited 10 minutes before our food arrived, it was cold and hardly edible as it wasn't put together right. And there wasn't even an apology despite many people entered and left whilst we were waiting. Don't go here, meridian point much better

Put food in small bag cramming it in and then put drinks in big bag..then only when we asked for him to put it in big bag just shrugged and said oh yeah and dropped it in a big bag..

Depending on what time you're there, service is fast and easy, especially if you order at the self services kiosk and pick up at the counter

Hot food served fast. This McD's was nice and clean and the staff very pleasant.

Came here in passing, felt very intimidated. At first I walked into the building and went to the toilets as I had a long drive ahead of me. I am disabled but I can access the normal toilets. I went in and they were so tight that they disoriented me. There were only two toilets and both were disgusting, covered in hairs, dirt and pee. The floor around the sink was wet and didn't seem like it had been cleaned in quite a while. As I came out I went to order on the touch screen, which crashed quite a few times on me, eventually a member of staff came up to me as I'd been stood there a while. She watched me for about 10 minutes then said "how are we today?" and I made small talk, discussed the thing crashing on me and how we were just passing through. She simply smiled and walked off, which felt like she was just trying to watch what I was doing (as I have quite a babyface I blend in more with the teenagers there) and trying to clear me off. Then the machine took my money, didn't tell me my number and then wouldn't print a reciept. Luckily the order was correct and the food was warm, but other than that the atmosphere and service were an absolute nightmare 😕

Annoying how the app always needs updating so can't always collect your rewards. But for a change food was hot. Biscoff mcflurry is one to try 😋 not always the quickest in drive thru

Service was very slow, although this is not normal for here, I was asked to park and wait, fries were cold, and garnish salad was not as usual, I called the manager and was offered a refund discount on the app.

Would have been nice to be offered sauces with our 20 nuggets and my daughters buger had no sauce on..... lazy service.

Regular Macdonald's food, but the staff works really well. A tray, sugar, straw are always there. Plus they ask about the souse and don't give millions of each (I write it based on experience with other Macs)

Absolutely livid at the attitude and unhelpful staff. Missing half my order and was told there was nothing they could do.. nearly £20 worth of food missing. Livid. Didn’t even want a refund just the food that was missing.. will not be going again

Snobby people may decry Maccy D's, but I always enjoy what they have to offer, and the staff are always very friendly.

Never really had an issue with this one, sometimes it's busy and I have to wait but longer but never a problem.

I ordered through the official McDonald's app, I'm vegan and when the order came it had the correct labels but only the drinks order was correct, the other bag was just full of burgers and not the kind I can eat. It took 3 phonecalls before the staff finally answered to which he didn't once actually listen to what I said to him. He kept repeating the same thing. "Go on the app customer services will sort it out for you." Not one apology, not one offer to fix their issue. So I went to the app and was greeted by even worse help. The app doesn't let you select an order to get help with, instead you're fed through to eventually the literal worst quality virtual assistant I've ever encountered. It understood nothing I was requesting. Absolute waste of time and waste of money. Easily the worst McDonald's locally because this has happened more than once.

Mcdonalds has gone downhill in quality, only stopped to use the facilities and felt I had to buy something to warrant the stop.

Been here quite a few times, staff is always helpful and friendly. Food is always standard for a McDonald's restaurant. There always colours and colouring sheets to keep the little ones happy which I'm very greatful for. The only issues I've had is that sometimes the seats are left unwiped and my little girl ran to a seat, sat down and got a wet bum as obvious someone's spilt something and not cleaned it but other than that the place is normally ok

Since my last review, the queue times have dropped massively! However, the last three time I have been, I've ordered the new double cheeseburger meal only to receive a single cheeseburger and be charged for the double.

Food came in a reasonable time, which is more than could be said for most McDonald’s these days. However, they were mopping the floor near by and tried to mop around me as I was eating, which made me feel in the way and uncomfortable. They’d have been better off paying attention to the toilets: two were out of action and the one that was open was in a state.

Tables dirty, food was cold, toilets need a good clean and handryer not working, food under the tables, lock missing on toilet door. We regularly use Mcd's on days out. Overall it will be a while before we visit again.

They even had the milkshake machine working.....👍👍👍

Rare visit here but a treat for my friends little boy. Have to say, although extremely busy, especially with just eat collections, we found a table (which was wiped instantly it was free) the food was piping hot. Special shout out to Caroline who was absolutely great with the children! Full table set up with games, sticker books, paints etc. apparently it’s a Friday event! Brilliant idea 😀

Well where do I start! Ordered on the app for collect and was waiting half an hour so had to go in, then to get told we didn't order even when I showed the RUDE woman shift manager the receipt. Then was talking around me when I was stood waiting for my food then got home freezing food and half of food missed

So I place my order about half a hour before shutting, reasonable time giving them half a hour, they take about 20 minutes assigning a driver for the driver to get there as the restaurant shuts for them to go yeah your orders cancelled. So waited half a hour buzzing for my nuggets for them to go no sorry mate starve.
