The place is dirty and it appears that there are no staff to clean or assist

Again called in for some lunch, no cold drinks available apart from bottled type and hot drinks, place is a joke!

Food as normal but fast attendance and finish.

It's McDonald's, you know what you're going to get so it's always good. Only gripe I have is that Drive-Thru seems to get priority. The person bringing the food to the table however was friendly and professional.

Didn't get order right got medium not large my daughter wanted book and got a toy and I ask for pkain double cheese burger with bacon my first burger had onion on where they stared to put stuff on realised it was wrong and tried to scrap it off leaving onion still on it and the sauce all over the wrapper, we took it back to counter they changed it gave me plain burger with bacon no cheese so had to go back a second time and I swear they used same bun as in areas it was soggy and tasted of onion..... absolute joke don't know how hard it can be a PLAIN CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON isn't that complex ive worked in kitchens and served a larger variety of food but didn't mess up

Most of my order was custom, and they got everything right. Really friendly and great service and at 6am!

It's a mc donalds. It's nit the same as it used to be! It ain't a FAST FOOD no more. Food now comes with hair ect. Always cold , order is never correct ! Rude, unprofessional staff, half don't even speak English 🤣

One of nicest we've had in a while..

I go here a lot with my young family and it's consistently good here. Food is always fresh and service always good and with a smile. It knocks spots off the KFC over the road that has disappointed us quite a few times. We can depend on Maccy D's! 👍

No soft drinks machine broken food only warm

Called here after a long day travelling yesterday evening around 9pm. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 3 large fries and an order of chicken nuggets. When we opened them none of the fries were large even though they were in large boxes. One was medium, one was small/medium and the other was smaller than a small! This is really bad customer service! Won't use this outlet ever again. If we hadn't been so tired I would have returned the entire order.

Its about time someone took the court under trade descriptions act. The advertisements depict something that does not resemble the actual. Horrible place!!

Was OK but not as filling as it was a few years ago.

Very Disappointed! Didn’t get chance to review the new breakfast Wrap on this occasion as they didn’t have it.they also didn’t have the following. .coffee .fizzy drinks .hashbrowns (10 minute wait) .tea .flat bread I think maybe it would have been worth it to just close for the day.

Needed treatment for frostbite after eating this freezing cold slop, no dips as ordered and I guess a straw is to much effort to include, absolute garbage

So slow to get your food. Tried in person, via the app and drive through. Never include dips even with meals that have dips as part of them. Have to cheek to ask do you want extra dips when they bring you the food making you think dips are in the bags

Gets worse every time I come... Half the menu not on today, staff have no clue what's going on, waiting for ages, parked in a bay after already having a long wait to order , wrong order ... More just eat orders going out than anything... It's lost its appeal to me... Quick and easy no more

Woman on the phone should respect her elders more. And she also shouldn't have a job the way she was speaking to my grandad. The customers are always right..

Only popped in for coffee, killing time.

Order on app then wait in allocated numbered parking bay. Would have been good if staff didn't park in these bays & not one was vacant. Lucky KFC next door 🙄

Firstly got our order wrong, missed off a box of sharing cheese bites. Went back upto the counter to wait for them to add them to our order. Got back to the table and was missing our dips. Terrible burger, cold and like cardboard. Chips were not hot too. If it wasn't so busy and wasn't pushed for time, then I would've returned the whole order.

Not the best, it's close to work so convenient. Got my order wrong on more than one occasion. The presentation is poor, and it never looks like the posters. I purchased some cheese dippers the other day and one looked like it had been bitten.

Spicy chicken burger was a bit megger whilst served cold soggy,, The big cheesy bacon burger was better value in size and content but the let down was the bacon had an over smoked cheap taste about it as if it was chemical additives.

Brilliant service as always. Fast and correct.

Can't say I usually enjoy fast food burgers. But it was lunchtime, we were hungry and we would pass a McDs on our way home. We both had the new limited Philly Stack and it was very good. We were both quiet surprised how good it was. We'd have it again.

Got my order completely wrong at drove thru but still managed to charge me the extra for the meal I ordered. Got home and they don’t answer phone calls to rectify their mistakes

If you order on the app be prepared for them to miss items from your order. God help you if you use points for items- Uber won’t do anything and when you call the branch they have to speak to Uber to “try and resolve” Had to chase myself and their solution is for me to collect- what is the point in delivery if I have to collect. What did arrive was cold. Avoid and go elsewhere. No one can resolve problems they create

Placed an order via justeat, waited an hour and 20 minutes for nothing to turn up to then get a notification saying the order was cancelled. Rang to find out why only to be hung up on with no explanation. Disgusting behaviour.

The food was really hot and fresh. The staff were good but could not really hear when on the drive thru.

Good made sloppy and chips extremely salty even in the happy meals! …. Staff are rude and ignorant if you have an independent 10 year old be prepared for staff to ignore them and serve adults clearly stood behind her then when you make the remark about it and take it as a one off for them to do it again to her is just blatantly rude and ignorant ! Every customer matters not just the adults next time don’t turn your nose up and have an attitude when her parent confronts you over your ignorant behaviour acting like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum slamming food down !

Cold chips like warm burger descusting

Ordered 4 meals for my kids 2 came incorrect rang the store to see if they would resolve the situation due to my childrens allergies and the manageress turned round and said it wasn't their problem that they sent the wrong food and that I would have to order another order through if I wanted the correct meals , ,, poor service even worse management will not bother with them again

Called here while on a night shift. Our ambulance could not fit through the drive in so we walked round to the window & was told we couldn't order anything because we wasn't in a vehicle. Awful service! Won't be visiting here again!

Needless to say the fish & chips are excellent with light crispy batter. Every time go I set out to be adventurous and choose another option and then I stick to the fish and chips,! I've always found the staff to be genuinely friendly. In case you don't know Papas is a big multi-level building with some interesting displays.

After 12 midnight you cannot access the drive through if not got s car, I went on my moped and said I need a car to get serviced. It supposedly a 24 hour takeaway!

It's McDonalds, you know what to expect food wise. Good service and not too long a wait for food either.

Easy to understand why this store is open 24 hours a day when you see just how slowly they seem to progress drive thru customers

All our group ate the same food earlier that day but only one of us had a cheese burger later. It looked like it had been assembled by a chimpanzee and that person ended up with the runs.

It's a good McDonald's good service and never to full but that being said it's about time they put a new burger on the permanent list they have the mctasty with jalapenos finally jalapenos but same old food it's about time McDonald's started to change its menu and give a better choice instead of the same old items. I visited Poland and the menu there is so much better instead of the same bland everyday items here in the UK

Do you know when something is wrong but you can't put your finger on it, well, this establishment has that air. Nice enough place, well dressed staff, uber busy, but! One tends to think when everyone is scurrying around on the deck, but the boat's not moving, that the Captain is to blame, this place has that air. So, what's the gripe, mmm What do I seek from fast food, the answer is in the title, er fast, was it, er nope. What else do I expect, in this instance from burger and chips, you got it, HOT, was it...go on you guess...defo not. So, who did put the Grim in Grimsby, easy, this place.

It was discussing, I got completely the wrong order, 23/05/2023 , 19.44 pm , the manager said, she would not help , order number 01554 , it is clear I am genuine, I have all the details

Popped in for little snack and our ordering machine decided not to work but was quickly rectified. Do believe chips and burgers have had salt reduced, which does remove a little taste but suppose we are better off for it.

Just a light bite but good food and service

Worst restaurants I've ever visited. Yesterday I was handed my latte in a soggy cup holder. That split open and poored all over my legs and on my car interior! Not only did it make me late for my hospital appointment, the female staff was trying to turn the blame around on me. Also saying I shouldn't be mad when clearly it's common sense to not pass hot drinks in a damaged holder! After my hospital appointment I gave a call to the manager that didn't feel like she wanted to do her job...so instead decided to put the female on who start shouting saying she would of cleaned my car for me. I then told her she wouldn't be able to clean it because it was inside my button controls, and seats needed wet vaxing. I said I wanted compensating for the interior cleaning..she then say email this email..but then she puts the phone down!! Absolutely shocking service!!

Why is it so hard to read from a screen then put the correct items in a bag? For the umpteenth time my order is incorrect and worth less than I paid for it. Extra training required

Rang up earlier to change delivery address as it was my old address on the system to be told to sort it through just eat so I tried to do this however Just eat didn't have the option at the time to cancel the order so I rang back for a bit of advice on how to cancel it to be spoken over by a member off staff and when I asked if she could not be rude and talk over me whilst I was explaining the issue, I then had the phone put down on me and tried ringing again and again the phone was put down on me.. so they will happily take your money for an order even though the address was wrong and they refuse to help you out. Disgusting customer service and as for the girl who spoke to me like she did, you need a lesson in manners girl! Rude and disrespectful

Very slow service had to park on the car park whilst waiting for my food to be made almost 10 minutes i waiting and the place wasnt even full.

Constantly 'upgrading' you're order to something different that you will like more than what you asked for because they know better. Cold food , wrong order, is the rule at this place.

It'll be good if you're ordering in just eat or uber but inside you're waiting for a lifetime. Stopped going.

We usually use this McDonald’s as it is closer to us. We will start going to a different one now. Our last few orders either been the complete wrong order, where we’ve had to return to get it sorted, missing items or the wrong burger. (Not sure how you can mix up the spicy chicken and the plain chicken).

The food is good when they get the order right. Staff are helpful and one lady in particular went out of her way to help me.

I couldn't tell what was bread and what was meat.

I used this McDonald's all the time I'm and is always really busy the atmosphere is not very good and I also didn't get half of the order that are you ordered 👍🙄

Absolutely packed at 7pm on Friday. 20+ minutes from ordering to receiving. Cheeseburger cold, chicken sandwich warm - both obviously prepared first, chicken nuggets fresh and hot, probably everything else just sat on the tray while waiting. To top it off the (very polite) girl bussed the table with the wife's coke still on the tray, it went straight in the bin. No doubt a sensational cash cow for the franchise owners and little scope to expand this location but the customer experience at busy times is in the toilet.

Waited over 18 minutes for a chicken salad, mate ordered a double quarter plain and only came with one patty, after complaining, they didn't apologise or care and after 3 minutes got the replacement. My fries was cold at the end of it as had to wait for redo burger. 😩 very poor performance. Many problems in store and retraining of staff needed urgently.

Apparently not actually 24/h?? Ordered pickup through the McDonald's app with no issues but when my partner came to collect the member of staff told him it was closed. Really annoying that this wasn't reflected on google or the app

Went drive thru ordered two jam muffin for my kids breakfast while starting 2 hours journey paid got bag from window and kids opened 10 minutes later no jam or butter pack inside at all.wasted time and money poor service unhappy kids

I visited at 9:30pm expecting a WARM burger. I ordered a double quarter pounder and a cheese burger. When i received my food, my quarter meat was very dry, when i had a bite it dried out my mouth. I then took this back as a complaint and expected fresh meat in return. It was the same just slightly warmer. But it was edible. My cheeseburger however was revolting! My meat was so dry it was like a hockey puck. It was the WORST cheeseburger i have ever eaten at any McDonalds i have been to in the world. Things must improve before i go back there. I often go to meridian point and there meat is always pretty fresh on a night. Follow E-production and the problem will be solved.

It's McDonald's. It's not exactly a 5 star establishment. That's not what you go there for. What does help sometimes is to receive the items you've ordered, and that doesn't always happen. Not such a big deal but very much appreciated

Went today no milk no mc flurry asked for 2x large chips, but got one small one med chips crispy chicken burger and 20 nuggets. The staff at this outlet are usless they do not care about customers at all girl taking orders was rushing to take our order and got it completely wrong, it cost £15 thats 1.5hrs work at mc Donald's pay they should remeber customers work heard to earn to buy their food...... What a terrible place.
