Late, Cold and missing sauces.

The estimated delivery time kept increasing... when the driver finally appeared on the map he was miles away, when Mcdonalds is about 300 meters away from my location. The food and coffee was stone cold and unedible.

ordered large stacker meal didn't get the chips

Food was freezing cold couldn’t even drink it and forgot my dip

So kind and decent love mcdonald's

Over an hours wait for food to arrive. Cold, food missing and given half a big Mac for a FAST food restaurant, this is shocking

the time of the order kept changing. it said the courier was at the restaurant but then kept changing from 10 minutes, to 7 to 6 to 10 to 15! when it's arrived, the chips are cold and soggy, they look hardly cooked! and I only live 4 minutes from the restaurant

chips where uncooked and freezing ,burgers where freezing as well not even gonna talk about the “hot” chocolate

I paid extra for the toy and neither were delivered frustrating

Yet again abysmal service. Didn’t bring the full order, kids are without ice creams and milkshakes! Restaurant doesn’t care either. Absolutely awful service, thanks Mac Donald’s

How could this delivery be made without the code. There has been no attempt to deliver the food.

Driver didn’t select he left the restaurant despite having my order, because he was doing a delivery with another app. Then he selected it when he finally completed the other order, so he “teleported” on the map to somewhere a completely different direction to my house. They also didn’t have an insulated bag to keep my food hot, everything was cold. Fries had no color either, that one being the restaurants fault, barely cooked.

Dreadfully cold food. Driver obviously took too many orders at Macdonalds to deliver. The food was prepared at 1630 and delivered at 1720. Cold and bits missing to

The chips are dry with no salt i was also missing all my dips that i had gone and paid for as well the food its self is all very dry this is a shocking quality of food

It's McDonald's, you know what you're going to get so it's always good. Only gripe I have is that Drive-Thru seems to get priority on one side.

Total bunch of clowns...... a quarter pounder was missing and the person we spoke to couldn't give a toss, just said get a refund. All in all the service and food was complete and utter rubbish. To be fare the driver was really polite and helpful, i just cant say the same about the clown of an employee that we spoke to regarding the order.

Cold spent £30 it was cold got a £2 refund

What's the point if ordering food if staff can't tell the difference between a coke & strawberry milkshake, leave chips & sauces out & the excuse on the phone is, 'new starters & no one to check orders' Pathetic

Went to the drive thru for a cheese burger happy meal waited at the window for ages, then asked to park up when it arrived. The top of thebun was absolutely covered in ketchup, which my 4 year old daughter got all over herself not good

6 minutes in the que. Not long for the number of cars. Food fresh hot and delicious

Although the delivery drive was polite and courteous, our food, unfortunately, was stone cold by the time it got to us. It’s literally less than a 10 minute drive on a bad traffic day.

Foods freezing cold missing a sausage and egg muffing with bacon and extra sausage coffees are meant to be boiling there frozen

Food thrown together. No care taken. No napkins in the bag. This seems to be a recurring theme. Muffins are tiny meaning the sausage sticks out of the side. But even then it’s not arranged properly.

There was no sources which made the chicken very dry
