Katzu chicken wrap was delicious Milkshake not mixed and straw fell apart Screens not printing receipts Food to eat in was placed in a bag. Staff were stressing at each other. Had to wipe the table with a napkin as it was dirty

Cold food and slow service. Very poor experience

The staff are without manners when gng through drive through.the food was cold when I put a verbal complaint in its met with a couldn't care less attitude .staff need retraining in customer service. Also food hygiene needs to take a trip there.you cannot serve chicken luke warm .its not safe to eat .overall I would be reluctant to visit this place again

I have been coming to this maccies for years above all others I found it to be the best . However for 6 + months I have found the burgers to be absolutely terrible like they have been sat for hours . Very poorly constructed and even cold . Chips are hardly warm and if you order for delivery always missing items from dips to even a meal . I don't normally complain but it's been disgusting.

Order via the app, got the wrong wrap for my daughter and then ordered a toffee latte with my meal and got given plain latte, wouldn’t mind but pay extra to have toffee in it 🙄

The estimated delivery time kept increasing... when the driver finally appeared on the map he was miles away, when Mcdonalds is about 300 meters away from my location. The food and coffee was stone cold and unedible.

Apart from one slightly older lady that has served in the drive though, the rest of the staff, managers included need a crash course in customer service. And quick. Maybe start first though with common sense and manners. Normally I go drive thru and get greeted by having to announce my existence and then eventually getting to the food window to, and this has now happened on five separate occasions where my food has just been thrust at me, mostly without even a word said. Abysmal customer service

the time of the order kept changing. it said the courier was at the restaurant but then kept changing from 10 minutes, to 7 to 6 to 10 to 15! when it's arrived, the chips are cold and soggy, they look hardly cooked! and I only live 4 minutes from the restaurant

Today, again ordered McDonald’s on request of the kids for their birthdays. And again, McDonald’s delivered their terrible service. As everyone else experiences they forgot to put half the order in the bag, I mean I’m sure people for McDonald’s are interviewed for common sense and intelligence - how hard is it to look at a receipt end put everything in the bag and then seal?? So I did my refund on Uber - now have to wait 10 days to receive money back breakfast was over so couldn’t reorder my sons meal (on his birthday I might add). I rang up and asked to speak to the person in charge I got a female shift manager - she was very abrupt, I simply pointed out I’m a manager for a service and if I receive complaints (high volume) to the same sort of trends I have to change processes to try and learn lessons and improve the service after all it’s what we are there and paid for right? She told me there’s nothing she can do the staff are told and trained and ignore her! I asked for the store code to put a complaint in, she gave me the code (1152) and then put the phone down. Competent manager who admitted staff don’t listen to her then excelled herself in customer service by putting the phone down on a customer. (23rd March 11.20am) They don’t care they just offer free meals rather than improving their service, then you get snide remarks saying “well if you came in and got it yourself” - no I used the service YOU promote and advertise - delivery. It doesn’t matter which type of service was used, it matters that the service failed again!

Driver didn’t select he left the restaurant despite having my order, because he was doing a delivery with another app. Then he selected it when he finally completed the other order, so he “teleported” on the map to somewhere a completely different direction to my house. They also didn’t have an insulated bag to keep my food hot, everything was cold. Fries had no color either, that one being the restaurants fault, barely cooked.

Total bunch of clowns...... a quarter pounder was missing and the person we spoke to couldn't give a toss, just said get a refund. All in all the service and food was complete and utter rubbish. To be fare the driver was really polite and helpful, i just cant say the same about the clown of an employee that we spoke to regarding the order.

Went to the drive thru for a cheese burger happy meal waited at the window for ages, then asked to park up when it arrived. The top of thebun was absolutely covered in ketchup, which my 4 year old daughter got all over herself not good

Although the delivery drive was polite and courteous, our food, unfortunately, was stone cold by the time it got to us. It’s literally less than a 10 minute drive on a bad traffic day.

Food thrown together. No care taken. No napkins in the bag. This seems to be a recurring theme. Muffins are tiny meaning the sausage sticks out of the side. But even then it’s not arranged properly.
