I waslooking forward to the chips but they werenot very nice. The pizza had a soggy bottom andtopping but the stuffed crust was hard and uneatable

food was late, cold, soggy and small portions ordered large and it was smaller than most regular kebabs, shocking will not order again, Avoid !!!!

Chips were Rock solid and the garlic bread didn’t have to cut it it just snapped in half it was also rock solid and all cold

asked for cod got cold haddock cold chip lukewarm curry and my wife haddock was the same but she had gravy which she say that was not very good

Disgusting attitude and service. The food was supposed to take up to 40 mins to arrive. We called after 45mins for an update and were greeted with a bad attitude and told to either wait another 20 mins or cancel. We said we would wait, 30 mins passed and still nothing. I called back and got a bad attitude again being told it had only been 2 mins since we called so we had to wait 20 mins still. That was a blatant lie, it had been 30 mins. His attitude was shocking and he kept telling me to just cancel. I told him to cancel it, was hung up on and he didn't cancel it, I had to get Uber Eats to do it. Judging by the other reviews that I've only just seen, I've been lucky to avoid having the food delivered. Got a refund and went to McDonald's instead. Shocking, it's like he wanted us to cancel the order the whole time which we eventually did. Just close the shop or stop accepting Uber Eats orders if you're not gonna deliver them anyway.

If I could give -100 stars I would!!!! Food never arrived! When I called the owner was extremely rude and swore at me! Threatened that if I wasn't willing to wait another 20 minutes he would cancel my order and this is after the food is already over an hour late! Don't waste your time or money on this disgusting place! The reviews speak for themselves.

Disgusting VILE! and that's just the owners attitude! Delivery was over an hour late and when I called I got a load of verbal abuse! They wouldn't cancel the order so I had to mess about cancelling it through Uber eats. They accept your order then tell you 2 hours later that they are too busy and you can either wait longer or they will cancel your order! Con men!!

We enjoy the chicken donner kebabs here immensely, cooked fresh to order. Friendly staff too. Big portions served how you want it.

A genuinely, surprisingly awful experience. Very late. Food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. Squashed pie, watery gravy, cold chips, standard pizza instead of a platter. Lied to regarding delivery time on the phone first time, second time a dismissive "call you back in five minutes". Never did get that phonecall. If they quote a delivery time to you, whether by ubereats, justeat or whatever, Add an hour. At least. I'd recommend trying somewhere else though.

Food was sour and slimy. Chicken just smelt like rotting fish. Food was cold and stale. Garlic mayo was so sour I couldn't even eat it. Wouldn't recommend wasting money on this, definitely go to char grill. The only decent thing was the garlic bread

Estimated time was up to 50mins. Ordered 14.09 arrived 16.22 over two hours late made me late for plans. And cold.

I was dissapointed to have 4 Fishcakes with 2 chippy chips, and no spicy chips in sight. I don't like the chippy chips from Mariners anymore. They seem 'old' and no longer fresh. I much prefer the spicy ones, which is why I ordered them...anyway...

Margarita pizza had no tomato base. Chicken donner calzone had one or two pieces of meat, the rest was onions. Ordered a pot of garlic sauce and it wasn’t put into a separate bag, so it made a hole in the top of one of the pizza boxes and spilt all over. The food also arrived cold. Will not be ordering again.

I can’t give any stars but had to give it one to make a review, it was an absolute disaster honestly what a waste of money, chips were well over done and abit of a rubbery texture and tasted foul. The peas had an odd taste too but our order was late to. The worst take away we have ever had.

Got the enes special kebab which features donner shish chicken and shish lamb food was cold upon arrival (not a surprise when watery garlic sauce is dumped on top) the chicken was bland but some what moist. The lamb donner was half crisp and half pale grease, the very little lamb shish I received made up for the absolute disaster if that’s all I happened to order but sadly there was the rest better luck in the future

A don’t know if it’s just the way food is down here but I’m from Northumberland and I’ve never had a garlic bread look or taste like this and I’ve never had a wrap that tasted so bad. It had the weirdest chemical taste. I even had other people try the wrap and they spat it out. Shocking.

Best food I have had in a long time, wasn't even half way through when wanting to write this review to say how perfect the food was, genuinely can't say anything bad about it, food came perfectly on time aswell literally can not complain at all, thankyou.

On a Sunday teatime, ordered 2 large and 2 small Haddock and chips, got them back to our holiday home, 10 mins away, they were inedible, I would say they had been cooked and kept warm for over 2 hours, straight in the bin, I would have taken them back, but it was chucking it down with rain, worst chippy for miles,

I ordered at 6.35pm was supposed to be here by 8pmat the latest...actually turned up at 8.25pm however it was cooked good and the quality was justly deserved. Driver aplolgised due to busy orders. To be accepted and food was very good. oWould order again but not on a friday lol

As i entered carlos's fine establishment i was greeted by what i can only describe as a chant you would hear in the pontoon on a saturday afternoon. My concern was raised as i overheard the manager singing "we piss on your fish" and first i thought the fish was smoked but after a taste test it seems carlos needs to increase his water intale during his shift. Dehydration is no joke especially in a hot and busy kitchen environment. Secondly my fears were confirmed when he took off his knock off Birkenstocks and dipped his toes in the baked beans, at this point i opted for the mushy peas and it turns out they taste like ciggies. Carlos's saving grace is he prides himself on service with a smile. Its a shame he doesn't brush his teeth but we can look past that. Overall 7/10.

Poor food quality, warm at best. Chips mostly unedible, reheated and dry. Was going to reheat some of the pizza for tomorrow... tastes like it already had been from yesterday! 😫😫

I ordered our food at around 2.20pm it arrived at 4.10pm! and was cold. am not happy at all with this restaurant/ delivery.

It was 30 minutes late, pizzas were burnt, chips were cold and all in all it was not eatable, it was clear it had been left out and left to dry out
