Burger King in North East Lincolnshire

every item absolutely freezing. inedible and was offered £4 compensation when cost me £19. digusting

Food was Stone cold and no straws for the 2 milkshakes ordered. Delivery time kept changing and going up while food was obviously waiting to be picked up. £35 spent for cold burgers and chips. disgraceful

I spent £17 pound on a burger i asked for a nother patty which didn't come im absolutely in shock with the price and what I got

worst burger king ive ever had! chips obviously been sat under heat lamp for hours! like cardboard! same goes for the chicken fries they have been sat that long the coating was hard and chewy instead of crispy! ordered bbq chicken burger and couple find the bbq. absolutely awful, id be embarras3d to send food out like that! avoid!!

Abysmal doesn’t even cover it! All the food stone cold burger looked terrible and no bottle of coke for £22.00 and a tip. Absolutely shocking I require a full refund. The restaurant phone no. Listed as an office couldn’t catch the name and close at 5. P.m!

Good cold, waited over an hour for our food, driver had more than one delivery with us being last ! Stop taking more than one delivery!

Missing half a £60 order, single burger meals when ordered doubles, one burger completely missing, one lot of chilli bites missing and a monster missing, AVOID

Service was perfect, food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean!

Restaurant has had an update. There are now electronic self service kiosks, only wish there were more than two as I was told they couldn't enter my purchase on the tills. Definitely an overall improvement on the food too as mine was actually hot this time 🤣. Must say though that I still prefer McDonald's coffee.

Kept changing delivery time even though it said courier was at restaurant and then said it was delivered even though it never changed to tracking the delivery and I have no food

During my travels, this is the only fast food outlet in the world I have ever been to that doesn't sell coffee!!! When I asked for a coffee, I was informed that they don't sell coffee. When I asked why not, "because we don't have a coffee machine". Fair answer, I guess, but not good for business. No wonder Burger King is closing branches.

the order got marked as delivered but it never arrived. Never confirmed my delivery code and I have no idea what happened to my order. Requested a refund and I am furious that it is this easy for an order to just go AWOL.

Absolutely appauling. Walked into the restaurant for a young girl and an older lady to be laughing at me quite clearly as well!! We was waiting for food when the young girl was stood there on her phone scrolling through her social media. Then laughing with the older women. The young girl then laughs whilst calling our number out. I felt very very uncomfortable and I will not be going back there! The girl was too young in my eyes to be working there with the immaturity level she had! DISGUSTING!!!!!

Went through drive through because no one inside. Chicken burger warm and chips cold, 30p for bbq sauce! Should have really gone inside and complained but did not want a confrontation after a long day having treatment at hospital and a long drive home. Never going here again!
