Burger King in North East Lincolnshire

All the people here were super friendly and the food was so good. Also the vibe inside was really welcoming. The inside of the restaurant was really clean too

Went all the way to Grimsby from Holton le clay arrived 1015 pm all in darkness shut says open to 11pm that's another customer they have lost

Food was fresh and hot, cant fault service at all - very jolly bunch despite the dinner rush. Dining area was busy but well maintained, staff went around twice during my visit. Refurbishment would be nice seems a shame to let this one rot whilst others in the branch get new furnishings.

Very basic. Often slow service getting served even when there's no queue. Food is hit and miss but it fills you up if you want something quick.

Absolute shocking, food cold and dry which makes it very chewy… customer service shocking. Food was left on hot plate for about 5 minutes… I was the only one in the restaurant, chips was left out and food was beeping but staff was in office to busy talking.

Another fast food review. Here I found the floor was dirty and food full around one tables. Many table tops hadn't been cleaned so hard to find a clean table. The staff wasn't so busy as only a couple of customers seated. But staff just stood behind the counter. Not one person came to the floor to clean floor or tables all the time I sat there. Then it starts me thinking on how dirty the kitchen area could be errrr The food was standard and ok. French fries wasnt hot too cold. Threfore not great.

Absolutely garbage 🗑, burger as cold as the salad, fries taste off starch , never will I use any burger King outlet again.....

I visited today hoping things would have improved since my last visit back in Aug 23, well I have to say it's now worse, waited 25 minutes in the car park, where I was asked to wait, when my food arrived it was cold! When I said to a staff member who brought it, why don't they say it's a long wait when I only have 30 mins for my lunch break? Shrugged his shoulders, then I replied it needs better management, he was so rude and abrupt whilst walking away, I said WOW! they wasn't busy and 25 min wait for a chicken royal meal at £9 is diabólical so don't waste your money, tried to ring, no one answers the phone, guess this will close very soon.....

Only people in here tables dirty rubbish building up on tables and over flowing bin staff not busy place wants a CLEAN and a rocket up the staffs arse chatting away swearing where we can hear them. When they should be cleaning the place up it’s a health hazard

Restaurant is always freezing cold, the toilets were in total darkness, I had to use the torch on my phone. Staff were miserable, I asked if we could get the offers without going on the app and the server just said no, so it took me about 15 mins to order our food as I kept going wrong. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time and it took nearly 20 mins for our food to be ready, I think they must have forgotten about us as it wasn't very hot when we got it.

We popped into this place as we'd been shopping at Currys across the road on Sunday. We hadn't eaten all day Sunday and it was 3 in the afternoon. Looked at the menu behind the bar and we both opted for chicken Royal whopper cheese 🧀 burger. The only thing whopping about this meals the price! I had a Fanta orange 🍊 drink with mine. My wife didn't want one. We both had chips. The table we sat down at was wet. The cheese on these small ordinary sized burgers was like a piece of rubber. Not even melted. And there were two people in front of us waiting. We waited a good 10 minutes? There was an inch of smoked bacon on each. I didn't see smoked on the menus. Think it was supposed to be salad and looked like grass. The chicken was very small the same size as the bun! We had sauce on to disguise the taste as it was shocking. Then we got charged £21.97? The large fries were very minute. To sum up the one at Victoria Street in Grimsby won't be seeing us ever again?

Ordered food on the app knowing full well they don’t get the food ready till you give them the code on drive though , ordered at 11:30 to collect I went at 14:00 was given fresh chips but a cold burger and cold chili bites I think it was left on the side for hours , put straight in the bin

Ordered from just eat, restraunt told us to ring through to the driver but provided no driver number as you cannot find that on just eat. Just eat app keeps sending to the same page with no help in regards to this. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful staff.

Burger King Grimsby is a good example of how not to do fast food. I was not able to work out why it was so slow, there were plenty of staff there and it was not busy. The staff all seemed to be walking back and forth checking and doing close to nothing. The food was good, but not freshly cooked - how? We waited nearly half an hour! It will be a while before I try again, which is a shame because I like BK.

Food was tasty enough although the salad on my whopper was sparse but it took 25 minutes for our food to be prepared. It wasn't busy so I can't figure out why it took so long. Disappointing.

Worst burger I've had in a long time. Rude staff, burger had no salad on it. Just have to mention the rude staff, one of them had an apple earbud in, grunted as she had to deal with a just eat woman. Member of staff floating round like something from George A Romeros Night Of The Living dead. The toilets look like something out of a bad horror film, and smell just as bad. Rude staff, bad food, stale bread. The only good thing was the road out of the car park. The prices are stupid now too. Avoid.

Always very good food, fresh and delicious, not cold at all which is impressive, the smoky loaded fries are the best, nice atmosphere. Burger king Is always my favorite. Overall 5 stars 👍

Chicken. Royal absolutely disgusting one bit of yellow wilted lettuce no mayo couldn't eat it chips was dry and stone cold and pop was warm tried ringing the restaurant for the last 30 mins with no answer

I always enjoyed a meal here, but just recently, it started to look quite grubby tables not clean, and the service is not very good, very disappointed

It's a shame that, at 1pm, Macdonald's is rammed and yet there are only 2 tables occupied in BK and a practically deserted drive through. The revamped Burger King I'm sure make the better burgers, their fries are better and the wider menu is great too. I think the Grimsby restaurant may have stagnated for too long with tacky furniture and staff that made it look like they were desperate. The tacky booths have gone, replaced by some simple tables (but it's an improvement) and the staff on duty were more positive than I've previously seen. If you've not tried BK recently I would definitely recommend giving it a whirl instead of Maccy D's. Flame grilled burgers with fresh salad do taste better, and there's probably less of a queue!

I walked in ahead of somebody that was clearly known to the staff. They served that person before me, not sure why. They ordered three whole bags of food so I had to wait several minutes to order and several more to get my food.

I came in yesterday for the first time and I was shocked about how lovely this place is. The atmosphere was incredible and the food was amazing and delicious. I will come again for sure!

Place is a disgrace! They forgot 4 portions of chips and 4 drinks! They made me wait 25minutes for a portion of chips to go with my burger! By the time they gave me my chips the burger was freezing!! Waste of money, place is filthy and full of flies around the food, very unhygienic, and the workers dont want to do there job no customer service skills at all they look at you like your not there, and i had to wait in the empty restaurant for 5minutes before being served!! Will be reporting them to health and safety standards!! Very annoyed and annoyed at the staff for being so rude and disrespectful!

The branch that Burger King forgot. Awful place to sit in and eat and it hasn't improved in the past 20 years. Torn, duct-taped seats, filthy tables, out of order drinks machine. This place really needs some sort of love.

What a disappointment, order was wrong and all the food was cold and for the cost of it I think the store manager should be ashamed. Will not be ordering from here ever again and would advise other the same, unless your in the store give this place a miss!!

Not the best fast food place I've been to. Food was cold and bread buns were dry. They didn't even have any hot drinks available today. A real disappointment 😞

Usually get good service and have no issue whatsoever but today I made a just eat order what charged me £24 for half of my food to be missing. So I decided to call and complain and haven’t got the decency to pick up the phone ,called 33 times in the last 20/30 minutes and still no answer absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and received a cheeseburger. Returned so my order could be corrected and I received a COLD bacon double cheeseburger. I noticed the person taking orders at this time (between 1 and 2pm) was on their phone and there was inappropriate conversation going on between the staff. Only one person seemed to be working correctly. I will not be returning to this store again and will be posting reviews on other sites.

We usually use other fast food restaurants but thought we'd try Burger King. We won't be rushing back the food was cold I used a magnifying glass to find my bacon and if the fries was large I'm glad we never had a small For just under £20 I was expecting a little better 🤬

No one in the Burger King, but I had to ask for a table and chairs to be cleaned. Food was cold and tasteless. I really couldnt be bothered to complain at the time as we were in a rush. We had 2 drinks, my husband asked for black coffee, which came with milk in it. I asked for a tea with Milk and got black tea. So I did go ask for milk. Really would not consider eating there again. Worst Burger King I have ever eaten. Not that I eat that many. And I did just fancy a burger that time

Less than 1 star but not able to select less than 1 star. A Restaurant chain that teams up with Just eat to which we pay a fortune for there services. Order placed food delivered wrong, I then physically go to the restaurant ( Defeats the object of Using Just eat ) only to be told they wont exchange the wrong food as my issue was with Just eat. Not the person in that very Restaurant that packed the wrong order. Absolutely no accountability on there behalf. Needless to say a disgraceful experience but am I surprised, Absolutely not.

Literal extortion- it was £4.78 for 2 regular cokes

Got a meal for my daughter and I. It was £4.99 per meal and was good value. I didn't think it would fill me up but was just the right amount. Both meals were classic double patties with cheese, Chilli cheese bites, fries and a drink. For £4.99 each, we were both happy.

Ordered on the app, went to collect. We’re looked at like aliens. Given food, some man appeared ordered his food then staff came round asked if he wanted a ‘fag’ rolling. He then proceeded, without uniform, to go round the back into the kitchen area and all staff disappeared. Got the food home. Chicken nuggets were missing, given the wrong burger and found a long hair in the other. Rang the store and explained our situation to be immediately told we don’t do refunds. After explaining again, we’ve ordered click and collect we were told you’ll have to come back to us for a refund or look on the app and see what that says… Put the person on hold and had a look. Said hello again 3 times before I was acknowledged. Asked if we came back tomorrow to be refunded would it be given the person said yes. I had to ask them to take my name and write a brief explanation of our issue and that we’d be coming for a refund. How are people not trained in customer service??? If the place was busy, I’d totally understand a mistake made… we were the only people there and there was no one at the drive through. Let’s see if we get our refund tomorrow. Appalling service

Restaurant has had a recentish update. The booths are all gone and thankfully with them went the orange tape that was holding the seats together. The member of staff that served me (Amelia - receipt showed Darcy Grace) was a pleasure to deal with , smiled and had a pleasant demeanor about her all night, even while serving other customers. Definitely an overall improvement on the food too as mine was actually hot this time 🤣. Must say though that I still prefer McDonald's coffee lol.
