McDonald's in Neath Port Talbot

Same as usual, soggy luke warm fries and sit for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take order at drive through

Absolutely dreadful. They never get an order correct and blame Uber drivers if your food is incorrect when ordering via Uber. It's McDonald's staff that pack and seal the bag, yet they blame them because they're incompetent.

Food was cold and delivery was 55 minutes after placing order.

They keep getting simple orders wrong!!

asked for delivery for 6 and arrived 6.15 and food was cold

Quicker than all other drive-thru's in NPT and Bridgend, we ordered personalised burgers and didn't have to park up and wait. Downside is most McDonald's have car chargers in the car park, and this one doesn't.

Toilets were flooded with urine , one of your workers looked at me weird and I DID NOT ENJOY THE VIBE IN THIS STORE , DONT GO HERE !!!!!

Why is it that Briton ferry McDonald's can never get an order right with just eat??? No fries with any of our meals and cold food???? Is it so much to ask???

Food was on time except for the fact it was missing multiple items from the order.

Open 24 hours – what a good joke. I drove there today on purpose, only to find out it was closed, even though the staff were inside, probably sleeping instead of working.

driver was parked all the way the down the road didn't knock on the door or even come to the house I had to walk all the way down the road and then proceeds to tell me it's my fault when he didn't even come to the house are why are you hiring delivery drivers that don't even deliver it to the house I may aswell had gone and got it myself because the food was cold by the time I got it and my mcflurrys where melted

Several times I have attended this mcdonalds and service is extremely slow, the are often out of items, I.e. porridge... don't think I will bother there any more.

over an hour late and food was stone cold. one item was special order and was prepared 40 minutes prior to delivery as it has a time stamp on ticket. Mcdonalds are useless on Just eat and the contract should be terminated with mcdonalds.

Couldn't fault it today, food was boiling service was on top thanks to a Taylor I believe her name was (customer care) as a human on crutches anything I need she would offer to get me what I needed and that helped a big deal 😁 Not happy with the disabled car parking was taking by just eats drivers with no care for disabled people and look at me with out a word to say to me when confronted witxh happens with all McDonald's and needs to be addressed

This used to be the best mcdonalds in the area, but due to staff changes over the years it has become the worst in Wales I would say. Avoid, and this isn't just one time, I've given them chance after chance. The past 6 times I've been have been awful. Never again

The food was cold because the driver got lost and heating up the food made some of the food inedible

Used drive through and got the order wrong. I didn't pick it up when checking (missing a Happy Meal). So frustrating that you can't add to an order instead he have to go back through the drive through. Rainwater pouring off the canopy right where you get your food and Directly into the car window

Burgers were great, fries were stone cold and for some reason I got a lemonade instead of a coca cola classic.. I mean that's not even close.

Absolutely awful no BBQ sauce in BBQ ranch stack. Bun split in half. No milkshake. No mozzarella dippers. Food was absolutely freezing

I ordered the breakfast muffin deal and 2 of the muffins were missing, so only half of the family were fed

It didn’t arrive at all, it said it has been delivered at 1:55 but never received it. It said the delivery would deliver between 1:50-2:10am but later on at 3:30am it changed and said it had been delivered at 1:55am. after waiting 1hour we called the store and asked what happened to our order, however they said we should get a refund from just eat as it isn’t a problem on their end. Still don’t know where our food is and unsure if we are getting a refund.

I ordered it quite early and it came really late and the time kept on getting delayed because there were no drivers around. If you know there’s going to be deliveries then you should have drivers on sight.

The delivery driver was friendly and very apologetic for the wait but the food arrived stone cold and not nice at all. Down the the restaurant being busy and cooking the food too soon before it goes out for delivery

Sometimes when I ask for extra sauce I'm told they can't do that. I mean, just put a squirt on, how can't you do that?!!? Other times I get home and when I've asked for no sauce, there's sauce on the burger. I sometimes drive to the McDonald's on Fabian Way, even though it's further away, just to avoid this one.

Food came 2 hours and 15 minutes after ordering and when it did come was freezing and hard, it was like eating cardboard. I understand it’s a bank holiday but orders shouldn’t be taken if they’re going to be pushed back over an hour and will be delivered in that condition. Waste of time and money.

very poor service. Delivery time was to long from time of ordering. when food came it was freezing. won't be using just eat again. Even rang the restaurant to see if we coukd collect it ourselves as kids were hungry waiting. when we got there they give it out to driver. so wasted our time and fuel.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Burgers are freezing and the ice cream is completely melted. When trying to make a complaint here, options are limited and offered to refund £4. Delivery kept getting pushed back but it’s clear my items were just left in the bag for all of this time. Awful service and freezing cold food.

Will be last time I order from this branch. They've never been reliable however last night was final straw. Ordered in excess of £50 worth of food. One big tasty, two double quarter pounders with cheese (meal) chicken. Nuggets and chips. What arrived... 1. Mcchicken sandwich meal. 2 plain cheese burgers, chicken nuggets and 4 lots of chips. Chips (x4) nd chicken nuggets were the only correct thing. Gobsmacked how incorrect this was... BTW ordered with uber, complained sent pics... money being refunded. Awful food. Pretty sure we had someone else's order. Would rather drive and go further afield in future!!

my food was shocking I ordered a salad, I got 2 slices of cucumber 1 slice of tomato rest was lettuce, plus ordered 6 chicken nuggets but got 4 well 👎

But this order was shocking all the food was stone cold, which ruins the whole meal, plus half the chips were missing and the coke I ordered was a large and it came as a medium, and the small coke was only filled 3/4 of the way. I would like a full refund

I appreciate there is bad weather however McDonald's is a 1 min drive from my house . I expected maybe a,15 min delay but my food must have been under a heater for an hour and a half. ridiculous. should only start prepping it once a,driver has been assigned and is on their way to the restaurant

Ordered food today for £24, we were asked to park up to wait which was fine. The young lady that brought us our food was very happy and polite. Get home (20mins away in porthcawl) to find the Big tasty missing and a cheese burger! Very frustrating

Courier was extremely rude and unprofessional, security of the building had to watch as the courier was intimidating the boy who answered the door.

Cold food, long wait, missing items and burnt buns. When waiting, we could see a pile of food just going cold waiting for their chips to complete the order. A senior looking member of the team witnessed a happy meal fall on the floor, does he sweep the excess chips up? No, he kicks them in to the corner and then walks off. While we waited, there were multiple complaints about cold food, which the team members seemed to shrug it off. We got home to notice a missing burger from our order, but we didn’t want to drive back while our food went even more cold. Quite a poor representation of McDonald’s in my opinion.
