Awful a young man was giving me attitude whilst he was taking my order speaking to me with cocky ness and really rude and there were kids in the car I had to drive off because he was saying he had to re do my order so drove off and went to different place ignore at all cost please

Peter that works at this mcdonald's what can I say a very nice guy, very well mannered and just in general a lovely guy to talk to makes you feel welcome, which is what's missing in the world, asked if everything was ok with my food which iv never had at any mcdonald's and when I finished he took my tray and made it a very enjoyable experience at this store, couldn't ask for a better service 👏 Briton Ferry

Got given a small drink with my large meal, stated it was wrong and got told I'd only paid for a small. Showed receipt stating large. Still meet with attitude, said thank you for him correcting my order and had silent treatment. Sorry this behavior belongs in a school not a place of work. And to top it off being disabled is hard enough without added stress for someone that thinks a large meal has a small drink. I mean have your staff never had a mcdonalds before????

The Big Mac was actually nice and fluffy. Not smooshed. They charge 10p a sauce which I don't agree with. Since the MC just off the A465 doesn't.

Worst mcdonald's ever! Food is always cold and whenever we order via the app there's items missing yet they nor uber eats could care less never get refunded for food I've paid for and not received! Won't be back any time soon as for the customer service that's just as shocking when I phoned to explain about items missing they couldn't give a toss and were very rude

Every time I order from here or skewen weather it for delivery or when I order inside the orders are always missing items .whats the point in having staff when they too lazy to check receipts or the order is wrong. Not hard to read no ketchup on burger. Staff don't wear gloves when handling the food .slopy burgers put together. I know it fast food but that ridiculous. I have also written to head office. Once I can take but not every time

Was not busy when arrived, ordered food, was asked to park up, food came and a wrap was missing. Waited over 5 mins for the wrap in the mean time all other good went cold, staff there do not care and I have never had good service there, not convenient and definitely not fast food

Shocking service here for breakfast yeah it’s 5am but finishing a night shift myself last thing you need is the cheeky boy on speaker box “what else , hello anything else” not giving me a chance to Speak no please or thank you then the girl 2nd window “can’t make you a frappe machine is off he must of forgot” asks for refund “I can try make one if you want instead” worst service at any McDonald’s !!

Poor Mark McCann and the boys got yelled at for filming themselves inside their own car in the drive-thru. One of the McDonalds staff members was now officially GASSED and whipped out his phone and instantly pretended he was speaking to the Police! Now that's not very nice :( - There should be a sign saying no dashcams allowed! 1/10 would not recommend.

Food took forever to come. Told to go park, and they would bring it. Had to go in and look for the food. We saw people that had arrived well after us getting their food. My burger was cold but at least the chips were hot. Not that chuffed. They also didn't have mcflurys or milkshakes.

Very rude manager at mcdonalds, briton ferry. Asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I believe it's a franchise so it's run by him and not under McDs high standards. I saw him with his finger up his nose! Pulled him up on it and he got nasty. What a vile man. Shouted at me saying 'there's something wrong with you'. First think in the morning it's rather difficult to be ready for stuff like this when your half a sleep. Dirty man.

Disappointed with service today,ordered 3 milkshakes, gave me 2 and a coke,went in to change it,which they did with no problem, but when I got home,didn't have the balsamic dressing I ordered to go with my salad,poor show today 😞😞. Also ordered 2 Mcflurrys,got home,not even half full,which is ridiculous 😤😤😤

This is now our regular McDonald's because the one closest to us, not only always seems to mess up our orders but the staff are really incompetent. I've never had a problem with this one. Whatever it is they are doing they should teach it to others. We always get quick and friendly service and there's never any problem with our orders. It's definitely worth the extra 5 minutes in the car to guarantee a great experience.

0 star rating from me!! The delivery drivers here think it is acceptable to park in the disabled bays and even over zig-zag yellow lines/box's blocking I'm a disabled car. I've been here on a number of occasions and experienced this. Some times I've not been able to park there because of the idiotic, stupid, selfish pathetic delivery drivers so I've gone to KFC down the road where I get treated with my more respect and the people who park in the disabled bays are the people who acutely require them and no one is sad enough to block a disabled vehicle in NY parking illegally. So if you want my opinion I'd go and visit KFC by Morrisons/B&,M/Iceland much friendly and respectful place to visit.

Lovely staff. Very small restaurant and car park but ample parking. Drive through. Good stop off for a quick meal and drink.

Every single McDonald's I've been to for the past year has had abysmal soft drinks standards, and this one is no exception. When they're not completely forgetting to include sauces in orders, they're serving up flat or syrup-less soft drinks. From the sounds of it, there's no maintenance or quality control happening with regards to keeping drinks carbonated and actually containing flavor. I used to come to McDonald's sometimes purely for how fresh and flavorful the drinks were, now it seems that they need to be pressured just to keep them carbonated, let alone keeping the syrup topped up.

Always a macdonalds .. quick enough to upsell but, unless you ask for something, you don't know isn't in your bag.. haha. Besides no milk shakes or ice creams.. again... Had to ask for sugar for my coffee. I drove away, mum opens her tea and no milk. Check the huge bag (4 meals in one bag), no milk, no salt, and no stirrers ! Argh

just came from here and once again no chips with our meal and we payed £20 for a burger and drink!!! we have been trying to get hold of them for the last 15 minutes but as we were leaving we seen the manager too busy out on the duel smoking a cigarette

Wouldn't bother. They are all useless! If it's not forgetting your extras such as sauces or other condiments they make you pay for or the food being completely cold! I've actually gone to physically order food over 3 times in the last year and the "tills are being updated" not impressed!

I looked at the advertisement and thought it looked nice but what I had was nothing like it looked.

Food is shocking most of the time i visit. The last visit was a birthday collection, and when we opened the meals, it looked like the chips and only been defrosted and warmed in the microwave and floopy. Honestly, this is the worst mc Donalds. There's always an issue here. Staff are always friendly thou, when visiting the drive throu. Visited Pen Coed Mc Donald and even Port talbot Mc Donalds, and i feel there is a massive difference in the food quality between them.

Revolted by what I saw waiting for my food to be made. No staff wearing gloves, lady responsible for making my burgers rubbing her eyes, then cleaning her belly button then wiping the table tops (with her hand) and then immediately touching food. All the while her manager stood next to her doing nothing. This was my regular MC Donald's but after seeing this I won't be returning.

It's a fast food joint. What more can I say? Someone decided my mayonnaise needed relocation to the outside of my box, with a great big fingerprint in the centre. Customers were very vocal, but it was a Saturday night. It was the end of the night, and staff were tired.

Just went to get a hot fudge sundae for my wife. At this particular McDonald they don’t do them, which is fine, but when speak to the machine and at the first window the girl was extremely rude, giving low pitch, almost aggressive answers, which we very off putting as a customer. She made me feel stupid, even though she could have just explain that the Briton ferry McDonald do not do them. I am surprised this girl is allowed to be serving customer with an attitude like she had. I ended up getting a plain ice cream which she charge 1.99 for, then later I found out that this price is more expensive than some of the McFlurrys. I will never return again. I would rather drive further away.

Not open 24/7 as advertised. Not even the drivethrough sometimes. It depends how they feel at the time.

Slow, precedence is given to the drive through customers and deliveries. The delivery drivers have nowhere to wait so the restaurant is congested. No lobby staff on duty, children running around causing trouble. The entrance was slippery due to the rain being carried in, no one mopping or monitoring. The car park is nothing short of a death trap. The franchisee and the unit manager need to demonstrate some leadership and get back to basics.... Q.S.C.V. quality, service, cleanliness and value, the bedrock of the business. Avoid if you can, or until they show they care. Great pity!

Always updating tills, which takes half an hour. Supposed to be 24 hours!

Be nice if the orders were paid attention to. We've given up on expecting orders to come out correct. We used to call in and get given a free meal for later, which is great and all, but what I would prefer is the meal we order at the time... to just be the meal we get.

Always a clean and friendly McDonald's with quick service and decent range of food and drink available. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The only downside to this mcdonalds is sometimes the parking is a nightmare for spaces and the drive thru can at times, take ages.

happens quite often early hours of the morning. closed due to computers or other problems supposed to be 24 hours a day. and light still on like its open. should switch off the big m. will never go back now.

Kids love mcdonalds but it isn't what it used to be years ago

I had my crispy chicken meal delivered by Just Eat. The crispy chicken burger was disgusting. There was a large piece of fat and I can’t remember there being any batter. Just Eat and McDonald’s terrible customer service, no refund given. They have both lost a regular customer.

Guaranteed to get your order wrong, every single time. Been the same for years, providing feedback makes zero difference. Yesterday a chicken nugget happy meal contained a cheeseburger (binned it) rather than nuggets.

As McD's go, it's not too bad. The food is the same as any other McD, but the service is polite and friendly and quite genuine. Some of the clientele can be a bit raucous, but they're mostly young dudes, so you know. At the end of the day it's a McDonalds, but all in all, appears to be well run.

McD, it was standard, quite busy at the time and had to wait 10min.

They rush the orders and make mistakes in doing so as they forget to check the bags before they leave, especially when using their app as they blame Uber Eats for their mistakes. To be honest they don't deserve any stars.

The staff I've met have all been very affable, but at the end of the days it's a McDonalds.

Awful service I received when contacting this McDonald’s with missing order, ordered a chicken nugget happy meal of which all was in the box was a toy. Also ordered a big meal meal, of which only the Big Mac was delivered. Contacted the restaurant to advise, I was told to contact just eat as it is their ‘procedure’ Why would I need to complain to just eat when they did not make my order? Receipt given on delivery was correct, number or missing items. Worker who answered the call was very rude, I suggest that employees are taught more throughly about telephone etiquette.

So much for 24hr, twice I've gone there now and it's closed, if your not open 24hr then why advertise it. Fkn joke of a place

I’ve just spoken to an absolute idiot of a so called manager on the phone at your store! We ordered food spent £43 to be deliver 5 drinks and an ice cream. The managers response was ah right the courier forgot your bag it’s a just eat problem not ours.. highly unlikely might I add, the amount of time’s we have ordered to have missing items is ridiculous! I found him totally unhelpful. I have to wonder if any of your evening staff are taught how to follow an order correctly? Absolute joke and terrible customer service skills, is this what it takes to become a manager these days?

Awful 'customer service' from the manager. Charged twice for my order and store refused to refund it. Food was cold and just about edible. We'll be avoiding mc.Donald's in future and definitely wouldn't return to this branch.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars! Ordered on app, and then still had to join a 10 car long queue in the drive through- not sure what the point of that is! Paid via PayPal on app and then told at the kiosk it hadn't gone through and was made to pay again. Finally got our food... Checked emails-paypal had taken the payment. So had to then park and go into the store to sort it out waited (and was definitely seen!) For at least 10mins...... Finally spoke to someone, then waited for the manager (wish I hadn't bothered!) She was so rude!! No empathy, no compassion, atrocious communication skills!! And wouldn't refund it. So, I left, to go and eat our very cold (after waiting for 20mins!) Food. Hopefully the app can sort a refund but I wouldn't step foot inside the this mcmdonalds again.

As McDonald's go, this is my preferred branch. Purely for the fact they always have Milk Shakes on, whereas so many other branches don't always have them available, due to issues with there machines. I find the food is always hot and the chips always seem nice and crispy, instead of luke warm and limp from sitting around for awhile. There will always be an area for improvement with McDonald's but for the price you pay, I suppose we shouldn't complain really ...

Flipping amazing place. Flipping loved my burger. My fries were a bit Flipping hot but Flipping tasty. The ketchup dispenser was fully Flipping loaded and made dispensing the ketchup Flipping easy. If I could give this place 10 stars I'd do it in a flipping heart beat.

I received the wrong burger and the chips were cold. Did not have time to wait for the correct burger. Very disappointed. Left the chips in the rubbish bin.

I wouldn’t even give it a star if that was an option. Ordered a big Mac meal expecting it to be a bloody delicacy when I was punched in the heart when I realised the was no pickles to say I’m devastated would be the understatement of the year.

Used drive through and got the order wrong. I didn't pick it up when checking (missing a Happy Meal). So frustrating that you can't add to an order instead he have to go back through the drive through. Rainwater pouring off the canopy right where you get your food and Directly into the car window

I love how they consistently and constantly get it wrong.....I only use McDonald's as an emergency.....but....wow.....they are just useless at everything. From food all over the floor, to the caked on poo in the toilet to the foods usual standard.....

Just had the most delicious, fresh double McPlant meal. OK,I had to wait for it to be cooked but it IS 4.30 in the morning!
