McDonald's in Neath Port Talbot

Used drive through and got the order wrong. I didn't pick it up when checking (missing a Happy Meal). So frustrating that you can't add to an order instead he have to go back through the drive through. Rainwater pouring off the canopy right where you get your food and Directly into the car window

Avoid McDonald’s Briton Ferry it the driver through for 20 eventually gets my food Freezing cold

Sometimes when I ask for extra sauce I'm told they can't do that. I mean, just put a squirt on, how can't you do that?!!? Other times I get home and when I've asked for no sauce, there's sauce on the burger. I sometimes drive to the McDonald's on Fabian Way, even though it's further away, just to avoid this one.

I think we are all in agreement that staff there are absolute morons and have no consideration for the customers

Will be last time I order from this branch. They've never been reliable however last night was final straw. Ordered in excess of £50 worth of food. One big tasty, two double quarter pounders with cheese (meal) chicken. Nuggets and chips. What arrived... 1. Mcchicken sandwich meal. 2 plain cheese burgers, chicken nuggets and 4 lots of chips. Chips (x4) nd chicken nuggets were the only correct thing. Gobsmacked how incorrect this was... BTW ordered with uber, complained sent pics... money being refunded. Awful food. Pretty sure we had someone else's order. Would rather drive and go further afield in future!!

Always something missing.., ordered Uber eats got half of what I ordered, got refunded then needed to order again pay twice for delivery..

Got given a cheesy Mc crispy without the cheese and sauce, asked to remove the bacon and served me with just plain chicken. Gutted as they never mess up my order just this one time I come here instead of Morriston McDonald’s. Never again

I appreciate there is bad weather however McDonald's is a 1 min drive from my house . I expected maybe a,15 min delay but my food must have been under a heater for an hour and a half. ridiculous. should only start prepping it once a,driver has been assigned and is on their way to the restaurant

Ordered food today for £24, we were asked to park up to wait which was fine. The young lady that brought us our food was very happy and polite. Get home (20mins away in porthcawl) to find the Big tasty missing and a cheese burger! Very frustrating

Courier was extremely rude and unprofessional, security of the building had to watch as the courier was intimidating the boy who answered the door.

Missing an item.

Cold food, long wait, missing items and burnt buns. When waiting, we could see a pile of food just going cold waiting for their chips to complete the order. A senior looking member of the team witnessed a happy meal fall on the floor, does he sweep the excess chips up? No, he kicks them in to the corner and then walks off. While we waited, there were multiple complaints about cold food, which the team members seemed to shrug it off. We got home to notice a missing burger from our order, but we didn’t want to drive back while our food went even more cold. Quite a poor representation of McDonald’s in my opinion.

Arrived open! So will not be eaten, gone to waste. Take the time to make sure they are closed you have secure covers for a reason!

Good mostly cold and missing a meal.

It was quite busy. This is good. Its Macdonald's, so there is not much more to see here. Parking, especially seeing the difficulty for disabled drivers to park, I believe influenced my score.

"Fast food" but you always need to park up to wait for your order whenever I visit and assuming they even bring out your order and not someone else's.

I love mcdonalds food but i was so disappointed when i saw on the tracker that my food was ready at the restaurant but no driver for more than 40 ,inutes. When it got to me the friesw were stone cold and rubbery and the mcflurry melted. £18 waste

Dont know why i even tried to order from he again it gets worse every time. Delivered an hour and 40 mins after ordering, food all completely cold, 3 portions of chips were half portions, ordered a large drink to be sent half a cup. Absolutely awful.
