Chips and burger cold nothing new 🤦‍♀️

driver aggressive because he couldn't park near my address, I had to go down to recieve order because he refused to bring it into my home address and then got upset because I took my time coming down 6 flights of stairs as there is no lift in my building..shouting please the enforcement car is coming...

I ordered my food at 10.10am it took an hour to arrive I received my food at 11.11am and it was delivered freezing cold really not happy with the service

First time ordering from MaccyDs and I really didn’t know what to expect but it was definitely a pleasant experience food was great the website keeps you informed each step of way I will be ordering a delivery again

pancakes are DRY because you gave me tomato sauce for my pancakes instead of syrup

cold food, driver spent ages in greggs picking up another order after collecting mine.

delivery on time food well it's cold n horrible coffee cold definitely won't be ordering macdonalds again not the first time this has happened

Online said 15 to 25 mins then went to 1 hour and the food turns up freezing cold terrible service

forgot the steak stack burger so cost me over 12.00 to reorder it and get it redelivered

the chips from the mcdonald had no flavour and where stone cold

They did the burger with the opposite of what I asked. I didn't want the cheese and sauce but they did no lettuce and onions.

Food is usually good, staff are great, but it is not open 24/7 as advertised. After a certain time it's only the drive through that is open. They don't even state it anywhere.

Hot food, great drive thru service, not so busy for a late afternoon, but was quick didn't need to wait.

Asked for a sweet chilli chicken wrap crispy and they asked again crispy or grilled answered crispy twice and they gave me a grilled. Terrible service can’t do simple requests.

i was watching on map, i saw it left the macdonalds store, and it stayed in static postions for ages, which looked on the map by the other fast food restaurants, my food arrived v cold and not enjoyable, not happy and no apology from driver either,

Food took ages and when it came it was completely wrong

all my food was cold when it arrived quite disappointed as this is my go to McDonald's

Understand that it may be high orders but it left the restaurant and arrived really late but food was cold and McFlurrys were runny. Service needs to improve as customers expect great service. To much worrying about order numbers when arriving rather than giving a great service

my order came in the usual bags, but this time one of the bags was soaking at the bottom, I just thought a drink had spilt in one of the bags with the drinks. but all my burgers, chicken nuggets was soaking. and no fries. last time I order I gave a tip as well for good service

Great delivery guy, really polite, food still hot. on a scale of 1-potatoe, he was definitely mashed.

Lobby staff (Morgan) was very rude and when he finished his shift I was sittin in my vehicle in my phone and him and his two friends were staring at us and being very horrible sittin behind my car taking photos of my registration plate when goin back in to tell the manager about it who was also very rude told me to go and when ast was he goin to anything about his employee he said no then walked away disgusting behaviour and will be takin it further

food cold, driver couldn't find my house so I had to go out to meet him

I would give a zero if I could the service is discussing the food is cold and thay never give you your correct order, and thay never correct it and make out your in the wrong, Would never ever recommend this place

The Fries were colder than my girlfriends hands.

Got there wanted a Minecraft meal, there was no chicken there was no fish we ordered the burger one. Asked them for McFlurry and got told there was no McFlurrys when the person in front of us ordered it. So when we got to the window he questioned the McFlurry, only for her to shout at us and say the machine is still on. She was very and needs training in customer care. Never coming back.

the drink spilt all over the bag and most my drink was gone my ice cream was ruined by my drink

I ordered two drinks which were the main reason I ordered and the person who delivered told tried to leave without telling me why. I had to press him to tell me that they didn't give him my order my order which I can't prove.

The only fresh part of the order was the chicken nuggets the fries were under cooked and 1 portion of fries were missing the triple cheeseburger was cold and prepared cold as the cheese had not even started to melt double quarter pounder was cold added a lot to the order asking for no ice in the drink and that was disregarded to will be trying Skewen if I have food with them again

No toy, coke half full, missing stuff just terrible. Every single time I order from this McDonalds my order is wrong. 1 day I’m gonna come up there and make sure my order is “right”

The food came destroyed and missing half of the promised product, deliverer took a absurd amount of time and even stopped at kfc to pick up another order ensuring food is cold, it took him over a hour and a half to arrive

Not sure why I'm surprised, more often than not we order delivery or have a drive through and there is something missing, but its miniscule and we let it slide, or it's too much hassle to go back down. Half of our order was missing tonight, for my daughters birthday sleepover. Even she doesn't want another one now 😂

waited nearly 3 hours for delivery. Delivery time kept getting pushed back, it then said delivered but never arrived

The order was damaged the drink has spilled inside the delivery drivers bag and had leaked everywhere and the food was soaked in the drink

I went through drive through easy quick great service great food very pleased

Guaranteed to get part of your order wrong, every time. Update. I ordered 3 items at window 1, at window 2 I had to ask for the 3rd item when the staffer wanted to know why I was still there.

the food from here tonight looked thrown together..and I've had serious stomach pain since eating it..

Only negative as were non smokers the food bags smelt of cigarettes so the delivery guy must be at times smoking in car. Not great.

McDonald’s service was rubbish, pay for meals which should include fries, only had burgers and drinks. The staff should pay more attention to the orders before packing for the drivers.

Ordered from here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and ever time my order has been wrong.

ordered food only for the meal to come missing the fries, ordered a raspberry pie but got apple instead, absolutely terrible and constantly missing things from my order will not be ordering from here again

Visited today, used drive through. Very poor service. Staff was not at all supportive and rushing me to go forward. She didn’t offer any solution to the issue just said sorry and frustratingly keep saying sorry. Don’t try to fool your customers. This is not the way.

Driver went to wrong address couldn’t understand where I live, was also rude! Absolutely disgusted with the service and the delivery drivers lack of understanding English, delivery address and he was shouting on the phone to me when I was tryin to explain where he’d gone wrong with address! I will never use again unless I can have a English speaking and respectful delivery person
