Ordered an entertainment sharing box as a treat. Excellent service. Really tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed

The sort of people working here are underaged, underpayed and under-experienced. I came here before lockdown, my friends ordered some brownies and ice cream and etc... I didn’t bother getting much since it was soo bloody overpriced, it cost nearly £5 for a milkshake and it didn’t even taste good, 5/10 at most. My friends ordered a brownie, I tried it and it tasted like puke despite being I think a £1 per brownie, I’m not 100% sure how much it was but it was expensive and tasted horrible. Not acceptable. If the price was lower and the service was good, I’d be more satisfied.

Wow. Waffles all round! They are a very busy place and delivery said 2 hours. Was with us under a hour. Boxes were practically licked clean. Waffles were stunning. One of us had a a sundae. Also lunch. Highly recommend.

This is a small dessert parlour with not many customers but my drink was quite nice, I’ve only been to this franchise once and from that experience I had mixed opinions. The Milkshakes are nice but it is insanely overpriced, it costs £4 just for a milkshake which is insane, my sibling ordered some brownies and I tried one and they weren’t exactly great. But I have other things to like about this franchise such as the friendly staff, but I don’t think this franchise will be open for long due to not many customers but it is a nice little place.

Just come back from frankies ordered 3 waffles and cookie dough got ther at 7.15 left at 8 it wasn’t even busy 3 young girls working ther that was completely clueless and if ther would of been any slower ther wud of come to a complete standstill will not be visiting again any time soon
