Jenkins Bakery in Neath Port Talbot

The staff need customer service training, won't be going anywhere if that's the vibes

The food is consistently well-prepared, with good pricing and a nice variety. Unfortunately, several staff members have been unpleasant on multiple visits. One staff member, in particular, mentioned it was their last day and made no effort to provide any customer service.

Bought 2 eclairs. Arrived home, they had been boxed upside down. Not good. They were eaten but with the chocolate scraped off the box on top not exactly appetising. I was only customer in at the time, so no excuses about being busy. Inexcusable. I have used this shop in the past, but I'll think twice next time.

On my way to work I call in for my breakfast pancake, ham softie for lunch & 2 cheeky trifles for after tea. The staff are so lovely, even when it's busy, you always get a nice cheery smile when being served. The food is always lovely & fresh! Thank you

Major sure you have a microwave to hand even at 9am food is freezing honestly little and often cool all day based of production sheets it’s really not that hard pathetic
