ordered a mcflurry but was sent a bottle of water

I waited over 2 hours for my food to be delivered tried several times to contact the restaurant but call wasn’t going through and now saying my order was delivered when it most certainly wasn’t!

Food was cold but delivered on time

Half the food was missing. Food that arrived was good

Why is the food always cold????? And the burgers always fisted into the box?? I’m starting to think that the people working at McDonald’s might be mentally challenged!!

Missing straws for drinks, and items from order.

Order was left outside of front gate, without warning or any message it was there. Also was missing ice cream.

delivery said 6pm, 7.30pm it arrived, absolutely stone cold

Missing bits in order and not the hottest like warm

Ordered the food at 11:12 and got the food 2 hours later! Very poor and the food was room temp and cold. Driver was perfect, other service was terrible

2 out od 3 orders something was wrong, any other restaurant would be closed by now with service level like this.

I received the one wrong item, which resulted in me not eating

I’ll start with the food warm / shakes not thick more runny and the fry’s well they must of been sitting about for a while as they were cardboard.delivery the order was picked up and the courier decided to go into town to pick another order I guess even though we gave a tip . Never had a more worse experience.

I ordered online and it took over an hour to deliver and was cold. I called to complain but they kept hanging up on me.

Where to start wrong order completely I ordered 20 nuggets a large wrap meal and I received a cheese burger and an apple pie… last order of the night so they wouldn’t come out to sort it out absolute joke avoid this McDonald’s at all costs this is the 5th time it’s been wrong so I guess shame on me I will never use this place again. Chips if they was any whiter they would look like me

Turned up cold, food is not edible

Shocking I received an apple pie a small coke and a McFlurry for nearly £20 disgusting service and the woman from McDonald’s did not give a flying f disgusting

Waited two hours for food then when it eventually turned up More than half the food missing

we didn't get straws with our milkshakes and our milkshakes were on there sides so they was spilling into the bag

the time for delivering kept going up, I ordered at 9:17 and the order turned up at after 11:10. food was only just warm. very disappointed

I’m still “loving it”… no complaints at this restaurant.

There is not much to say about McDonald’s restaurants really. This one was very clean, service was quick, food was hot, staff friendly. If you need fast food whilst in the area then this would do the job.

missing dips as always never can package item correctly 😕

I haven’t received my refund for the food as it was undercooked and stone cold it’s been a week now

Staff was nice and the young man on the shop floor cleaning the tables. Very nice an help full couldn't ask for more.

Half my order was missing. Tried to phone the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Still awaiting a refund. Will no be reordering. Delivery guy was great, tried his best to help. Shame I cant say the same for McDonald’s.

This is the second time I have ordered from this app and both times part of the order has been missing. Unbelievable

Took ages, zero managers on the floor

We were V hungry when we arrived , within minutes we had our delicious order.... Happy day's when on the run all day ... Good consistent fast food, certainly does the trick .....😜😜😜😺

Service when asked for a dip to go with the meals seemed disgruntled to go get a dip and as per usual in this restaurant struggle to find a seat it's like they don't have enough space or seats for how busy it is

Was missing my sauce as well as 2 portions of chips bplus the food came cold

Driver didn’t bother to knock at our door when the food arrived. Also missing two burgers from our order and no straws given.

In my order 1 big mac from the the squad burger deal is missing. Its the second time i getting lost items in my order .

No dips delivered even though they automatically come with the items ordered. 3rd time this has happened.. wont be ordering again now

My fries and cheese burger was cold rest of food brilliant

Left parts of my order out, pancakes came cold and no breakfast wrap that I ordered, left hungry and dissapointed.

Cold food. Rude staff and they wait for food was far too long.

Here I got a good service with reasonable time to prepare food. The customer service is excellent. Place was really tidy and enough room to sit people. Lots of parking spaces. The only thing I would suggest if the WiFi can access from just outside the building where parking is provided will help a lot. Because mostly mobile data signal is very poor to do mobile orders .

They got the whole order wrong. We had someone else’s order and we was so disappointed.

This is one of the worst McDs I have been to, and unfortunately it's my closest one. I can't be the only person who doesn't like the new service system as food always seems colder now?

Really really slow service... been sat here for over 30minutes and food hasn't even arrived. We came in when it was empty and now it's full of people just waiting for their orders..

The food had obviously been sat there ready waiting by the time it had got to me it was awful stone cold I request that a full refund is made in my bank immediately

Only been twice but they take ages if they have to bring your food to your car. Ate our McFlurry before the food came

I visited as a drive through and the staff we interacted with were cheerful and friendly.

We visited at about 1 in the morning purely for a coffee, I've never seen so much rubbish, empty food wrappers, cartons, cups etc overflowing on the floor from bins, tables and I think the floor was being used as a bin, there was even a mcflurry cup, half eaten in the toilet!!! Don't get me started on the state of the toilets either, has no-one heard of using a toilet brush?? The chap making our coffee launched into a tirade of loud swearing as I presume the machine wasn't doing its task adequately. The only positive was the forlorn looking server who explained that due to a 'service change' we would have to wait a while for food, he was very polite and apologetic, 5* to him alone. Shan't be returning in a hurry!!

I requested no mustard and no onions but I had both which had clearly just been wiped off. I took pictures as soon as I opened it.

They put my drink in with the meal and it’s split all the bag and now my chips and burger all covered in Coke

I've been charged for my order, and it's says 'delivered', but I never received it. There is a detour on my road, I can only assume the driver couldn't be bothered to go round.

I didtn even get my order i got something completely different to what i ordered and they aint doing anything about it

Our favourite Friday morning breakfast. Around 9.30 am not too busy on the drive through. Quick service as you would expect in a fast food place. My favourite latte in town.

Only put one lid on drink so leak in the car that it was being delivered in and most of the drink was gone

Mc donalds is now out of touch with the cost of living. It's cheaper to go out for a meal in a proper restaurant than to get your family a snack at mc donalds. It's so expensive, and you come away still hungry 😒.

Food was stone cold and all over the place chips all upside down. The mozzarella bites ended up everywhere as well. Zero straws AGAIN the only thing that was good quality was the brown bag it came in. Patiently waiting for Burger King to arrive on just eat.

ordered large fries and the fries carton wasn't even half full I have taken a picture as this seems the done thing for a delivery as they no we can't just walk to the counter to complain

Driver was friendly. Good was picked appropriately and was still hot. Excellent handoff. Overall excellent Experience

Specifically added delivery instructions and they were ignored and delivered to the wrong house and I had to go to someone else’s house looking for it and when I received it all food was freezing cold and I’m very unsatisfied

The bag with all the food was ripped open and handed to me open there was also a cheeseburger missing from the order it unacceptable and no matter how many complaints I make I never get no refunds

My food and my kids and partners were cold we may aswell of cooker ourselves I would like full refund in to my bank

Toilet where dirty and lobby was not clean at all and food was wrong

Came in got a 5 chicken select meal with a water.Was waiting for 20 minutes and there’s was only like 2 people waiting.When I told them I was waiting for 20 minutes they only then started making it.

Great restaurant and always busy. clean restaurant with helpful staff. The food is well prepared and hot, a bonus sometimes. I would recommend this branch to anyone for an enjoyable experience.

Salad was awful...2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber , 2 tiny pieces of chicken with a hundred weight of dried out lettuce with no dressing. Worst ever.

Didn’t receive my order was someone else’s

Ordered through drive through, was asked to park, we parked waited 15min still no food, went inside to see where it was, it was sitting on counter, food was cold. I asked lady before I went in how long will we have to wait, she just ignored me, staff seem like they don't want to be there, atmosphere is really down, service is extremely slow for McDonald's and food was cold

Ordered a.mcflurry and it was disgusting couldn't even eat it, didn't look like a smartie mcflurry!!

Appalling service! Waited 17 mins and then had to ask for my filet of fish meal! I said I had to leave for work so the Manager said he would refund the 2 items! I used my contact card but no refund has been given! He hurriedly pushed a bag , containing only the fish to me! I was very annoyed that he didn’t take it seriously and had said’I know, it’s been like this all morning!’ I will never go back again!
