Mcdonald's Restaurants in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Just went through drive thru and soo slow, mo card payment but can take card in store but don't tell you till yourin the drive thru . No apology for the slow crappy service!! Avoid like the plague!!!

I'm not going to overblow this .....it's a maccies. But the fact I'm writing this review is testament to the fact that it's probably the best maccies I've had. I've had a few. Having passed a couple of restaurants after hours driving due to drive-thrus starting on the main road as everyone else thought the same as us, we decided to stop at the Hardwick as we had parking at the nearby Tesco. Being busy, my expectations were below fifty percent of getting a good experience. I'm glad I was wrong as It was quick table service and all food was hot and as fresh as it could have been. The time from entering the restaurant to service was 5 mins....in my experience, that's a win. I left the restaurant actually thinking it was worth the money, where recent experiences at different franchises have left me feeling the opposite. Please can all McDonald's give me this experience? I did overblow it but mean it all.

Perhaps the staff could watch their language in front of customers and stop banging on the doors. (23:59 .20/12/23) just as you were closing

We ordered only 6 nuggets and a burger and it took 45 minutes and they got the order wrong and forgot sauce absolutely terrible

First visit for years... Was just a pre Tesco shop coffee & chat with usual mates, seeing as Dobbies cafe now shut... Dont like machines so ordered at counter, served fast, coffee good & hot, just missed drinking outta nice mugs...

Outstanding food,service and cleanliness.

Food was cold when it arrived and chips where everywhere and no toy in my daughter happy meal and no drink with the happy meal

Food was so cold. Burger looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Gurkins not even in the burger.

Only went in to use the loo.Have a mcmuffin.Not nice.Food is fine if you are under 25.

You didnt pack the nuggets on this order either but i did not request money back how hard is it to read a bit of paper thats infront of you

Items were incorrectly customised

no dips as usual. huge disappointment considering i’ve got 20 chicken nuggets to sit and eat when ive paid for four dips a like 20p a pop .

Far to long waiting time for standard door

The order took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive, was cold and incorrect. The whole order was inedible.

Didn’t get free nuggets like I was suppose to,didn’t get my sweet chilli dip and it was stone cold

The food order was incorrect. I had asked for extra pickles in both burgers and when they came they both had ‘ no onion ‘ . We had cold chips and the burgers were basically luke warm too

Drive thru. Once again got home to find part of order missing. Cannot get through to them by phone. No other contact details available. Not helpful when there is a disappointed person at home.

NO FOOD DELIVERED!? Non English speaking man came to my door with no food and could not explain to me why (just jibbering on and making no sense no matter what I asked him) So I have been charged and have no food -HELP ME!?!

It's a good maccys service can sometimes be slow but it's in a main area so it's to be expected people are lovely and all in all one of the best maccys

As with all McDonald's the food is vile, service diabolical and staff that really don't care... But I don't blame them, they don't get paid enough to care and why should they? And £15 isn't cheap for what is vile cheap muck. McDonald's need to sort this out ASAP

Missing chips rest of food is cold not happy

Stupidly late and loads missing

Waited an hour for food, food came cold, drinks tasted flat, chicken nugget happy meal was missing, only thing that came was the fruit shoot and all sauces were missing too. This always happens when I order McDonald’s off of just eat and I will never order again as it has happened too many times.

Always forget the dips and straws, ruins the meal without the dips

Food temp wasn't good. presentation was awful. one item was missing something, the other included sauce when we'd checked the "no sauce" box.

They always forget the dips and usually part of the order, every single time without fail, I'm sure it must be a game to them

Absolutely awful! I had to wait an hour and a half for my order, my drinks were spilt and my food was cold! If I could give no stars I would!

Consistently getting orders wrong. State no pickles still end up with pickles. Long waits over 15 mins for basic orders.... Food tends to be cold.... Staff can be rude when there is an issue. There is one lady who works on the floor in a white shirt who is lovely.

Said 20-25 mins delivery and took over an hour. Got one chips and should have had three. Got a sweet chilli wrap and ordered chicken and bacon bbq sauce

I know you all deal with some difficult customers but when I'm not the difficult one there is no need to be so rude and snotty to me when all I want is a free cheeseburger.

Missing straws for drinks, and items from order.

Huge criticism today was 20 minutes wait time for food. Fries ran out so watched burgers piling up being prepared and sitting there going cold. Mentioned this to someone behind counter that after this wait wanted a fresh burger - was completely ignored as my partner saw 2 burgers that had sat there for over 10 minutes go in our bag when the fries were ready. Too tired after 7 hrs driving to argue with people not listening but very poor service and standards on that.

Always check they’ve got your order right and don’t leave until you’ve checked

Order was left outside of front gate, without warning or any message it was there. Also was missing ice cream.

Ordered the food at 11:12 and got the food 2 hours later! Very poor and the food was room temp and cold. Driver was perfect, other service was terrible

2 out od 3 orders something was wrong, any other restaurant would be closed by now with service level like this.

I’ll start with the food warm / shakes not thick more runny and the fry’s well they must of been sitting about for a while as they were cardboard.delivery the order was picked up and the courier decided to go into town to pick another order I guess even though we gave a tip . Never had a more worse experience.

I ordered online and it took over an hour to deliver and was cold. I called to complain but they kept hanging up on me.

Where to start wrong order completely I ordered 20 nuggets a large wrap meal and I received a cheese burger and an apple pie… last order of the night so they wouldn’t come out to sort it out absolute joke avoid this McDonald’s at all costs this is the 5th time it’s been wrong so I guess shame on me I will never use this place again. Chips if they was any whiter they would look like me

Shocking I received an apple pie a small coke and a McFlurry for nearly £20 disgusting service and the woman from McDonald’s did not give a flying f disgusting

the time for delivering kept going up, I ordered at 9:17 and the order turned up at after 11:10. food was only just warm. very disappointed

we didn't get straws with our milkshakes and our milkshakes were on there sides so they was spilling into the bag

I’m still “loving it”… no complaints at this restaurant.

There is not much to say about McDonald’s restaurants really. This one was very clean, service was quick, food was hot, staff friendly. If you need fast food whilst in the area then this would do the job.

I haven’t received my refund for the food as it was undercooked and stone cold it’s been a week now

Staff was nice and the young man on the shop floor cleaning the tables. Very nice an help full couldn't ask for more.

Half my order was missing. Tried to phone the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Still awaiting a refund. Will no be reordering. Delivery guy was great, tried his best to help. Shame I cant say the same for McDonald’s.
