I was ordering my food and waiting in time then they change car and the after I was waiting about 30min more …. Food it’s cold … really don’t happy with this service …

Food was cold, the buns wasn’t toasted shocking service yet again surprise surprise certainly won’t be using you guys anymore learn to cook and employ adults who care about the quality of food

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too constantly forgetting items food taking up too 20 minutes which is ridiculous as it’s called fast food all the employees where messing about food was pilling up and just sitting there getting cold honestly this place needs a staff overhaul it’s ridiculous. DONT LISTEN TO THE 5 STAR REVIEWS MOST LIKLEY THE EMPLOYEES DOING THEM TO MAKE THE PLACE LOOK GOOD ITS NOT !!!!!

Just went through drive thru and soo slow, mo card payment but can take card in store but don't tell you till yourin the drive thru . No apology for the slow crappy service!! Avoid like the plague!!!

really disappointed with my order from McDonald's at Hardwick in King’s Lynn. first I asked for a double egg Mcmuffin but got a bacon and egg then the double sausage and egg Mcmuffin was cold and hard. When I tried ringing they put the phone down. absolutely rubbish won't be ordering again.

Nearly 3 hours to be delivered

I'm not going to overblow this .....it's a maccies. But the fact I'm writing this review is testament to the fact that it's probably the best maccies I've had. I've had a few. Having passed a couple of restaurants after hours driving due to drive-thrus starting on the main road as everyone else thought the same as us, we decided to stop at the Hardwick as we had parking at the nearby Tesco. Being busy, my expectations were below fifty percent of getting a good experience. I'm glad I was wrong as It was quick table service and all food was hot and as fresh as it could have been. The time from entering the restaurant to service was 5 mins....in my experience, that's a win. I left the restaurant actually thinking it was worth the money, where recent experiences at different franchises have left me feeling the opposite. Please can all McDonald's give me this experience? I did overblow it but mean it all.

I really don’t know how hard it is tbh, ordered food for delivery, yet again no straws and missed sauces. Big tasty no sauce sticker on the box says no sauce, guess what sauce in the burger, I don’t expect the food to come hot but stone cold is a joke, a massive chain like McDonald’s. I’m sure these reviews are not even taken on board. But you are a joke and if I could give you a minus I would.

Took to long & everything was cold, even the coffee. Had to microwave all food & coffee. Ice cream has melted so cannot be eaten. Waste of money! Not ordering again.

First visit for years... Was just a pre Tesco shop coffee & chat with usual mates, seeing as Dobbies cafe now shut... Dont like machines so ordered at counter, served fast, coffee good & hot, just missed drinking outta nice mugs...

no dips as usual. huge disappointment considering i’ve got 20 chicken nuggets to sit and eat when ive paid for four dips a like 20p a pop .

I am very disappointed with McDonald’s. Usually when I have my normal sausage and egg McMuffin I find it the same pretty much every time. However today to my surprise I bite into my breakfast and find a large piece of egg shell. This is very unacceptable because eggs supposed to come out of egg shells before being cooked. McDonald’s step up your game, appalled!!!!!!!

The food order was incorrect. I had asked for extra pickles in both burgers and when they came they both had ‘ no onion ‘ . We had cold chips and the burgers were basically luke warm too

It's a good maccys service can sometimes be slow but it's in a main area so it's to be expected people are lovely and all in all one of the best maccys

As with all McDonald's the food is vile, service diabolical and staff that really don't care... But I don't blame them, they don't get paid enough to care and why should they? And £15 isn't cheap for what is vile cheap muck. McDonald's need to sort this out ASAP

Food temp wasn't good. presentation was awful. one item was missing something, the other included sauce when we'd checked the "no sauce" box.

Consistently getting orders wrong. State no pickles still end up with pickles. Long waits over 15 mins for basic orders.... Food tends to be cold.... Staff can be rude when there is an issue. There is one lady who works on the floor in a white shirt who is lovely.
