Istanbul Kebab & Pizza House in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Ordered food from here yet nearly 2 hours have passed and still no food!? Delivery is SLOW . Gave them a call to see where it was after an hour their reply the driver was on their way…… another 45 mins go by call back to be told driver now leaving??!! had i not already paid by card i would have cancelled and gone somewhere else!! Next time i will order from another shop and avoid this one at all costs!! NEVER AGAIN 😡

Previously had ordered and got food posioning as the burger was raw, decided to give them a second chance and the burger was burnt, the bun was like a rock, the cheesey chips had visible grease on them and were extemely soggy. Delivery driver zoomed down my road in his loud BMW. Overall disappointed and a waste of money.

Uncooked greasy kebab, thrown straight in the bin as not getting food poisoning. Pizzas are greasy and tasteless. Avoid. It's lucky Gordon Ramsey doesn't go in there.

These guys are absolute legends - was paying cash, didn’t quite have the min. He rung me checked my order and agreeed to send out burger and chips and drink for me. The foods amazing! Hot and fresh and was delivered speedily :) Thank you so much

Bought a box of kebab meat for £8.50 at 6.40 pm. Dripping in grease, pretty tasteless and these are the bits we just couldn't eat!! Won't be going there again.

Dry as hell and bad attitude, I suppose Tursday night ain't the night for a Kebab, and its my fault for having being used to fine Turkosh food but I fancied it. Same inall regional towns, expectations are low. Doesn't look all that that salubrious inside either. Swerve unless you're drunk.

It is what it is a Kebab takeaway. Food is hot freshly prepared and full of flavour. It is not fine dinning, but it's not meant to be.

Medium quality - inferior to DDs in almost every way. The only caveat being it's so quiet you'll get your food super quick. Probably because no one with working tastebuds would make this their first choice. The prices should be reduced by 20% to justify the mediocrity. Thru do serve beer though. That's a plus.

Avoid the Burgers - Cash and Carry heart attacks on a bun - I couldnt taste anything except salt - I was charged 4.20 for a 'quater pounder with cheese' - quater pounder - salt brick with definate mystery meat flavour- cheese tastless molten plastic ! Salad was the good bit - Believe it or not the Kebabs are actually good - If there is something not rught with your order? These peeps are really quick to sort it out - nay on the burgers but yay on the kebabs! Ill update you on pizza in a bit but expect no earth shattering fodder - this place when its on form does ace kebabs apart from that I cant say anything other than the staff have checked out!

First time trying food from here. We fancied a change so thought we'd try Istanbul. Couldn't fault it, chicken doner was lovely, also the southern fried chicken was really tasty. Better than KFC in my opinion. Woman on the phone was polite and food was on time.

I have used Istanbul for years but recently they've gone downhill massively. Today was the final straw, I ordered 2 kebabs with salad and sauce, when they finally showed up there was almost no salad, in fact mine literally only had onion. And there was none of the sauce we'd requested. When I called to complain the guy in the phone said I was lying! I ordered online so have written evidence of what I ordered. Won't be going back here again. Avoid.

Rubbish place to come and eat , rude service , didn’t clean table when asked , was very rude to my family.

Gotta stop getting the orders wrong!!!!! Literally 6 orders in a row had to be exchanged for what I actually ordered! Only reason I kept ordering was for the quality but no more.

Ordering kebabs and chicken roll chicken taste weird. And on my mixed donner full of small black and grey hairs totally put me of my food very disappointing as i have ordered for my family from here loads before and never had issues until now also my donner meat tastes rather salty totally disgusting experience wont be orderi!ng from here again has put me off

Never had a bad kebab from here, and I've been going here for years. Very friendly work great food.

Chicken shish kebab leaves a lot to be desired, chicken was cooked ok, pitta bread was cut wrong so wasn't filled correctly and they put on way too much onions and red cabbage with the salad. Won't be going again

Have ordered from here a couple of times, and never been disappointed. We live in a small village that some don't deliver to, but it isn't a problem for these guys. Always have the special mixed kebab. It's huge, great quality, and they always deliver early.

Awsome quality food as always. Kebabs all round, succulent meat and crunchy moist salad. Good quality garlic mayonnaise and homemade chilli sauce.

Just had aor first meal delivered from them will definitely be going again better than the usual kings lynn low quality over priced rubbish very happy 😊

very dissapointed,ribs were old and heated in microwave..also order large chips,it's came same size like medium chips.

VERY Poor survives..! 85% , no masks or gloves, screens no staff willing to help with order,..Peoele who have ordered.. Come first, mite needs to wait a a while. Would definitely go to chilli masters 100%. Big shame here 👆 👆 👆. 2/10 DID NOT EVEN PLACE AN ORDER!

Ordered the special kebab with chilli sauce. Upon arrival I opened the bag to find a soaking wet box. Either grease or a very running chilli sauce had leaked out of the box. Now this is strange, as the food hadn't even been in the box long due to me collecting the food. Chicken ok, lamb chewy and donor below average. Food was also not the warmest in the world. Night ruined! I love football!

I had a very bad impression with Istanbul Kebab House. I have been ordered a lot and waited for an hour. When delivery came to the house I have opened the door and he said if there's will be no lighting in you house I will not come to you. Okay next impression I have opened very oily food boxes and the food was very cold. I am very disappointed about this and I will never buy it again. Thank you.

Taste is jot bad but the lamb meat a bit soggy. Same as the pita bread.

Couldn't finish it all, was really nice meat was perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh and plentiful! Highly recommended to anyone. We paid £14 and it was worth every penny!

The best place in town for lamb shish kebab! Meat is grilled to perfection every time. Staff friendly, always happy to listen my special requests and I appreciate that a lot. Their garlic and chilli sauce is really something ❣️They do home delivery till 11PM which is handy and they open till 1:30AM which makes them even better! Food is always prepared and cooked in no time. Well done guys!

Very disappointed received my order and all my chicken was under cooked pink in the middle and stone cold and chips was disgusting and Donna kebab was cold and messed my order up with wrong sauces

Picked up a chicken kebabs from here last night thinking it was chicken shish kebab as no option was given. It was absolutely disgusting salad and meat didn't even make it to the pitta. Wouldn't have given this to a dog. A chef should taste his food clearly not in this case. Think this has to be the worst food I've ever tasted

Can only comment on the pizzas, as we didn't sample anything else. Both pizzas were at a poor standard (I know kebab shop pizzas are usually nothing special), but I don't think they were cooked properly. The base separated from the top half and was still quite doughy in texture. The topping themselves, devoid of taste.
