McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Always very slow, uber people are served ahead of any customers every time I have visited. Drinks are usually wrong and food is hit and miss

The worst McDonalds we have ever been. The girl with the grey and purple hair treated us like trash and said that we had only 2 minutes to eat our meal before the place was closing. So unfriendly. We will never come back to this place.

It twice now u forgot half my order

Didn't send the chicken nuggets I ordered but somehow managed to send the sauce for them, how this even happens is beyond me

I was missing my chicken selects and the large chips

came really late missing loads of items phoned up and apparently there was shortage of drivers and order was cancelled then it turned up really really poor need a refund

Mc donanlds literally sent half cups of cola everything else was fine but actual half cups of coke

Couriers from this McDonald's have delivered the completely wrong order three times in a row now. Do not buy from here.

I order my food 20 50 and i get my order cold on 21 50 thats not normal people speed money on it and all ended in bin because was to cold to eat.

Ordered and paid at the self serve terminal for a burger and a drink, not a complicated order. 20 minutes later I’m still stood waiting for the order to be prepared, whilst the staff were prioritising delivery orders and leaving customers stood around like fools. I asked to cancel and refund the order and the manager was rude and tried to refund me in coins. If this was my franchise I would retrain absolutely everybody. Shambolic.

Food was all cold, wrong drink was given, and there was 4 deliveries before ours as we were watching on maps ans it was stone cold. Man apologised for it being late.

Ordered as it said would be 25-30 minutes it took an 1hr 20 minutes as you couldn’t allocate a driver, wouldn’t have ordered if knew would take so long

Food arrived an hour late. Turned up stone cold. Milkshakes were horrible where they had melted. Looks like the food has just sat there while a driver became available. Would have thought after an hour the restaurant would had made the food again. Very very poor

Driver called at 9.30 to say he didn't know where i live and was still in town. Took a while to get understanding. When he eventually worked out where i was he took half hour to deliver.

Order arrived with no coffee and a coke that was flat, extremely unsatisfied.

Absolute rip off, every time i order from here half the food is missing the fries are cold and only half in the box, tried getting a refund on food that didn't turn up, we were missing 3 burgers and 2 fries how do they manage to feck up an order so badly. So having to cancel payment from the bank as tired of playing cat and mouse with them and uber. If you go in the store staff are awful, slow as hell no idea what they are doing, and generally bad attitudes. Worst mcdonlads i have ever been to. Service is awful and food is cold and wrong 90% of the time. Definitely avoid ordering online as they will literally steal your money not provide the food and refuse refund.

Food turned up drink cups were empty and inside of the bag was full of it soon as put hand on bag the bottom gave way

Driver (thick) delivered it to someone else, so i never got my food. Rang Mcd, they refused to do anything about it. C**TS

All of food was cold and its disgusting we are putting it in the bin. Also when we got the order it was already opened.

Almost Everytime I have ordered from McDonald’s they never put a straw in and most of the time the food is cold and they never put my sauces in

Fries was white and after a 45 minute wait also asking several times where our order was with hardly anyone in there food was overall disgusting would not recommend to anyone this particular McDonald's

I order today food for me and my daughter first delivery the fries was missing in the order i order again 2 fries and now i see they was delivered but not delivered to me. I end up today paying 2 times for fries that didn't reach my table.

Mid afternoon weekdays... we waited 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes, when our number on the screen showed up as ready to pick up 3 minutes after the order... redefines the word fast food

Changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars as I am sick of getting ice cold fries, half filled fry boxes, soggy and undercooked fries and no straws. Every time I order it's the same issue, definitely does not hold the McDonalds standard.

Horrible mcdonalds.Went at night before and had to go throw a fight to get my chicken wrap.Everything loud and dirty. Truly the worst mcdonalds it's like a war in there

Shocking service from McDonald’s. Missing items and restaurant didn’t accept responsibility stating its delivery driver bags were sealed and they won’t accept that they have missed the item. Delivery driver was absolutely great

Delivery didn’t arrive! McDonald’s said it had been delivered , but couldn’t tell me when it had left. The just eat app was just saying that the courier was at the restaurant! I rang McDonald’s after an hour, but they were not helpful and just eat have not responded to my request for a refund!

Please read the notes as they rang doorbell despite note asking not too! Luckily the little ones didnt wake up !!

Waited for a disabled space for a short while in a normal parking space. When one became available parked! The wife :disabled , went to the loo as soon as we went in! Ordered from the board and waited a rediculous time for the order to be served! Ate the meal , decided to have a desert so ordered on app and eventually it was served at counter. Had desert toilets etc. Left restaurant. 1 hour 49 minutes after entering car park and now a £50 parking charge. So conclusion of this is don’t go to McDonald’s as not cheap treat anymore but penalise disabled elderly people if through tardy service etc by fining them. Contacted customer services to receive a generic reply saying if you are going over the time limit talk to manager!! No we will not be going again ever as we cannot afford to!!

Missing food items, no straws, no syrup for the pancake meals. And took over an hour to arrive from ordering. Delivery driver was fine and efficient but poor service from McDonald’s

items the meal I ordered the big mac with bacon was missing and the drink arrived with no straw no napkins inside bag.

Circumstances meant we visited this branch at peak time on Sunday lunchtime. It was the usual experience; place was packed, no seating, people everywhere, overflowing bins, the very opposite of relaxed and enjoyable dining. However food was fine, prices were good, and the atmosphere was friendly. The blond guy with a quiff at the tills was superb. Really on the ball with friendly and genuinely engaged customer service. Excellent. Also a lady did come and empty the bins at one point. Overall OK.

Two drinks and small chips missing. Absolutely useless! You literally have one job, next time employ people who can read an order

Everything we ordered was correct. The hot food was hot and the chilled/frozen stuff was chilled/frozen. 10 minutes early (compared to the etd). No complaints. Will certainly use again and recommend.
