McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

All the food was cold. Half the milkshake was missing. W want my money back

All of the food was lukewarm, large chip portions only half full, no bbq sauce or straws… no good

Hot chocolate was split and flatbread was missing

didn't. send mc flurry or drink

All food was cold no straw for the drink very bad experience over all

Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning

forgot fries and put in pineapple instead of fries and didn't put spoon in mcflurry

Visited on a Friday evening and had to wait to order, there was no printed receipt and requested table delivery. Not too many visitors but longer than what I would expect as continual delivery drivers in and out. Not a big restaurant so when the doors kept opening making the place cold despite sitting to the back away from doors. Food was OK. As I went to deposed of my food, a member of staff offered which was nice.

Disappointing first visit for many years 😑 9pm Monday 12th. Cheeseburger delivered to table with no cheese, took it back to counter for the cheese & none of the meal was really hot 😠

All the food was cold . Driver was at the restaurant for ages .

I asked the cashier if the McDonald's fries are vegan because I heard some are not and she rudely replied " well what do you think there fries!" I didn't get the answer I was looking for and didn't get to enjoy the fries plus the food isn't that good so I don't recommend

Food is cold dur to the delivery driver apparently unable to locate my address when actually arriving he arrived with attitude very unprofessional

We came to Kings Lynn last night to see Jim Davidson at the Corn Exchange at 7:30 - and decided to sit in and have a meal before the show. We came in just before 6:45 - and due to your ridiculously slow service we nearly didn't get there in time for the start! We ended up eating our meal as we ran there so we didn't miss it!

Delivery was spot on, courier was very friendly. McDonalds forgot to put the dips in though.

Got the wrong burger ordered Philly cheese with no pickles or onion and got a big back with pickle and onions

Delivered someone else’s order, requested compensation. Hot drink was put in with cold drinks, I couldn’t eat any of it, as there was nothing I ordered or liked delivered

There was no straw and no dip that was ordered with my meal

Once again forgotten items and also forgot kids pancake syrup which u pay extra for and they Forget it everytime!!!!!!!!

would be better if they remembered the sauces, litually everytime I get no sauce and I am missing the stickers the whole reason I chose the stomsy meal

Ordered at 08.57 and by 10.30 ordered status changed to delivered. It never was delivered!

It's a McDonalds. Ample parking We popp3d in for a cheeky McFlurry. The 'special' Milky Way was not available 😔

the food was hot very delicious and normally I order sweet and sour sauce and never get but this time I did. the delivery driver was very polite and kind.

Had food missing and food was freezing cold

What we got was good ~ just not very warm HOWEVER our 2 large drinks and a dip were missing from the order! We're getting a refund but that's not the point.

I rang the restaurant and they told me they had a pop up saying no drivers so I had to wait so not happy with the just drivers

Fries etc were cold the apple pie Luke warm I paid for hot food but got Luke warm food not happy

ordered at around 12pm but didn't arrive until 2:06pm and said it was preparing for over an hour. Called to ask where the order was and they said there was no drivers and whenever the drivers came in to pick up any orders they wouldn't say anything to the staff.

It's just McDonald's 😀 fast food fast service. No complaints on this visit!

Delivery not complete, absolutely shocking service from McDonalds in terms of not trying to fulfill the order.

Shockingly slow service which made us late for our cinema showing at the nearby Corn Exchange. Having waited for 15 minutes for table service for our 6 year olds single Happy Meal, my wife went to the counter to find out where it had gotten too. Prepared food was stacked everywhere and not being sent to waiting customers. This isn’t the first time of having experience this very slow service and the staff at the Corn exchange said they never go there for their lunch break, as they can’t get their food and eat in their 30 minute break time. Needless to say we won’t ever be returning to this restaurant!

everytime I order there is always something missing from mc Donald's.. there should be a process where you check!!! before leaving the restaurant everyone has their meal apart from me AGAIN... I don't even know why I ordered should have know better... theft

My order never arrived and it say’s delivered, we spoke to the delivery driver to im fuming

Ordered food to be delivered to table.waited 20 mins nothing arrived. Went to counter, was told its been done! Explained we hadn't had it. Answer well maybe it's that stuff sitting on the side. I don't know how long it's been there! I asked for my money back which they did with no apology in fact they didn't give a dam. Customer service appalling!!

Ordered food through just eat for an 20.00 delivery it turned up at just after 21.00 food was cold and I call McDonald’s restaurant twice to see where my delivery was and they said we have no drivers which I think is abysmal and I will never use just eat again

The machines where I made my order didn't completely work and wouldn't let me try and again and thud I had to take my order without a receipt fortunately after notifying to staff they recognised my order (table service) and was able to give me my order exactly right - Sweet Chilli Wrap, Fried and additional dip. So despite a few technical problems, the food was great and wrap was delish!

I ordered 2 happy meals a chicken wrap meal and a mc rib!! I received just drinks!! and I ordered before 12pm it took 2 hours!!!! my 4 year old twins are now upset sat at the dinning table expecting me to pass them a happy meal over!
