McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

I have just checked to see where the delivery driver is and it says that my food has been delivered but that's wrong. We have had nothing delivered from McDonald's!!

Food was freezing cold when arrived

food not very good , no chips I wanted chips

Time it was due to be delivered kept changing. Food came cold and ive creams melted.

My food was totally cold, not even a bit warm at all. And time was initially 12.55 and ended up being 13.20.

Driver couldn’t communicate where he was or what he was doing, had no idea, and I’m unable to go to meet due to disability

The delivery driver was on a personal video call when he came to my door and pointed the phone in my direction while handing me the food

Ordered food through just eat for an 20.00 delivery it turned up at just after 21.00 food was cold and I call McDonald’s restaurant twice to see where my delivery was and they said we have no drivers which I think is abysmal and I will never use just eat again

I ordered 2 happy meals a chicken wrap meal and a mc rib!! I received just drinks!! and I ordered before 12pm it took 2 hours!!!! my 4 year old twins are now upset sat at the dinning table expecting me to pass them a happy meal over!

Always very slow, uber people are served ahead of any customers every time I have visited. Drinks are usually wrong and food is hit and miss

The worst McDonalds we have ever been. The girl with the grey and purple hair treated us like trash and said that we had only 2 minutes to eat our meal before the place was closing. So unfriendly. We will never come back to this place.

Lady was apologetic but food was stone cold and food was an hour and 15 minutes later than was told

Driver was amazing. Ordered to my place of work. Normally they act like they can’t find the building but he came and found me inside. He went above and beyond

Didn't send the chicken nuggets I ordered but somehow managed to send the sauce for them, how this even happens is beyond me

I was missing my chicken selects and the large chips

came really late missing loads of items phoned up and apparently there was shortage of drivers and order was cancelled then it turned up really really poor need a refund

Mc donanlds literally sent half cups of cola everything else was fine but actual half cups of coke

ordered at 7:20 am received at 11:20 am

Couriers from this McDonald's have delivered the completely wrong order three times in a row now. Do not buy from here.

Food was absolutely disgusting

I order my food 20 50 and i get my order cold on 21 50 thats not normal people speed money on it and all ended in bin because was to cold to eat.

Ordered and paid at the self serve terminal for a burger and a drink, not a complicated order. 20 minutes later I’m still stood waiting for the order to be prepared, whilst the staff were prioritising delivery orders and leaving customers stood around like fools. I asked to cancel and refund the order and the manager was rude and tried to refund me in coins. If this was my franchise I would retrain absolutely everybody. Shambolic.

Food was all cold, wrong drink was given, and there was 4 deliveries before ours as we were watching on maps ans it was stone cold. Man apologised for it being late.

Food arrived an hour late. Turned up stone cold. Milkshakes were horrible where they had melted. Looks like the food has just sat there while a driver became available. Would have thought after an hour the restaurant would had made the food again. Very very poor

Ordered as it said would be 25-30 minutes it took an 1hr 20 minutes as you couldn’t allocate a driver, wouldn’t have ordered if knew would take so long

order arrived very cold and not eatable. was missing ordered and charged condiments. was missing the souce selected with ordered item. no straw with drink. either no ice in drink or all the ice was already melted

Driver called at 9.30 to say he didn't know where i live and was still in town. Took a while to get understanding. When he eventually worked out where i was he took half hour to deliver.

Order arrived with no coffee and a coke that was flat, extremely unsatisfied.

Was cold. By time food was cooked and to me was in bag for half hour no wonder it was cold

Absolute rip off, every time i order from here half the food is missing the fries are cold and only half in the box, tried getting a refund on food that didn't turn up, we were missing 3 burgers and 2 fries how do they manage to feck up an order so badly. So having to cancel payment from the bank as tired of playing cat and mouse with them and uber. If you go in the store staff are awful, slow as hell no idea what they are doing, and generally bad attitudes. Worst mcdonlads i have ever been to. Service is awful and food is cold and wrong 90% of the time. Definitely avoid ordering online as they will literally steal your money not provide the food and refuse refund.

Food turned up drink cups were empty and inside of the bag was full of it soon as put hand on bag the bottom gave way

I didn't receive my entire order, they didn't put the sauces and the straw for cola. This isn't the first time

Driver (thick) delivered it to someone else, so i never got my food. Rang Mcd, they refused to do anything about it. C**TS

All of food was cold and its disgusting we are putting it in the bin. Also when we got the order it was already opened.

Fries was white and after a 45 minute wait also asking several times where our order was with hardly anyone in there food was overall disgusting would not recommend to anyone this particular McDonald's

Almost Everytime I have ordered from McDonald’s they never put a straw in and most of the time the food is cold and they never put my sauces in

Must be a national shortage on straws and dips. Never seem to get any. Unless it's staff incompetence

Mid afternoon weekdays... we waited 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes, when our number on the screen showed up as ready to pick up 3 minutes after the order... redefines the word fast food

some of the items were missing

I order today food for me and my daughter first delivery the fries was missing in the order i order again 2 fries and now i see they was delivered but not delivered to me. I end up today paying 2 times for fries that didn't reach my table.

Was watching the driver drive around on map nearby as couldn’t find address even with exactly location… ice cream completely melted, drink warm and food stone cold

chicken was under cooked on selects, and the nuggets tasted stale. I didn't want to leave this review as usually this restaurant is awesome but I contacted just eat and they never gave me my refund

Changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars as I am sick of getting ice cold fries, half filled fry boxes, soggy and undercooked fries and no straws. Every time I order it's the same issue, definitely does not hold the McDonalds standard.

Excellent and early also hot, just no milk, sugar, stirrers or serviettes

Horrible mcdonalds.Went at night before and had to go throw a fight to get my chicken wrap.Everything loud and dirty. Truly the worst mcdonalds it's like a war in there

Shocking service from McDonald’s. Missing items and restaurant didn’t accept responsibility stating its delivery driver bags were sealed and they won’t accept that they have missed the item. Delivery driver was absolutely great

Lovely hot order - was really enjoying it until I realised I was 3 x Galaxy raspberry desserts missing!! Sadly this is becoming a regular occurrence and no napkins!! Your order checking needs some work!
