McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

When the Milkshake is the warmest thing in the bag you know you are NOT going to have a great meal. The Apple Pie has a discard time of 1½ hours before I even ordered. This place needs to shut down.

Typical roadside McD on the edge of town, easy to find at A47/A17 junction. Choice of various food or drink venues with Shell fuel station next door. Clean toilets. Self service and not too long to wait.

A typical McDonalds, however my reason for reviewing was that the place was immaculately clean which is not always the case. To whoever is responsible for the cleaning, well done.

No McDonald's is very good. But this is one of the better ones, although this time it was empty and the food was still lukewarm.

Copy and paste of every other MacDonald's restaurant, so the only difference is the people! These people are pretty good tbf 👍🏼😎

As usual, bland and when delivered there is generally something missing. Burgerking is the way to go!

Not a lot to say really, other than the service was very good today.

Ordered on the app, customised burger and requested no ice in drink, received standard burger and drink with ice, why can't they read the order request, good job it wasn't requested due to allergy

An employee in work clothes. He looked like a mechanic, his whole outfit was dirty and he prepares meals for people. There is no hygiene there. It shouldn't be like that. I will report it

Drive thru was fairly clear, we had a couple of custom items so was made to park up. Young lady who brought our food out was very polite. Food was hot so kids were happy

Ordered a burger with no cheese, box says no cheese, burger has cheese in it. Why is it so hard to get this order correct?!

The men's toilets here are absolutely disgusting. A health hazard especially serving food.

Drive thru very reliable and fast. Food always correct and hot. My wife is disabled so the drive thru is essential

Arrived at 9.50am and ordered breakfast at the drive through, only ordered 2 breakfast wraps a coffee and a water and was told to park up, waited over 15 minutes for the food to be delivered to my car. I thought the whole point of a drive through was a quick convenient service, they were literally making everyone park up after they placed their orders and when they did give us our food, the order was wrong, all pretty useless

Food was cold. Tables were dirty

Just came through with a reasonably sized order. Got home and missing chicken nuggets, cheeseburger and got a chicken mayo instead of the (3x more expensive) chicken sandwich. Mess up the order every time, don't bother

Very slow service, staff more interested in messing .. one of the cooks coughed into hand then carried on prepping food .. None of the cooks had gloves on so glad only had drinks will never stop at that particular McDonald's again

The driver just dropped off one bag that has everything except the fries !!! That’s unacceptable. When I asked him where the rest is he told me “thats all the restaurant gave me call them” I want my money back for the 4 portions of fries !

Honestly disappointed!!! Didn’t even get the right order, this wasn’t the first time. Normally I have had one wrong item but this it was half the order I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a large mcrispy deluxe, chicken and bacon wrap late meal and a triple cheeseburger. I’d like to think the meals come with fries however, I was sorrily mistaken. Not only was I missing items from order but they completely got the order wrong. I was given 5 chicken selects and a Big Mac. I rang the phone to see if anyone would answer in which they didn’t. So I drove back 15 minutes and got my order remade. Won’t be ordering from there again.

visited Sunday 27th October 2024 on our way to the premier inn hotel just around the corner. parked ok, was very busy but thanks to a nice lady we did get a seat. A long wait to get served at the counter, sorry i dont like the visual display system. Our food was delivered to th table, all ok but the fries not very hot. Overall ok and good price as always.

Said one delivery time. Until paid, then changed it to over 2 hours later!! As “no driver available”… if they had said that before I paid I wouldn’t have bothered!

Nice set up, nice staff. Sadly temperature of the food was low so had to ask for replacement which was granted.

The order was a bit early which was fine but most of the food was cold and Just Eat are refusing to give a refund.

Called today on way to yarmouth toilets smell ordered to take away drinks were cold and a fly infestation would give this one a miss

one item was incorrect, it was ordered with no ketchup and it was on the receipt as such but had ketchup so was inedible for us.

Been here a few times recently and every time we went the burgers were so tasty! Fries were also cooked to perfection. Nicest McDonald’s burgers I’ve had in a while.

After a day racing at Swaffham we called in here before the long journey north, for once it was a smooth purchase with friendly staff 🇬🇧

Police will be getting involved. You have employed thieves and it doesn't look good on you that you haven't even tried to get the item back. Don't go to this McDonald's, If you leave something by accident, the workers and managers steal from eachother so what do you think they will do with your lost items?? Say bye bye to your property.

Food was old and cold and was the texture of cardboard. It was inedible and was disposed of.

scran, delivery driver was great. however no matter what app i order my mcdonalds on they always mess something up 😂 paid for a large oasis no ice and got a medium fanta with ice instead today. pls stop delivering me mystery bags mcdonalds.

After my daughter had finished her happy meal I ordered a mcflurry. After 15 mins of waiting I asked one of the staff to look for it but was ignored by him. He didn't even acknowledge me being there and asking him a question! Come on McDonald's sort out your staff! If he doesn't want to be there find another job!

Have read varying reviews of this branch of McDonalds. To me it was no better or worse than any other I have visited. It was clean, the staff polite, food was up to the usual McDonalds standard.

Absolutely dreadful. Food took so long to come (parked up after drive thru) that we gave up and left.

They take your money an don't even deliver. Do not waste your time using this mcdonald's do not bother using just eat refund is never given back!!!!!!! They know that just eat does this an that's why they continue to use em money grabbing wetwipes.

Even though they were busy the waiting on the drive through was not too bad .The staff had a good attitude and came across as being polite. The food was as you would expect in this chain of outlets.I still don't like the menu boards and you can easily get distracted by the promotion boards .

Absolutely disgusting toilets, 2 out of the 3 toilets were covered in blood, the 3rd someone had clearly got an upset belly. Visited at 7.30 very quiet only 3 other customers 1 staff member cleaning tables no no reason for the toilets not to be checked and cleaned, ketchup dispenser didn’t work lady behind the counter knew this as she looked at me n said ketchup. Would not visit this particular McDonalds again

Convenient place to stop for a coffee and toilets just off the main road on the way to the coast. There is also a coffee shop and garage at the same location. Parking is limited to 90 minutes.

As good as any of the worldwide McDonald's chain, good quick food and helpful service, ideally situated as a burger 🍔 providing outlet ...

All mcdonalds are different in different areas the ones I've been to have been alright I did have a problem with one mcdonalds where I was sitting at the click and collect for 3 hours thinking that our order be sorted soon to go in and ask for them to say my order hadn't gone through online because they didn't update to say something so waiting inside for another 1hour

Visited several times thinking it might improve but never does. Food is awful! It never seems freshly made. Even if you order at 11am fries are clearly not fresh. They were shrunken, stale, hard and overcooked. I can only assume they had been reheated from the night before?! It's really not acceptable.

The bag it was packaged in was not sealed or it had been but opens when delivered, the burger looks like it’s just been thrown together no care in preparation of it and the dips are missing from the order but no selection for them to say they are missing

I broke down and managed to get to this McDonald’s. Luckily for me, the staff were amazing and very helpful.

Worst experience ever at this dump. Place smelled strongly of cannabis and when I tried to speak to a manager about an issue was just fobbed off and ignored. This McDonald’s won’t pick up their phone after over 70 attempted calls. Zero customer service, zero for staff, management don’t seem to exist and I’m out of pocket because this store will steal money from customers and couldn’t care less about resolving it. Couldn’t get close to speaking to a manager either in person or by phone. Can only imagine what the wet wipe who runs this store is actually like when it’s this bad. The daft thing is it was a very simple issue with a very simple solution. Maybe McDonalds Head Office should have a think about the management in this store and if they want to keep them employed. I’ll be making my voice known when I finally get hold of someone.

Bought a wrap, but the filling has all fallen out into the wrapper. Tasted ok though.

Thieving store. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stole money from me and refuse to do anything about it. They don’t answer there phone and there was a very strong smell of cannabis coming from the store. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s staff out the back. This store has Zero customer service and it also steals from honest customers.

We didn't take advantage of their restaurant. Very friendly and informative staff, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful rooms with everything you need, very clean. Impressive! Prices extremely reasonable & location couldn't be better.

Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 Big Mac meals because a guy called "Mason" made the wrong burgers. I overheard them speaking in the back, and the kid sure has attitude. The manager/supervisor was clearly getting irritated by him, as was another member of staff who was telling him to be quiet and just do his job. Pretty embarrassing, go to work and keep your mouth shut and do as you are told, it isn't school. He also missed the bacon that I added to a burger.

OMG, staff training needed. Long hold up through drive thru. Instead of moving 1 car so their order can be completed why not let everyone else behind wait!! 15 minutes no communication and when suggest the above to the manger replies oh yes that’s a good idea - all she could say was ‘oh we are short staffed’ how she could not see the issue without a customer telling her what to do I don’t get.

Shop was busy but when I left one drive through customer was complaining he did get his fries after I left with my takeaway and was away from the store I then found out part of my order was missing no fries but too far away to return staff should check before handing over but in future I will check before I leave the store

Called in on our way back from the beach. Service was very slow and seemed to be very disorganised. Food was meh although hot so there's that. Seemed like a regular McDonald's inside, clean enough and toilets ok. Car park had a very strange one way system and you took your life in your hands using the crossing to get to the restaurant between cars coming out of the drive through. Not the worst, not the best, just ok.

Burger has shrunk again, Luke warm and dry, did not realise you have to tell waitress no salt

Mc donalds staff prepare food well in advance and than just wait while rench fries dry as hard as wood can be.

The time kept changing to later and later meaning my children got it close to their bedtime. Disappointingly when they started eating it was stone cold and so I then had to make them tea anyway. Really disappointed 😔
