McDonald's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Worst delivery service I’ve had got non of the sauce that was meant to come with my meal and not even a straw to drink my pop

missing an item for the second order in a row now!!!

Delivered on time, hot and everything was correct.

Food was good, arrived when said. STORE NEEDS TO PUT STRAWS WITH DRINKS

Delivery driver was friendly and fast 👍. front counter missed fries for both “meals” like usual so I’ve crashed out and mc punched my step dad

Stopped here for a wee even toilets are awful

What the f How is that possible this mcdonald is so bad ? Mcrispy no veg apart from "salad", no bbq sauce I add little bit of ketchup which was less than tea spoon. Just bun and meat what a disappointment 😞

didn't get it delivered and driver refused to come to me as they followed the ping and not the address and told me I have 5 minutes to go to her and get it or she'll take it back... note I NEVER GOT MY MEAL

One of the only decent McDonald's

Ordered hot chocolate with my sausage egg mc muffin meal it came cappuccino and the hot chocolate we did receive with the wrap meal it’s freezing cold and water no chocolate powder.

I know it McDonald's but this particular one was really convenient for us on our way to Norwich as it's very close to the A47. Not only that but we received a very friendly welcome as well as the usual quickly prepared meals. And there's a Costa next door!

Service was slow, poor hand hygiene witnessed of staff preparing food! No food gloves!!! Food was cold upon receiving!! Never again!

Apart from not having chocolate on my cappuccino everything else was lovely. Very nice barbecue wraps

Always something missing front the order. Absolutely amazed by how difficult it must be to pack a two item order, from a receipt. I bet they still complain about the wage they’re paid. Abysmal is an understatement

Whoever put an 'S' in fast food didn't work in a McDonald's! They are that slow I am concerned that the 90 min parking time won't be long enough. Come on McDonald's, you are meant to be fast food!

When the Milkshake is the warmest thing in the bag you know you are NOT going to have a great meal. The Apple Pie has a discard time of 1½ hours before I even ordered. This place needs to shut down.

Never arrived after ordering three hours ago

Driver was really quick, food was really cold. Fries cold, Chicken selects cold, the warmest thing was the Milkshake... I could even eat the Apple pie without burning my mouth... mind you it did have a "Discard Time" of over an hour before i ordered.

A typical McDonalds, however my reason for reviewing was that the place was immaculately clean which is not always the case. To whoever is responsible for the cleaning, well done.

Typical roadside McD on the edge of town, easy to find at A47/A17 junction. Choice of various food or drink venues with Shell fuel station next door. Clean toilets. Self service and not too long to wait.

No McDonald's is very good. But this is one of the better ones, although this time it was empty and the food was still lukewarm.

As usual, bland and when delivered there is generally something missing. Burgerking is the way to go!

Copy and paste of every other MacDonald's restaurant, so the only difference is the people! These people are pretty good tbf 👍🏼😎

An employee in work clothes. He looked like a mechanic, his whole outfit was dirty and he prepares meals for people. There is no hygiene there. It shouldn't be like that. I will report it

Drive thru was fairly clear, we had a couple of custom items so was made to park up. Young lady who brought our food out was very polite. Food was hot so kids were happy

Did not get the right order and the restaurant says they did not receive the order and now I’m down £90

The men's toilets here are absolutely disgusting. A health hazard especially serving food.

Arrived at 9.50am and ordered breakfast at the drive through, only ordered 2 breakfast wraps a coffee and a water and was told to park up, waited over 15 minutes for the food to be delivered to my car. I thought the whole point of a drive through was a quick convenient service, they were literally making everyone park up after they placed their orders and when they did give us our food, the order was wrong, all pretty useless

Drive thru very reliable and fast. Food always correct and hot. My wife is disabled so the drive thru is essential

Just came through with a reasonably sized order. Got home and missing chicken nuggets, cheeseburger and got a chicken mayo instead of the (3x more expensive) chicken sandwich. Mess up the order every time, don't bother

Very slow service, staff more interested in messing .. one of the cooks coughed into hand then carried on prepping food .. None of the cooks had gloves on so glad only had drinks will never stop at that particular McDonald's again

The driver just dropped off one bag that has everything except the fries !!! That’s unacceptable. When I asked him where the rest is he told me “thats all the restaurant gave me call them” I want my money back for the 4 portions of fries !

Honestly disappointed!!! Didn’t even get the right order, this wasn’t the first time. Normally I have had one wrong item but this it was half the order I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a large mcrispy deluxe, chicken and bacon wrap late meal and a triple cheeseburger. I’d like to think the meals come with fries however, I was sorrily mistaken. Not only was I missing items from order but they completely got the order wrong. I was given 5 chicken selects and a Big Mac. I rang the phone to see if anyone would answer in which they didn’t. So I drove back 15 minutes and got my order remade. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Said one delivery time. Until paid, then changed it to over 2 hours later!! As “no driver available”… if they had said that before I paid I wouldn’t have bothered!

visited Sunday 27th October 2024 on our way to the premier inn hotel just around the corner. parked ok, was very busy but thanks to a nice lady we did get a seat. A long wait to get served at the counter, sorry i dont like the visual display system. Our food was delivered to th table, all ok but the fries not very hot. Overall ok and good price as always.

Nice set up, nice staff. Sadly temperature of the food was low so had to ask for replacement which was granted.

one item was incorrect, it was ordered with no ketchup and it was on the receipt as such but had ketchup so was inedible for us.

Called today on way to yarmouth toilets smell ordered to take away drinks were cold and a fly infestation would give this one a miss

Been here a few times recently and every time we went the burgers were so tasty! Fries were also cooked to perfection. Nicest McDonald’s burgers I’ve had in a while.

Police will be getting involved. You have employed thieves and it doesn't look good on you that you haven't even tried to get the item back. Don't go to this McDonald's, If you leave something by accident, the workers and managers steal from eachother so what do you think they will do with your lost items?? Say bye bye to your property.

We was waiting for 30 minutes or more and went to get our food and it was half missing

After my daughter had finished her happy meal I ordered a mcflurry. After 15 mins of waiting I asked one of the staff to look for it but was ignored by him. He didn't even acknowledge me being there and asking him a question! Come on McDonald's sort out your staff! If he doesn't want to be there find another job!

Have read varying reviews of this branch of McDonalds. To me it was no better or worse than any other I have visited. It was clean, the staff polite, food was up to the usual McDonalds standard.
