Don't go to this McDonald's, If you leave something by accident, the workers and managers steal from eachother so what do you think they will do with your lost items?? Say bye bye to your property.

Food was old and cold and was the texture of cardboard. It was inedible and was disposed of.

We was waiting for 30 minutes or more and went to get our food and it was half missing

After my daughter had finished her happy meal I ordered a mcflurry. After 15 mins of waiting I asked one of the staff to look for it but was ignored by him. He didn't even acknowledge me being there and asking him a question! Come on McDonald's sort out your staff! If he doesn't want to be there find another job!

Have read varying reviews of this branch of McDonalds. To me it was no better or worse than any other I have visited. It was clean, the staff polite, food was up to the usual McDonalds standard.

Absolutely dreadful. Food took so long to come (parked up after drive thru) that we gave up and left.

They take your money an don't even deliver. Do not waste your time using this mcdonald's do not bother using just eat refund is never given back!!!!!!! They know that just eat does this an that's why they continue to use em money grabbing wetwipes.

Even though they were busy the waiting on the drive through was not too bad .The staff had a good attitude and came across as being polite. The food was as you would expect in this chain of outlets.I still don't like the menu boards and you can easily get distracted by the promotion boards .

Convenient place to stop for a coffee and toilets just off the main road on the way to the coast. There is also a coffee shop and garage at the same location. Parking is limited to 90 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting toilets, 2 out of the 3 toilets were covered in blood, the 3rd someone had clearly got an upset belly. Visited at 7.30 very quiet only 3 other customers 1 staff member cleaning tables no no reason for the toilets not to be checked and cleaned, ketchup dispenser didn’t work lady behind the counter knew this as she looked at me n said ketchup. Would not visit this particular McDonalds again

Chips cold and hard burgers were hardly warm coke tasted like nothing and was half full think the syrup must have ran out and they just sent it anyway

All mcdonalds are different in different areas the ones I've been to have been alright I did have a problem with one mcdonalds where I was sitting at the click and collect for 3 hours thinking that our order be sorted soon to go in and ask for them to say my order hadn't gone through online because they didn't update to say something so waiting inside for another 1hour

Visited several times thinking it might improve but never does. Food is awful! It never seems freshly made. Even if you order at 11am fries are clearly not fresh. They were shrunken, stale, hard and overcooked. I can only assume they had been reheated from the night before?! It's really not acceptable.

The bag it was packaged in was not sealed or it had been but opens when delivered, the burger looks like it’s just been thrown together no care in preparation of it and the dips are missing from the order but no selection for them to say they are missing

I broke down and managed to get to this McDonald’s. Luckily for me, the staff were amazing and very helpful.

Bought a wrap, but the filling has all fallen out into the wrapper. Tasted ok though.

Worst experience ever at this dump. Place smelled strongly of cannabis and when I tried to speak to a manager about an issue was just fobbed off and ignored. This McDonald’s won’t pick up their phone after over 70 attempted calls. Zero customer service, zero for staff, management don’t seem to exist and I’m out of pocket because this store will steal money from customers and couldn’t care less about resolving it. Couldn’t get close to speaking to a manager either in person or by phone. Can only imagine what the wet wipe who runs this store is actually like when it’s this bad. The daft thing is it was a very simple issue with a very simple solution. Maybe McDonalds Head Office should have a think about the management in this store and if they want to keep them employed. I’ll be making my voice known when I finally get hold of someone.

We didn't take advantage of their restaurant. Very friendly and informative staff, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful rooms with everything you need, very clean. Impressive! Prices extremely reasonable & location couldn't be better.

Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 Big Mac meals because a guy called "Mason" made the wrong burgers. I overheard them speaking in the back, and the kid sure has attitude. The manager/supervisor was clearly getting irritated by him, as was another member of staff who was telling him to be quiet and just do his job. Pretty embarrassing, go to work and keep your mouth shut and do as you are told, it isn't school. He also missed the bacon that I added to a burger.

OMG, staff training needed. Long hold up through drive thru. Instead of moving 1 car so their order can be completed why not let everyone else behind wait!! 15 minutes no communication and when suggest the above to the manger replies oh yes that’s a good idea - all she could say was ‘oh we are short staffed’ how she could not see the issue without a customer telling her what to do I don’t get.

Called in on our way back from the beach. Service was very slow and seemed to be very disorganised. Food was meh although hot so there's that. Seemed like a regular McDonald's inside, clean enough and toilets ok. Car park had a very strange one way system and you took your life in your hands using the crossing to get to the restaurant between cars coming out of the drive through. Not the worst, not the best, just ok.

Shop was busy but when I left one drive through customer was complaining he did get his fries after I left with my takeaway and was away from the store I then found out part of my order was missing no fries but too far away to return staff should check before handing over but in future I will check before I leave the store

Mc donalds staff prepare food well in advance and than just wait while rench fries dry as hard as wood can be.

The time kept changing to later and later meaning my children got it close to their bedtime. Disappointingly when they started eating it was stone cold and so I then had to make them tea anyway. Really disappointed 😔

Always seem to have a problem with our order when we come here, we buy one when visiting our elderly family member as it's a treat for them and this is the closest one on the way. Normally end up every time asking for the rest of my order.

Rude,£300 down the drain. I’ll explain, I was having some car issues and extremely tired so stoped at McDonalds, spent about £20 on food. And after I got my car sorted I left and had a 20 minute nap so felt safe to drive(I had a long week due to my job in British army)This was 3 minutes past the time limit in the car park I left. This was late at night and the car park was practically empty. Only to get a £50 fine. Although due to being deployed and obviously not getting my post from them when I got home a month later to open the letter and pay it it then went up and up. I tried explaining the situation to them and they didn’t care. In total I have paid UKPC, the cowboys who manages the car park over£300 for 3minutes. Won’t be returning or going to any McDonalds ever again after going to this one for years.

chips lobbed in look like someone threw in instead of putting them in the pouches properly. no straws at all. no sauces. no napkins and food barely warm. burgers thrown together ... drinks not even half full (no spill so no reason for it to be that awful)

the second time in a row the order is not complete.. the first time there was no burger and garlic dips.. now there is no drink and instead of 12 cheese garlic I received only 4.. since the first i noticed the lack of a drink and made a refund, then did not give a refund for the cheese garlic.

Really disappointed... Waiting a long time.. To realise after I left my order wasn't complete, something was missing, and for some of my order they haven't add what I asked extra. And for drinks they was just above half of the cup. Really disappointed 😡😡😡

Used it for some chippy and restoom, very busy

A while to wait inside but staff were apologetic and the wait was worth it as food was freshly cooked and tasted better than is often the case at other branches.

Busy roadside McDonald's. The usual issues. Car park spaces to small for today's larger cars, toilets ok if a bit smelly but it was busy. Staff at the servery need to listen and check your order black coffee is different to the ordered latte. Food was hot if typically ever shrinking as seems to be the case today . Plenty indoor and outdoor seating, tho indoors was in need of table clearing. typical McDonald's outlet.

I have not been in a McDonald’s for a long time. I enjoy the food to much. However, on Tuesday I was on a long journey and stopped for a flat white at this restaurant. I can honestly say it was the worst and I am 66 years old now and drink a lot of flat whites, the worst coffee I have EVER had. It tasted solely of cigarette ash, the white part was good but the coffee itself truly dreadful. It is unlikely I will be visiting a McDonald’s again it was so truly truly bad. I threw it away after two sips…..that’s how bad. I was to angry to go in and complain

It's a McDonalds. It's exactly what you'd expect. And that's why we like McDonalds. Like Boddingtons, it neither excites nor disappoints.

nice McDonald's relatively clean (there was a lady cleaning tables and chairs while we where there) fast food was good as well

Visited here yesterday 27.05.24 whilst in the area on holiday lovely hot food probably the nicest MCd's I've had fries were lovely and hot and fresh food was as you expect it should be... Que at the drive through was busy but that's not their fault, although the bins around were overflowing..
