We picked up a takeaway here to eat on the beach when in Dymchurch for the day. It didn’t look like the most appealing shop from the outside, we ordered and waited for it to be freshly cooked. It tasted really good and everyone enjoyed their meal.

The name sounds similar to Kentucky Fried Chicken but with Shake House. What the hell is going on?

Ordered online through Just eat fairly regularly from this location for years, no issues. But for FOUR MONTHS now, I have not had a SINGLE order that is correct from this location, it ruins the meal and just wastes money. I'll ask for something to be toasted it NEVER is which makes the particular order in question disgusting and inedible. I'll order two sandwiches and they completely mix the orders up. They forget to include sauces or dips for certain things. There is ALWAYS something wrong with it, and It's just not acceptable, you really need to fire whoever new you have brought in over the last few months and hire whoever you had before then! Really really puts me off ordering from here, and from now on I just won't be ordering from here at all, really really terrible service.

Food would of been good as usual if not for driver. Couldnt find us, then delivered wrong food. By time the food arrived, it was cold.

Dined in yesterday and I was reminded why I don’t come here as often. Disappointing from the last time and disappointed again. The fillet o fire wasn’t fire at all, more like fillet o mild. No fiery kick to it all. My partner said the same. The burgers have shrunk. Paid 25 pounds for two burgers and popcorn chicken. We enjoyed the popcorn chicken more than the burgers. Even tho the popcorn chicken is made from frozen and the burgers are made fresh. That’s says a lot about our experience at kings castle today. The portions on TikTok look big but in person they are small, hardly any chips given. Just a TikTok hype business yet again. A mid mid mid food place :(

Order over 20 minutes before breakfast starts and because my order had items ordered plain and they'd have to make it up and don't have the items just ready, they decided to just cancel my order, which has left me out of my 5000 points through the McDonalds app as now they can only be redeemed for double cheeseburgers and they're refusing orders until menu changes for breakfast Pathetic and lazy, the app said it was going to arrive by 5 and you're telling me you can't make up a Philly cheeseburger in over 20 mins? Too short of a time for you? You're awful at your job and your attitude to what is essentially a meal choice for a lot of people is disgusting.

Hey McDonald's Stafford Rd wolves this is the 2nd order in a row you didn't give me any straws or napkins. The cheeseburgers also looked a mess and barely any mustard on them but overloaded with ketchup so couldn't taste mustard or onions

Not too happy with the Vegan Selection, It seems to take quite a while to be served, Uber drivers and drive through seem to be served first which can be a little irritating, ordering Coffee can be annoying, usually it comes HALF full or quite Weak.

Whatever meal you chose to eat, order some veggies to compliment and thank me later. The combine taste is heavenly.
