Burger King in Cardiff

Time kept changing waited hour and half food came absolutely freezing

food was cold, and delivery driver sat outside in his car for 5 minutes on his phone before he brought the order to the door, extremely disappointed

food wose cold burger wose half cooked

Dont know about the food because we couldnt get any!! Machines stopped working and dont take card at the register!

The staff here were absolutely amazing, the food is always hot and correct to what you have ordered

the order was never delivered, at least not to this address. trying to get through to speak to somebody to help is absolutely abysmal and Burger King Newport Road don't want to know either. I won't be using it again

Didn’t get fries. Instead of 12 chilli cheese bites we had 4. Stone cold. And the drinks with the meal were non existent. Don’t start me on getting a phone call to pick up my order while the driver was sitting up the street.

Our order came up as delivered but nothing was received very disappointed

I prefer burger king - but it's just gone rubbish here. Drive through..they rush you on ordering you never know what window to pay at / pick up your food. Pop always flat & food cold.. burger buns stale Such a shame. .

Our burgers weren’t the best today so we took them back to complain and the girl at the desk instead of just replacing the burgers decided to argue that they were fine and wasn’t going to do anything. Then the cook came to the table and stood there with another burger with a face on her didn’t acknowledge that she was there. Then the lovely manager came over and was brilliant; proper customer service and polite and also apologetic. The staff that we encountered today let the restaurant and the other staff down today as we come here every week and it’s usually brilliant and friendly staff.

I have to say I was left a little disappointed with my visit. The food was cold, my wife complained and got a replacement whopper, however mine and my son's was also cold but we decided not to complain. When I ordered the food, I observed staff place the fries on the tray way before the burgers were ready. Staff need more training I think.
