Brilliant service polite staff always

Our burgers weren’t the best today so we took them back to complain and the girl at the desk instead of just replacing the burgers decided to argue that they were fine and wasn’t going to do anything. Then the cook came to the table and stood there with another burger with a face on her didn’t acknowledge that she was there. Then the lovely manager came over and was brilliant; proper customer service and polite and also apologetic. The staff that we encountered today let the restaurant and the other staff down today as we come here every week and it’s usually brilliant and friendly staff.

The food wasn’t right I order burgers without onions one of them was right the other 2 was messed up one had onions and the other one didn’t have any vegetables at all.

I have to say I was left a little disappointed with my visit. The food was cold, my wife complained and got a replacement whopper, however mine and my son's was also cold but we decided not to complain. When I ordered the food, I observed staff place the fries on the tray way before the burgers were ready. Staff need more training I think.

I want to make a complaint I dont know his name but he was in the car with this man thats going around tarnishing my sons name for no reason my son has reported it to the police for false accusations but its not on hes now very upset and depressed and when the guy said the false accusations to the delivery guy he laughed its not on he looked Asian but sounded british

Once again my order was wrong, no fries for a Big Mac meal, how difficult is it to get this order right??

would'nt come into main entrance of block of flats I had to go outside for it.i did say press buzzer to come in but he said he couldn't,why pay for a delivery and they can't come into the flats and wait for me to come down.Not happy with delivery service at all,others delivery drivers come in and wait for me to come down.This needs to be sorted out.They should come in and wait at the point of entrance and not ring me to come out and get it.Very poor service,he was lucky I gave one star.

Been there multiple times. It’s our go to stop over in Cardiff. Loved their services and the staff is very humble and helpful especially Sayma Ishtiaq. Met her number of times and every time she amazes me with her hospitality.

It was my son’s birthday and the staff (Sayma Ishtiaq) gave him fresh chips. He really had a great time there.
