Burger King in Cardiff

order was correct, delivery was late, food was not very warm

they forgot my 6 piece chilli cheese bites

my food was given to wrong people and was opened with items missing

Food arrived cold, literally had to heat it up again, & the chicken fillet in bun was overcooked, not nice, very disappointed in Burger King tonight, food usually good and hot!👎

delivery driver was really rude. I'm disabled so it takes me awhile to get downstairs. when I got downstairs he rang me and said you know I'm outside waiting don't you but in a really horrible tone and then I asked him if he could come to the electric car park gate and he said why didn't you tell me earlier again in a really rude tone.

Came here a few weeks back after going to a gig in the centre. The food was cooked fresh but the burger was still cold, i was then horrifically sick a few hours later. Can't comment much on service when it is self service.

Came here after waiting for an hour in the local Wetherspoon - food was swift , great quality and service was friendly and customer focused Thank you - I now have 2 satisfied kids !!!

Intenté usar mi aplicación BK , di código en el drive a través del punto de pedido , pedí repetirlo lo cual hice , después de una larga pausa pedí refrescar y obtener un nuevo código lo cual hice , pedí repetirlo , pausa larga y me pidieron refrescar y dar un tercer código lo cual hice , pausa larga y me dijeron que estaban teniendo problemas con wi Fi y los códigos no habían pasado a pesar de que mis puntos de recompensa desaparecieran de mi cuenta aplicación BK y apareciera el éxito después de que se dieron los códigos . Gemma me pidió un 4o código al que le dije que si el código de 6 dígitos no funcionaba solo escaneara el código QR. Aparentemente, este outlet de BK no tiene escáner! ¡Y dijo que quieres la comida o no! A pesar de limpiar mi punto de recompensa, Gemma dijo que no habían sido tomadas y que reaparecerían en 24 - 48 horas... Todavía esperando. Me pondré en contacto directamente con BK ya que este outlet es una broma.

Didn’t get fries. Instead of 12 chilli cheese bites we had 4. Stone cold. And the drinks with the meal were non existent. Don’t start me on getting a phone call to pick up my order while the driver was sitting up the street.

Ordered a steakhouse crispy chicken without bacon, it was too good. Very good staff especially Cherisma and Manager Erdal were really great.

Una experiencia terrible. Casi imposible encontrar una mesa limpia y ordenada con comida sobrante en todo el piso y una sensación general de que al personal simplemente no le importa. Tomó absolutamente siglos para obtener un par de elementos del menú estándar y la comida fue decepcionante - tibio, papas fritas anémicas y hamburguesas ahogadas en tanta salsa que se desmoronaron después de un bocado y la mayor parte terminó en el contenedor. No es particularmente barato para la comida rápida, así que si quieres algo en la zona, prueba literalmente en cualquier otro lugar. Nunca volveré aquí de nuevo - si pudiera dejar cero estrellas lo haría.

Our burgers weren’t the best today so we took them back to complain and the girl at the desk instead of just replacing the burgers decided to argue that they were fine and wasn’t going to do anything. Then the cook came to the table and stood there with another burger with a face on her didn’t acknowledge that she was there. Then the lovely manager came over and was brilliant; proper customer service and polite and also apologetic. The staff that we encountered today let the restaurant and the other staff down today as we come here every week and it’s usually brilliant and friendly staff.

Nice store, clean lots of seating. Order points to hand and usually lots of staff so you get fast service. Food is fresh and tasty. We Always come here
