came in a few days ago during ramadan and it was less than 10mins till it was time to break out fast. staff assured us that the food would arrive within 10mins and it actually arrived earlier then expected. after receiving our food, the staff brought me and my friend dates to enjoy and break our fast with which was greatly appreciated by us. not only this, but the staff also brought us a platter of different fruits and insisted that we take a good amount which again was appreciated and was a really generous thought. the staff made sure that me and my friend had enough to eat and enjoyed our food. the food was also amazing even though it was made in such a short amount of time and was extremely fresh. would definitely come again.

For the love of God and Jesus Christ and Mary and also Joseph (Jesus’s Dad), I payed £9.99 for a donner meat and chips (medium size mind), what was handed to me was a polystyrene box full of grease and sadness. I was told i would be given a variety of fresh salad, when i received the greasy sad box i was told there was no salad. I am absolutely appalled with the meal I was given and I shall not be returning. I recommend you avoid this location and never come back unless you want tears and heart break.

The peri peri chips and fried chicken are most enjoyable and never fails to fill my tummy. The food was made fresh and of course finger lickin good. The whole seating area was clean and best for catching up with friends. And there are good deals with discounts. The Man at the counter was very patient and took his time to let me pick what I would like.

Its situated at amazing location very spacious and clean and the staff is very nice took my order prepared it on time. Best halal restaurant at city center

Came in and some music was playing. It wasn’t to my taste but it was a vibe regardless. Had to wait for the food for quite some time but he was honest about that so definitely can’t fault him. The food tasted decent to be honest but the wings were a bit too spicy for me. Overall decent experience

Fair play, we were after curry sauce and chips and they made a sauce fresh for us as they'd run out. The chips were crispy and thin cut. The sauce was generously poured over them and was absolutely delicious! It was more of a home made sauce and felt healthier than the average powdered stuff. Awesome job by the friendly and helpful staff and well worth the wait.

I finished my shift late and wanted to get something quick to eat. Was on my way home and dropped in for the first time. I ordered a large chips and curry and a medium donna kebab. My suspicions were first raised when the price came to £17 something. It was late though and I wanted to eat. The guy who served me then offered me a loyalty card for 10% off next time I order over £5, and followed up with a request to leave a review which led me here. Oh how I wished I had seen the reviews here first. Now, tbf the guys there were nice, the service was friendly and the timing for food was somewhat okay. Got the food and the Lamb meat is chunky and looks good. However, I can’t help but still think you can get better for a fraction of the price elsewhere. No where have I been charged £17 for a chips with sauce and a medium kebab. I could get more on a takeaway site which includes delivery. Now I get it, the place is obviously struggling with a major PR issue and has obviously effected the business. But seriously that’s no excuse to charge someone an extortionate amount when your lamb donar wrap meal where you get chips and a drink is only £6.99 - refer to image below of their price board - no where will serve a chips and curry sauce for £12.99. That’s laughable. So they’ve had my business for the first and last time. P.S. when I left they did give me a free sample of their chicken. Thanks, but still doesn’t soothe the feeling of being taken advantage of.

absolutely disgusting. not only did they forget us for nearly 45 mins and served everyone in the queue behind us before us but ,they also didn’t listen to food allergy requirements and nearly killed me with chillis in their chicken( allergic to chillis to the point of anaphylaxis) . absolutely revolting. lesson learnt. would rather walk the 5 mins to kfc , burger king or mcdonald. don’t bother going, spend your money on better chicken and chips.

Ordered 3 meals, tower burger, cheeseburger and chicken burger. Burgers and fries were cold. Bun fell apart as poor quality. Chicken was totally Tasteless and again cold.

Very poor quality food and very poor service. Half of our order didn't arrive and the server seemed to do everything he could not to give us the food that we paid for.

Truly a magical place, we ate in and sang along to the absolute bangers they played us- all in all incredible scenes 10/10 recommend

The food was only slightly better than the service. Was asked to repay for part of my order after THEY prematurely threw it away. Undercooked as always and the whilst sat writing this I hear another customer state 'can you please cook them this time' so I'm obviously not the only unsatisfied customer.

Chicken and fries are the worst I have ever had. For the chicken strip burger, chicken was obviously unseasoned. Absolutely tasteless. Come on do I look like I would like being ‘healthy’ by eating in a fast food restaurant? Chips was strange in both taste and texture regardless of its size. The pack of frozen chips bought from supermarket would be even better than that. It is the worst meal I have every had in my life, if I do not count the one I was forced to eat a meal with dog meat in my childhood.

Look man, the chicken in there bangs, like them wings, buff. But bossman in there needs to fix up and put some care into his work, always forgets something like cheese or wings, the burgers they iyte they iytte but a bit love and bam you got one of the best in CDF. Ur a blessed guy but ur head ain’t with it. Also them buns needs improving bit wet for my liking. Prices are calm wings and burger meal together should be a ting. The worst meals we have ever ordered chicken bits, cold and hard and was the chicken meal. Fries also the worst we’ve had. Also watch what you order online as the they try to short serve you. There is nothing good about this place.

Ordered through just eat. Food came late. Items all different to what I ordered plus all at more than half the price to what I had ordered. I ordered 20 chicken strips meal and I got 2 small burgers. Ordered a kebab wrap and got a chicken wrap!! Absolutely vile food. Hash brown in one of the burgers still frozen. Will never order from here again

absolutely disgusting. Not only was the order scheduled for over an hour after order, (ok can’t help that) it was then pushed back and arrived nearly two hours after order was made. Not only was it late the food was diabolical. Clearly re-heated. Chicken was tasteless and hard. Chips were soggy and hardly any potato to them. Honestly what a waste of money. Couldn’t eat any of it after tasting how disgusting it was. Also a let down to find out that their hygiene rating is a 1 , no surprise there though!

Por lo general, no salga a cenar mientras viaja. Definitivamente evite la mayoría de las grandes cadenas estadounidenses (puede ser tan fácil aquí en los Estados Unidos). Este fue un buen regalo. Hamburguesa de pollo. Muy exuberante! Vale la pena venir a probar. Servicio cortés. Limpiar. Sin duda volveremos el próximo viaje!
