Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cardiff

Made a large order on the digital kiosk and waited about 15 minutes for my food to be ready and the staff were very kind. When I walked home the food was luke warm, so I had to microwave it on very high for one minute. I also loved the new Grimace shake!

mcspice and got mayo chicken burger instead and chicken nuggets taste like they was done 2 days ago

Order was delivered on time by a friendly chap.

The food was cold, warm flat drinks. Not delivery drivers fault but whole process took ages so not impressed. When reporting was only offered a small amount of money back in the form of a voucher, would appreciate a full refund as food was inedible.

The staff running the night shift here are idiots. They never provide a straw for your drink, no sauces with my 20 nuggets share box and no cheese in my double quarterpounder WITH CHEESE. Just eat courier was at the restraunt for 45 minutes so obviously food was cold. Garbage never again

I got cold food with no mayonnaise in mayo chicken burgers which is just bread pieces and chicken and don't get ketchup for chicken nuggets because of which I can't eat them overall I got very bad food but delivered it on time

Food was ordered at 15:57 with a delivery time of 16:20 - 16:30. Over an hour before "ready for delivery". Driver then went to wrong address and had to call for directions. Food was stone cold on arrival. Meal appeared to have been prepared alright.

Food was all cold due to the fact it took over an hour for it to be dropped off and the driver could not call me due to the just eat system as I requested in my order. The driver was outside my flat for over 15 minutes waiting for me to check.

Worst meal so far. It wasn’t a happy meal it was a cold miserable one. There’s a different delivery driver every time so obviously nobody likes the job or can’t do it properly!! Never again!!

I ordered delivery through the app. Was missing cheese sharebox, had all the sauces though. Spent a good £24, the item missing was about £9 itself. The order wasn’t provided with the full receipt and I did ring a few times no answer. I have no clue how to resolve the situation as it was my first time ordering through the McDonald’s app.

Food freezing cold, missing dips.

the food arrived stone cold. no straws for the drinks. no napkins. the only reason it was delivered on time is because the timer kept updating. I watched the delivery and it took 30 mins or more.

Took my grandaughter to mc Donald's as she was hungry as she coming from school .easy to order ,the food was hot ,the cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful , the woman behind the counter looked as if she had lost the will to live not a very good first impression .it was a busy time of day the drive through was full as was the carpark we ate inside .overall you get what you pay for so pretty nuteral experience overall .

Really poor, the double quarter cheese buger didn’t only had the top half of the bun!! The cheese slice was melted to the box. What a waste of money!

Dude whenever I order drinks, large amounts of coke has been spilt already. Not only that, there was no straw that came with the drink. I also requested cutlery but there was none to be found. Disappointed at the state of deliveries in general nowadays. Unreasonably expensive- at least give me the items if you are making me pay so much. Thankfully, they have a very efficient and generous refund system and so I was paid my £2.99 back.

Food was like warm, coffee only had a mouthful left in it because it had tipped over in the bag and leaked everywhere. Thankfully I have a kettle!

Ordered a meal for pickup, when we picked up we drove home and half of it was missing. I called them and they said they would send a £3 voucher. The customer service is shocking and the staff are poorly trained

Did not recieve all my order was missing items

NOT delivered..... not our order .... delivery driver was no help or cared that he picked up the wrong order. Obviously we ordered for our only break in the day so 4 people have gone without lunch (and out of pocket) due to the incompetence of both Mc Donalds and the driver. So I presume it is not just our order that was wrong but the wrong order that was sent to us has now left another set of people without their lunch also. I expect a full refund and the very least an apology!!

Missing items/ happens every single order

deliverer passes me my drink which the paper bag is drenched I open it infront of him and my drink is 1/3 full with the rest pouring out. he apologises and then proceeds to ride his bike away. I've never had this issue before and can imagine he was carelessly delivering. now I have paid for a for a large drink but can only enjoy a third. not happy at all.

It's difficult to rate a fast food restaurant because most people know what to expect. There's no surprises in the fact it's function over comfort and the food is bog standard, neither great or terrible. Atmosphere is as one would expect. Busy, bordering on chaotic with a constant stream of people in and out but it serves a purpose.

No drink as it was spilled so we got an empty cup and wet food . Meal was ruined

Driver doesn’t understand English, tried to direct him after he got lost, came to my street and left, did this twice, now food is cold after a third time getting to my street.

I've discovered that frappes and milkshakes are made indifferent machines so I can get atleast one for my choice drinks . Never wait long , food always been on point . Once a delivery wasn't complete and the happily replaced the missing items without an issue. Never had a bad experience. (Keep it up guys !) 😉

requested no added relish or ghurkins- lettuce and onion only- arrived cold and contained all relish an fillings. very disappointing

Ordered a big order, as I had my grandkids with me. They asked me to park up. Fair enough. We waited over 20 mins. So I went back in to see what was happening. My food was sat there in bags. With the girl saying sorry we forgot to bring it out. Been there ages so cold. So the manager was there I said this isn’t good enough really is it. To be met by a load of abuse of him with a terrible attitude of tuff really. Absolutely shocking

Disgraceful service! I ordered via the app to be delivered. The order was completely wrong again! It’s a regular occurrence with this restaurant. I order a Philly Cheese Stack meal and included two rewards from the app. 6 Nuggets and a Fillet Fish. I receive a Chicken sandwich meal. Restaurant make you contact Uber for a refund. Refund takes 15 days to return!? Really!! Uber make you contact Macdonalds app virtual chat to get your reward points back. The virtual chat send you back to Uber. No one does anything to fulfill the order I am missing or rectify the cockup that has occurred. Awful experience. Terrible staff, terrible service and I’m left with someone else’s cold Chicken Sandwich! Thanks guys! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Drive through, order was wrongly placed. When i tried to explain, was met with agression, very rude bloke, completely unprofessional. Then they even served the wrong order WRONG AGAIN!! Ruined experience.

we ordered food at 12:05, food turned up at 12:50 absolutely freezing despite being less than a 3 min car journey away from the store. we have the receipt to show when it was made. it was absolutely disgusting. we ordered as kitchen being done, so disappointed!
