Completely wrong order not a single item was correct and I am very gutted tha me n my son couldn’t eat this as he woke me up being hungry

Absolutely shocking, didn’t even feed to the dog. Order incorrect, burgers poorly presented and missing onions and gherkins. Chips were cold may aswel have bitten into a cardboard box.

Paid for sources and never received them

Ordered before 7am for 7:30. After completing order delivery time changed to 1 hour. Couldn't find a way to cancel order. Delivery made at 8:15 (electric) bicycle. Muffins were cold, hash brownssquashed into their packaging to make them inedible

All the food was cold and the drinks were spilt and the hot chocolate was cold and half full also it tasted awful

Absolute joke. The happy meal didn’t have the chicken nuggets!! And missing 2 cheese burgers. Had some very unhappy kids. Very unprofessional. How is things getting forgotten when it’s all in front of them is Beyond me

to be honest with you yes he was on time maybe a couple minutes late but my mother had to chase him down the hospital car park he was on his moped, he started driving off with our food. i have 2 broken legs and i was very glad that it wasnt me getting the food, i was in the room. also my chicken nuggets were freezing

McDonald’s offers good service with fast and efficient staff. The food is fresh, hot, and always consistent. It’s a great place for a quick meal, and the team works hard to keep everything clean and well-organised. I had a smooth experience and will definitely come back again.

I’ve had a few breakfasts from various McDonald’s to compare and I have to say that this effort was underwhelming to say the least - I’d avoid in future. Hash brown undercooked, muffin not tasty, coffee weak. No complaints about the staff or service.

Ordered pancakes n syrup and then pancakes syrup with sausage, no syrup for either and no sausage. Two girls unhappy left with no food as they won’t eat dry pancakes. Full refund not offered as they dont give u it bk for drinks which they should. Such an inconvenience and a let down!!!!

Ordered on the app, was at the speaker before 11 and gave the code. Queued for 5 mins round to the window to be told they couldn't do our order because it was past breakfast. Basically they didn't put it through when we gave the code. Waste of time.

Always good food but very late this time. Would definitely order from there again tho.

Despite having eaten at this restaurant for years, mostly without issue today every single burger I ordered was overdone. Not just 1 but all of them. The meat in all of them is burnt. Burnt enough to mean most of us won't enjoy our meal that we paid a lot of money for. That being said, I doubt bad reviews are even recorded. If it an option, please foreward this complaint to the restaurant. I won't be ordering deliveries from here again, since we have no way to fix mistakes or bad food.

Happy with the delivery but on McDonald’s end they forgot to put my fries in the bag

Food was cold, drink arrived in bag on the side and half spilled - went everywhere

It was quiet, eerily quiet, desolate and forgotten. Like a black family in Bush America or a South East Asian family when Cameron was PM. It was surprisingly pleasant when the gremlins, trolls or troglodytes ( I believe they are called University students) are not around and you get to capture this moment in time that you can appreciate the hardworking crew in this McDonalds, rare I may say as if it was finding a Chancey in the safari park.

Unfortunately this time my order was not completely accurate. For some reason, one of my Quarter Pounder with Cheese burgers did not have cheese in it. Despite the fact that the other Quarter Pounder with Cheese was made correctly. That being said, overall all the hot food was very poorly put together. Most of the burgers were not stacked properly and looked very messy when first opened. As far as the delivery side of my order is concerned everything went as expected and there were no issues.

My wife and I stopped by for a drive-through just to pick up a latte.

Food took longer than usual it was pretty dirty and had a horrible smell while entering this location maybe the bins. But was packed full of people maybe that's why my food was cold

The personal do not use gloves when made food, they put together the food bare -handed, should not be allowed this practice!

All round fantastic. Most importantly my order was ACCURATE. Cold food can be microwaved. Late food still arrives eventually. But inaccurate food cannot be eaten. So thank you.

Food was cold and the order was incorrect my partner could eat due to the order not being made correctly. Disappointing to say the least.

Food is expensive and poor, unfortunately generally grubby due to high footfall - could be much better if profits weren't the number one target.

Awful... I went through the drive thru ordered quite quickly was greeted by a staff member at the next window whi didn't utter one word to me not to tell me how much or if I was paying cash or card I then had to turn my engine off as did the two cars in front... finally got my food (15 mins) to fi d the muffin was inedible it had obviously been sat under a heat lamp because it literally turned to dust when I touched it sort it out McDonald's

I have order my food by 18:20pm on 28/01/2025 wait until 18:48 pm to get served. I was opted for the table service and no update we are waiting for long time also I have approached to the counter they said sorry that’s it!. It’s been more than 100 times I came there but it is awful to stay this really bad service

Went through the drive through ay 4.50 am with just 1 car infront. After 10 minutes waiting & nobody in the restaurant I enqured as to why jt was taking sk long ( 1 meal & 1 burger ordered) & was spoken to like a piece of dirt by female called SASKIA. VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL SO REFUND REQUESTED... ILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE

Ordering delivery at this store will result in no sauces given, so if you order McNuggets through this store you will have to eat it without sauces. If you eat in at this store, it can get quite busy so you might struggle to find a seat, but the staff are nice at this store. This McDonald's has a drive through.
