Mcdonald's Restaurant in Ipswich

Absolutely awful food. The chicken in my salad was so dry I couldn’t eat it and couldn’t cut it. The bacon tasted like reconstituted BBQ crisps. The salad was a lot of lettuce with 2 slices of tomato and 2 of cucumber with a lot of red onion chunks. My husband’s burger was cold as were his fries. It was meant to be a double 1/4 pounder burger with cheese but I doubt the 2 burgers together made one 1/4 pounder. His iced coffee was more ice 75% than coffee. My grandson’s chicken nuggets were cold as were their fries. My daughter’s vegetarian burger was inedible. We will not be going again. A half term treat disaster. Also very expensive!

Waited 4 minutes in drive thru only three cars in que. waited 5 minutes to pay. I asked for a receipt the guy said in the bag at next window - no receipt given. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a latte - got home 5 minutes later all stone cold and looked like been sitting for some time before putting in the bag. I was giving a muddy drink instead of a latte also stone cold. I know Mac Donald’s is going down hill but this is just taking the pi** especially with what they are charging now!!!!🤮🤮

This is the second order in ten days I have made to Macdonalds Ravenswood. Last order was very late and cold. This time it was within the time but the meal was still cold.

I was given 3/6 chicken nuggets that ordered, walked home to discover they only gave me 3, not sure how that’s possible when the box even says 6, i wasn’t given a receipt so who can i complain to.

I ordered at 18.45. The initial delivery time was between 19.15 and 19.30. It then changed to 20:05 to 20:30. The good finally arrived at 20:20 stone cold.

Both burgers were supposed to be without cheese and extra onions but they both turned up stone cold with cheese in and no onions .. shocking

The delivery drivers English was very poor and when he arrived the drinks had exploded in the bag. He didn’t understand at all and asked a random pedestrian to help. The pedestrian said to call McDonald’s and then the delivery driver left.

I've constantly had a problem with ordering from McDonald's for some reason I don't understand because no other restaurant has this issues. Yesterday somebody delivered my McDonald's and instead of delivering it decided to take it away and nobody from Just Eat has contacted me to resolve this issue. They have just taken my money. While he also took my food.

Sorry it wasn't delivered at all. I think the driver took it.

food was cold. cold food was melted. shake half full. no option to say when food is melted, only if its cold. can't complain about more than one thing when submitting a problem.

No straws, missing mcmuffins, missing hashbrowns, given jam packets instead of milk.. it gets worse everytime

The worst branch we have ever been to - I would say borderline inedible food. Freezing cold food, missing items - milkshakes wrong. Weird, sterile environment with no staff and massive queues - no way to get food changed when totally not fit for purpose. Self service machines showing loads of stuff out of stock which then is available (eg ordered a grimace shake and got a vanilla shake but the machine said no vanilla shakes available?). £47 we will never see again - gutted! Next time will take a sandwich…

The drink had spilled within the bag from delivery, and basically became my problem to deal with.

This has to be the worst experience iv ever had from just eat / McDonald’s . The food was stone cold and the McFlurry was like a milkshake. I paid £3:50 for a half a mile delivery which I understand was my choice . But my point is that the store is only a 2 minute drive away. The label on the foodbag was printed at 14.04 and the food finally got here at 15:00. I have pics and video an will be happy to share. I’d appreciate an answer from someone why I just completely wasted £13:46.

There are so many McDonald in every where. And the world. The only one and the special one have the immaculately service and freshly cook the meal are this only one in Ipswich The staffs and manager are so polite and helpful. Got Delivered someone else’s order

Not happy as our order was picked up and whilst tracking, driver stopped off to pick up another order and delivered theirs first and then ours. By that time our order arrived 35 minutes later than ETA and our food was freezing cold.

Forgot straws and all the fries ordered, how can it be this bad don’t think I’ll be ordering again for a while need to sort it out. Paying well earned money for things to be left out, ridiculous!!

Little attention to detail in creating the orders. Normally I wouldn't take to leaving a review however this is the 3rd time I've ordered from the kiosk and not the drive through and still got home to find missing or wrong items in my bag... Normally not an issue as I'll eat pretty much anything when I'm hungry enough to order from McDonalds but on this occasion the food was for someone else who had a particular cheese bite desire. Instead they gave me the saddest little chip package of orphaned potatoes who may of needed a new home however were not the cheese we were looking for. If you're reading Mr McDonalds. Order 2 Monday 15th July between 21.00-22.00 if you have any cheese bites looking to be loved then please let them know there is a family here willing to take them in.

Dreadful service. Took over 2 hours to be delivered and it’s cold. Very disappointing.

We ordered 2 meals plus and extra cheeseburger. We were given our order and once we got home realised that the ordered wasn't complete. My husband went back and stood at the counter in the restaurant being ignored by members of staff who were happily chatting amongst themselves. He explained what was missing. He then waited while the order was being redone. We live a 2 minute drive from the restaurant and when he got home with the so called replacement food was cold. He was obviously just given back his food and not replacement and the rest of the burgers and fries were cold. We were very disappointed in both the service and the quality of the food.

Delivery was fine for a Friday night but food order was missing key item and the chips were barely cooked and cold. Disappointing from McDonald’s tonight.

absolutely disgusted with the service, I had items missing and the food was cold. The delivery driver was rude when I asked him about the missing drink. I left him a tip when ordering won't do that again !!!!! in fact won't be ordering again!!!
