Mcdonald's Restaurant in Ipswich

no fries in meal. always the same some thing missing

There was a note in the bag that there were no McFlurry and Chicken Crispy burger. I need help to get a refund on this, please

I ordered the Minecraft collectible for the adults nine chicken nuggets and I didn’t receive it

Shocking as always. They can't get delivery orders correct ever so not sure why management don't do anything about it. Been awful service for years now.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. Costumer service is horrid where emplyees talk to costumers in a very degrading manner, food takes longer than you’d expect from a fast food restaurant and when asked to remake they treat you as if you’re stupid. Avoid this mcdonalds at all costs. There wasnt a single time I have went there when something didn’t go wrong.

Refreshingly on time! We stopped ordering McDonald’s breakfast because it either didn’t turn up, or the order was wrong or it didn’t come for hours and hours! This one time… it worked as it should

Very Slow service,warm food not hot, flies all over the place, no where to park all ways full of food delivery drivers who think they own the place, definitely better McDonald's in Ipswich

Descent McDonald's however it's always very busy and the quality of food is not great as the staff are under pressure to prepare food quickly. I recommend visiting this place outside of rush hour and dine in instead of drive through as the queues are lengthy. Otherwise it is a decent place to get some food as part of your journey.

Food was cold and soggy by the time it got to us , had clearly been squashed too

I asked for extra caramel syrup I made it clear I wanted EXTRA you barely gave me any that ruined my mood and my meal next time I order that specific MC flurry I expect you add EXTRA not at the bottom not on the sides but on the ice cream and EVERYWHERE if my wishes are not met I am never ordering from MC Donalds again also fix you fries they are always soggy please and thank you

Appeared to be short staffed unfortunately. Tables not cleaned, no toilet paper in the ladies toilet. The sausage egg mcmuffin meal, I had it with cappuccino, was delicious, my husband had bacon roll, bacon was barely cooked.

Food missing, only delivered McFlurrys. Unable to contact by phone email only then have to wait 24 hrs for a reply

delivery man was miserable asked for code abruptly didn't say thank you or hello. watched him retrieve my order from his car drinks had fallen over bag was wet so couldn't pick it up. chips were cold ! we order a few McDonald's and this has to be the worst one.

very rare i do reviews but this poor review is justified. ordered at 18:20 recieved the order at 20:20 and now I wish I had read the other reviews as this seems very common. not the best food I have had either and even compared to other macdonalds it is still poor. defiantly not fast food and will not be using again. you have been warned.

They just don’t seem to be able to fulfil orders completely or on time

The delivery was almost 2 hours late, foods are cold. Another thing, whileni was in the middle of ordering, a message popped out saying i have free food which is the Philly stack, but upon checking the receipt, i paid for it which is unfair. I would not add it to my order if it wasn’t free at all. Need refund on this, need to speak to someone, as you can see in the system from the time i ordered it and the time it was delivered, it took almost 2 hours. Need someone to speak with regarding this.

The delivery rider was very rude upon delivering my order. He was asking me to meet him at the end of the road instead of delivering it to my pin location. He three the bags to me after getting the codes from me which makes the drinks spilts all over me and then he ran off with his car. That was unbelievable behavior and i cant let this pass. He needs to be reprimanded for he did to me. I am hoping to hear from you soon regarding this matter.

Delivery driver was rude and did not explaine what he needed correctly

Painfully slow service through the drive through, 5 minutes sat waiting to take my order with no-one in front of me. Another 5 minutes to pay, again noone in front of me and then 15 minutes waiting for food. This is the worst I've been to in the country, park up go to the harvester across the road and you'll get proper food in less time.

Had to wait 30 minutes just to get to the window to get my food then got told I had to wait for my food to come out which took about another 20 minutes, I only ordered a box of nuggets and a big Mac meal. So much for fast food

The burgers were cold, the chips were lukewarm. The hot drink.was cold. We took them back but they looked like we were stupid. Absolute disappointment.

Service appalling and when you dare to complain the woman behind the counter was rude and aggressive, don’t go there unless you enjoy really slow service washed down with some of the worst customer care I’ve had the misfortune to receive.

Drinks had been spilt in the bag, about half of three drinks were lost.

Rang the restaurant and asked how much longer my order would be was told in a rude way “I don’t know” and could hear the rest of the staff laughing in the background honesty the worst McDonald’s in Ipswich. How am I supposed to drink my drink with no straw and how do you always forget the sauces there in front of you when you pack the order

Fast service ,quality too .They didn't forget to add some napkins and straw

The driver was rude and is rude everytime he delivers, was smoking giving me my order and made me put the code in his phone which I didn’t want to do. He was very abrupt!

the delivery time changed 3 times and went from20 mins to over an hour. the food had to be reheated in the microwave before it could be eaten.

This is the 2nd Sunday I've been here and not able to get a milk shake with my meal it seams to be normal practice for this outlet so I had to go somewhere else as I don't do fizzy drinks ummm I think if I can't get what I want I didn't get anything for the second time not my loss !!!

Order was short, latte was spilt in the bag only half a cup. Only 4 sausage and egg muffins. 2 double egg muffin and bacon roll missing and only 4 hash browns. Very disappointing

Took 2 hours to be delivered. Burgers and fries were cold and soggy when it came, drinks weren’t cold as ice were melted. You can see the time i took the order the time they delivered it. Hope to hear from you soon.

Time was being pushed back. Suspect driver is dropping off multiple orders which is why the food arrives between cold and luke warm. But everything was as ordered

Not happy at all, i ordered a diet coke and they gave me a strawberry milkshake which is okay and i dont mind it. They also put grilled chicken instead of crispy in my wrap.

well kept changing time every 5 minutes food arrived freezing cool had to heat up in the microwave

Ridiculous drive-thru at night. On multiple occasions ive had to wait an age for my food and not to mention when I did eventually get my food today it was cold. How can you make me wait in the drive thru for 30 mins only to serve me cold food. I come here quite often after 10pm and they never serve mcflurrys and the wait time 9/10 is over 15mins (usually around 20mins). It wasn't as if i could turn round and leave as there was such a que of cars behind me in the drive thru who were making thier frustration known by persistently beeping thier car horns. Despite living in Ipswich it is actually quicker for me to drive to the Felixstowe branch order there and still be home before I would otherwise be using this branch. You Really Need to up your game night shift as this is ridiculous. Im not sure if half the staff are asleep in there that time of night but there nevers seems to be any sense of urgency from the staff. Just to really rub the salt in (instead of putting it on the chips i believe because they were bland) i didnt even get an apology for the wait from neither the payment or the collection window on this particular occasion. I'm rarely disappointed when I go in during the day time however at night it is a completely different story. Please review this mcdonalds and take the necessary steps to improve this ongoing problem.

We ordered diet coke, the lady said "diet coke?" We said yes and she gave us Cherry coke/pepsi. I personally dont like it and cant finish the whole cup so it was a waste of money. They have one job and they messed it up. Not happy. Dont go.

Waited at the front of house counter for 14 minutes. Completely ignored by staff. This was around 10pm. All staff were focused on drive through only. In house was ignored. One person even went behind the counter to solve his issue.

driver delivered wrong orders drinks and failed to deliver any food to me, i went to mac donald’s to rectify this myself and complain about driver.

The food was cold as usual and I live on ravenswood so it should of been hot but it never is

It's a McDonald's but it was really cold in the restaurant area.
