Fast service ,quality too .They didn't forget to add some napkins and straw

food was stone cold n chips weren't cooked 😕

the delivery time changed 3 times and went from20 mins to over an hour. the food had to be reheated in the microwave before it could be eaten.

Food is cold and my mcspicy is crunchy

This is the 2nd Sunday I've been here and not able to get a milk shake with my meal it seams to be normal practice for this outlet so I had to go somewhere else as I don't do fizzy drinks ummm I think if I can't get what I want I didn't get anything for the second time not my loss !!!

Order was short, latte was spilt in the bag only half a cup. Only 4 sausage and egg muffins. 2 double egg muffin and bacon roll missing and only 4 hash browns. Very disappointing

Took 2 hours to be delivered. Burgers and fries were cold and soggy when it came, drinks weren’t cold as ice were melted. You can see the time i took the order the time they delivered it. Hope to hear from you soon.

Time was being pushed back. Suspect driver is dropping off multiple orders which is why the food arrives between cold and luke warm. But everything was as ordered

I had chicken warp and it was not very nice and a Latte and it was like drinking a cup of dirty water nor much coffee in it

Not happy at all, i ordered a diet coke and they gave me a strawberry milkshake which is okay and i dont mind it. They also put grilled chicken instead of crispy in my wrap.

Ridiculous drive-thru at night. On multiple occasions ive had to wait an age for my food and not to mention when I did eventually get my food today it was cold. How can you make me wait in the drive thru for 30 mins only to serve me cold food. I come here quite often after 10pm and they never serve mcflurrys and the wait time 9/10 is over 15mins (usually around 20mins). It wasn't as if i could turn round and leave as there was such a que of cars behind me in the drive thru who were making thier frustration known by persistently beeping thier car horns. Despite living in Ipswich it is actually quicker for me to drive to the Felixstowe branch order there and still be home before I would otherwise be using this branch. You Really Need to up your game night shift as this is ridiculous. Im not sure if half the staff are asleep in there that time of night but there nevers seems to be any sense of urgency from the staff. Just to really rub the salt in (instead of putting it on the chips i believe because they were bland) i didnt even get an apology for the wait from neither the payment or the collection window on this particular occasion. I'm rarely disappointed when I go in during the day time however at night it is a completely different story. Please review this mcdonalds and take the necessary steps to improve this ongoing problem.

We ordered diet coke, the lady said "diet coke?" We said yes and she gave us Cherry coke/pepsi. I personally dont like it and cant finish the whole cup so it was a waste of money. They have one job and they messed it up. Not happy. Dont go.

Waited at the front of house counter for 14 minutes. Completely ignored by staff. This was around 10pm. All staff were focused on drive through only. In house was ignored. One person even went behind the counter to solve his issue.

Arrived over 2hrs and 30 mins after I ordered, with the delivery estimated by shifted back more then 2 hrs. Food arrived some stuff missing, anything that was there was stone cold. Don’t order from here, just go to the drive through

It's a McDonald's but it was really cold in the restaurant area.

It was over 2 hours late to the time we ordered it, I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel the order and then it was marked delivered and I had no food. So now I am £33 down for nothing.

This is the worse branch ever! Order on the app check in and always waiting around 30mins plus to receive my cold and dry food! Never have problem's in the other Ipswich branches. So annoyed it’s always the same! Please avoid!!

Driver went to wrong house, second time he was here. Hot chocolate was watery and split half empty. Bacon was cold, just didn’t enjoy my meal today

Not a lover of fast food but went today and it was actually ok. Had a double quarter pounder and it tasted better than I remembered. The place was quiet today and everywhere was clean and tidy. Have been here before when it's busy and it can be quite hectic with messy tables and floors. One thing I do like about all McDonald's is that their lattes are every bit as good as others, but without the heavy price tag to match. The one thing I do dislike about this particular branch is the seating arrangements. I don't like bar stool tables as they are too high for me and I don't like the big party style tables either leaving only a few tables that I find comfortable to dine at and these are always taken during busy periods.

Ordered food after a long day at work through the McDonald's app for it to be delivered cold! Stone cold! And to top it off, it was being carried in a Lidl Bag For Life bag, not even a heated bag! APPALLING. Cannot even contact anyone for a refund.

Delivery driver has spilt one of the large cokes in the bag, which he then said it happens and left the bag on the floor while it was leaking through! Also he never delivered the happy meal which I then had to phone up and go McDonalds Ravenswood to get the missing items. Which the manager from McDonalds was very nice and helpful about the whole issue and sorted it. Delivery driver was terrible

I’ve had a few order mess ups so I like to ask the driver if I can check my order before they go he was quite moody and rude about it even though I explained it wasn’t anything to do with him I just need to make sure because my daughter has a few mess ups with orders.

Absolutely awful food. The chicken in my salad was so dry I couldn’t eat it and couldn’t cut it. The bacon tasted like reconstituted BBQ crisps. The salad was a lot of lettuce with 2 slices of tomato and 2 of cucumber with a lot of red onion chunks. My husband’s burger was cold as were his fries. It was meant to be a double 1/4 pounder burger with cheese but I doubt the 2 burgers together made one 1/4 pounder. His iced coffee was more ice 75% than coffee. My grandson’s chicken nuggets were cold as were their fries. My daughter’s vegetarian burger was inedible. We will not be going again. A half term treat disaster. Also very expensive!

Quick lunch to get me through a Monday afternoon. Food was hot and as fresh as could tell. No issues on services and atmosphere was good. Even the toilets were cleaner than expected.

Waited 4 minutes in drive thru only three cars in que. waited 5 minutes to pay. I asked for a receipt the guy said in the bag at next window - no receipt given. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a latte - got home 5 minutes later all stone cold and looked like been sitting for some time before putting in the bag. I was giving a muddy drink instead of a latte also stone cold. I know Mac Donald’s is going down hill but this is just taking the pi** especially with what they are charging now!!!!🤮🤮
