Order never arrived. Restaurant preparing food for over two hours. Ended up with no food and no refund. £49 spent on nothing. Disgusting. Just eat gets worse.

didn't get all of my order missed one of my drinks

items missing from you order, no drink and ordered the double and only got a single, now just eat doesn't even offer proper support to resolve this

Food was ok, warm but not hot. It definitely wasn't that fresh cos the chicken royal was very dry! The tables were all messy, even though it wasn't busy in there, you'd think it not being busy they'd be able to keep all tables clean but apparently not! The staff were friendly though so that's good. Also the amount of chips burger king gives u is getting smaller all the time! Like I remember the large box they used to come with that was always full, was a decent amount that I always appreciated. But now days ya getting less n less and they come in a tiny packet so it's abit sad they are changed now. The chicken royal isn't as tasty as it used to be, but gutted bout that. All in all bit let down by how messy the tables were concidering it was dead in there, very few chips 👎👎👎 and the food quality not as good as it was, ane wish the food was hotter too.

We were waiting for our food in the restaurant. 25.05.2024. 8 pm The delivery guy next to us was touching his bum inside he's trousers,and front private parts with his hand. Young short guy,with black car. Unbelievable. Disgusting!!! Unacceptable behaviour,unhygienic ,people can get infections!!! Then he went to his car with the foods....😡😡😡

All 5 meals were cold chips all half full,burgers squashed and courier had meals for over half hr. Picked up a 17:42 delivery was 18:10 and I’m not that far away it takes that long

The burgers and chips were awful, like they had been cooked the day before. To make matters worse we both had VERY BAD tummy ache.

The order was missing an item, which I now have to wait up to 7 days to be refunded for. The burger was burnt and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. After a couple of bites, the meal has gone in the bin. Very expensive waste of my time. Won't be doing that again.

gave us meat (were vegetarian) food must've been sat a while as one burger was ice cold (and missing the extra patty we paid for). thankfully we noticed it was meat bur this is so dangerous!! clearly restaurant needs more staff and more training

Will ruin your order on drive through knowing you wont come back. An XL has large cheese slices and more than a rash and a half of bacon by your own company instructions. After 5 the will serve you burgers 30 to 40 minutes past sell time. Literally a joke and the manager doesnt care to busy eating the stock the fatty

Very to the point at this Burger King, not the friendliest of the chains I've been to, the staff at the Anglia retail park actually know how to treat customers, unfortunately the same cannot be said about this one....

20 minutes late, driver was extremely rude and tried arguing with me about the food because there was a missing item, when he tried he didn't speak english so rang his son to talk for him while having his arm inside my porch so i couldn't close the door. Terrible person and service, disgrace.

Connor served us very recently. Such a lovely helpful polite young man. I actually remembered him serving us on another visit also , as my family all commented back then how superb he was at his job. I hope he is a valued member of staff, as his customer care skills are brilliant. We shall return again and again with fantastic service like this shown by Connor. This Burger King restaurant is also very clean and food served lovely and hot too.

I've been to this restaurant few times. The service is always great and quicker. It's always very busy when I'm there but they genuinely take care of their customers and their needs.

Although arriving on time.. Every item was squash flat and cold... Ended up microwaving the burgers. Chips not to normal standard

Decided to try BK for a change from MDs but unimpressed with the overall experience. Not only is it expensive (just shy of £20 for one chicken medium meal and a single chicken burger with drink), but the service was dreadful. Met with mumbling staff when we ordered at the counter as the self service was busy. Got the order wrong with beef instead of chicken and no apology. Not even one napkin was added to our tray so had to ask for those. All in all not great and will be sticking with MDs for future. Sorry BK but not for me.

Driver got my order then drove to kfc Felixstowe road for 20 minutes obviously waiting for another order while my food got cold. Everything was cold when it arrived. Shocking service from just eat driver not Burger King.

Very dry tasting double whopper. Did not like the fries. Too thick for not being actual potatoes. Female did not care that all drinks are zero. No fresh juice

The past 2 times we have been to Burger King Ransomes has been terrible. The food is cold and drink is flat. Service is appalling with arrogant unhelpful miserable staff. Horrible experience.

A long time since I've been in a Burger King. I ordered a chicken royalle - and was presently surprised. It was hot moist and really quite tasty. Chips were of good size and sufficient quantity - all for under £10 including large Coke.

Food delivered 2hrs after placing order and was cold. Had 2 large fries on order, only 1 delivered which was half full. Really not impressed. At £25 this is unacceptable. Will not look to order again.

Completely missed both kids meals. Only option is to request a refund for missing items. Definitely wouldn't order again and wouldn't trust for it all to arrive!

Arrived to purchase 2 whopper meals with strawberry milkshake on 13/10/2023 after 15:00hrs. This was the only meal I had for the day, by 23:00hrs I had a serious case of diahorrea. Which settled after 02:00hrs. Mu trust in this restaurant is lost
