Great service from the friendly crew at this franchise

Staff wasn't busy just standing about....you thought they would use their common sense to at least clean the tables....most of the tables were not being used but not clean...very disappointing...also had to return a chocolate milkshake as had no chocolate flavour in it...it was changed eventually

Two items missing and refund declined. There’s either a worker who’s always forgetful or a teefing just eat driver. Each person blames the other.

It's the most filthy restaurant I've been. The food1 was cold, burgers dry and burnt. This restaurant needs a strong new management .

Called in for coffee and breakfast. Breakfast bun of sausage and bacon was luke warm and tasted like cardboard. What happened to BK? Coffee was fine, hence the 2 stars. The portion of tots was inedible so we didn't eat them. It's a very cheap option, but not a good one.

Really good food but really rude manager guy! Went to order at the till a 2nd time and he said you can’t use the same phone as before to scan your card to gain points! He spoke in a rude manor! Hope he isn’t like this and only had a bad day as feel bad for the rest of the staff as they were actually nice!

Food was ok, warm but not hot. It definitely wasn't that fresh cos the chicken royal was very dry! The tables were all messy, even though it wasn't busy in there, you'd think it not being busy they'd be able to keep all tables clean but apparently not! The staff were friendly though so that's good. Also the amount of chips burger king gives u is getting smaller all the time! Like I remember the large box they used to come with that was always full, was a decent amount that I always appreciated. But now days ya getting less n less and they come in a tiny packet so it's abit sad they are changed now. The chicken royal isn't as tasty as it used to be, but gutted bout that. All in all bit let down by how messy the tables were concidering it was dead in there, very few chips 👎👎👎 and the food quality not as good as it was, ane wish the food was hotter too.

We were waiting for our food in the restaurant. 25.05.2024. 8 pm The delivery guy next to us was touching his bum inside he's trousers,and front private parts with his hand. Young short guy,with black car. Unbelievable. Disgusting!!! Unacceptable behaviour,unhygienic ,people can get infections!!! Then he went to his car with the foods....😡😡😡

All 5 meals were cold chips all half full,burgers squashed and courier had meals for over half hr. Picked up a 17:42 delivery was 18:10 and I’m not that far away it takes that long

The order was missing an item, which I now have to wait up to 7 days to be refunded for. The burger was burnt and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. After a couple of bites, the meal has gone in the bin. Very expensive waste of my time. Won't be doing that again.

gave us meat (were vegetarian) food must've been sat a while as one burger was ice cold (and missing the extra patty we paid for). thankfully we noticed it was meat bur this is so dangerous!! clearly restaurant needs more staff and more training

Will ruin your order on drive through knowing you wont come back. An XL has large cheese slices and more than a rash and a half of bacon by your own company instructions. After 5 the will serve you burgers 30 to 40 minutes past sell time. Literally a joke and the manager doesnt care to busy eating the stock the fatty

Very to the point at this Burger King, not the friendliest of the chains I've been to, the staff at the Anglia retail park actually know how to treat customers, unfortunately the same cannot be said about this one....

20 minutes late, driver was extremely rude and tried arguing with me about the food because there was a missing item, when he tried he didn't speak english so rang his son to talk for him while having his arm inside my porch so i couldn't close the door. Terrible person and service, disgrace.

Connor served us very recently. Such a lovely helpful polite young man. I actually remembered him serving us on another visit also , as my family all commented back then how superb he was at his job. I hope he is a valued member of staff, as his customer care skills are brilliant. We shall return again and again with fantastic service like this shown by Connor. This Burger King restaurant is also very clean and food served lovely and hot too.

I've been to this restaurant few times. The service is always great and quicker. It's always very busy when I'm there but they genuinely take care of their customers and their needs.

Although arriving on time.. Every item was squash flat and cold... Ended up microwaving the burgers. Chips not to normal standard
