Pretty standard McDonald's. Might've been the time of day, but I was served very quickly which was excellent.

Lunch time at mac, school term time. My order number is 50 and they still preparing nr 25, really guys? Lol

Once again made a mistake in my order. Given a small fries instead of a large and burgers had wrong toppings. Appalling!

It's McDonald's so you don't expect much but still somehow was absolutely horrible Rude manager to customers and his staff, The Adolf of the ice cream machine

No Sprite, No Shakes. Go to parked order bay 2 and wait for ages. What a horrible experience. Never again at Cardinal Park. What a show.

For a fast food restaurant it wasn't that quick

Have been calling them for over 45 minutes to see where my order is and nobody answers the phone! Unable to drive due to illness and rely on delivery for treat, and so let down with lack of service!

This McDo is fairly close to Portman Road so gets incredibly busy when there is a home match. So expect a bit of a delay but given the numbers present they do well. They have recently redesigned the interior to cope but that has reduced the number of tables. There is a drive thro' here as well

A clean and friendly macdonalds

Since the return, it's terrible. Made it 20x worse. No room to order, especially on match days. It's carnage in there.

Quick lunch service was slow considering it was quiet but food was warm and correct items. I would take that as a successful drive though

Just used the drive through, only 3 cars in front of us when we pulled up and yet sat there waiting for our FAST FOOD for 20 minutes. Fries luke warm and no salt on them what so ever. This place closed down for refurbishment and apparently to make the experience better. Very poor

I received the most perfect double-quarter pounder I've ever got. As if it were from the ads! The staff are also super friendly and very nice, especially the managers. I always go during the night, so might differ during the day. Well done

Seems the refit has made it more cluttered and less room for non drive thru customers

Recently refurbished but this has been a terrible decision regards new layout looks worse particularly around the tills and oorder screens and ridiculously terrible whilst waiting for the order to come!!

once again, no sauces and no cheeseburger. I understand forgetting once, but not every time. the hot chocolate was watered down.

Much much better now that there’s a separate entrance for delivery drivers and customers aren’t getting barged out of the way by Deliveroo pushing their way to the front. Nice refurb. It’s a McDonalds - kids love it and there’s a couple of reasonable items that parents can snack on.

Pre refurb i would have given everything 5 stars however since the refurb the whole place has just gone down hill. less seating, lack of service, lack of atmosphere and generally just not a nice experience at all. the refurb, in my opinion was a huge mistake and has made the whole place bad

It's McDonald's.... Quick and easy, tastes nice etc. Used the app to order ahead, parked up and it was bought out to me, lovely job and so easy.

I ordered from just eat, I gave the code everything, I couldn't see the bag clearly since it was dark but it was someone else's order, driver had already left, I left a lot of photos for review and a lot of reports about it being the wrong order but nothing. Last time I had missing items. I won't be ordering from here again I seriously lost faith, I dont recommend ordering delivery.

Incredibly slow service. Waited nearly 20 minutes for two hot drinks and two cheeseburgers

Despite that main meals were OK the chips were cold and old and not tasty at all.

Excellent place for a quick bite before or after cinema next doors. Makes it a perfect date.

Since the renovations its smaller so less seating you now cant get table service and they have upgraded the store but taken away the charging points that every uses. I will not return to this takeaway again.

Since the refurb there is less seating, only 2 stations to order and there was no cleaner so tables were all filthy and didn't supply a tray to eat on... No tissues at the dispenser and entrance que is right in front of the door. Definitely feels more designed for Take away drivers than customers

Quiet atmosphere, same food as per most maccies, attentive staff.

So it takes 5 minutes to take your payment and 15 days to make a refund!!!!!

This restaurant has just been upgraded but they have reduced the seating area by half and appear to concentrate on the just eat or app customers before the "real people" in the restaurant. Big shame.

After refurb it's bad, got less seating,soon as walk in customers are in from of door waiting and very little atmosphere, had people coming in hovering over us whilst earing as struggled getting seat. Lost its atmosphere I won't go back

If I could give a 0 star I would've. Ordered through just eat, it was accepted had a a time slot like usual. An hour later nothing. No time change or nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. If you can't handle having just rat at least have the decency to turn it off so no-one can order

Maybe employ people who can read so they stop missing parts of orders, no matter what drive thru is used some employee forgets something. Absolute joke

Constant Beeping!!!! Literally the whole time the machines were beeping, no one turned them off, what is the point of them if no one takes any notice! Will never eat in again

Forgot to bring food out and food was getting cold

Absolutely shocking behaviour. Order wasn’t delivered. Waiting over 2 hours. Tried numerous times calling with no answer. Eventually got through. Attitude was appalling and couldn’t care less

This is the frist time in years that I been to mc d and enjoy the food I had a big taste burger and a warp and it was good service was good and quick to and the restaurant was clean and tidy

Usual McDo fare but on a Saturday the chicken and bacon wrap is great value at £1.99. Very busy on a football Saturday as it is close to the ground and there is little room to sit. The order machines are packed in so tight it is difficult to actually order.

Maybe the Chinese girl serving on the drive through tonight should get in the kitchen instead . Literally opens the window shoved the food in your face no smile no hello nothing then she is rolling her eyes when I asked for some sauce absolutely no customer skills at all. Don’t understand why these people take these jobs if they have problems communicating with people . The boys that take my order a* though chips were also cold but didn’t want to tell HAPPY as it would have been to much for her to change them clearly

It was pretty quiet in the restaurant which led to a chill atmosphere, although when I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, the patty was bigger than the rest of the burger (in terms of circumference) but oh well, still tasted nice

As far as McDonalds go, it’s fine. Pretty quick on service. Staff seem friendly enough. It doesn’t open till 6am which is an issue for me, but there is another McDonald’s around the corner. It’s slightly cheaper than other McDonald’s in the town too. If it’s peak times then the queueing is ridiculous and moves at a snails pace. Also get all the Romanian Uber eats drivers congregating at the entrance and car park so can make it an issue parking and getting into the store. Not great!

This is a really busy McDonald's . It was a shame the coffee was cold, stone cold chips, and well as not great as £30 for a family meal. The happy meal toys were not correct. The cheese bites were stone c9ld so they were like rubber , you could bounce them on the floor. The drive through was packed and the lack of decent parking made it difficult to access.

Got large mc chicken sandwich meal, got half the chips, also got 2 mc flurrys and got small ones and completely different flavours

30 minutes in the drive through! 30 minutes. Supposed to be 'fast food'. Absolute joke

Paid and ordered 2 medium chips. Didn't check the bag before I left as I thought staff were capable of getting an order correct, only to find one medium chips in the bag when I paid for 2! It's not hard to check an order is correct before bagging it. Useless staff. Check your bag against the receipt before you leave here!

I don't know what's happening in this McDonald's, but every time when I buy is something missing in my order.

Seemed quite busy, was somewhat clean but the toilets were not in the best state, although this is mpst likely due to customers who most likely do not have any awareness. Staff were relatively friendly and food seemed freshly prepared, chips were not cold, burger was not soggy and drinks were not overfull with ice instead of actual drink. Overall not a bad experience.

Worst branch of the franchise. Rude staff and lady manager has zero common sense! Meant to be fast food left waiting for 20 mins in queue while mc flurry’s turn to a puddle then refuses to make fresh ones! Bad review due to their lack of common sense, manors and probably about 60p the cost to just remake the mc flurry’s !!! Save your time and expectations and go somewhere else!

Went in, ordered our food through the machine, it was prepared quickly but unfortunately as we left, we realised they had given us completely the wrong bag! How hard is it to look in the bag and compare it to the number on the order being prepared? Honestly they make errors every time I go in, which, fortunately isn't that often!

Pretty average drive through McDonalds in Cardinal Park . Don't particularly like having to use the screens in store to order your food when the service counter is right in front of you. I'm sure it saves McDonalds money, but it was easier when you just told the counter assistant what you wanted.

Terrible! Fries cold and half full repeatedly and got half a MC flurry. Apparently they are told they only aloud to half fill. I decided to give the ive cream back as it's so valuable. All over the screen. I'm NEVER going back

The last 2 times I got delivery they forgot the dips. A box of dry chicken nuggets without the dips. Never ordering there again.

A rare order made to day for my children and I on a busy work day. Only half the order arrived. Cold. Way over an hour to get here. Cheese had been put in the burger that turned up;when it was requested without cheese. A pretty rubbish experience. Don't know if I will get my money back. No reply from phone.

Terrible bloody service, spent £17 on food and for the driver to collect and then not deliver my food the thieving bas***d, I called the restaurant just for her to say no we can’t send you out more food you have to call just eat your just letting them rob us

So I ordered at the drive thru on my daughter's birthday and spent £30, they had loaded the bag so heavy that they split as I walked in the door, I Rang up and the 1 out 50 times of ringing they actually answered and spoke to the manager (26.2.23) and he agreed to replace the meals as this literally made her cry on her birthday and ruined her night, I went today again to claim my free meals and the female manager (1.3.23) had only put 1 burger on and 4 fries on as that's what the other manager agreed too apparently, even tho I said my 4 meals were messed up as it ruined everyones meals on the night, even though we explained the situation and had shown her the pictures, she wasn't prepared to listen and even looked at the pictures which didn't change her mind, I'm very shocked and dissapointed in mcdonalds and will not be going there again The previous week a chicken mayo was missing, then several weeks ago they forgot my dips so had to come back after checking

Order was missing bacon from all the meals and they substituted the bacon in a bacon McMuffin for sausage.

Absolutely disgraceful! Made a McDelivery order of over £50.00 for 4 people this afternoon via the McDonald's app. When the order arrived, half of the food was missing so one person did not have any food and another two of us only had part of our order. The fries were also only half full. When we phoned the restaurant directly to request the missing food to be resent all they did was give us the number for Uber Eats and refused to deal with it themselves. I explained that it is not our problem that they do not have drivers and they should be contacting Uber Eats themselves to send the food back out to us but they insisted on fobbing us off to Uber Eats. Uber Eats were useless when we called the number the restaurant gave. They refused to send the missing items to us and offered to refund only the missing items but would not refund the delivery fee for us to reorder the missing items after their service failed to deliver all of the items in the order thus breaking the contract. Why should we have to pay another delivery fee or go and collect the order in our current condition when they made the mistake? It seems this is a case of two companies working together, neither of which want to take responsibility for the problems caused leaving the customer to have to fight just to get what they paid for. We have now had to repay for the missing items to be sent and another delivery fee on top of that just so that everyone could have something to eat. We will be keeping the receipts and writing a complaint to head office of McDonald's and Uber Eats to have this rectified correctly. You wouldn't expect this with any other type of service so why should you expect it from a well known restaurant and food delivery chain who are well known for continually making mistakes like this and why are they still allowed to operate like this? Very frustrating and I would advise avoiding this branch of McDonald's and using the Uber Eats service unless you want to pay over £70.00 for an order including 2 delivery fees just to not receive even standard service! I will update this as things progress!

It's what you would expect from a fast food place. Kids loved it.

2 touchscreen order machines not working, above desk screen (order info when ready) not working, forgot the ketchup, no spoon or salad dressing for salad. Pretty poor service all round.

Avoid! Waiting for about 15 mins for a barely warm Big Mac and fries. On a Wednesday evening they can’t seem to cope with all the food collection people and in store orders.

The inside is always well kept but I find that I have the longest wait times when ordering food at this branch.

Food quite cold. Liked the balloons for the children. Children's games terminals not working, which was disappointing. Waited longer than expected for food.

It was the worst experience at McDonald's ever. After a bad service, when I got home, I had Fries that had clearly been cooked a long time ago, and the worst thing was the Burger. A mythical Big Tasty, what I can say is they managed to ruin the reputation of this mythical Burger. A disgrace, this space urgently needs a visit from the secret client. I did not eat...
