Mcdonald's Restaurants in Ipswich

Don't park there unless you want to be hit with a ridiculous parking fee. I was charged £100 for just 1 hour and 18 minutes while having lunch!

Any time I've ordered from here the ALWAYS forget the sauces, it's either deliberate or they hire idiots or both. Awful service also.

Great location, clean and quick

I ordered three standard items from the breakfast menu, the restaurant wasn’t at all busy but it was a 14 minute wait for my food. I thought McDonald’s was supposed to be fast food! Food was about ok but the wait was terrible.

Over an hour late and everything was luke warm to cold including the hot drinks and considering its only two miles away I find that pretty poor.

Ordered a breakfast for four this morning. The driver had been shown to be near where I live for over 5 minutes but my order wasn't delivered, but the driver had then claimed on the app the food was delivered. The driver also didn't bother to call me

The driver brought the wrong order, then when I told him it was wrong, he shouted at me from the car that it wasn’t his fault it was McDonalds.

It's rubbish service drive thru. order not give right things every time something missing. Today I ordered drive through one wegen burger and chips are missing and I call to mcdonalds they can't pick the phone rubbish service

Food was as good as always, a bit understaffed and messy but it is christmas and who wants to work over Christmas, no Grinch toys in the happy meals as they had ran out.

delivery time kept changing. food was literally cold, not even warm! missing items that I paid for and my side salad was the only that was warm. it was all wilted and the chips were un salted and soggy probably the worst McDonald's I have ever had.

Shocking delivery service driver calls to say he can’t find address I try to help him he slams the phone down and doesn’t bother £16 I’ve got to try and get back from just eat

You always forget to add the BBQ dip for our order every time wish the food could be hotter when it arrives feels like it’s picked and packed and a delay in getting it out perhaps the couriers bags don’t keep food warm so look into that or pack the food once a courier is in so it’s hot!!!!

The time got pushed back multiple times The milkshake machine wasn’t working and I didn’t get my large chocolate milkshake.

Drive through as always. Somewhat a bit slow, but I find that with most Maccys these days. Food is fine as always. Just wish the chips could have a extra 10 seconds to cook. No matter where I go, they always seem a little undercooked.

It wasn’t officially late as the time for delivery kept being moved, but from the original order and delivery time to when it arrived was almost 1 hour

Driver was swearing about the spilt hot chocolate, to my 15 year old son! NOT OK! Ended up with a soggy bag with half a cup of hot chocolate, cold food! No sauces, no straw! Enjoy!!! Why do I order from you! Refund expected!

Completely got the order wrong. I asked for a latte and got a black coffee my partner asked for a bacon and cheese mc muffin with no egg and all she got was an egg and cheese mc muffin.

Ordered 9 nuggets only got 5! Drink had spilt so chips covered in coke!

I have ordered probably 3 times from this McDonalds through Just Eat, and I have never got the dips I ordered. Won’t bother again.

I had to ring up the restaurant and they said to speak to you the food never got delivered I want a full refund and some compensation as this is like the 4th time now I will use another app if these needs are not met

Left waiting over an hour for it to suddenly say delivered once I reported it. I never received my order, it was literally just 3 drinks

I received none of my order even though it said it had been delivered. I’ve been here waiting outside of the station and nobody has turned up with an order. This is just a way of your drivers getting away with eating peoples food. Now I’m out of pocket I’m very unhappy

Quick delivery but did have to microwave a little to heat up as luke warm.
