When the food had turned up the drink had spilt all over the food so I couldn’t eat the order and it has been returned

missing the hash browns. both the ones that came with the order and the supposed freebies

order was extremely wrong I am very unhappy. I ordered a medium bigmac meal with a coke with 6 nuggets and they gave me diet coke and a biscoff flurry, sort your drivers out I am very unhappy and I would like my money back.!!

Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered 5 burgers — and one is completely missing. That’s not a small mistake, that’s pure negligence. On top of that, the fries were soggy, cold, and just awful, like they were made hours ago. And don’t even get me started on the iced coffee — it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. Watery, bitter, and just pathetic in quality. We paid for a full meal, not this mess. Sort this out immediately.

He went above and beyond for me and bought a drink for me after MC Donalds didn't package their product properly causing a spillage. very friendly driver, highly reccommend, very helpful and friendly.

Food was stone cold had to re heat it. Also missed out the chicken selects that were ordered aswell

I came for breakfast as I was working in the area. Asked for a receipt as the machine didn’t print one and staff member said “ do you need one?” Which I thought why would I ask if I didn’t? Food cold and had to get them to heat my porridge again as it was freezing. Hash brown was cold and greasy. Not the best

Driver came with the wrong order. Originally I rang the restaurant up who said that the driver picked up the wrong bag and the order was still at McDonald's. The driver would refuse to go back until he was told by McDonald's to go back and pick up

since this order I've learnt to. ever order cold stuff and hot. I've forgone a drink a couple times now and the food turns up fresh and piping hot. when will they learn to carry a cold bag and a warm one not next to each other!?!

DO NOT go to this McDonald's, food is cold and dry, is not fast food and you now have to pay for parking. Lots of people getting fines including myself, £100 as car park is now owned by a private firm, they don't tell you this, disgusting!!!!!

I went to McDonald's early in the morning and got my food quickly, but I found something disturbing in my order—there was chewing gum on my fries. Normally, I wouldn’t bring something like this up online, but the manager's response was really rude and unexpected.
