This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to or ordered from! Always forgetting items and always having to re-heat food.

Fast food more like slow food waiting over 20 mins which is shocking and my chicken mayo looks like it’s been falcon punched very poor standards at this maccies

No such thing as fast food anymore. Wait 20 mins for 1 coffee

I didnt receive my order-my order was confirmed at 8.35 it said 9.10/9.25 delivery ,I didn't receive it

food was cold, didn't receive and item and they won't refund.

slow order delivery, order shows collect but its not there to collect. wasted 30 minutes just for a burger.

Fast delivery everything there and delivered hot.

placed an order and half the food was not in the sealed bag, called maccys and they were rude, told me to call just eat as was there problem not maccy ds, even tho it was were I ordered from and food came from there. I gave the kids my food and I grabbed something from home....as parents we do. 3 portions of chips missing from order, a fruit bag missing from order and a customised wrap missing from order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

food was stone cold had to reheat my chips, no straw for my drink, took well over an hour to arrive.

I’ve had the same delivery driver a few times and he’s also so polite and friendly

Lots of items missing, most food cold!

recieved no order not the first time this happened courier never turned up

driver was late due to McDonald's employee, both food and drinks where cold. drink spilled and soaked bag and tearing up other bag. disgusting McDonalds service

Food cold. Wrong order twice... Third time lucky and they got it right ... Only ordered burgers! Still cold though. Very poor. Worst one I have ever experienced.

Food came extremely late. McFlurry was melted and the rest of the food was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. DISAPPOINTED

my experience with this order was absolutely disgusting over an hour waiting time and the times changed every 5 minutes!! ridiculous

Forgot some of my order but not bad otherwise

Order was placed at 17:35, delivery due between 17:55 and 18:15…food arrived at 19:47, cold burger and wrap and melted McFlurry. The McFlurry had also leaked all over the bag. There was absolutely no option for me to cancel the order, as it was ‘in progress’ from the moment I placed it! Shambolic

He was late when I ask him why he taken long he got rude

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered my food at 1739 and it turned up eventually 2 hours later!!! Not only that but literally all my food was cold, the fries weren’t even cooked! Oh and they sent me a Diet Coke when I ordered a classic coke. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times and no one answered and there was no way of cancelling my order! One good thing was they remembered to put my dips in after forgetting the 2 previous orders!! Never using this restaurant again

Don't order after 10.30 from here they will take ur order but you won't get it when u try to ring you don't get any wear and lose you money not good

My order did not contain the syrup I ordered and the porridge was cold. The driver was exceptional rude as well to the point of aggressive

Ordered this around 21:00 hrs waited as the delivery times kept changing then 22:05 it changed to my food had been delivered yet never received anything.

There was a mcflurry missing and some of the food was cold when we got round to eat it

the McMcflurry is very tasty , rich and just perfect. And my order was on time

Please tell your couriers to be more careful - I had to throw away my large drink because it spilled everywhere in his bag. This is not the first time this has happened - they need to handle the bags and drive more carefully.

The food and coffee was hot and perfect. Couldn’t of asked for a better order. My driver was on time and very kind so that’s just the icing on the cake. :)

The whole meal was stone cold . The drinks had that much ice in it didn't taste like coke. Mcflurrys were completely melted they had to be put into the freezer.

Had lunch in McDonald’s today, food was nice and hot and the table service was efficient and fast. Only down side was the tables weren’t very clean.

my delivery took over an hour to turn up tried to call macdonalds 4 times with no awnser each time ,will never be ordering from u again and chips soggy and limp, not fresh .

Restaurant is rarely clean, the machines often aren’t responsive and whenever I go to the Drive-Thru I can end up waiting for a long time before ordering food, and nobody says anything or apologises for the wait

I ordered my food and it was ready quite quickly. I ordered for takeaway and I'm thankful I did. The restaurant was filthy. Bins overflowing, food all over the floor and tables full of rubbish.

Ordered food, they didn’t pack everything for my order. They didn’t put the drinks in the bag properly so they spilt everywhere. They don’t answer their phone when try ringing to complain. Worse McDonald’s out here in Ipswich I say!!!

Forgot my garlic Mayo and the dip selected with the chicken nuggets. Getting refund.

I got the wrong order and am very upset

Went through drive through (5th august) person on speaker was blunt and rude. When got to payment window there was no speaking just put payment machine out the window then closed window and walked off without saying anything or confirming payment taken. So incredibly rude. Only bonus was food being ready quickly so I didn't have to wait at this place long. Normally use the mcdonalds up at copdock where the service is incredibly good but as was at cinema picked up my son a happy meal from here. They need to learn here that manners cost nothing.

The delivery time got pushed back five times but the food arrived hot and all in good quality.

I ordered on my McDonald's app, I ordered a double big mac but I received a normal big Mac. I also ordered a chicken BBQ wrap and it's missing the bacon.

Since the renovation it’s been terrible. Extremely slow times, staff hiding out of view around the corner and no one working tills.

food was actually hot for once but yet again they forgot to put the sauces in again. this store needs to be looked into as 9 times out of 10 at least they leave the sauces out.

Cold chips no dips again and wrong drinks

food completely cold, drinks flat. was supposed to be delivered by 8.30pm, turned up at 9.30pm. said the delivery was out for delivery and due in 10mins, then the driver turns up 1 minute later, clearly had the food in his car for ages. requested a full refund but that probably won't happen!!!!!

It’s saying it’s been delivered but we still haven’t received it, guessing it’s gone somewhere else

Went into the said Mcdonalds, ordered food through the machine No Problem. The food came and my vegetarian meal had meat in. Took it back to the counter, after a 2 minute wait the manager told me to bring whole meal back. No problem. He then comes over with cash, I said we still wanted the food and he rolled his eyes. Very poor service. Mcdonalds has always had great service, What happened.

Your driver didn’t even turn up and put the food as delivered. I have young kids here who are hungry it’s an absolute disgrace.

Driver rang me up saying my order was at my door it wasn’t it was at the wrong address the address was correct on the order page he was a little rude and adamant he was right and I was wrong

Not for the faint hearted. It was an unequivocally life changing experience and I was not prepared. 10/10 would recommend

McDonald's can't tell the difference between a regular cheese burger and a triple cheese burger they sent me a regular cheeseburger when I ordered a triple

My meal was delivered on time and in good condition. The last meal I ordered my drink was dented and leaking so this time I was satisfied with the service.

I am VERY unhappy with the service today!! The delivery driver said he could not come up to my apartment as he had a baby in the car!! He then left my order at the main entrance to a block of 64 flats!! I had to go and get it and the driver had already gone!! Getting bored of Just Eat as the last few deliveries have had issues, sort it out Just Eat!!!
