Holumi fries £3 70 been over fried no filling in it. This is quite a joke for the price. Very unhappy daughter when she went to bite into them.

Worst fried chicken I have ever eaten. Ordered one of the bundles and the order came missing items, including the 1.25 litre bottle of drink. It took 1 hour 20 minutes to come so the food was freezing cold. The chicken tasted vile and was barely edible. Stick to Pizza and Kebab King around the corner.

The man who I was for a dinner ( Lucian Ionuț ) said that the chickens was picked from the floor back to the line like nothing has happened…..

The store is what you'd expect of a chicken fast food place so not much to say there, it's clean and inviting. Customer service is lacking tho, I ordered by giving them the meal number I wanted and some chicken pieces, paid for the stuff and got home to realise I was given completely the wrong stuff other than the chicken pieces. Needless to say next time I'll check on the spot when receiving the bag. The stress and hassle to go back and have the issue addressed is certainly not worth it so decided to attempt and enjoy the suprise meal instead. Well at least the food is great so I'll give them full marks on that. Everything is fresh and smells nice and it truly does taste as good as it looks (you know not like how some places you can smell the old oil from across the street, I'm sure they change it regularly as the chips are amazing!)

The order I asked for was number 21 in meal deals on foodhub great app because delivery and food prices are on point as well as being a very usable app. Food turned up hot and fresh, the chicken was succulent and well seasoned. The spicy chicken wings had a nice kick to them. Not too hot, even the kids would enjoy then, good portion of fries. Nice big pot of garlic mayonnaise. All in all good money for good products. Impressed with the driver who phoned cuz I was in an awkward location. Find me in the end and the food was still piping up. Thank you

Do not get food from here….ordered a filet box chips wings were okay….burger was disgusting a burger is supposed to be soft and crisp this burger was so hard it lifted…yes lifted a permanent metal filling….strongly avoid. Got tooth pain now over the weekend dentists aren’t open till Monday….thanks nfc 👍🏽

The food was delivered quickly and it was hot. I was disappointed though that they only put in one portion of chips as we had ordered two meal deals which come with chips and 4 pieces of chicken and chips. So for two small chicken burgers, one chips and 4 pieces of chicken was almost £30 and we were all still hungry after so not good value 😔

Food is not bad. You get lots of fries with your meal, and the chicken is a lot better than that rubbish they serve up at KFC. Although sometimes the chicken is a bit on the dry side. Delivery is very quick, and the drivers are always polite. Had to edit my review after my latest order - over an hour and a half for a delivery? Not acceptable!

Best Fried Chicken in Ipswich. I’ve been going here for the last 3 years. My only complaint is I can’t have it as much as I would like as I live the otherside of ipswich at Sproughton Road. Very upset they don’t deliver this far when yet most of the takeaways like Nacton Road Fish Shop and Zwetons Chinese and others do. They really should get another delivery driver for longer distances they would make so much more money. Cant see how everyone else near them delivers this side of ipswich but NFC don’t ???? Very odd But lovely people and lovely food, they are definitely missing a trick though
