Subway in Ipswich

Forgot a whole foot long meal , how can you physically do that when it’s a whole meal

I ordered toasted and it arrived soggy and cold. Won’t be ordering again

It was 10 mins late which made everything cold like the subs and the churro so the churro wasn’t eatable due to it being rock hard when it came and the natchos were soggy as they were cold as well. I was really disappointed

Waited 2 hours for my food. When I called up the restaurants they said they didn’t have a driver and it would be with me soon. Ridiculous

Fab salad as always from subway queen street. Prompt delivery too

Overall the store is very clean and well organised with quick and friendly service I would have given them a review on subway listens but no recipt given I had the notorious BMT which was very good sub was well made it had 4 slices of ham u usually get 2 My only issue is the lettuce was little brown Would definitely recommend

The only thing missing was the sauce for the pigs in blankets apart from that everything else was there and all tasted fresh

Not received my order but on the app it says it’s been delivered. This isn’t the first time this has happened really not happy.

Had lunch here on Sunday & very good service from the staff, plenty boards showing what you can have & what you can add for people that are new to the restaurant. Service was fast & very efficient & the staff were feiendly & very helpful. A few seats inside if you want to eat in & 2 tables outside also. The foot long I had was very tasty & hope you enjoy yours :)

Subway in Queen Street, Ipswich has the friendliest staff member that I have experienced in a long time. The young woman always greets customers with a professional and cheery manner though thankfully, not over-the-top. She is also very efficient in doing her job. The sandwiches are deliciously made and I have always visited when it is quite quiet so I can easily find my favourite seat - that's just fortunate timing. I highly recommend this branch of Subway due to the superb staff member and the tastiest sandwiches.

Delicious lunch. Ordered a sub meal and a salad both were yummy and fresh. Ordered a salad for the first time was a supriseingly large portion so very happy.

My cookies were not in the bag and there was no sweetcorn

The meal was ordered 1 hour early with a requested delivery time of 12:30 so to have it delivered almost 30 minutes late was very disappointing

Ordered food at 1220, didn’t arrive till 1420. Rang shop and said already made ( after the first hour) and second call said had been picked up. But still waited ages. The nachos were cold and soggy and tasted like cardboard. The subs that were ordered were all meant to be toasted but were freezing cold. Cookies had been left in bag and solidified together. If there didn’t have drivers that should of stated that like other places do. Very very poor. 🥪

Sadly the salad boxes were not the usual portion size and many salad items asked for were missing from 3 of the items. Wrong drink delivered too. What did arrive was tasty.

It arrived on time , but I don’t know if this particular subway was running out of ingredients, but tiny bit of cheese on the nachos , probably a small spoon of tuna , and sweetcorn was added too which I don’t like . Won’t be ordering from this subway again

Tasty food, Helpful and welcoming staff, clean place, and what else, just visit there.

Food was fresh and tasty however it was disappointing that the resturant only got two of the four subs correct. Bread was wrong on the other two, instead of Tuna Italian and Turkey Wheat we recieved Turkey Italian and Tuna Wheat.

Will not order again from this branch. Ordered 2 salads. Mainly lettuce. Just a few slices of meat (not cut up) in an Italian BMT (misleading name Big Meaty). And 3 small pieces of chicken in Teriyaki. May be just the branch, but totally disappointed.

The food cold and the driver was rude raising his voice

Food is standard for subway. They didn't have the crisps I ordered but didn't ask me what I wanted, instead put the cheapest option in. Same thing with the cookie, didn't have what I ordered and ignored me whilst I was stood there isntead of asking what I wanted.

Was ok I suppose as we were starving! Not likely to order again though. Several missing dips Hot food was stone cold Took ages to arrive and we’re only 0.2 miles from shop (appreciate they were busy as the delivery man said so). Pickles missing from one of the rolls :-(

I'm incredibly frustrated with the service. Ordered the food around 11:30am and was given an arrival time of 12pm. Phoned the restaurant at 12:30pm to find out what was happening with our food, and she was very helpful. She told me that the food was ready for 12pm, however the driver hadn't turned up. She also said that if I contact JustEat they could potentially re-order the food, so it would be warm by the time it arrived. However after speaking to around 4 different people from the JustEat chat online I had no luck, and eventually requested to cancel the order completely, and receive a full refund. But the responses from JustEat were slow, and sporadic, then my food arrived after 1pm stone cold I've already cooked something else for my 3 year old daughter as we couldn't wait any longer, now we have a cold Subway, and I've just wasted like £15

Food was late plus very cold when we got it plus the driver left the food outside our house on the floor ! And he drove off even before I could unlock my door the worst service I have ever had plus leaving my food on the floor how unhygienic is that ! Disgusting. He should not be delivering food like that.

I ordered a meatball salad (hot meat ) it was stove cold like they come out of the fridge

Delivery time kept changing salad packaged badly spilling out of box. Sandwich not toasted

Only received half of a foot long. So ended up paying out more for a 6inch.

Will stick with cardinal park in future!
