it's showing delivered but it's not delivered .

never got delivered. bow I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund. totally unacceptable

The order should of been 20 minutes but it was nearer 50 and when it got here it was cold.

Food was stone cold and chips hard from being so cold. Delivery should have made them that cold

Both drinks had been put in the bag with loose lids, by the time my order arrived the tea had leaked out into the bag, hence no tea !

When ordered, I was given a 15-30 minute wait time. An hour later my cold food and flat coke arrived. The driver had no idea where he was going and was wandering up and down the street despite me being stood on the doorstep. What a waste of my money.

Left out 2 ketchups and the straw for my drink

McDonald's failed to provide basics like straws and completely failed to put the basic items in the bag properly ALL the chips/fries were out of their packaging underneath everything! we were also missing the sauces that we had paid for as part of the meal(s) sadly there isn't an option for Negative star reviews! definitely NOT worth nearly £25

Spent £31 to receive cold food that ended up in the bin. I was offered £5.11 credit to use. Not good enough.

Paid 40p for ketchup… 😂💀 not received, never have when ordered ketchup. The hot chocolate was also un drinkable, tasts like a badly made tea , but you can tell it’s becasue of an old machine and not enough powder mix … poor considering I’m paying £11 for a basic breakfast to be delivered 1 mile…

Very bad service this happened twice fries was missing from the order they didn’t send straws for drink even after I tried to call they didn’t respond

this driver needs a raise, what a fantastic worker, my order was set for the wrong address and this silly app said to leave it on the street where I could of lost my money, but this man was dedicated to finding me and would not listen ! HE NEEDS A RAISE!

I ordered a mayo chicken as part of my small order * without mayo * - worker has proceeded to slap a wack load of mayo *far more than you’d get usually * and has not put any lettuce inside ? It says LETTUCE ONLY on the wrapper , are these lot h*gh or dr*nk? Must be one of the two….

Drinks came spilt. I mentioned it to the driver, but he said they were fine, then said he would go back to the restaurant to change them, but never came back..

I only got 1 McMuffin!!!!! So left me with only a single Hash brown!!! Thanks gave the 1 McMuffin to my lad after ordering 2 plus hash but only got 1 McMuffin! Delivery EXCELLENT!!! Just pity i was left with a hash brown !!!!’l Great

the drinks were all spilt and what's was left was cold. the hash browns were stuck to the wrappers every one of them and sausage and mcmuffins were cold. it's only a 10 min ride so no excuse.

Cheers McDonalds, after 20 minutes of waiting I got this kind of whatever it is, cold and ugly🤣 just was to hungry to wait another 20minutes for replacement.

Driver arrived and I gave him my code. Once verified he handed me 2 bags. Instantly the bottom fell out of the bag containing the food which went on the floor in the porch. It was then clear that it was because the drink had spilled in the other bag

Yes my order was delivered on time but for the last 4 times they’ve sent the jam muffin with no jam and no golden syrup with the syrup porridge. Always forgetting things

Missed items. Cold fries. Dead syrup in drinks. No answer when I called to try rectify. I don't know why we do it to ourselves. Unless you order one meal or one item... The staff will always get it wrong.

Rude management won't accept McDonald's app codes. Refused to talk to me in person and forced the poor lass on the window to tell me. Points wasted on the app because of poor service

had all the items, not every often they get it all right

the food was good. but the lid of my drink wasn't put on properly so half was gone by the time it got here. the the little bit of my hot chocolate had left. tasted really watery

I always find it frustrating that the drivers arrive at the door having a loud speaker conversation on their mobiles.

Cold food, items missing. Not the delivery drivers fault he's delivery was quick, just poorly packaged and staff can't read the receipt correctly and missed out loads of items. Not what I've paid for.

Delivery driver got too my road then took 10 minutes too find my house with my food in his hand but not in a heated bag….i watched him whilest I was in my underwear , if I was dressed I would’ve came out . I said why’s it not in a heated bag he said “ no problem “…. He’s wrong . It’s a problem . My food is now cold , all of it . The drink is hot , but all the food is cold .

delivery driver, drove around for 30 mins with my food outside my house. I had to call him 4 times to tell him to read road signs. my food was freezing and my drink was missing

So angry I waited until 9.55. And my delivery was meant to come at 8.35 latest! I’m a single mother. It’s nearly Christmas why do we have codes if you don’t use them. Now i have to go hungry and wait 7 days.

I ordered at 6.14pm. Order confirmed and switched to "preparing your order" at 6.15pm. its not 8.16pm and it has only just moved from "preparing your order" to "delivered" yet IT IN NOT HERE! 2 hours waiting and it never got delivered!

Went to drive through from pulling in to drive through to order 10 minutes then 15 minutes to get order only 2 cars in front of ours extremely slow service was more worried about online orders. but food was cooked nice

cold chips,sprite was soda water burger tasted weird, the bags was open instead of closed and sticked down with a sticker and the sticker had been ripped not impressed

Made a mistake on our order however McDonald's customer service was none, they couldn't care.

Ordered a Chilli Cheeseburger and was extremely disappointed .. no chilli. Checked online after had eaten and left, to find that it should have had jalapenos.

Driver was very rude and nasty the company themselves are rude never peeing again !

Food takes forever to be served and was cold considering it was 11:05am everything should be fresh 😬

I rarely leave reviews but this was really bad. Food cold but not the end of the world and understandable as can be a driver issue. Burger and and fries overcooked, and burgers rubbery. All unseasoned and dried up onions. It was like we got the leftovers on a Sunday night. Also, the order kept getting delayed.
