Was there today and it took ages before we got our food even to pay the lad had disappeared and when he returned did not apologise for keeping us waiting then the food was cold bad customer service really disappointed

Nice enough...not much parking and some of the spaces are a little tight.

Staff were rude. Didn't know what a white tea was! Ignored me when I was at the window to busy laughing and messaging around with co worker. Stuck in drive through for about 20mins. Food was cold and looked like crap! Not coming back to this one again!

No hash browns were delivered and i had 4 coming

Didn't got a delivery but it says delivered.

Ordered a bacon roll with brown sauce & 2 breakfast wraps, 1 with no eggs. But received, double sausage egg muffin and a breakfast roll with brown sauce instead. My order was clearly stated on the sticker. Make it make sense! The other breakfast wrap was correct.

Late and missing more than one of main components.

the driver went to wrong address and has now conned us out of the code over the phone. he went to kingfield avenue rather than kingfisher avenue. he has not delivered the food and has blocked this number after shouting at me down the phone. the driver has stolen our food and our money has gone

Order was wrong. I asked for no cheese and the label on the packages said that. However, it had cheese in which meant I couldn’t eat it.

I literally had to walk all the way down after 3 hours to pick up my own food in the rain because the order didn't go through to the restaurant until i phoned them to check it, and the screen was stuck having no courier come pick it up. Why am I paying the delivery prices and tax when i had to go pick up the cold food myself? I would like a refund

Large hot chocolate literally 2/3s full , sausage patties seem to recently have a black char glazed over all of them now ( since about a month ) I was guess this is due too not changing oil ? Or failing to clean equipment correctly. Mc muffin bun was doughy and just about cooked too be ok . , 1 hash brown was severely under cooked and neither were salted . I also PAID 60p for 3x ketchups and received 0..seems lazy to me , you’ve had training , there’s timers there’s 0 need for uncooked grub

I was missing items and nothing was sorted

At busy times they appear to be severely understaffed. Last night I ordered 2 items and waited over 50 minutes (click and serve), when I received it both items were Luke warm and soggy. It seems they often get overwhelmed with delivery orders.

All the items were completely cold,the cola was flat and the chips were stale

Food was perfect for first time in ages everything there and hot

waited longer then usual the estimated time kept being pushed back and when it arrived the fries were cold

the food was ordered at 15.40 and arrived stone cold at 17.24. the bag with the drinks ripped as all the ice had totally melted and soaked the bag. wanted an immediate refund and am still waiting to hear anything. the restaurant manager at ranalegh road in ipswich was very rude to my wife and said it wasn’t his issue and need to speak to just eat. totally unacceptable considering £40 was spent

They got my order wrong I paid for a dubol big mac they gave me a standard big mac that was the only problem with the order that I didn't get what I paid for

This restaurant regularly messes up by either delivering incorrect items or missing them entirely

Missing items on my meal, practically half of the meal, just eat don't seem to bother with refund requests now either, hate to say it but unprofessional service from both parties.

I love McDonald's coffee, and the food is always good for a quick snack. But what is very annoying is the loud, terrible music that puts me off going to this McDonald's.

How can the delivery be late when the time keeps getting put back

Don't order after 11 as you never get your order even tho they take ur money and u get told ur get a refund and then u don't

Half the food was missing from our family feed. Have two very unhappy kids who have been waiting patiently.

The fries had no salt on them . The quarter pounder burger had barely any sauce on it and there were no sauces delivered with chicken nuggets and chicken selects. Overall poor service and it keep happening on repeat

We watched the delivery driver go to Sainsbury’s supermarket he was there for 10mins then we watched him go to the Food warehouse store he was there for 5 mins then we watched him finally drive to ours. Our food was cold! This is not acceptable service! Not impressed at all! I do have screenshots of this to back up what I’m telling you

Placed order at 17.50, with an arrival time of 15-30 mins, then the time kept changing til it finally arrived at 19.15, so almost 1.5 hours after order time. If there’s a wait it would’ve been nice to know that when ordered

Whitehouse Maccys never get delivery right. Then you have to argue to try and get money back. This has happened many times, won't order anymore.

Burgers were like warm. There were hardly any staff there but also very few customers. To be fair it was Sunday evening but no excuse for the cold burgers. I won't try again

Absolutely appalled by the lack of service in that establishment. On multiple occasions I have had to process a refund through the mc Donald's app, due to missing food items. Not only do I not get food, but I do not get my money back for the delivery fee when there is missing items. This is an absolute joke and I am furious. It is very frustrating to wait up to 1½ hours plus just to have to walk down for their mistake.
