The best restaurants serving Default food in Horsham South East

Very friendly and helpful staff but the restaurant was very cold, we were the only people in there (Tuesday night) . The food was very tasty with good size portions but too cold and the wait was very long for the main course.

The menu online is out of date 2 years ago so no food sold, nice pub but needs updating for other customers was some hot food in food cabinet

We heard the Kings have a new chef so we went with some friends for dinner. The service was good. The food was excellent, my wife and I shred a tomahawk steak and sides and our friends had fish and chips. The place was clean (including the toilets) and the food and service were great.

Very disappointing meal tonight,luke warm,veggie option questionable? not as good as we've had before will think twice before ordering again

We booked for Sunday lunch and ordered roast dinners. I ordered the lamb which was okay, my husband ordered the Dragon Roast and was not impressed with the food, it arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. We were not offered any sauces or salt and pepper, until we could catch the young staffs eye to ask. We ordered desert, the chocolate fondant was average, although presented well. The ice cream was nice but it took about 45 minutes to arrive. Our meal cost £100 for 2 courses and 2 alcoholic drinks, which we thought was overpriced for the overall quality. The young staff were pleasant, but there was no atmosphere and we won’t be returning any time soon.

The food ok but too much, no small portions available at week-ends. Would be nice if the staff were friendly, a smile or how was your meal goes a long way to generate a good business.

We felt so welcome and taken care of! Such a cozy pub in a gorgeous location and lovely surroundings. They have an extensive beer list and it's such a good pit stop if you are in the area!

Great little pub and service was ok, reason for 1 star is that the juke box is not playing in the pub, paid £5 for 15 song that was showing on the juke box main screen but not playing though the pub . Why even have a juke box ??

There were 5 of us, all friends. We had different meals. The food we thought was average. They do not do French Fries - what a shame. The service was excellent. Pity on emeal was forgotten and had to remind staff. That should not happen.

Awful service. Ordered at 8:30pm.Said order would be delivered at 9:42pm. Phoned up at 10pm they said he should be there any minute. My son went to pick up his friend from the station and came back. Still no sign. Rang up at 10:20pm said it still hadn't arrived and the delivery driver said he was just leaving. If they hadn't lied I would have got my son to pick it up on his way back. It's now gone 10:30pm and still no sign of it. Hungry and annoyed and the shops are shut now too! Over £60 for the privilege... Won't be ordering again. Now over 2 hours since ordering and no sign... It's a 10 minute drive and an hour after the time stated for delivery.

This was honestly the worst Chinese ever,I only ordered chow mein and duck spring rolls. The chow mein was so sloppy,no crunchyness , didn't even taste nice cold!! The duck spring rolls,were burnt,clearly just been pinged,would never recommend and would never come back!!!

We had pre booked afternoon tea for 4 of us and were shown to a beautifully set table. Staff were lovely and friendly and cakes were delicious. We couldn’t eat all of them so we’re given a box to take scones home. Will come again.

Only ordered one thing and on the menu it was £6 which was confirmed by worker. However, then charged me £8 on card machine and tried to hide the amount! Just disgraceful

we had a really nice meal from papa pizza, have been ordering for around 2 years and nearly always good can't complain. Pizzas are lovely and the wraps are value for money
