Absolutely awful. Their website displays incorrect information on where they deliver. When asked why my food was 30min past its due delivery time and still hadn’t arrived the owner was incredibly rude over the phone. Food was cold by the time it got to me. I recommend going to any other takeaways in the area, it’ll save you being spoken to like dirt from the owner.

Mum's ordered from here for many years but delivery has seriously gone downhill over the last few months. Ordered at 5.30 last night, got told that it would be delivered ASAP but traffic looks busy. That's fine. 7pm came and no delivery so I call them to find out what's going on. Different guy answered and came back apologising, said he'd make my order now and it'll be with me in 10 minutes. My food eventually arrived at 7.30 but one of my toppings was missing from my pizza. By this point I'd had enough and let it go, I just wanted to eat. I couldn't pick it up because I don't drive & my mother was with my Grandma in hospital. Not impressed at all as this is a regular occurance and there's never any compensation, just sorry! The only reason we still use them is because my Mum lives in a rural area that no one else delivers to.

I ordered food at 18:00 on 5th October 2023, website said 43 minutes to delivery which gave me time to get home and enjoy my dinner. Got home at 1820 and received an email saying ENJOY YOUR FOOD! But I still had no dinner, called at 1910 asking where is my order, OH YES ITS JUST BEING MADE! Still no food, then it arrives at 2010, 2 hours and 10 minutes late! This is not acceptable and the worst service ever. I have used Papa pizza a few times, food is ok but never again am I waiting over 2 hours! Disgusted and another customer lost!

Yet again awful service. Ordered at 1948 on a Saturday evening and ended up cooking my own dinner and food arrives at 2135. Phoned the shop and told food on its way. Over 20mins later food arrived. Sent delivery driver away with food and processed refund through PayPal. ALWAYS PAY THROUGH PAYPAL WITH THIS LOT YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN TOU WILL NEED TO GET A REFUND!!

My daughter and her friend just waited an hour and a half for a delivery. They paid £21 for two small pizzas, they were the size of a dessert plate. A rip off and terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Brilliant pizza and chips ( bbq sauce) delivery. The pizza had lots of tomato sauce ( nothing worse than dry pizza). Best chips ever. Friendly delivery man. Prompt service. Recommend highly

Ordered a delivery and was advised additional time required taking it to 60 mins. A call was made after 75 mins and greeted with a very arrogant staff member, who obviously doesn’t deal with customers often. Our meal arrived approx 90 mins after ordering on a Wednesday, wouldn’t want to guess how long a weekend would take on this performance.

Ordered 18.49, followed up twice and food didn't arrive by 21.12 and cancelled order. They indicated an hour and also that ours was next at 20.05 which was clearly a lie, The "manager" is rude and uneducated and delt with our reasonable complaint with malice and totally unsympathetic and couldn't care less. Would recommend they apply for a local training grant to educate the staff on honesty and integrity when dealing with their customers or soon they won't have a business.

On 2 separate occasions visiting family in petworth we’ve ordered from here and either waited hours for our order to arrive or have been told they have not received the order for then eventually it comes and it’s missing chips or drink! To then be asked if we would like to add it to a future order or wait well when feeding 6 children we want the chips so we are told we’d get chips with in 30 mins and shock over an hour later and we’re chasing them up as no chips arrive!! Honestly there is not a lot of options to take out in petworth you would have thought they be on the ball a little more!!!

We have ordered from here many times, the only reason we come back is the pizza, burgers and kebabs are so good and the price is decent. BUT the delivery is so unpredictable! This latest time we ordered all in all it took nearly 3 hrs to arrive. Rang a couple of times said it's on its way/5 mins away. Driver was nice and polite - not his fault! Food good as always but organisation needs to get better not worse!!! We really don't think we will use here again now - shame.

So after trying to ring up to place an order, 30 minutes of being unable to get through, find out you are able to order online. Place the order online, payment made, pick up time selected for half an hour later, thinking this would be ok as it wasn’t the first pick up time offered, but figured they must be busy half an hour would be ok, order placed, confirmation received with a message of a 10 minute delay. Went to collect the order 40 minutes after placing to find they hadn’t even started the order. Busy by all accounts ….. but NO food on the grills behind them! I think this will be the very last time of using this place. They just aren’t bothered anymore. Had we not prepaid we would have just left.

Ordered from here a few times. Takeaway is quick and food is good. Plus there are some good deals. Would happily recommend!

Poor show this time. The quality of the food has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. It's as if the owners have given up and done care. Terrible dry donna kebab meat which must have sat round all night. To make it worse the even forgot my source. The guy on the phone makes mistakes after mistakes. None of the staff wear facemasks. This is the most expensive kebab take away in the area with the worst food. If you complain they don't care. Stay away!

I am writing a review not to complain about the food because to be fair it’s on average for the type of establishment you’d buy a kebab or a pizza etc. But I have to say the manager is rude, clearly ignorant or incompetent. If he talks to his staff anything like members of the public he clearly shouldn’t be running any type of customer facing establishment.

Papa Pizza do great pizzas, but their kebabs are outstanding. I used to drive the 20 minutes to Pulborough, even though my local kebab house is a 2 minute walk, but now I don’t have to as Papa Pizza deliver! This is perfection! Their chilli sauce is delicious, salad always fresh, and chicken comes very slightly charred (to perfection) and incredibly tasty.

This place is just what you would expect really. I mega menu of so many different things.

En los días más calurosos del año, por supuesto la primera comida de elección que pida cuando no te apetece cocinar es Pizza. Sin duda la mejor pizza en Pulborough. Y el lugar se convierte en calor. 2 pizzas medianas (con la opción de abastecerse) y una porción de patatas fritas por 15 libras. Mejor que Dominos cualquier día. Incluso el conductor de la entrega fue amable.

There was no problem with me getting signal to call the store. The order was delivered 30 minutes later was promised 5 minutes as thats how far I was away from the store. Delivery was One and half hours late. Pizza was surprisingly warm, which tells me there was no delivery attempt the first time. Only good item was the coke cant mess that part up. wedges were like tasteless plastic. The BBQ was the worst of the 2 pizza, vinegary sauce with blobs of what i assume is processed meat. the based was a doughy mess probably from the freezer cooked on a cheap conveyor belt oven. BQQ was binned with the wedges. The second pizza was edible and we shared that. If you are ordering pizza go with the Dominos (not the best but 100% better)

Not very impressed. The old adage 'Buy Cheaply, Pay Twice' sprung to mind here. Thick, doughy not very tasty. It was cooked ok but was just Yuk. Had one slice and threw the rest. defo not again. Even made the Dominos in Pulborough look good.

Asked for lettuce on the kebab and didn't get any, tiniest bit of ketchup and dry meat. Pizza was horrible too usually so good from you guys but very disappointed

The pizzas are greasy but always hot and most of the time are delivered on time ,if your in a rush and starving ,perfect! This review is based on delivery not restaurant.

We ordered two meals for collection, having had two excellent kebabs a month or so ago. I had a lamb kebab, my wife had the chicken, she doesn't normally do kebab shops but was recommended to PP and G and had a delicious grilled chicken before.
