I placed an online order tonight 05/02/2020 and when it hadn't arrived i rung the store .15 mins later after continuous cutting off of the phone not being answered . this woman answered and i explained what had happened and she informed me there was no order . I told her i had had the money taken from my bank and she told me theres no order and that i had to contact my bank and sort it out with them . I've done this and i have been told by my bank that i have to speak to Dominos to deal with it and then i have to ring the fraud dept of my bank tom morning if no joy. Well i have been ringing the store now since 6pm 18 calls later NO REPLY , CALLS GET CUT OFF AND NO JOY . THEY have my money my card details and refusing to supply a meal so i am now on the phone to the police , disgusting store

The food was okay, not the best dominos I’ve had but I usually order from a different branch. Won’t be ordering here again since the driver was incredibly rude and had an awful attitude. He was so rude that my boyfriend was actually a bit shaken up afterwards. Really unprofessional.

This is the second time i have ordered from this dominoes and the second time i have had appalling service. The first time i ordered £40 of Drinks and sides and we didn't fancy pizza but wanted chicken, garlic bread, deserts ect.. and they called and said theyre out of chicken. so we cancelled amd requested a refund to which they said they would refund me. a week later after no refund i called and they said they will refund it again but then 5 days later only refunded £20. and This time we ordered pizza and sides and drinks & after 45 minutes we checked the dominoes tracking app and it showed the driver leave and then return later but we still hadn't received our order. so maybe they gave our order to someone else. we called and they said it was still on the rack and hadn't left and will be 30 mins and this is after we already waited an hour. 45 mins later again we called. and now they said theres no drivers and it is still on the rack! offered us glarlic bread. and its now been 2 hours. We're expecting cold pizza or no pizza. absolutely ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down immediately. they also have nothing but bad reviews on google now I've checked and have 2 stars. how they have 2 and not 1 or none if possible, is crazy.Now lost £55 in total. we are absolutely fuming as we have a child and they was waiting for dinner and had to make them a quick beans on toast before bed for school in the morning instead of a proper meal or the takeaway they was expecting.

Was visiting family down South. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews as we ordered 2 half & half pizza's and all 4 of us got exactly what we ordered, no complaints whatsoever, pizza's were delicious and were delivered in good order.

I ordered a meal online through the Dominos website and the order went through at 17.58. The delivery time was 25- 35 mins. Nothing had arrived by 19.25 so I called the store, no reason was given for why my food had not been delivered but I was told it would be with me within 10 mins. After a further 15 mins I called the store again and no one answered. I left it a further 5 mins (still no food so now it’s been 90 mins from order being placed) and called again and still no answer - I left the phone ringing for over 5 mins. So I decided to use my wife’s phone to call (to show a different number) and the call was answered immediately. Again no apologies no explanation as to where our food was - nothing. I cancelled the order but it totally wrecked our plans as we ended up wasting 2 hours waiting for this pizza to arrive. Will never use again, rude staff and crap service.

Hello, my name is Amy and i ordered from you guys last night, so I placed an order around 10:30pm last night just for a few sides and a drink, was all going ok and was tracking my pizza on the tracker and within half an hour it said it was out for delivery, so i waited outside for a good 15 mins after that and then it said on the tracker that the pizza had been delivered, so i waited a bit longer thinking the driver would only be around the corner because it said he had been delivered, waited and waited and no show so I called them (despite they were closed as it was 11:10pm by then) and a guy picked up and told me that there was only one driver as the other guy called in sick and he was going to be another half an hour to an hour and that it was still in the shop despite saying it had been out for delivery & delivered. I wasn’t very happy with this because as i had been waiting outside for quite a while at midnight but didn’t want to go back inside because i didn’t want to wake my dad up who had to be up for work at 2:30 in the morning. so i waited and waited and show. i would of appreciated if they called me and let me know that they had a bit of an issue with the drivers but instead i waited for almost an hour outside. I rung them back asked how long it was going to be and the guy sounded he had no idea what was going on and said he’s not sure how long he will be, but he told me my order was next to be on it’s way. so he wasn’t very helpful at all and didn’t apologise or anything. he ordered me a free ice cream which i said yes to, and waited another 20/30 mins, finally the driver came and he looked very confused as i approached him, didn’t say hello to me or anything just gave me the food and went on his way which i was very upset about considering I told the guy on the phone at dominos in pulborough to get the driver to call me before so he could let me know how far he was, and he never did. I told them i had been waiting outside for a long time and explained why i didn’t go back inside. the driver was very unprofessional and had very bad customer service and didn’t even apologise for the massive delay. i didn’t get any money back and also the food was stone cold! i was absolutely gutted and wish I never ordered from you guys last night, if i knew that it was going to take longer than expected and there was only one driver and that the tracker was accurate i wouldn’t of ordered at all. they didn’t keep me updated i had to call them myself twice to know what was going on. I won’t be ordering again from you guys because it clearly shows that they don’t care about the customers at all.

In my view Domino’s have become too arrogant and remote from their customers.I’ve always considered they offer appalling value for money but our visiting young relatives love pizza and we thought we’d treat them to something they rarely have at home. Our relatives being due to arrive from Scotland at 8.30pm, I placed an order at 7.50pm for delivery 8.45pm.........it arrived at 9.30pm......yes, three quarters of an hour after it was due! Having travelled for thirteen hours our five relatives were less than impressed with the delay until they could eat. They also reminded us the last time we used Domino’s the pizzas had been so cold we’d had to reheat them!!! - why do Domino’s advertise available delivery times and accept orders for delivery when they are clearly unable to fulfil them?- why do they not have a system in place so that if they can’t make an agreed delivery time, they let the customer know? - why did I have to phone twice to query the missing delivery? (I didn’t appreciate being told the first time I phoned, just after 9pm, that the “delivery will be with you in 10 minutes”, only to have to phone a second time, c9.25pm to be told that “the good news is that it’s no longer here” and that “we’re very short staffed”).- Why did the tracking app show “delivery”at 8.51pm when it clearly hadn’t!The person I felt sorriest for yesterday (leaving aside my Scottish relatives, especially the young children!) was the delivery driver. He was extremely nervous when he arrived, keen to apologise for something I would never seek to blame him for. I suspect he bears the brunt of annoyed customers. I reassured him I didn’t blame him (and still gave him a few £s).Go elsewhere! Anywhere but Domino’s!!

So we've not had a Dominos for about 8 months since the last one we had gave us both diarrhoea (pretty sure it was the chicken). Anyway, all water under the bridge and copious amounts of alcohol had been consumed so we decided to give it ago. Again. Well, at least one thing was sure; we weren't heading for another night on the commode as there was a distinct lack of chicken on our pizza. I mean, on over half our pizza there was one scraggly little pathetic piece per slice. One per slice. Are you actually taking the Mick?? Considering the pizza only had 3 toppings (chicken, sweetcorn and peppers) one might expect the 'chicken' to represent a decent third of the total toppings. It did not. It doesn't end there though, frankly I've picked more cheese out of my toes than was on this pizza. I mean, this was bad. Really bad. Dry, horrible, all base, no toppings. Just have a look at the pictures and you'll see what I mean.Then to top it all off (pun intended) they hadn't even given us a dip. Brilliant. Thanks Dominos. Not all bad though, at least it didn't give us the runs again. Well it wouldn't, we threw most of it away!

Without doubt the worst run Dominos I’ve ever experienced. Order was wrong. Staff didn’t care. Saturday night disaster. Dominos head office you need to step in and sort this one. Horrific service. Wrong food. Rude person on the till named Dan. Shocking service. Shocking food. Just don’t bother going here. Spend your money else where.

Drove to order a pizza in store last night (26th) we arrived at 10.25 and they said the store shuts at 10.30 so couldn’t take our order! I asked if I ordered online would they make it and he said yes! Every pizza we asked for he said no as out of stock.. ended up getting a collecting deal which was 1 large pizza, 2 sides and a drink! Started making our order and just before taking it they told us that they didn’t have any wedges so asked if we wanted anything else, we asked for ice cream and he said no! Your staff were extremely rude, the floor hadn’t been cleaned or swept, tables were sticky. SORT IT OUT

I ordered a pizza just after 8 on Saturday night. Delivery was advised about 30 mins. The pizza showed up about 9 o’clock. When I opened the pizza they hadn’t put any cheese on it. I called and let them know and they said they would replace it but I must keep the old one to go back. This was all fine. However the replacement pizza was never sent and they stopped answering the phone. So couldn’t even eat the crust that was ok. Gave up about 12 and went to bed without any food. Very bad service, I wouldn’t recommend.

Started off great when it first opened but we’ve been receiving pizzas completely different from our order and also with hardly any toppings. After numerous complaints, nothing has been done and it just shows in the overall ratings how bad the service is. The pizzas aren’t cheap anyway but are a rip off for what you receive each time and the amount wasted in fuel going back to resolve the issue each time!!!

Have used this branch before but noticed it has been receiving quite a few bad reviews lately. Tonight’s experience has proved why. Ordered two pizzas (chicken feast and vegetarian ) for collection- picked them up and got home.Chicken feast had been replaced (without our knowledge) with chicken tikka which tasted disgusting. There was hardly any topping and it all looked overdone. Called to inform them, was offered a replacement pizza to which I offered to collect as delivery would have taken too long. However when we opened vegetarian pizza the standard was appalling. It was covered mostly in onion and all toppings were inedible and did not look or taste fresh. There was hardly any cheese on it and it was not a dominos standard of pizza. Disgusting and inedible are words that spring to mind so did not feel confident with getting any replacements! Returned both pizzas and the lack of customer service spoke volumes. They said they had run out of sweet corn and chicken - and the attitude that came across was a complete lack of caring. Once refund was processed a quick sorry from manager that lacked any sincerity. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered on line on 24 November for a walk in collection. The on line order said 7 to 12 minutes to collect. I arrived in fifteen minutes and they hadn’t even started the pizza. Waiting time now 35 minutes and was rising. I complained and asked for a refund and they agreed to make immediately. Overall I did wait nearly 30 minutes more. Really not good. Got the pizza home pepperoni and Texas bbq. Both tasteless, hardly any chicken on one and little pepperoni on the other. Had to really look for the cheese. After watching the staff working for half an hour numerous calls came in with complaints. Another customer asked for a refund and manager would not speak to them!! Asked them to call back the next day as he was to busy! 45 minutes to get a walk in pizza that was not good, we will not be going back.

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago, our order was late turning up and received an item that wasn’t what we ordered. I rang and complained and asked if what I ordered could be sent out. I was told they were too busy to do this, but next time I ordered they would give me the product I ordered (but didn’t receive) free next time. So I’ve just ordered from here again (I know very silly) and rang to ask for the product for free. Only to be told that no I wouldn’t receive the product free and all they could offer me is free garlic bread, well I’ve already ordered garlic bread, why would I want more? So I ask if I could just add on the product I wanted anyway but obviously pay and I was told no! Have no clue why, so I ended the call and have ordered again online! Such rubbish service from a popular pizza place! NOT HAPPY!

We ordered from this branch on 6th October. It took 3.5 hours to deliver our order, by which time my brother and daughter had gone to bed. I tried phoning several times but they were either ignoring calls or had unplugged the phone. I rejected the delivery on account of everyone being asleep. As I paid by PayPal, they still had my money.A week later, the branch finally responded to my email and said they could not refund my money, but as a gesture they would allow me to reorder the same food free. So they are offering me a gesture of MY MONEY!!! What a disgusting way to run a business.They ignore calls, don';t explain to customers what is happening, and take nearly 4 hours to deliver an order, and then actually think that's okay as a response!! Never again will I ever order from this contemptuous franchise.

I am indeed a glutton for punishment! Avoid this place at all costs as the delivery service is an utter shambles. Had two previous orders take over two hours. My pizzas tonight which were 10 minutes away on the tracker service (over 45 minutes ago) are apparently still in store. How hard can it be to get this right. If you can’t deliver in less than 30 minutes tell the customer! Don’t lie on your website information.

Once again Pulborough Dominos leaves me astonished. I don’t know why I’m surprised as this delivery service has always been awful.We haven’t ordered from there for a long time and thought we’d give them another chance. I wish we hadn’t! I ordered on line and despite the tracker saying the pizza was out for delivery after three quarters of an hour it had still not arrived. We only live half a mile away. I called to enquire where it was and the manager told me that “he left a while ago but he had to go and get some petrol”. I guess this would have made the pizza a little cool but at least it was coming. After another 20 minutes I rang again and the manager said he was nearly there. I asked him to call the driver and find out where he was and he said OK. When the driver finally pitched up he said, “I’ve been up and down the lane four times”.No wonder the pizza was cold and the chicken wings I’d ordered turned out to be a small box of cold soggy Nachos!! Silly me, never again.....

I doubt this franchise actually exists. I suspect it’s a troll sat in a dark room somewhere taking orders from unsuspecting hungry people only to leave them waiting...and waiting...and waiting. After a 3 hour wait and 4 phone calls, we were told that the delivery still hadn’t left the building..so we cancelled. Appalling service. Would love to comment on the quality of the food but it simply didn’t exist! Avoid! Get a Sainsbury’s pizza instead.

On more than 1 occasion they have either forgotten something and called the shop to go back and collect it and they say they don't have a record of it. And they run out of items rather than calling to ask what you would like instead send something else that you don't like and have to wait for ages for something else to be sent. Or you don't receive part of your order ask for a refund and don't get ever get it!

We have ordered several times from Dominos pizza Pulborough and they never managed to have it right.... deliveries generally took more than 1h15 (whilst we live a village away), pizza delivered mild at best, and every other time something was missing. Don’t even think of calling to complain, it’s never their fault and ultimately “management” will take your postcode off their delivery service. Always better to blame the customers rather than trying to get their operations in order. If Dominos headquarters read this review, you ought to consider the damage this store is doing to your brand. These are amateurs, not professionals.

So we ordered pizza, multiple calls to see where it was and three hours later. Thomas the person on the phone said he didn’t know where the driver was and they would offer either to redo order or refund. We chose the refund. He said Lisa the manger would call us that evening she didn’t.Next day we called and spoke to them they said Lisa would call us, she didn’t, so we called and spoke to her. Explained what happened, she was rude and agressive.Later we got another call, it was Lisa, saying that as we had sent a complaint to head office she would inform head office that we were lying and we had received the pizza. She also said a slanderous accusation saying that I had said something about her bulgarian delivery drivers.Well Lisa, we have cctv so we can evidence that no one delivered. As we had no delivery how could I say anything about your delivery driver? And to make a false accusation about racial discrimination, well shame on you.I hope her and this franchis isn’t a representation of what the dominos brand stands for!!

The kids like the novelty, but in reality they get let down a lot. Just ordered, and had the delivery that resembled someone else's order. No wedges so sent a garlic pizza bread. Even though the order had a garlic pizza bread on there. So now got 2 ! How can you run out of wedges ? Ordered a diet coke, no diet coke ! Did they bring a coke zero or something ? No, nothing. Chilli oil ordered was missing completely. All paid for online ! Did they refund the money or anything, no ! The reality is they know the kids will forget and want again. Out of pocket, out of product, but they are Quids in. Domino's, sort it out. You will survive, but in reality your overall product sucks !

I have ordered takeaway pizzas several times over the last couple of years from Dominos Pulborough, maybe six in total. What was great at first has declined to the extent that I have now made my last order. For the last two times the delivery time was not acceptable and the pizzas arrived lukewarm or cold. I thought that they had just had bad days. But today was the last straw. So, how was today? Started off ok when I ordered two large pizzas on-line. It seemed quite quick when 20 mins later I received a text from Dominos to say my pizzas had left the restaurant and were out for delivery. This was 8.45pm. By 9.15pm I was wondering where they were, since I am only a 10 min drive away. Tried calling but no one would pick up. Tried again at 9.30 - no pick up. At the third attempt, 9.45pm, my call was answered. A polite and apologetic staff member told me that my pizzas had not yet actually been despatched. So the text message an hour earlier was complete fiction. Finally at about 10.15pm they arrived. So how were they?First of all both pizzas were almost cold. One of them had clearly been made in an extremely haphazard fashion with the tomato base mostly concentrated in a large lump on one side. The second would have been ok if it had been at least warm. Hot is obviously too much to expect. And all this for a premium price. Dominos is expensive.So overall it gets one star from me. It would have been zero stars, but tripadvisor doesn't give that option.

We have ordered off dominos Pulborough a few times now. Tonight is the last for us. We waited for 1hour 10min for the delivery. When it turned up it was cold and not nice to eat tbh, after spending £30 for 2 pizzas and soggy wedges, I am extremely disappointed with the quality.

My son breaks his bank account to have these pizzas delivered. While by American standards these are very ordinary pizzas, by UK village standards these are downright gourmet! It's just so nice to get a pizza that has good soft crust and is properly cooked in a pizza oven. There's nothing exciting about Dominos (except their home delivery service) but oh do I love it! We're talking over £20 for a couple of pizzas -- this is not McDonals prices by any measure, but it's worth it when you just want that basic yummy treat, and not have to travel to get it.

Oven broke, so ordered a pizza for the kids. Made numerous calls to the store to find out where our delivery was. It took 4 attempts for my call to be answered and I was told the pizza was sitting on a heater and will be out with the next driver. I then called 40mins later as it still hadn't arrived. Again I was told it was still sitting on a heater and will come out with the next driver. I asked for my money back instead, but was told they couldn't do that and I would have to email a complaint instead. Food eventually turned up 2hrs 15mins later. It was cold and had to be thrown in the bin.Have finally had a response from my complaint. I have been told I can't have my money back as I accepted the food...I did explain that I had requested a refund before the food had even left the store. Still can't have a refund though. However, they can give me the same order again for free. I said I didn't want another for free, but as I wasn't getting my money back asked that I have the food sent to a family member that would like it instead.I have just tried to call the store to sort the delivery order, but have been told nothing is showing up on the system yet to say we can have a free order and they are running 1hr 30mins behind already due to having only 1 driver.My advice is go find a Pizza Hut!

Ordered Veggie Supreme because, surprise surprise, we're vegetarian and 3 pieces of chicken was on it. This was either done on purpose as a joke or accidentally, either way not particularly clever. I sincerely hope it was the latter. Extra topping of Olives was also missing and it wasn't sliced. Admittedly it was Friday night and I imagine the staff would rather not be making pizzas, but still, it shouldn't really be that challenging to get it right. Other than that the food was as you'd expect and did the job.

Far too much stodgy crust, very little topping. Luke warm when we got it and a topping was left off despite a big sticker on the box stating 'Don't forget your Rocket !' Disappointed.

Received a 50% of voucher code, went to order online and it turns out that the 50% voucher code is only valid on the pizza part of the order. So even with a 50% off voucher the cost of the meal consisting of a large pizza and couple of sides is still more expensive than a curry, ordered a curry instead....

Dominos pizzas are tasty, freshly cooked and good value. Probably not the healthiest food especially if you are counting calories but this is a decent Dominos with friendly staff. The lack of adjacent parking is the only real drawback.

Despite being in the middle of the countryside the pizzas were delivered promptly. Website ordering was difficult to understand particularly gluten free options as took a while to find them. Pizzas are standard Dominos fare but always enjoyable.

Before now we've had no takeaway delivery options to where we live so we were thrilled to discover that Dominos deliver to us now. Good gluten free options, although I'm always slightly disappointed by my 'smaller than everyone else's pizza! The website also takes us ages to navigate as it's quite confusing but the pizza tastes good!

Have ordered a few times- last time pizza tastes like a biscuit. Shame as delivery driver really friendly. Suspect they're using old dough. Not good and won't use again.

Awful meal, food dreadful. Waited and waited for out meal. So disappointed. Will not return. Ordered a chicken dish that turned up with tinned mushrooms in a watery sauce. Totally unacceptable

Really lovely country pub, with a well deserved emphasis on pizza. Highly delicious and fairly priced. Would recommend.
