The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Discussing meal, got the order wrong told 5 minutes so asked for my other part of the order to be redone, put in microwave till solid then argued when I wanted my money back having not eaten anything. Won’t be going back in a hurry 😞

We've had amazing take aways from here in the past. Fresh hot food. Tonight the chicken tasted frozen and processed, not fresh and the roast pork was tough and in edible. Also the sauces were lacking in mich taste....The rice was nice thays where it ended . Not sure of they have changed hands or have a different supplier. Seriously disappointed by tonight's order.

Good food very tasty but not much meat

Food was great tasted homemade and the service was very nice and quick!

Terrible service. We were told when ordering that it would be a 45 to 60 min wait. We waited 1h &30 mins I was trying to call them and no one answered the phone. We live local to the Chinese and when it eventually arrived it was cold we had to reheat the lot not good. Plenty of Chinese restaurants/takeaways in our area will not be using shengs again.

Delicious food and attentive service. This restaurant is a gem that should be more busy. Worth a visit.

Lovely Chinese, will be returning

I phoned to make my order, very aggressive and rude man answered and took the order. They don't even clean the prawns that black stuff is still on it, the shop and kitchen looks dirty, it's definitely overpriced, I had a horrible experience and below par food. Save your money as plenty other options to eat in Earl's Court.

Sunday meal quality markedly worse than mid week take away. Expensive luke warm microwaved food with a centrepiece of salt and pepper chicken also microwaved resulting in chewy chicken in a soggy batter. Only Chinese I have ever thrown in the bin

Utterly disappointing takeaway, threw it all away. Chicken and bamboo shoots was watery and chicken bland and chewy. Husband also rejected vegetable noodles as they had a strange taste and smell. Very first and last time ordering from this place and ever going online to give negative review.

Absolutely lovely. The best salt and pepper prawns you can get. The best salt and pepper wings you can get. Best bbq ribs you can get. Absolutely rapid delivery service. Tenía muchas ganas de probar las albóndigas y platos veganos arcoíris, ya que pocos restaurantes chinos ofrecen tal gama. Sin embargo, mi horrible experiencia me ha obligado a dejar esta revisión con la esperanza de que ofrece comentarios para el cambio o evita que los posibles hambrientos - los veranos pierdan su tiempo y dinero. Había quedado con mi amigo en una lluviosa noche de lunes para cenar; cuando estábamos sentados, nos dijeron que solo teníamos 1. 5 horas, lo cual estuvo bien. El gran problema se centró en pedir los fideos vegetarianos / veganos Dan Dan del menú verde separado. Los fideos se servían con una cobertura, que después de probar, me hizo consultar con la camarera. Como vegano, UTTER HORROR que simplemente te digan que fue picado de cerdo. La camarera parecía no ser consciente de su error, a pesar de mi shock y disgusto y cualquier rectificación tenía que pedir. Tuvimos que pedir que los fideos fueran reemplazados por uno pedido, pedir un tazón limpio y que los dumplings que estaban en mi tazón también fueran reemplazados – todo esto parecía incomodar a la camarera. Y simplemente ninguna disculpa de la camarera o gerente. Es una suerte que no se trate de una alergia: el personal fue desconsiderado y descuidado con sus clientes. Para colmo, nuestra factura nos la dieron sin preguntar, nos hicieron pagar con prontitud y mensaje claro para irnos a pesar de las mesas vacías a nuestro alrededor y nadie esperando. La cena servida con una gran dosis fría de ignorancia y grosería – ¡qué pena ya que ofrecer un buen servicio no cuesta nada!

Always amazing, friendly everytime we go in. By far the best Chinese I have had. Lemon chicken is spot on. Highly recommend

What a change from the previous nights experience of food in Whitby , the lady who served us was absolutely lovely she said they were busy but still managed to get our meals ready in the time she stated. Food was appetising, excellent quality and very tasty.

A lovely lady greets you at the door. The food was fantastic. Good portions, just a shame our waitress looked so fed up the whole time.
