Chips aren't even chippy chips, frozen thick cut chips

Really not good. First time so maybe an off day but won't be rushing back

We've had amazing take aways from here in the past. Fresh hot food. Tonight the chicken tasted frozen and processed, not fresh and the roast pork was tough and in edible. Also the sauces were lacking in mich taste....The rice was nice thays where it ended . Not sure of they have changed hands or have a different supplier. Seriously disappointed by tonight's order.

Just had my first takeaway from here, really great chow mein, you could tell it was freshly cooked because the veg was nice and crunchy, it was nicely seasoned without being too salty. I will order from here again in the future.

We ordered a salt and pepper munch box. It was a disaster. The food is all frozen dry chicken and chips that have been re heated. The ribs had no meat and just batter. We won’t be ordering again. Complete waste of £25. Garbage.

Without a doubt one of the best Chinese around, I use to live close to here and now I just wish it was with my area.

The best Chinese in Stockport! I am very fussy with my Chinese and I am lucky to have this place nearby, always disappointed when I go anywhere else.

The order came within the time given. The food was very tasty and hot. We had dim sum combo starter salt and pepper ribs and special chow mein all lovely.

1st time here tonight and defo be back well nice salt pepper chips yummy prawn curry and fried rice delicious my number 1 Chinese 🥰🥰

Been going here for a few years now, food delivered arrives hot and fresh, good value for money nice touch with free items when you order over a certain amount. Great local Chinese, would defo recommend

My family and I have been getting the food from the New Lee Garden for at least the last 10 years and we've always loved it. It's not the fanciest Chinese food but I think it's excellent and the quality is always consistent.

Just had sweet and sour pork, with egg fryed rice. It was very nice 👌👍 thank you 😊

We had a menu posted so thought we would try a local establishment, big mistake absolutely terrible, noodle box wow. It was cold, looked like yesterday's food reheated. Never again

They took the money for the food and then claimed they hadn’t received it. Whilst waiting for the payment to come through she said she was making the food and would keep checking to see if it came through. £20 down. I sent proof of payment as I paid by card on website. Cancelled my order so we’ve ordered else where would never go back

Ordered starters and a main meal. Del was on time and arrived hot. We ordered chicken balls duck rolls satay chicken starters and salt and pepper starter. The salt and pepper starter tasted over cooked in the batter. The duck spring rolls tasted off tasted very mushy. The chicken balls were greasy and the chicken inside was not cooked in the middle. The rice tasted like frozen rice not at all like fried rice. Very disappointed would not recommend the food.

Absolutely loved my sweet chilli noodle box excellent value absolutely packed with food was steaming hot and so so tasty. Staff were also very polite and lovely when I collected 😊even let me off the minimum 10 quid card payment coz the cash machine was broken nearby overall great resteraunt!!

Mediocre food. No prior notice that you need cash not card. And the prices on the wall are not up to date. When I questioned this, I was informed that the latest leaflet that had been put in my bag would explain this. There should at least be a notice on the wall to inform customers they will be paying more than the prices on the wall poster.

Well many years ago this was the best place in town when Grandad did the cooking However tonight I ordered from the new owners and it was rubbish I made it very simple that I asked for roast chicken with bean sprouts and I got a tray of broccoli Which I can’t stand I rang them back and there was no apology or concern the Chicken was bland and tasteless I gave it the dog please do not order here they are Not bothered about apologies or putting things right

We ordered a hot box, salt and pepper chips and beef satay. The salt and pepper chips were deep fried oven chips with uncooked peppers and carrots ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️no salt and pepper seasoning at all. The hot box was drenched in soy sauce; it was so salty it was inedible and no spice at all with 1 prawn. The beef satay was bland. I rang to complain however no interest was taken regarding my complaint and was told I will ring you back later ? Poor quality food and poor customer service

Gone downhill. Not been impressed last two times - lacking in flavour especially the curry, strange colour and consistency

THEY DELIVER NOW!!!! Another great addition to this wonderful take away. Great Chef, lovely food. Owners are so nice and friendly. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Having this place 3 doors down is dangerous...quite possibly the best Chinese takeaway I've tried, great balance of flavours, and not too salty, which can be the downfall to a lot of places. Absolutely the biggest portion sizes I've seen, and still the same price as you'd expect. Friendly staff, too.

The best Chinese takeaway in greater Manchester, trust me I've tried most of them. Portion sizes are incredible. If this place ever starts delivering I'll put on about ten stone.

Old school Chinese take away. Still remains constant after many years. Food quality quite good and good sized portions

Be prepared to wait for your food and when it comes it’s not good quality. Very disappointed in service, food quality and portion size. Hate writing a bad review but feel justified unfortunately.

Absolutely disgusting! A special meal £6.20 and only what I could see in it is rise and 2 tiny pieces of pork . Soup was way too salty and tasted like it’s been there for a few days , 3 sous ended in a bin , spare ribs were dry hardly any meat on them , salt & pepper chicken was tasteless and soggy , my Kung po special had some odd things in it ... this meal also ended up in our bin .... never ever will by from this place again !! We spend over £35 in there and we haven’t even eaten it .. most of it ended up in a bin!!!

We are honestly addicted to the food from here! Everything is well cooked, large portions and delicious. Li and her family are all lovely too. The salt and pepper chips are the best we've ever had!

Have been going here for a few years now. Changed hands a year ago and took the new owners a few months, but have to say they have now took on the mantle. Good, honest Chinese take-away. Duck in orange sauce, chicken with cashews and Cantonese ribs always very good as are the majority of other dishes. Wish the special fried rice had more meat and sauce, that's just me.

Good food at a decent price. Collection only though which is a shame
