Delivered very quickly, Diver was very friendly. Food was delicious . Great portions would recommend !

Food was really really sub standard, sweet and sour was runny like water, pork chicken and beef all massively overcooked. Sauces were not authentic

I have used this place quite a few times and the food is really good, and as importantly to me they tend to arrive roughly when they say they will for delivery which helps a lot for meal planning with young kids.

Very bland food. Not spicy.lack of flavours and chicken was rubbery and tasteless. Kung po sauce lacked any garlic .soft noodles were tastless. Have used them before and been pleased but think it's time for a change

Shocking service. Food cold., no meat and prawns included in dishes. Never order again. Spoilt the evening and birthday celebrations

Everything was fine apart from the special curry........hardly any content. A regular dish of mine....VERY disappointed.

All of the food just tasted of sugar, including a won ton soup. We also ordered the Singapore noodles which at every other restaurant we have had it from, is spicy. This tasted so bad we had to throw it out. Just eat have refused to refund us, as they said it was about Mings ‘recipe’- Singapore noodles are supposed to have curry powder in not a bowl full of sugar!!! Will not order from here again.

Delivery driver was rude and needs educating on how to talk to human beings! There the food at me because he has to bring my food to my front door! Disgusting and disrespectful behaviour!!! Also noodles were dry! Will not be putting my hard earning money towards this business again after the way their delivery drivers deal with customers!

Was initially delayed which accepted but arrived after newly assigned arrival time.

All good was hot and fresh. The satay sauce was a bit watery and needed more flavour. The restaurant called when a drink we ordered was unavailable to arrange an alternative. Excellent customer service. Great and friendly delivery driver.

I’ve tried every Chinese in the area & this, while not the cheapest, is by far the best quality. Highly recommended

Honestly I can only assume these low ratings are old and there’s new ownership because I think the food is excellent. As someone who is ashamed of the state and price of British fast fox this place is a breath of fresh air to me! Excellent satay chicken and special fried rice!

Sadly the meal was very disappointing. Crispy duck was dry and not crispy, spring rolls meh. Chicken rice, boring. Sad really as it was to celebrate a big birthday.

Exactly on time and delicious as usual, I'm so glad we moved to Heald Green.

We've been using Ming's for a while now. The food is outstanding, especially the chop suey rolls (crispy spring rolls, 2 in a portion on the appetisers). We usually have hot & sour soup, spring rolls, sui mai and seaweed and then King prawn fried rice with a duck satay and beef (varies!). If my eldest is home from uni, they choose from the extensive vegetarian options. Excellent service and always super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great as usual. Other than the chips as most Chinese restaurants never really good chips but everything else was top notch.

Hot food, always flavoursome and plentiful however, the chips are dreadful... why do so many takeaways produce frozen chips nowadays??... I just do not understand the logic. We need a campaign to bring back proper chips #ProperChips #RealChips #NoToFrozenChips

Rock hard chips,manky sausages and funny tasting duck spring rolls. Curry sauce was ok. Have ordered a lot from here but no more. Will try somewhere else!!

Food ordered 18.30, est delivery 19.25 - 1945. Messaged 1937 "Food with driver". Arrived 20.05. Over 1.5h wait not acceptable. Also which idiot puts 2 (presumably) ice-cold cans in the same bag as the hot food? Food was just warm and had to m/save it before eating and had to put the now warm cans in the freezer. Food OK but bad service, won't use again.

Mings was the very first place I ordered from when I moved to this area. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Over the past 5 years it has gone down hill. Last time my order was cancelled without explanation or apology 30min into wait time, this time it arrived on time but the quality does not justify the price. Broccoli is way too salty, rice slightly undercooked. Just no. The rest of the food was alright, saving grace - came nice and hot, driver very friendly. Don't think I'll order from here again though... Shame

Always ask for the chips crispy, and never get it crispy. Portion size for salt and pepper chicken is too small. Everything overpriced for what it actually is lol.

Food arrived nice and hot, it was lovely. My only criticism is that there was NO chicken in my chicken chow mein!! I essentially paid £7.50 for noodles. Otherwise I’d order from here again if they get it right.

Arrived very early,suspect to me, food hot but not as nice as had before. Chicken hard and chewy and lemon sauce tasted funny. Duck spring rolls tasted vile,next doors dog had trouble with these. Not ordering from here again,try somewhere else!

Very tasteful neatly packed and hot Family loved it.

Meh. Food was well cooked and tasty for the most part *but* portion sizes aren't great for some dishes, see photos of opened but untouched sweet & sour pork Vs chicken & mushroom, no excuse for that really, nobody likes to feel they're being stiffed, especially when this takeaway isn't one of the cheapest. The chips aren't the best either, seem to be steak cut style rather than conventional chippy chips and we prefer the latter over the former. We tried Mings as our usual was closed for Chinese NY, I doubt we'll be returning to be honest.
