Fresh warm food, very kind staff and nice interior

Although I have waited for more than 1 hour delivery,the meal is hot and yummy,nice crispy chicken cheese rolls and chowmein, it's worthy to wait this nice Chinese meal on busy Saturday night,will order soon,happy purchase.

first time order salt&pepper munch box,my kids are very satisfied with the generous portion and salt &pepper crispy shredded chicken and chips,will definitely order again and recommend to my friends.

Just had a takeaway meal and not impressed, meat chewy, sauce watery, would never order again

This one is my favorite chinese take away. We have 4 options within 1 mile but I will still prefer to buy here. The set A/B box is more than enough to for a dinner. Flavour is excellent.

My favourite Chinese takeaway in the area. Food is always on time, arrives hot and very tasty - very generous portion sizes too. I've sampled most items from the menu over the years and honestly I can say I've never had a bad meal from here. The dry fried thick noodles are my favourite.

Delivery driver got lost and blamed me! It gets 1 star for flavour duck was extra crispy with no meat I had triangle ribs flavour very nice but couldn't even bite into it's that hard even the seaweed was hard also I asked for satay sauce n god knows wot I got some yellow sauce with bits in only half decent thing was the free spring rolls most went in bin

The worst beef curry I have ever had in my life tasteless and incepid

Last time I order from here, the spring rolls were disgusting, the ribs were fatty and the chow mein smelled like dirty dish water. We couldn't eat it! Disgusting!

Not the best chinese we have had

We ordered over £90 pounds worth of food on the 24/09/23 and the food was disgusting all the family has ended up with a really poorly stomach constantly back and two the toilet and the doctor has confirmed it’s bad food poisoning it’s wiped us all out stay away from here at all costs won’t be ordering again from here stay away.

Had take outs many times… usually ok tonight really poor… beef curry thin and bland as can be. Chicken rolls had NO chicken just a vegetable mush. The free rolls, just don’t bother send crackers instead they would be much nicer. Spicy soup was nice otherwise really disappointing.🥹

The food quality and taste is very very bad, absolutely waste money for this price of delivery. Had so many Chinese takeaways, this seems the worst experience ever. Don’t recommend at all! Disappointing!

I have been coming to the red maple for years and unfortunately I won't be going again. My usual dish of the coconut chicken and pineapple fried rice lacked it's usual taste and was dry. The chicken and pineapple tasted like bland boiled chicken and veg. There was no flavour at all and the sauce was like water. The BBQ ribs lacked meat and flavour. When I complained the manager dismissed this despite me being a loyal customer and didn't seem to understand that I couldn't tell the food was horrible just by looking at it and refused a full refund because I had eaten some. I would urge others to find another new Chinese as Red Maple has gone down the pan. Unless you want crispy duck - the duck although very fatty was acceptable, as were the pancakes and hoisin sauce. Do not order the chicken and pineapple.

Not the best really very disappointed

DISAPPOINTING… unfortunately my order of food tonight was not good. Iv ordered from here more than a handful of times on the odd occasion not upto the standard of previous orders here but sometimes this happens benifit of the doubt is given although this time has seemed to of gone down completely and it’s unlikely I will be ordering from here again our food tasted like left overs from the previous night the meals were warm not hot and completely BLAND with no flavour whatsoever. Disappointing as this used to be a favourite of mine Confidently sharing my experience with friends and family SADLY I won’t be encouraging close ones to order from here again

Absolutely horrible. Ordered today as a treat and couldn’t be more disappointed. Food tasted like yesterday’s reheated leftovers ,even the chips. Orange sauce tasted nothing like orange, it’s horrible artificial flavour . Really disappointed, won’t ever be ordering again.

Took 90mon 2 deliver. Spent £22 on a box with tough chicken that had a funny taste. Chips absolutely terrible. Chicken wings were like knuckles, no chicken on them. The only thing edible was the rice. If ur thinking of ordering from here. Think twice. The worst Chinese food iv ever had. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Absolutely disgusting!! Salt and pepper chips tasted like ran down average chips with a bit of gone off veg the curry sauce had a funny taste and the egg fried rice was like flavorless mush won’t recommend stay well away at all costs would rather eat dog poo

Not sure what has gone wrong with this place, I've been using them for years but the last few meals have been awful. The food was hot and delivery quick and the driver pleasant. But the food was bland and the curry sauce was like plastic. Definitely time for a change

Had a takeaway but will not be having another. Food was hot but I think the salt and pepper chicken wings had seen the fryer more than once.. I can't understand how they think they can get away with sub standard food chancing to get a bad review like this one.

Hello I order takeaway tonight and the chips were really hard the curry sauce was really thick the sausage was cold the egg fried rice was the only nice thing took over an hour and half to come as well

An hour wait for food..but well worth it!

Ordered yesterday and food was absolutely delicious! Salt and pepper chips perfect and plentiful, vegetarian gluten char siu really tasty. Noodles lovely not too thin like some takeaways. Will be using red maple every time I fancy a Chinese from now on especially as prices have been reduced.

We decided to have a family night and ordered a Chinese. What a disappointment the salt and pepper king prawns were dried up and inedible the chips drowned in chillies and onions were small flat and not even worth eating and the honey ribs dried up and tough to chew, I feel disappointed and robbed and defo won’t be ordering from there again
