Food was great tasted homemade and the service was very nice and quick!

Absolutely disgusting I actually vomited, the so called beef was fat and blood coming out the chicken also both sauces was tasteless and like dishwater the only things that was edible was chips

This was a delivery order. Delivered perfectly well. Chicken Chow Mein extremely wet as if in some sort of gravy, very different than I expected. Bee sprouts with King Prawns also soggy wet in Some sort of gravy? Special fried rice will be eaten tomorrow so cannot comment. Disappointing meal . Would not use again.

Tried a few times now.. always late and cold food. For a minimum of £18 plus £4 delivery it would have been cheaper to get a taxi to somewhere better

There was a snail in my noodles. Full on snail, inside it's lil shell, nestled in my noodles. Didn't discover this until I'd taken a few bites and then I look down and...snail. In my food. Let's name him Bob. How they have managed this I do not know, but I'm forced to believe their hygiene standards are not up to par at all. When we called they offered to send more noodles; had to talk them into giving us a refund because of course we couldn't eat the rest of the meal. Still haven't recieved the refund, don't think we'll be getting it at this point. We've been using KK for years so quite sad that not only will we not be using them again, but I actually don't think I can even think about Chinese food now without the image of dead lil Bob swimming in my noodles. Possibly have been put off food for life but I'll test that theory once the good old tum gets hungry again. Anyway, avoid this takeout. Hygiene is clearly bad, snail in food not the best surprise I've had this week. RIP Bob. Hope you make your way to snail heaven lil guy Food arrived on time. Doesn't make me feel any better, but there we go

Tried here tonight for a change. Reviews on Just eat were good. Worst Chinese we've ever had, at a cost of £55. Everything in the sharing platter was really grease heavy, horrible after taste of everything. The rice is like pudding rice, really small grains and a terrible texture, soggy and clumpy. The curry was really thin and was the sweet and sour chicken and both tastes of literally nothing. And the chicken was a horrible slimy texture. The beef and green pepper wasn't bad. The people of Warrington are easily pleased which is why we have no quality takeaways. All substandard, but this one should definitely be avoided.

Im a very angry customer tonight. Usually theres no problem and I always order via their own app. After the order still not being accepted by the resturant after 40 minutes. I rang to be told by an answering machine that they are closed for a few days! Im now down money and have no way of getting it back until they reopen in a few days until i can speak to someone as the only contact information is the telephone number.

Absolutely shocking!! Tried to order online and was meant to be next day. Spoke on the phone and would deliver same night. Turned up and BBQ ribs and stuck together with fat! Singapore fried rice is clumped up and seasoning in parts! Tried to call in and fobbed me off they can't do anything till manager is in week. Never go back!!! Embarrassing

Usually bang on.. always good. Tonight went in rather than ordering.. got food too quickly and chips taste like they've been there since last night. First bad experience. Hope they can sort it

I called into the shop this evening whilst passing as my girlfriend loves the beef noodles. I ordered chips, sausage and curry. The lady behind the counter added the bill up on the calculator to £12.10. I paid, but checked the menu as it seemed a little steep. Sure enough I’d been short-changed by £1, I tried to explain to her, but at this point she didn’t speak English! So I gave up. I waited 10-15 minutes for her to deep fry a batch of frozen chips and sausage (not chippy chips) and paid £6 for the privilege. The shop was grotty and run down and the whole time some weird talking door chime was going off. The chips were vile and I will not be returning here ever and recommend that you don’t either! The only reason I have 2 stars is because my missus enjoyed the noodles.

Great delivery service. Great food at great prices. Always prompt delivery in the promised time. Delivery drivers are always polite and professional.

Ordered from here a while back for me and my family. When i rang and placed the order I asked for special curry with the crispy noodles. Beansprouts being the "crispy" aspect. Turned up, they literally got a packet of super noodles toasted them on each side and sent them to me. They had'nt even been in water! When I rang to complain it was "You want crispy noodle, you get crispy noodle" then they hanged up on me. I was absolutely fuming! The rest of the order was a disgrace. Cold food. Fat and grease floating on the top. No meat in the curries. Revolting food and disgusting service from the staff. Never again!!!

Best Chinese food in Warrington

Ordered some food one night when I came home from work late, about ten. Took about 20 mins. Had, chop suey roll, sweet and sour chicken balls, noodles and chips. Split it all with my daughter and apart from the roll being a little greasy it was all excellent. We will use again.

Excellent service, excellent food, I've been coming here for 5 years and they're really consistent. There's a great selection with something for everyone. Would recommend.

Awful!! My son's fish was not fresh or cooked properly. The dumplings were cold and tasted like they'd been frozen for a long time. Hardly any chicken in the green curry(probably for the best considering the quailty of the meat in general)Wont be ordering from kk city again.

Not the best . Ribs not bad, main course was the most salty meal I have had. Poor quality. Expensive. Shop could do with a major make over. Tiles falling off wall,bits of bike in shop etc If any positive here it was the young lady serving.

There was a particular waiter called Qi Xuan who was amazing. He could not help us more. Would definitely go again.

chop suey rolls are amazing!!! very hot and quick delivery.. I got the Singapore chow mein for the 1st time in months and this time it seemed covered in curry powder and nearly unbearable to eat

We have had many takeaway meals from this restaurant, and cannot fault what we have ordered as yet. My wifes favourite is Sweet and sour Chicken and fried Rice.

Deep fried combination not very nice tasteless. I had chow mien special really nice , arrived within half hour really hot and fresh will definitely try again , but not combination

Delivery took a long time and I only live a 5 min drive away. Did arrive very hot tho. Was okay food nothing special but not unpleasant just seemed very expensive for what I actually got. Use other local ones that are nearly a tenner cheaper for the same quality

I ate here wanting the best Chinese food I have ever tasted and I was vastly disappointed. The duck was so undercooked it was going quakers on my plate. Even worse there was a rude pubescent boy at the door who was disgraceful. Ill never eat here again!!

Waited 2 hours for delivery, when I phoned to ask where meal was they accused me of being an angry customer. Food arrived cold and horrible and received wrong starter. \safe to say I will NEVER use this place again

Lovely family run takeaway with great fresh dishes.

We have ordered from here a few times and the food is good at a sensible price. The delivery came within 45 mins both times and the food was hot.

I ordered this takeaway through just eat. The food was bland and it seemed that very little preparation had gone into the dishes. I also found a hair in one dish, I couldn't eat the rest as a result.

The food is realy food nice and good quality, best to order online through just eat as its quicker than waiting normally about 10-20 mins the staff are friendly, there curry and shredded beef dishes are the best dishes, highly recommended
