Jinli China Town in City of London, Westminster

They are really bad with tasteless food not even fresh looks like microwaved their food, with zero service knowledge how to behave to customers, the one female staff was terrible, and service charge of £ 7.50 for nothing they have done never visit this restaurant ever.

Muy profesional y te hace sentir como en casa con deliciosa comida. Buen servicio y me encantó el pescado picante. El diseño interior era agradable y combinaba bien con el tema.

Malgré une carte dense, nous avons réussi à choisir : un menu ! Entrées x2 et plats … délicieux et copieux …. Beaucoup trop copieux ! Impossible de finir mais doggy bag faisable ! Personnel sympa

Una encantadora dama te recibe en la puerta. La comida era fantástica. Buenas porciones, una pena que nuestra camarera se viera tan harta todo el tiempo.

Cena nella media, abbiamo optato per due set menù che sono stati davvero abbandonati e comprendano piatti tipici cinesi. Da segnalare il personale davvero gentile e sempre pronto a dare spiegazioni. Consigliato.

Tuvimos un tiempo fantástico en el restaurante Jinli Flagship. Ambiente encantador y gran servicio - la comida era excelente (especialmente el pescado entero! ) , sugieren que optes por los platos más auténticos pero todo estaba bien. Muy recomendable!

El pariente de mi amigo, que también es de Singapur pero vive en Londres, nos recomendó tres restaurantes para nosotros. Mientras que los otros dos eran excelentes, este lugar de Sichuan era realmente promedio, en comparación con lo que tenemos en Singapur, donde una gran cantidad de restaurantes de Sichuan están muy cerca de lo que se puede conseguir en Sichuan. Si estás en Chinatown, te recomiendo que pruebes esos restaurantes cantoneses, algunos de los cuales eran incluso mejores que los que teníamos en Hong Kong.

Very busy restaurant, not a tourist clientele, we had a short wait to get a table , the food we had was very authentic and tasty would visit again.

The man who sat us was rude and abrupt the waiter who took our order was pleasant and welcoming. We had starters and drinks then waited over an hour for mains when I asked the server he said we were next up, 5 minuted later the waiter came down with a pen and paper to retake our orders as the ticket had been lost . We were due for a show so couldn't hang around so we cancelled our order and went to pay for drinks and the starter we consumed he had the audacity to have a 10% service charge on it and when I questioned it as we weren't actually served I was told it wasn't he's fault the kitchen lost our ticket. After a discussion where I explained I wouldn't be paying a service charge he gave way but was no way apologetic about the situation. What we eat was edible but nothing special.

the service was terrible, the waiter who was serving, in addition to deceiving our orders, was unfriendly and arrogant throughout dinner. the food was terrible! We ordered several dishes including chicken fried rice which was horrible.

Not authentic anymore . The chefs are not from si-China anymore and food taste and presentation dropped ! Disappointed … came here at least 5 times in past 4 years … no more

I spent over 100 and chicken was chewy and hard, the portions were very small and when it arrived it was cold , staff were nice but food is overpriced and not good.

Tucked away in China Town away from the busy hustle and bustle I come across this restaurant ! so dropped in with my wife & son ! WOW ! Staff were so welcoming and happy to place us somewhere nice and then the dishes of most exceptional chinese food started to arrive ! It was such a great experience and different from the bigger restaurants where they only want you in and out ASAP ! I love this place and will be my go to place when in China town ! STRONLY recommend this wonderful gem of a restaurant. THANK YOU to everyone involved in our exceptional experience !

We chose the restaurant as it was very close to the theatre and took us early and we had a good meal. The service was quick and good and the food was also of good quality

One of the better establishments in China Town. With a large eating area and modern décor. Plenty of staff and fast service. A wide menu and all the dishes we had were very tasty. Would recommend!

We went with a set menu for 2. The mixed stater consisting of spring rolls, prawn toast, ribs, chicken skewer were average. Really enjoyed the fried seaweed. Crispy duck was very dry and nothing to write home about. Tasteless I dare say. Same for the main course of chicken , mixed veges, fried rice and crispy beef. The beef was all crispy and no beef. We complianed and it was replaced with a beef dish....tasteless Appears there zero pride in having repeat customers. Nonetheless, there was a line outside with folks queing to get in. Its either standards have changed and people just eat out for the sake of this. I will be cooking going forword. Significantly cheaper and enjoyment guaranteed...without being rushed out because there are punters waiting 😅 They are running a business after.

Visited during lunchtime today with 3 ex work colleagues, I let them order the food as they visit restaurants more than me. We had spring rolls, a rice dish, egg noodles, another type of noodles, you can tell by this review that I'm no expert in Chinese cuisine. The place was very smart and the staff were very helpful. The meal shared between us cost £24 each. Had a lovely time. Would visit again if asked.

Little four seasons ripped off with 20% service charge attitude was not good never again by a an happy aberdeen couple bring on paris and palma they treat us like dirt under their nails. Thank god there are decent restruanters in other parts of this world

Le repas était correct Pas sensationnel non plus. J’ai déjà mangé pire et mangé mieux Par contre le service était horrible! On a demandé à changer de place car nous étions à l’entrée en plein courant d’air, ce qui n’a pas enchanté le serveur. Pas de verre d’eau, on a du demander et cerise sur le gâteau Aussitôt terminé le plat que la serveuse nous a apporté l’addition. Et nous a clairement dit qu’on devait quitter la table.

First time visiting this place but is was very busy and the service was quick. We had the meal for two which was around £60 of the top of my head but the amount of food you received we could of fed the homeless we left that much due to been full. Overall a great place if you want quick service and lots of food. It’s not fine dining, it’s a Chinese restaurant so expect that and that’s what you get… Overall very good ✨✨✨✨✨

Very disappointing food. The starter was dry (overcooked), the chow mein was burnt, stir fried cabbage tasted like soap. The egg rice was undercooked. We complained about the chow mein and we're refunded. Due to the typical British stereotype, we did not complain about the other dishes as they were 'not as bad as the chow mein!' Save yourself the disappointment ... Eat elsewhere.

We were about to sit down to eat next door, but then noticed that Jinli had almost exclusively Asian customers and had table cloths. Our lunch was delicious and we enjoyed eating outside in the sunshine. Hope to come back some time.
