The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Very good food with generous portions, good service, overall great value for money, definite recommend!

I tried this affordable lunch place. They also had soft drinks or soup, and they all tasted ok.

Food lacks taste. Stir fries came in almost identical sauces ( should have different) and both were watery and very thin. Tipped almost a cup of liquid from container away after eating. Won't order again. Last previous order was 2023 and many before that. Big drop in quality

Absolutely superb food and lovely service - this restaurant is highly recommended. We had the best meal for a long time - we will be back on many occasions!!

Chicken wings were too salty and my main meal was quit disappointing

Order a takeaway but had to collect itmyself due to a lack of a delivery driver. Wish i hadnt bothered, as food was overcooked and disgusting. Items missed off the order also. Used this place over many years but will NEVER set foot in it again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there are much better places around. Gives Blyth a bad name.

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had! Crispy beef so rock hard it snaps! Salt and pepper chips tasteless. Strangely bright orange curry sauce. Wasted my money couldn’t eat it

As a vegetarian coeliac I struggle with eating out or takeaway. The first time we phoned the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I hate being that awkward person but they made me feel like I was no trouble at all and told me everything I could have. The food was that delicious we had to have another takeaway tonight. Same amazing service and they remembered my dietary requirements from last time! Thanks so much 😊

Had an absolute feast this evening! All of this for £70 which is an absolute bargain compared to my local Chinese. Every item was fresh & full of flavour. The honey ribs and salt & pepper chicken was my favourite! Delivery was £3.50 which isn't too bad considering it was around 15 miles delivery. Food was still really warm, and only took 35 minutes. Will definitely order from here again when in the area

Great food good prices really enjoyed it Only thing I missed was not many sauce options as we love our peking sauce or Cantonese sauce

So disappointed, thought you couldn't go wrong with chow mein rice and chicken balls, but how wrong could I be! Everything was covered in grease and the chicken balls looked like they had been cooked several times. Real shame as Jade Garden was always lovely chinese......not any more

the food is very salty and oily, food is off, food portions to how much you pay is unsatisfactory. The owner and chef is very hard to cooperate with and does not accept anything.

I visited around lunar new year—I couldn't recommend the King Wah more! The owners are wonderfully kind and lovely people, and the food was incredibly delicious. I look forward to visiting again in the future, and would recommend the restaurant to anyone in the area.

Just been to lutus Express for Chinese takeaway and I got salt and pepper chicken with no peppers and it was very tasty my son had the old favourite of chicken fried rice and curry sauce and he made sort work of his food . I don't often get Chinese food, so this did make a pleasant change. Top tip: If you don't like peas in your rice, let them know beforehand .
