The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

I ordered online for a home delivery. It arrived on time but wasn't at all hot. Had to warm through before eating. I ordered chicken curry & boiled rice. Was very disappointed with it!! Very bland and didn't taste of normal chicken curry from the Chinese. I also ordered spring rolls. These were also bland but very greasy. I couldn't eat them. Overall a very bad meal. I shall not be ordering from here again. Only wished I'd checked the other reviews before ordering.

The beef chow mein and beef with ginger and onion was Very delicious and had a authentic taste! Superb!

Have used this takeaway for years. Always excellent quality and delivered hot!

Normally really good food, but tonight tough ribs, under cooked spring rolls &really salty BBQ sauce. Going to be ages before I order here again 🤢

Tonight myself and my family visited for food. There was 17 of us including 4 children. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and huge portions. Nothing was too much for the staff. The facilities were spotless. Loved loved loved it. We will definitely be back. Many thanks 😊

We had the set meal for 2 and there was enough for 3 or 4. Plenty of food and good value for money, served very quickly.

The food is always amazing never disappoints! And the young girl who works there is always so friendly and polite 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

Wouldn't even be 1 star if up to me , food absolutely rank , cold , and spilt all over the place , added mushrooms to the curry we ordered when we didn't ask nor did it say on the menu , my wife is allergic to them , we phoned and asked for a replacement to be met by a very aggressive manager who said he would not replace the meal , spoke to us absolute crap , avoid avoid avoid , have also just heard this place had a rat infestation!!! Will never order from here again

This place has gone downhill placed an order yesterday salt pepper chips the onion and veg was raw. Chicken fried rice looked pale and tasted bland. Chicken curry was disgusting watery crap couldn't eat it. I highly recommend you try elsewhere they have lost my custom it will only be a matter of time before they give someone food poisoning.

The food was an hour late. We called to see where it was and they sounded very stressed and said give him 5 minutes. The car arrived almost immediately after I had called, but the driver through just eat said he had trouble finding the house. We have ordered serval times before and also we have a lit up number on out house! The food was stone cold. We called to say it was cold, but the attitude of the restaurant was they were 'very busy', the food was 'freshly cooked' and they argued with us. We concluded we would not order from them again. Very disappointed and had to re-heat the food.

this is the best Chinese in reading. affordable and so tasty, I called ahead and went to collect and the food was still piping hot. will come back again for sure

Opted for collection , can reluctantly say I ate the worst food I've ever ordered. Decided to try somewhere new on recommendation but what a mistake. I phoned the order through for collection was told it would be ready in 10 mins! At that point i assumed that cant be right for all thr items ive ordered. From when I received a sealed empty fortune cookie and orange prawn crackers which clearly must have been cooked in dirty oil i could see there wasnt anything to look forward to. Chicken balls drenched in oil and darker than I've ever seen or eaten before. Chips were old tasted refried like the chicken balls , spring roll dry and tastless ,spare ribs , Singapore rice noodles. Beef curry were off colour no taste no seasoning on non of the food at all very disappointed and won't be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone that I know who likes a good Chinese. Despite all the prayers over the food we are forecasting a bad belly in the morning . Edit** The picture doesnt highlight how orange the crackers were due to lighting but you know the saying uve been tangoed !! To end on a positive note : The Cantonese Chicken was OK I don't want to look like a moaner but I like good food an this was so far from nice

We have been using this Chinese for years however the food seems to have gone downhill rapidly. Ordered a Kung Po Chicken and Chicken in Satay sauce and honestly struggled to tell the difference between them. Both had slimey chicken, were watery and very little flavour. Other dishes were bland and overall very expensive for a disappointing meal. I think that will be our last visit.
