Master Wong in Hounslow

Lovely food other than the chips that always taste as they are a bit stale. Delivery can be hit and miss and takes over an hour and 15 minutes but they don’t tell you this when you place the order.

The crispy beef was not crispy at all, it was like jelly. The beef in the curry was tough as was all the meat in the hor d'erves. Pork ribs and chicken skewer were rock hard. Spent a lot of money and it was a complete let down. Won't go there again.

They must have listened to the bad reviews because I was surprised to find that none of them applied to my order. Firstly the young lady taking the order was extremely polite and precise and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. The delivery was well within the prescribed time and everything was piping hot. The size of the portions were literally double the size in fact the containers were much bigger. Finally the dishes were full of flavors and tasted absolutely fresh. I almost wanted to ring them to congratulate them. Seriously one of the best food experience I’ve had in a long time Second review. Picked up takeaway just now Saturday. Absolutely terrible. Chips were obviously stale and not in the least fresh. Sweet n sour sauce was very watery . Hard to believe this is from the same place I reviewed before. What went wrong!

In my opinion gotta be the best chinese takeaway in West London. In terms of quality and quantity of food, price point, service and speed of delivery not sure there is a better place if you are craving a Chinese.

I ordered sweet n sour veg, Singapore veg rice and tofu in cashew nut sauce... Absolutely amazing! Food was delivered very hot and before estimated delivery time. Each dish had its own flavour and I'm surprised that they had a good selection of veg items. I didn't see Singapore rice noodles but nevertheless very tasty food. Will definitely be ordering again and will tell friends and family too!

I love Chinese food and tried so many takeaways but this shop got the worst taste. Never again

We waited 90 mins for a delivery and when the food arrived it was all stale. It was like the food had been sitting around for ages, there are better Chinese takeaways in the area that I’d rather order from, a total waste of £56

I have literally tried everything on the menu in the past few weeks . Just had beef with ginger and spring onions and it was lovely. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. Not greasy at all with quality ingredients. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend if you crave a Chinese takeaway. Delivery is always super quick too!

Horrible, tasteless noodles, gristly chicken, and yellow bean chicken dish padded out with jackfruit and water chestnuts. Do you think your customers are stupid? Avoid and get a lovely takeaway elsewhere.

Ordered via Uber Eats - tasty enough but very small portions for the not insubstantial price. Other take away options offer better value and hotter foot to be honest, and in my opinion.

Had delivery from here. The food arrived looking terrible and smelling rancid and tasting worse. Like spoiled chocked or something. It went right in the bin. Don’t recommend it at all.

We have been ordering from here a while now as my Hubbies Fave take away. We are always happy with the food and also nice and hot when dishing up. We also order for my elderly pare nts as a treat so would recommend this take away for a decent chinese

It's my 1st time going there. I liked what I ordered but something was missing in my rice oh no soya sauce. My prawns could have been cooked a seconded longer. Apart from that Its was very nice. Got large to have 4 breakfast. Mmm bet it taste better in the morning sweet 👍🏾definitely get it again. Did take a picture sorry guys.

Freshly cooked tasty food at a reasonable price

Food turned up completely wrong... when i called them to explain they had delivered the wrong food they got very offensive and told me they would re- deliver but it may take 2hrs... avoid at all costs.

Ordered a takeaway this evening and within a matter of minutes the food was on its way… always a bad sign when it’s that quick. After the first mouthful of each dish we decided that enough was enough. Green prawn curry… completely tasteless with a watery consistency. There was also a random wedge of lime floating on the surface (weird). Sweet and sour calamari, absolutely disgusting… the sauce tasted so sweet it was like jam, and as for the calamari, well I’m not sure there was any inside the oily batter. Really grim. This is not me slating a business for no reason, but hopefully a wake up call to how bad the food is, and how desperately they need to change it.

First time ordering for here and the food tasted excellent and piping hot. Had my hot and sour soup after 15 mins of eating and the soup was still burning hot.Fast delivery, 30 mins for 7 dishes. Came with free prawn crackers and a drink too. Highly recommended. Thank you Master Wong.

Food was cold and inedible. Chicken tasted like prawns. Beef was chewy. Praw crackers would have been the best however they placed them in with the cold bottle of coke so if they could have been warm they weren't. Sauce was oily. Overall unpleasant experience left feeling hungry however stomach couldn't face food.

A great find. ordered the set meal for 2, could have fed 4 people, food very tasty and fresh, my wife who is Asian very impressed with the quality and taste. crackers lovely and my boys loved the chips.

Our regular Chinese Take Away at the end of our road, it's the closest of 4 near our home and by far the best. Usually over do the ordering and spend about £30 and get very full.

This used to be a lovely takeaway, best Chinese in the area. Something has changed recently and it has gone way down in all respects. I think the decline started when they went on Just Eat, maybe they had trouble keeping up with the demand. I did hear that it had changed hands, don't know if that's true. Food is very greasy now, and not cooked with the same care or attention as it used to be. I did read that the food hygiene rating has dropped from 4 to 2, which speaks volumes. I will have to go back to driving to Fooks to collect, they remain independent!

The best chinese in the neighbourhood!!!Found it by chance as our usual was closed and we will never eat anywhere else.Superb quality of the food and service.Great reward system.The menu is absolutely perfectly done and you dont need to wait more then 10 minutes even on high demand days.The waiting area is clean and nice and the stuff is friendly and helpful.Recomend this place and guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Ordered home delivery. The chef must be on leave, as starters were oily and loaded with extra salt and sugar. My normally hardy stomach took the whole night to settle. Food hygiene issue or just bad luck? I checked the Takeaway's food hygiene rating; it is 4 out of 5: Good. Must therefore be one bad day!

Our local Chinese 'Cafe De China' closed down recently so we have been trying all the chinese take aways in Ashford and have settled on this one in Feltham as its so much better than the rest, plus you can get some Thai food as well.

Just had our order delivered and to say it was dry over cooked would be a understatement ,! The chow main pork had 5-6 tiny bits of roast pork . Should be embarrassed about sending out sad excuse for food

Had my first take away meal today from master Wong. We had sweat and sour pork balls with special fried rice mix vegetable chowmein with lemon chicken. The food came fast and was very tasty oh and portions very generous. The only downside was the rice was a little dry but maybe just a one off . I've tirde all the other Chinese restaurants in Feltham and they have been horrible but I'm glad I have found master Wong . Very happy .....

We are regular customers. We ordered through Just-Eat, and there was an issue with the order. Although we got our order late, the manager was very calm and understanding and Personally delivered our food with compensation and reduced the price. He also called us to see if our food was okay after he delivered it. Thank you very much Fang (the manager) I would recommend that the orders are placed through the restaurants phone line, because Just Eat is very irresponsible and dishonest when the order goes wrong through their system. The employee and Just Eat that I spoke to lied about the issue with the order, whereas Fang had called me back several times to keep me updated of the situation until I received my order. Terribly dry fried rice, very disappointing.

Best Chinese Curry ever! Better priced than most online and worth a phone call rather than an online order. Very friendly and good wholesome food cooked nicely, not over or under cooked. Have been a customer for many years and shall continue to be. It would be nice if you could order from this company online though as their food is really nice and always tastes fresh NOT FROZEN!!
