Lams Kitchen Express in Hounslow

Love the prawn crackers, not oily at all! The noodles, the chicken, the egg fried rice, are all top class and I enjoyed my dinner boxes here. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Really good, tasty local Chinese. Run by a nice old couple, you get the impression they've been doing this decades. Saw some criticism on here - could not disagree more, honestly. Proper old school take-away. It's classic style stuff (chow mein is good for example)

Liking the flavours and the choices of food on the menu. Good spacious waiting area, comfortable and chilled. My Mrs loves the spicy range of food here. Kids love the soup. Good fresh clean produce. Prices are good in an area that's quite classy.

The staff were friendly. Food was definitely worth it, can't fault it. The Chefs cook it perfectly for my family. I prefer my noodles more dry and my kids prefer their noodles moist and the kids order sauces to go with their noodles. Veg spring rolls are a must for our family. Parking has been good. Nice atmosphere inside and outside. Generally a nice area. On sunny days often we go to the park after we've had our delicious food.

Extremely welcoming owner but the place needs urgent attention as it’s old and dirty. The food was disappointing and one item ( prawn in black bean sauce tasted off as the peppers used had a bad smell to them . Sorry sweet owner .. I am sure this may have been a good place sometime ago.. but not now..

I come here weekly usually for one big take-away for the family and 2 lunches for myself during the working week. Amazing, the food is so moreish and flavoursome. I would recommend for sure.

Beef was raw. Chicken was chewy. Prawn crackers were nice.

Brought food from here, placed it on plates at home and enjoyed weekend tv. Food was like classy Chinese restaurant quality. Taste is perfect for me, not too salty, not too sweet, just right. Great food, Great weekend :)

Had to treat myself with fantastic Chinese food whilst watching the sport. Steaming hot fresh food with real good flavours. Menu caters well for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Good quality food, well worth it. Nice cold drinks. Really enjoyed the food. Thank you Lam's Kitchen Express

Overcharged £10 for lamb curry and rice. Should have been £9 when I checked afterwards which is still expensive as they don't include rice with the Currys

Worst chinese ever. Food was oily, bland and tasteless. Really surprising they're still in business. Waste of money.

Really good food and very nice people

I wouldn't recommend. Feels like the old cook has either lost his charm or given up on cooking. Food was bit sloppy and tasteless.

Looked alright at first glance as I craved Chinese however I don’t recommend it, me and my gf both spent the whole night vomiting after this, I’ll definitely not be coming back to this place. Two stars because the guy was nice

We keep coming to this place for vegetable and chicken noodles and we can highly recommend it. Dishes are always fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. Thank you ♡

The quality of food has really dropped here. Its used to be alot better. Meat and veg were not properly peeled, the prawn still had half a shell on and the ginger still had skin on it and was all cut in irregular chunky shapes. Had to throw it away half way through, just wasnt pleasant enough to enjoy, all i could taste was oil and noodles. No oyster or soya sauce flavours or atomatic smell. Also i am sure the lamb they serve is in fact beef. There is no lamb flavour from it at all. Really disappointed, this place used to be great. Hope the owner can resolve the issues.

Don’t get fooled with this cheap looking take away place, it’s not matter whats outside but what’s inside, place is run by elderly couple, food is authentic and taste really good, worth every penny, spent 17£ and have no regrets, love it and will make sure I return back again.

So bad!!! The service was friendly but the good news ends there just ordered sweet & sour prawn balls, the sauce had been watered down, the portion were small, which I guess I should be grateful for, I remember going here years ago and it was so much better, sad

I was desperate for Chinese food n there was nothing around where I live except for Lam's... B4 going there I looked at the reviews n I was very hesitant... Long story short, I would never go back to try this food... No taste n no quality...

Very rude staff who took the order at the counter. It also took over 25 mins for takeaway to be made despite being quiet. One of the three dishes we bought had NO salt and another was extremely salty. It was as if they’d forgotten which dishes they had already salted. The beef curry also had what I can only describe as some strange processed meat, which was rubbery, didn’t have any taste, and didn’t resemble real meat.

Very plain and water diluted for over 12£ sorry my friends pic attached all went to bin.

Got Singapore fried rice and quarter duck, came with big portions and generous amount of duck and pancakes.

Very unhappy with our take away meal, ingredients cut with the finesse of a lumber jack using an axe and the strangest taste across all the dishes (Lamb with Ginger, Crispy Duck, Chicken and Black bean, Salt & Chilli Ribs) So much so that the whole family tasted and decided not to eat. I cant put my finger on the odd taste if it was down to a spice or something else but it put us all off. Sorry guys but we wont be coming back

Discovered this authentic Chinese takeaway whilst going to Osterley Park. Good quality meat (chicken, beef, pork and lamb) tasty juicy and succulent, not dry. A nice selection of fresh vegetables too. Portions definitely worth the price. Piping hot food, steam left a lovely aroma. Moreish food. Nice cold drinks

This used to be an excellent Chinese takeaway in Osterley village. For years it’s been overpriced with very little in way of ingredients beyond cheap veg / noodle bulking out. A rip off.

Good customer service + cheap prices + good food + fairly quick.

I travel a lot for work and often stay at Osterley Park Hotel or Master Robert Hotel. I sometimes get a takeaway meal from Lams Kitchen Express and enjoy it back in my hotel room. My colleague often goes there to get lunch then heads off to Osterley Park, about 2 minutes away.

DO NOT GO HERE. This restaurant is a complete rip off. Portions are tiny for what you pay and the food is just about edible. Avoid this restaurant as it is worth going further a field to find a decent Chinese.
