I'm sorry to say the food was awful. Eveything had no taste. Most of it was thown away. Never again.

Had a takeaway, terrible food, crab soup, was made with crab sticks, and so never seen a crab, other dishes where poor but just edible, not what you want from a reputable restaurant, but maybe just a one off, but won’t trying them again.

Absolutely love this Chinese. The food is plentiful and very tasty.

Normally a good takeaway, clearly a frozen beef curry, actually turned my stomach. Expensive & very poor quality food. Don’t normally leave reviews however it’s vital you see the picture.

Best Chinese in the area, wouldn’t order from anywhere else since finding this gem.

The only decent thing ordered was the duck. The rest was incredibly bland and greasy and had very evidently just been blasted in a microwave. Not awful but definitely wouldn’t go back.

Being in Feltham is the only downside...

Not a good experience at all, dont be fooled by the 4.3 stars this restaurant has. Bland, greasy food, arrived cold and even the prawn crackers were stale. Maybe its a hit or miss place, we most definately missed.

Well, unbelievable terrible dish and taste, when you try to phone back to confirm will get oral punched.

I ordered off just eat after working a 12 hour shift and to tired to go shopping , the wait was a hour and a half fought I'll have to wait. Then the order was late . Not happy. Phoned the takeaway to be told car had broken down. Now they had my phone number so could of called to let me no, but they didn't. When I received the food it was cold and was missing a item. The takeaway did get the missing item t me within minutes so I question if they really had a problem with the delivery driver which I was told. The food wasn't very nice I ordered chow mein which I really like but this one was really spicy which I wasn't expecting so put me off eating it. My fought for this takeaway is I won't be ordering anything from them again.

Best Chinese food in town. My favourite is Egg fried rise + chicken mixed veg. I'm cooking a lot but this dish makes me over the moon. Sweet and salty, crunchy veg , month watering chicken, in point made rice. No oil taste at all. Full respect to the chef as he is reaching the top! ❤️ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

prices gone up ? need to update the menu if so ...no prawn crackers on my order over £15.00 either.

Usually order from regularly, however really dissapointed with the last try.. Food tasteless and not been seasoned, salt and pepper hot wings tasted like they been brought from Iceland and a paltry serving of 4 hot wings in tin. £4.80 for 4 hot wings? You could of at least cooked them properly. Rediculous

So tried this takeaway for the 1st time today, firstly i have to say, what a lovely lady i spoke to on the phone, she took my order and was friendly and polite and patient with me as i was unsure about a few of the items i was ordering. My food was delivered by a friendly and polite driver tpo. Our food came piping hot, i thought i had ordered something wrong so i called up again and the lady at the other end explained to me politely what my meals were and how they should look and i have to say the food was lovely, the service lovely and the friendliness of the lady taking the order to the driver was just such a nice experience. I shall certainly be ordering again and highly recommend this take away

Working away so we ordered a delivery, staff were very pleasant but unfortunately the special curries were dreadful, curry sauce was congealed on top of the meat it was warm not hot the salt & pepper chips were cold sorry but it was dreadful

usually order for Beijing chef which isn't too far. However, decided a change and as this place is a 2 minute drive from my house, ordered food here reading the reviews. Sadly the food had no flavouring what so ever. No salt in my tofu and vegetables. My husband ordered a Kung Po chicken and once again it was as if the chicken was dipped in a tesco sauce without salt. I will not be ordering from here again, but i hope this review helps the takeaway shop to do better and also hope other customers / individuals read this and make an informed decision to order from there.

Would not recommend this place food really greasy chicken balls were really tough like the chicken had been sitting there for days not happy at all and just spent 65 pound there will not be ordering again

Disgusting food... made me sick and I have only eaten one mouth full... the pork ribs are soaked in sauce to hide the fact that they are old and boiled... the chow mein when questioned its quality apparently its cooked with raw noodles ( as they were really hard) and the chicken breast that they use it’s ok to be having a sandy taste and a weird smell as this is how they are cooked.. in stale oil and old ingredients... the house rice special please avoid as the chicken in it it was so old it became slimy 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮 even though it had sauce on it the way it looked it and smelled no matter how much sauce was added it didn’t hide the smell, and the rice I can’t even describe how bad it was... I had to take the matter to the food health organisation that’s how bad it was... also when I have given the food back to the restaurant they refused to give a refund.. I have talked with Siena as she was working the restaurant reception on the phone and she told me if I give the food back I will get a refund... I went to take the food back and after she took it away from me she refused to give me refund.. she took the food away and now after 3 days I still cant get a refund back from the restaurant I have to seek help from the citizen advice bureau and treading standards.... please avoid this restaurant as they are just scheming people and taking their disgusting 🤢 food back and keep the money as well.... I hope they will be closed down once the council and treading standard are doing their investigation... they should not be allowed to tread and provide food for people... Thanks God I stopped eating it before it made me really sick

Really small portions had chefs special chow mein. Nothing special and crispy beef not crispy ,very chewy.

We’re staying temporarily in Feltham and ordered several times as the food seemed really good. Last night, we ordered takeaway for four people. Three of us have had symptoms of food poisoning. I woke at 4am this morning with gastric problems and have been ill all day. I will not be ordering again. Such a shame as they were very polite and our three or four prior orders were very good 🙁

It wasn’t the crispy duck but a duck dish in Chinese style sauce only to come in an off tasting plum sauce. The sauce was a mixture of thick and watery and tasted strange. The duck meat tasted nice but the skin was revolting and should have been pan fried which would only have taken a quick minute. From my experience from other Chinese restaurants I’ve never had the skin like that and didn’t eat it. A big positive is the sweet and sour chicken balls and I’d say one of the best I’ve had. The chicken size is a good size and with the right amount of batter. The sweet and sour sauce was decent.

Been ordering from here for over 10 years, it's our favourite! Loved the food when it was panda Express, was worried about the changeover but its exactly the same quality. Cant beat the chow mein here and dim sum. Been lost without them during covid! Cant wait to order again now they're open! Oh and such lovely staff x

It was my first order this eve, delicious mixed veg with chilli. It will become my local take away, so close to home and opposite St Giles Hotel. Tables to eat in, a bonus.

We discoverd this little restaurant accros our hôtel and this is THE best chinese restaurant we ever been to the food is so good the price is very low and the girl who takes order couldn't be nicer we ate there two time and tried a little bit of everything and nothing was disappointed i really recommand it. On à découvert ce petit restaurant juste en face de notre hôtel et honnêtement c'est le meilleur chinois que l'on ai jamais mangé la nourriture est au top les prix sont très bas compte tenu de la quantité et la serveuse est la plus gentille du monde je vous le recommande vivement vous ne serez pas déçu.

Food quality is so good, it’s very tasty, good to find this take away so close to the Hotel St Gillies. Reason why for 4 stars, is that there wasn’t much meat on my chow mein.

Basically, some good, some bad. The special fried rice and chicken balls were good but the amount of sweet and sour sauce was pitiful. Every other take away will give you twice as much. The duck was fine too but what with the pancakes coming in cellophane I can't even be sure the duck itself was cooked on site or just reheated. Vegetables were a bit mushy. I think I'll try somewhere else next week time.

We were staying at the hotel across the street and the restaurant was close ms for a wedding. We stumbled across this little gem and can safely sage it was the best Chinese I have ever had. Small menu but still had a great selection. If ever staying at the hotel again will have to pop back in. We had a takeaway but you could eat in the 4 tables inside if you want too.

Fantastic takeaway. I really think that this is the best Chinese you can get in Feltham nowadays. Most of the ones that were good 10 years ago are dreadful now, but Kwai Garden serves lovely fresh hot food and every time I order a delivery the food arrives much earlier than I expect. The staff are all lovely too.

Staying in the hotel opposite and noticed this after arriving. Whilst visiting Chessington and Thorpe park we’ve mainly had pizzas of an evening but though a Chinese would be a welcome change. We walked over and placed an order which was all the same it turned out (3x chicken balls and chips). Price wise it was very similar to what we order back in Plymouth but I have to say this was by far the best we have had. All I can say is that I’m glad I don’t live closer as I don’t think I would get enough of this place. The staff were very polite as well. This is a great place if your after something delicious.

Located close to Feltham railway station and bridge is this good chinese takeaway. Good quality food and their special fried rice is very good.

Without a doubt in my mind possibly the best Chinese from a take away in London that I have ever visited. I live over 6 miles away and don't think twice about driving there for the food. The menu is balanced, fairly priced and the staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Good fried rice that is really tasty and good sized portion from this Chinese takeaway and makes you wanting more. Good value for money and fast service.

I was staying at a relatively close hotel when I called for a delivery. They were very helpful and patient as I did not have a menu and when everything arrived it was just what I ordered and everything was hot and tasty. Very happy with the restaurant and the service.

We were staying at the hotel across from Kwai Garden, after a busy day at Legoland and decided relaxing in our room with a takeaway was exactly we needed. Didn't take long to find Kwai Garden on trip advisor, surprised to see no reviews but it's location was perfect. Online their website had a menu, which was small but in my opinion perfect as sometimes you are bombarded with choices. I placed a telephone order, my partner walked across to collect shortly 10 minutes later. He said how friendly the staff were, our food was delicious. One of the nicest Chinese meals we have ever had, and for £20 feeding 5 of us was a bargain. If we are ever in the area again we shall indeed return ☺
