Disgusting slop tbh pancake roll burnt. Special chow mean pure slop chicken curry soggy chicken at least I think it was chicken..£13 worth. In the bin. Yuk

Got my order didn’t come with no prawn crackers absolutely livid with it personally when I order Chinese I would expect to have some prawn crackers come with the order really ruined the meal for me

We've gotten both take out and delivery from here a few times now and it's by far the best Chinese in the area. Outstanding food, fair prices and good service everytime!

First of all , a degree of perspective. This is a basic Chinese food takeaway, so no-one is expecting a gourmet experience. Food is good -clean tasting - decent portions - prices in line with others in the area - note, cash only. As for atmosphere, well it could be a lot cleaner and tidier - a spot of decoration would be a massive benefit. Service is chaotic during busy times - either insufficient staff in the kitchen or poor organisation leads to people waiting. Pity this detracts from the overall rating. Would be 4 stars on food alone

I gave 3 stars because the rice was clearly reheated but the rest of my food was on point

Food wasn't bad, but not fine dining. Sweet n Sour sauce was good. Satay sauce was good. Chicken "Balls" were edible, but I've had better (a bit soggy) Satay Chicken Skewers were just deep fried chicken on a stick- very lazy IMO Vegetable Spring Rolls were just "ok" Chicken in black bean sauce/green peppers was "ok", chicken was a bit rubbery, I suspect it had been deep-fried. The sauce was a little bit too thick, but acceptable. Overall 3 out of 5

Best food around. Salt and pepper chicken. Perfect. Staff wonderful. Source alway just right. Never a cold meal. Fast delivery and never got it wrong

I’m a HGV driver that eats from a lot of Chinese takeaway’s all over the country. The salt and chilli/Pepper Ribs are by far the best I’ve ever had and the Singapore chow mien is spot on too👍

Food good staff at counter mess around to much not professional

this not the 1st time i have reported this we have just ordered from hot food paradise and the order is not correct. the side orders where not delivered, it might be just a side order off chips and prawn crackers but not the point

Great value for money and turn around on time.

For the last 7 times we have ordered when it gets to us it's incorrect. After asking them to make sure all items are delivered. When you call them back you get,ok its on the next delivery but by the the rest has gone cold 🤬🤬🤬

Rude people who run this place no respect for any one

We have ordered from here a few times for collection, always quick and very tasty. However tonight we decided to get it delivered... what a mistake that was! The driver turned up with the order, short changed me and walked away. Wasn’t happy about this but was ready for our dinner so went in to dish up only to find part of the order was missing! This was the nail in the coffin so rang them up and made them aware of this situation. Young lady on the phone as lovely and got the driver to return with the missing parts to the order and the change. Was very happy with this... Then the driver arrived, he was very argumentative and defensive. Saying he had been here many times and been told to keep the change and that I myself had told him that previously, as stated above this was the first time we had had delivery so this was a complete lie! He then went onto blaming me for the short change, at this point my partner came to the door and the driver quickly changed his story to say he had been before and delivered to two males... again this has never happened! No apology, just seemed to want to argue and because of this we will NOT be returning! You do not expect to spend £30 for the delivery driver to stand arguing with you at your own front door! Very poor service!

My go to Chinese takeaway in Bedworth, never had a problem and always good service. Orders delivered usually within half an hour. Recently moved out of the delivery area and still haven't found one that matches up.

Never had a problem with the food, always good. Check your orders before you leave, tonight they missed two dishes from our order, phoned back and got the same girl who I placed the order with, only to be told I didn’t order them they’re not on the list (that she had written) overcharged a couple of pounds which I’m not bothered about but if the YOUNG kids were actually concentrating on what they were doing mistakes and overcharges wouldn’t happen, will probably be a while until I order again.

I’ve ordered various Vegan items off the menu. All have been tasty with no adverse reactions, so they are careful with cross contamination.

Ordered a curry for delivery on Saturday 29th June. Was amazingly quick to arrive and we soon realised why. My son had ordered a beef curry and more than half the meet was RAW!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Put us off and will NEVER order from them again. Rang to complain and told them I would be writing a review but they didn’t appear to be worried! AVOID!

Ermm yes !! Just finished eating my food from hot food paradise , delivery was very quick 20 mins . Food was of good quality , chips were OK , a little over done , temperature of curry ( chicken + mushroom ) was a bit below par , it was warm but not piping hot . Overall will use HFP again , but would like curry a lot hotter next time , friendly delivery driver also ...

Been using these guys now for about 3 years, greatest Chinese food in town.

Grabbed a Chinese on the way home from work, really looking forward to it to find a hair in the curry. Been here many times before, they did offer a replacement but it just put us off and we did not want to go back out to collect. Won’t be returning.

I moved to Bedworth 7 months ago. Since being in the area I’ve tried 3 Chinese takeaways. I won’t name them all. Tonight I tried paradise after driving past it on my way home from work numerous times and picking up a menu leaflet. I had set menu for 2 at £17, rang them up to order with a few changes. I had beef with g/p in bk/bn sauce, sweet n sour chicken Cantonese style, spare ribs in barbecue sauce, a large mixed rice and prawn crackers, A totally excellent meal for 2, faultless as Chinese takeaway standards go, Also cheaper than competitors round here and that’s why I ordered. Give them a whirl, I wasn’t disappointed so you shouldn’t be either. Ty for a lovely meal.

Este Chino es excelente para llevar. Me trasladé a Exhall hace 2 años y hemos estado utilizando la comida caliente Paraíso desde que nos mudamos. He probado todos los otros de la zona, pero este lugar es mucho mejor que ellos. Comida sabrosa, precios competitivos, personal muy amable y la entrega a los conductores, entrega rápida y muy complaciente si quieres algo diferente a lo que hay en el menú. No puedo recomendar este chino suficiente

Order from these every week , but tonight she told us £1.40 difference In the total order price , we only took the amount she told us on the phone. Stood arguing with her about it. Uv lost a regular £30 a week off us because of the attitude

Lovely food especially Singapore curry

After today's order, I now remember why I don't order from this take away, seriously , chips vile curry vile prawn toast dripping in fat, £35 order in the bin...don't waste your money When I rang up and complained, the lady said ' oh I'll keep an eye out on the food ' niceeeee ! Just don't waste your money....also took over an hour to arrive....
