Went in store in a hurry, cashier informed there might be a wait as they were busy, chef served me up the quickest, freshest chicken chow mein I’ve ever had within minutes. Was great, would recommend.

I've ordered from here before for delivery and it wasn't a problem yet today 2 miles is to far and they've rejected my order. I wouldn't bother ordering from them. If they can't deliver 2 miles up the road then no point having a delivery service.

Add extra cash to order food for collection.. why?? Food was better than last time I ate here, not the largest of portions however. Not by far the best in town and very difficult to park nearby.

Their website states they deliver to ‘Deal, Mongeham, Mill Hill, Walmer, Great Mongeham, Sholden, Northbourne, Little Mongeham, Ripple, Finglesham, Hacklinge, Ringwould & anywhere in between’, however live in Finglesham and when try to order told too far (1.9 miles). Their website needs updating.

Incredible food, we got a take away this evening and it was fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh and there was plenty of it too! Definitely our favourite Chinese, already looking forward to ordering again

Found the food not nice noodles had difrent bits of meat in them even that we ordered plain noodles the noodles where too stodgy like been cooked too much. Just was not experiences will not order food there again

Ordered the food when it arrived it was terrible , I had raw meat in the pancake roll which was all Soggy when it arrived , and the chicken curry looked like somebody had cook it in a red sauce ! Very inedible and very disappointed, chips undercooked !!! Won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a takeaway from here @ 18.20, phoned them back at 19.20 as good hadn't arrived, they said the food was leaving the shop then (it's kes than half a mile away) phoned back at 19.40 and told the food was actually leaving then, women on the phone was terribly rude and didn't apologise at all. Shambles of a place, avoid

Highly recommended, tasty food and ace service

Hadn't eaten here for around 3 years. However win win has been bad for me lately so thought I'd give it ago again. I was pleasantly surprised on the improvements. Food was cooked well, girl on the phone was lovely and arrived fast. Only downside is the duck wasn't shredded, but its not something that will stop me going back. Will be ordering again.

We were refused free delivery on an order for 25 quid (we are 2 miles from shop)because we're in the wrong 3 mile limit! 3 miles is 3 miles...but not if you order here. Extremely aggressive when we raised the issue so went elsewhere and got free delivery . I think their advertising material is dishonest. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal from another establishment and they were so friendly.

Not had chinese for some time but because of lockdown decided to try Yummys again. Good covid measures and the food was excellent, loved the king prawn Cantonese chow mein. Will definitely return soon

Lovely food never had a bad meal yet

I've had food deliveries from Yummy for 4 years with good service until tonight. With our usual order of over £20 we normally receive prawn crackers and fortune cookies. My disabled grandson particularily enjoys the fortune cookies. Tonight the order came without the fortune cookies When I rang I was told it was either prawn crackers or fortune cookies and I should have made my choice clear when I ordered. The leaflet that was put through my door did not say that and nor was I asked when I ordered. If I had been I would have ordered fortune cookies as neither of us eat prawn crackers. This ruined the meal for my grandson for whom the high point is opening the fortune cookies. A waste of £21.10. I won't be going here again and I'm contacting Kent Trading Standards on Monday about their misleading advertising.

Great takeaway food...on a par with our favourite restaurant in Chinatown, London!

I cannot fault the food, we have been buying from Yummies since mid-lockdown and it is delicious and is now a looked forward to treat for our 'bubble'. Food is delivered within an hour which is perfectly acceptable. I have dropped one star because our last 2 orders have been delivered incomplete. For example, our sweet and sour chicken balls were delivered with no sweet and sour sauce which was rather disappointing, but as they had been cooked to perfection they were not dry. We also for the second week in a row didn't get our prawn crackers or coke despite spending over £25. Not the end of the world but you kind of look forward to the promised extras so it is a bit of a boo when they are not fulfilled. So, lovely food delivered in a realistic time frame, but they do need to take a bit more care when packing the orders for delivery.

Ordered a takeaway last weekend thought we would try this Chinese and was pleased with the food we received albeit the food took 2 hours to be delivered. Thought we would order another takeaway so rang and ordered only to be told that they don’t deliver to Kingsdown 3.5 miles away? Even though they delivered the previous weekend? Very disappointed and won’t order food again from this restaurant will take our custom elsewhere.

Super delicious food, their meat is good quality with no fat and grizzles. Everything has a really good taste and we absolutely love it. It is a very nice treat for us.

A takeaway with good food and service. The quality of food is very good, the chicken is breast only and the beef is topside. Food is delivered on time and hot.

Sometimes the orders take a bit longer but that's mainly because there are more customers. I've been a customer for many years and it is my soul food.

Order was almost completely right except for one item which they insisted I ordered. We had to fight them to get a replacement order, the woman on the phone was extremely condescending and seemed to not be willing to provide a replacement. Was told to come to store ourselves to collect a replacement item. Terrible customer service. Top Wok or Hey Hey is the better choice.

Made an order for delivery, quite a large order, cost us over £60. Food arrived fairly quickly, however missing two items. We called straight away and they advised it will be sent right round. 30 mins later when we had finished, called them up and the two curry sauces had not left the place... it’s just sauce doesn’t need cooking simply heating. They said it was about to leave with the next order!! Wtf why should I wait for there next order to get the item I paid for. Called them back to demand the money instead of items and miraculously the sauce had already left.. just really poor service. Shame coz the lady on the telephone was very pleasant. Food was average nothing special.

First the good bit. Our delivery was guaranteed "within the hour" but arrived within 30 minutes.However the food was nothing special. We started with salt & pepper spare ribs which were OK if a bit chewy in parts. My wife had duck with Pineapple and ginger which she found a bit tasteless and I had chicken curry which was also lacking in taste. So overall, it was OK but nothing special

When I turned up I was completely shut down. They were extremely rude and made me feel stupid. They were adamant that those chunks were egg - but I can only wonder what egg they are using considering how it looked. The chef then proceeded to shove a bowl of pork in my face and asked if I thought that was the meat in my meal! Couldn't pay me enough to eat whatever that was or to buy from this company again. Awful - would never recommend.

I traveled 6 miles to try them out instead of my local in Eastry, I bought 2 special chow mein dishes, on arriving home these were nothing more than burnt noodles with onions and a couple of pieces of met which had to be searched for, my husband is a special chow mein man, he took one fork full and threw the rest into the field followed by mine, just hope the crows will like it in the morning, Totally horrible expencive plain burnt noodles, no flavouring or sauce, would not reccommend this to anyone, we ended up with jam sandwiches for dinner, thanks Yummy in Deal you ruined our day and it cost a fortune

I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with this place Over the years I’ve been going here! Fantastic food and never ever been disappointed. Even the delivery drivers are friendly, there was a lad that delivered to me the other night in a black car, next time he comes I will heavily tip him, I didn’t have cash on me last time as I paid everything online however his level of customer interaction is on point!

Have been using Yummy for years. Usual favourite is King Prawn Curry and garlic mushrooms. Generous portions and good service. My favourite Chinese takeaway by far and have used numerous other Chinese Takeaways.

I have no idea why this Chinese has got bad reviews. I have had food from here so many times it's always good quality food and fast service and Im very picky about where I get my chinese from.

First time visiting and was so pleased with the takeaway. Really good value for money, and good portions. Shredded chilli beef was very good. Will be visiting again very soon. Highly recommended.

We always use Yummy for our takeaway. Won’t consider anyone else. Orders are always correct and generous portions. My only annoyance is the 60p charge on using a card to pay.

Honestly the worst food Ive ever ordered. Dont usually dont order from here but wanted to try somewhere diffrren Wish id taken notice of the other bad reviews on here. Oddered chicken chow mein which was inedabel due to the chicken being rock hard and swimming with grease. Also ordered kung po chicken which when it turned up was something different. They also sent us different drinks to what we ordered. Tried to resolve issues with the sraff but wdre very rude and u willing to help. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered chilli ribs which were overcooked, dry and did not resemble ribs. Spring rolls were large but filled with nothing but bean sprouts, very bland. The crispy duck should read "incinerated duck", most of it was greasy and inedible. Worst Chinese I've been to.

I have had food a few times from yummy ,mixed views some good some not so good ,however tonight they surpassed themselves got an item wrong so said they would deliver in 40 mins the missing item ,we ate ours my curry was cold as was rice and then my daughter found to her horror a piece if duck in her vegetarian meal ,yes we contacted them yet again they refunded the money for cold food and vegetable dish but to serve meat to a vegetarian is unforgivable so will never use this again .

terrible food which isnt cooked fresh its all reheated rubbish and service terrible, staff rude, manager/owner doesnt care about customers. some good chineses in deal and in future we will be using hey hey or luscious for our taleaways in future, who ever reads this dont order from yummy

We decided to order a takeaway tonight from Yummy as our normal Chinese is closed on Tuesdays, I ordered Skewered King Prawn Satay simply you may think, Chicken Satay arrived instead, when calling the Chinese to complain I was told we don't do King Prawn Satay? The food took ages to arrive and it was cold when it did, very greasy too its disgusting, as a review well i don't see a minus rating here otherwise they would be getting it, please don't bother ordering from here or waste your money you will be disappointed for sure, there are some great Chinese's in deal delivering great food and this is 100% not one of them. I refuse to use this Chinese anymore as they always charge me £2 delivery even though it says free delivery on orders over £15 within 3 miles, I always order over £15 and I live 2.7 miles away and to top it off they refuse to deliver to me at the weekend. The food wasn't that special either
