Good Choice in Dover

I left a note saying I would like to swap sweet and sour sauce for curry sauce and they didn't do it. chips were cold when ordering arrived.

Food was lovely, unfortunately the way it was packed in the bag wasn't. The everyday offer meal was squashed therefore most of it was inthe bag instead of the container, so only got about half the meal.

Egg fried rice was more like egg rice. Chicken chow mein was chicken, noodles and sauce. Even though these 2 items weren't what I expected was still nice.

Overall good Chinese the mini spring rolls were amazing the chicken curry was perfect but the Sweet and Sour sauce just wasn’t it, the sauce was a pale colour and tasted strange, almost like fruit punch, this could be a diffent brand? Or just something that needs work on. Cheap cheerful and overall good Chinese I would order again.

Very very spicy food, not in a flavourful way. The prawn toast is rubbery and the chilli chips are soggy. Absolutely not worth the money.

Got the wrong order first but I called up and they cooked up my actual order and that arrived fairly quickly. Woman who deliveries was very apologetic. Didn’t bother me as these things happen. Really good food although I couldn’t eat it all 😅

Lacked taste compared to other local Chinese takeaways

Lovely food, tasted delicious. Probably the best tasting chinese takeaway in Dover. You get so much for what you pay for. We got a Set meal for 2 and its basically enough for 4 people. Will have enough for leftovers tomorrow. Definitely found our new Chinese takeaway!

From the time the the app said it was with the driver 25 minutes went by…food wasn’t wasn’t hot and barely warm. Obviously had another pick up or delivery before our meal was delivered 👎

Only chose 4 dishes and because the restaurant is close to my address I certainly think that the food should have been hotter than it was . One dish was reasonably warm but three were not hot at all . Very disappointed because the restaurant was recommended by a family member. Obviously I wasn’t the first customer on the delivery list . Will try other restaurants before I decide whether to give this one another try .

We ordered 2 x special chow means £18 the food was cold totally dry tasteless I had tummy ache after for hours, will never use this restaurant again.

Worst Singapore Vermicelli I've ever had out of about 10 different places. No greenery left the dish very red in hue. It's a colourful dish and you can't leave stuff out. I'd like a refund because I can guarantee I suffered because you ran out of ingredients.

Ordered food for collection, was ready on time but when getting home item was missing. Called the restaurant and was informed they can cook the toast and send it on to us. Tried to explain that most of the food was cold to kept being told I can eat the food without the toast and we can have toast after so I tried to explain again the temperature of the food was cold, eventually I was advised I can return all the food for a refund but by this time the food had been put on to plates and as soon as I mentioned this he advised he could not refund it then because we’d started eating it, we’d served it but not eaten it. He then proceeded to advise that the reason the food was cold is because it is cold outside and my partner collected it, so it would not have been in a bag to keep it hot, we live not even 5 minutes away from the shop and 1 item in the bag was actually still hot so don’t think this is the case at all and in the past we’ve had food from good choice, also in colder weather and still always been perfect when we got home. Sadly the quality of food from good choice has dropped drastically and the service has gone down too. Good choice was always our go to restaurant but I doubt we’ll be returning.

We always choose good choice for our Chinese. It is the best local one to us and we have no complaints. Food is great and we always end up with food left over. That is not a bad thing as it means we have dinner sorted for the next day.

Food wasn’t nice was dry and meat was very chewy

The foods warm, but not great prawn toast needed a microscope to see it. Not sure what the brown sauce was meant to be but it tasted nothing like any curry sauce I've ever tasted, fried rice had only been shown the pan not actually fried. A 3 out of 5 kinda place, a good choice, but not the best choice.

Ordered through Uber, and food was late and barely warm. On dishing up, noticed the curry had no sauce in it, just special curry mixed meats ect. So had to visit restaurant to have my curry replaced. Not the experience I was looking forward too.
