Absolutely disgraceful. 1hr 40 min wait for 2 x pizzas and a kids meal. Called TWICE to check and lied to both times being told 5 mins and on there way. Order clearly forgotten about but didn't have the decency to admit and apologise. Even the free garlic bread that it came with was burnt. Order for next days tea and you'll be fine.

Safely say excellent. I have ordered twice from here, albeit not exactly local. The food is brilliant. Not that I'm an expert, not even the top of foods I like. However, both meals were lovely. To top it off, my second order included a friend who was half Chinese and said the shredded fried beef was fantastic and quite difficult to get right. Will remain ordering from here, I think.

The receptionist / The manager got the Bad Attitude to serve . She is very Rude to the guest . Food is bad . Not allow to book a table while I saw there is a booking list in the restaurant. Her voice is loud and unwilling to ask my answer when I talk to her. Itâs very unpleasant to have this kind of dinning experience. Dirty Toilet . Not recommended to others !! Worst Restaurant Ever !!

I had the misfortune of dining at Little Ying Sang last night. First up. The service was awful, staff wandering about aimlessly, drinks order needed to be taken twice. Got the food order wrong, after main courses we were left sitting for over 30minutes ( itâs not busy so no excuse) then caught the attention of waiter cleaning next table his immediate reaction was âdo you want your bill?â No would you like to see a desert menu! Not even an offer of would you like a coffee! Next the food. We ordered the paper wrapped prawns, ( 2 portions ordered only one delivered. ( So had to wait for second) they were obviously not made fresh, the paper was like freezer burned cardboard. The order of egg fried rice was swimming in oil and had a funny taste ( burnt sesame oil). When I asked for the desert menu one was presented. Basically if it came out of a wholesaler freezer it was on the menu, I asked where the traditional Cantonese sweets like banana toffee balls, or even bananas in batter with syrup were, answer â we donât do thatâ? So on to the decor, the place is tired and drab, itâs like a throwback to the 1980âs, plastic covered mismatched dining chairs and drab brown tables. All in all the bill was ÂŁ91.00 plus a pre populated ÂŁ9.00 service charge. So nearly ÂŁ100 for a completely disappointing meal, when I was paying the bill the waiter asked if the meal was OK? I said sorry but it was at best average, the food was disappointing and the service haphazard, he shrugged his shoulders and processed the bill, no apology no please wait and discuss your concerns with a manager. My impression was this was not an unusual event. Would I go back- not a chance thereâs much better food at a better price at my local take away!!

Nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes to get one subway foot long. I called the shop after about an hour and i was told they are just waiting on driver. Had to wait another 90 minutes after this call. Really disappointed with the service. Food wasnât that great when it arrived which I assume the sandwich was made and just sat waiting to be collected.
