Subway foot long tasted horrible

The food is not fresh and not warm enough.

Food has not been delivered yet!

Ordered without cheese as I'm allergic - only to find cheese in my sandwich. Phoned, got asked to send proof. Sent photo only to be told they would give me a fresh order if I traveled to the store. I don't drive. So they refused to help and told me seek help refund from just eat

This order arrived 1.5 hours late, I told the driver to return it and refund me. I am still waiting for a refund.

there was no hash browns in the veggie delight, i ordered the substack ?

subway have improved their ingredients and recipes loads. the meatball marinara is absolutely amazing and the chipotle sauce is incredible. fast delivery, great sandwich

Was desperate for a lunch spot as nearby independents were completely rammed. Thought I would give this Subway a go as nobody was in there. Wow, it's absolutely terrible. The quality of ingredients are shocking and it's all dry and tasteless. I think Gloucester Road would rather something else take its place. Sorry for the honesty!

The food wasn’t what I asked for at all I sent a message to the chef and my sandwich wasn’t what I asked for.

Ordered on Uber eats simple order just nachos and a 6 inch BMT. Nachos were wet and had no cheese at all and all the tomato sauce was shoved into one corner. These went straight in the bin. For my sub I just received the meat and bread! I did not get the salad sauce or cheese I ordered and the bread was hard. So for £13 I ate nothing from my order. Only good part was the driver but he was from Uber eats! Never getting a subway takeaway again.

The food tasted a little bit dodgy and I'm 99% sure I got food poisoning after eating here. I wouldn't recommend going here, my bowels wouldn't either...

Nothing wrong with the food, that turned up. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to read things on the screen and put them in a bag

Just Eat should be making sure the restaurants have the full order before leaving .

It seems like if you have more than one or two things on an order, it doesn't get delivered! I spent nearly £30 and only got half of my order which is ridiculous and as it is through Just Eat, the restaurant can't do anything about it!

The vegan steak tasted like rubber, cookie was hard as rock

The deliver driver I just had was absolutely vile to me telling me I got to come to him said he wasn’t coming into my home and spoke to me in such a nasty vile manner the RUDEST a delivery driver I’ve ever had needs to be sacked vile human being

I did not receive my full order. The missing items were the Double Chocolate Cookie and the Cheesy Garlic Slice. I'd like a refund for both of these items please. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address, and if I hadn't walked outside my front door as he was leaving he would have not realised his mistake. He apologised however which I'm grateful for.

The gentleman in here is very polite and provides a very good service. The sandwiches and products are all to a high standard.

The owner of the store is a brilliant guy. Excellent customer service.

Pigs in blankets were just a pot of bare cocktail sausages with a couple bits of bacon thrown on top of them. Meatballs were dry and tasteless. Wrong crisps delivered (guessing they'd run out of ordered crisps).

My food was cold and the cheese was not melted as it was supposed to be. I was not happy with the food quality.

Good sandwich.but the vegan cheese was covered in jalapenos. And I also ended up with a foot long when I asked for a 6inch

Failed to deliver a milkshake that was ordered and paid for.

Really tasty, and gave me an extra cookie because they had ran out of the type of crisp i ordered which they didnt have to do. Overall great experience

Servers should be mindful to change their gloves more often. After we had ordered, I asked for a cup of tea and the guy picked up a tea bag put it my cup with the same gloves he was using for sandwiches

Both items weren't what I ordered when they arrived. Instead of compensating me the worker on the phone offered me a drink and a cookie even though my £17 order was incorrect......avoid

I visit subway every Tuesday after work and have been doing so for the last 8 years. The owner, Raj is a top bloke and over the years has become a good friend. I’ve never had a complaint about the food and the restaurant is always very clean.

Ordered the festive Brie special but it had only two or three really thin slices of Brie in it. So stingy, won’t order it again. Delivered quickly though.

I ordered 3 rainbow cookies and only got 1. I also asked for bbq sauce on my sub and it arrived without.

There was a fly in my food. No refund offered

The order was Meatless (vegan meatballs) and I received Meatballs with meat. Big mistake. Unforgivable.

Terrible restaurant misread my order and filled my sandwich with peppers which I'm allergic too, and having already bitten into it I'm fuming , I asked for peppercorns , train your staff to read an order or they shouldn't be working in food prep

Food fine when it got here. Not exactly what I ordered and I'm missing a few items. But hey atleast not hungry any more.

Everything I ordered and delivered on time - my only niggle is that I personally always find the cookies to be very greasy but the sub was perfect

Missing an item (crisps) and the wrap was warm on the outsides and cold in the middle

Delivery was great. There was no kids activity, which disappointed the kids. The cheese melts was mainly bread, virtually no cheese.

Finally a subway that delivered what I ordered... I think the trick is not to order any extras

Garlic bread. Stone cold and more cheese than garlic ( how do you mess up garlic bread?! Seriously) Meatless meatballs. Tasted like cat litter covered in ketchup. Good lord, its 2021, there's no excuse for this!

Third time I've had this particular order ; and everytime ,,good ; however this time the person delivering rang the doorbell-left the food on the floor outside the door and scarpered !! Charming !? I will cease to use them again if they insist on employing such a charmier !!

Had to use just eat chat to get the food sent again. And the delivery driver could t speak any English and parked at the end of my street unsure of how to look for an address for 10 mins before getting off moped.
