Always nice food and always read my note for no mushrooms or prawns ect

Food and delivery was good but the food was bland. We could not taste anything at all! I was hoping we could taste what oriental was like but i am afraid its not. I wish we have salt and pepper on our room to make taste but i am lazy to back down to reception.

Chips not cooked bad services

Chips were yesterday’s chips and lots of bits instead of chips and a funny colour and cold . sauce tub broke so leaking , chicken balls not crispy , soggy . Really poor.

Unfortunately delivery chap delivered food for wrong property(not ours). Called restaurant and the had it resolved asap. Used them since I lived local and quality and service remains the same. Would recommend

Food normally amazing but today absolutely disgusting chips undercooked and greasy fish cake under cooked and greasy same with sausage only things edible was curry sauce and rice if this is the standard I won’t be back which is a shame as before it’s incredible

The food we had was good but not exactly what I ordered. I wanted and paid for special fried rice and special chow mein with barbecue sauce but there was none.A small detail I know but I do love the sauce and is one of the reasons we chose Yummys.

very disappointed tonight good was awful. batter inside was stodgy and under cooked and the chips were rock hard it went in the bin after waiting over a hr for it

Food was cold the chips were like rubber the chicken fried rice wasn't nice at all the curry sauce was a bear minimum poured on top and not in a tub won't be ordering again as it was very poor

2nd time of ordering here and it was as good as the 1st, food was still hot friendly driver 10/10 from me again will definitely be ordering again

The restaurant advertised 25-35 mins for delivery which was the initial appeal for choosing this restaurant, which then went to 40-60 mins upon placing the order. The delivery was then 20 minutes later than the later delivery estimate, with no apology from the restaurant when I called up for an update. Further to this, the 'add curry sauce' option for the chicken fried rice added a layer so minimal, it may not have been there at all. So 3*s for late, dry chicken fried rice doesn't seem that bad.

1st time ordering from here and it was spot on food arrived a little early still hot and tasted delicious would definitely order from here again 10/10 from me

Chips taste like afternoon chips

food turned up about half an hour late if it wasn’t i would give 10/10 my biggest gripe with a lot of restaurants is they don’t give realistic delivery times which is why i only pay in cash if their to late i turn them away & don’t pay them

Food was very late, waited over an hour with no update. Only got an update when I called the restaurant and asked where my food is, it was great food but not worth the wait as I purposely picked this restaurant as it said it could be delivered in 35 minutes

Ordered food for delivery, delivery time originally said 19.10pm, rang up at 19.30pm to be told my food is there waiting on the side for a delivery driver. Chips tasted like they were warmed back up in a microwave, chicken balls were that soggy I was debating if it was raining outside, egg fried rice with curry sauce was cold and looked like it came out of a uncle Ben's microwave packet, will never order from here again, and if you have any taste buds I suggest you don't either

Just waited a hour and half for food and they forget my pancake rolls.

Food was really nice but chips & pancake rolls were really greasy & unable to eat them. The 15 min lateness was ok as it was rush hour traffic but apart from the chips & pancake rolls the rest was lovely.

My mate Mike is a regular customer and highly recommended YO. He wasn’t wrong, it was delicious.

All good, food was nice, and delivery took around 1h, but as advertised, so I can't complain. Just some feedback for this and all chinese restaurants: please stop doing huge pancakes full of just bean sprouts and bring back the classic proper spring rolls with a fill of mixed vegetables. Please!

Regular customer... normally don't have a problem... but placed order online via just-eat... food came hot no problem there but missing 1 item... called them up asked if they can resend the missing item... person on the phone thought I wanted them to resend the order plus refund the money so after 5 minutes of arguing with them they resent the missing item... came quickly however the driver BLAMED me for the mistake as it wasn't my usual order... I informed him that its not MY responsibility to make sure the customer gets the correct order and maybe they should have checked the order before sending out for delivery.... and I told him I will NOT be ordering from them again.... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😢

Only ordered egg fried rice so maybe other stuff better, but honestly it was the worst egg fried rice ever. Im not fussy at all but was an insult to serve this

Been using them for years and never had a bad thing to say but the fact we couldn't eat the food last night as it was so bad is terrible. It was so stodgy and tastless was the most disgusting thing ever like it had been left in the tubs all night and slightly warmed or something its really put me off ordering again.

This food was delivered on time but it gave all of us food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea, etc. I will not use this restaurant ever again and suggest others do the same!

The Chinese food was nice. The chips however were terrible! They tasted like perhaps they’d been reheated. They were so dry and inedible.

Chicken curry and boiled rice. It was very nice, lot's of chicken and onions, i would have liked more peas but enjoyed it very much.

I normally order from here and have never had a problem, but tonight it was disgusting. The chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked multiple times. The curry was tasteless. Items were missing. Really disappointed. Most of it went in the bin. Will not be ordering again.

Spring roll tasted funny and smelt funny.

The annoying part was that prawn crackers were meant to be free and said it wouldn’t deduct automatically but didn’t. Wouldn’t have ordered them plus they were £2.80 which is a lot for prawn crackers

mains were large but average, chips were a joke this needs corrected for customers that spend £60 + per week..

I ordered fried rice with chicken and pork, veg fried rice, spare ribs and bag of chips. This was just short of £30! Think the prices are awful for 4 items!

All the food was dry and over cooked

Absolutely discusting the curry fell out of the container like a big blob of jelly never again as this is not the first time this has happened.
