We were served by Ray, he was lovely. We were indecisive about what to order so he suggested to make the order for us, he asked if we had any allergies or dislikes before doing this. The food order he made for us was perfect, we loved every dish. We will defiantly we coming back in the future

Excellent food & service despite being very busy. Food was hot & very tasty. Parking a bit awkward but managed to move car before carpark shut. Will return again.

Food was good. But the guy in the white shirt probably manager shouting and swearing very loudly whole restaurant heard it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Yao and his teammates were all brilliant, they made my mum’s birthday a very special one, thank you Yao and the whole Dragon’s delicacy team for it.

I have only ordered through deliveroo but this is my favourite Chinese ever My only negative is that I can't order broccoli in oyster sauce for that I have to order through the vegetarian version of this restaurant

Went here as a group of 17 for my dad's birthday meal. Food was great and our host Shu Ying was very welcoming, polite and efficient :)

Food quality is good and tastes good

It was our anniversary last night but after a stressful work day we didn’t want to go out to eat. So we phoned in a collection order with Dragon’s Delicacy. We were blown away with the quality and quantity of the food, the roasted meats especially were outstanding! They even gave us some lovely egg tarts as a congratulations on our special day - what a lovely touch, it really put a smile on my face. We will definitely be eating in next time - can’t wait to have those roast meats again, outstanding!

I visited this Restaurant once a month the food & service his perfect & the assistant manager Mr Lee Yao always friendly & happy to help.

They dealt very well with a large party of 20 and they managed to serve all of us, tasty, piping hot, delicious dishes. Shu Ying was patient, helpful and very efficient. She looked after our group really well and ensured we had everything we needed.

The food here is delicious, and the staff term is incredibly friendly. Especially wing, Jin, shuyin FeiFei are also very accommodating, allowing adjustments to the dishes based on personal preferences. Highly recommend!

After 3 hrs of driving from London, checked into hotel and straight to Dragon Delicacy, this evening was our 2nd time dining here, we absolutely loved the 1st meal we had last week. We have been to quite a few Chinese restaurants over the years but never been to one where we have enjoyed ourselves as much as we have in this place. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented, the ambience is especially great because Wing and Ray bring the restaurant alive with their charm and quick humour. Not only did we have a good meal, they both entertained us with their banters. We ordered aubergine cooked with pork and spicy sauce, my 11yr old ordered this dish because he enjoyed it so much when we came last weekend, may I add not many kids like greens but he likes this dish very much. The salt baked chicken was delicious, tender and succulent, loved this dish. We had roast duck and pork, can’t complain about this dish and tastes just like at four seasons in London Chinatown. Seafood fried noodle was also delicious, as was salt and pepper squid. What makes this restaurant my number one place to go to when I am in Bristol is the service from Wing & Ray and the food. We had a lovely meal and a lot of laughter. Thank you for a brilliant evening, you have made my boy very happy, see you soon.

The food was, in general, average but authentic. My shredded duck noodles contained lumps of gristle and skin and was not shredded at all and was very greasy. The atmosphere is very impersonal. Drinks are extremely expensive. The restaurant is on the first floor. There is a lift making it accessible.

For an authentic Chinese food experience, a must to visit. Excellent service, excellent food.

We asked our excellent waiter, Ray, to select some food for us and we were not disappointed. The Peking duck was top-notch, and the dim-sum were the best my children have ever had. We will definitely be going back for more.

This is probably the best authentic Chinese restaurant to go to in Bristol, certainly the only one that still has tablecloths which is a good indication that's it's going for class! Altogether as good as any Chinese restaurant - perfectly good dim sum, free parking, and Chinese supermarket below; nothing to moan about.

What a fabulous experience! We celebrated my sisters birthday here last night and it's was incredible. The service, the staff, the delicious array of food and above all, the hospitality. I'd highly recommend it for a big group dinner as the spinning Susan on our table made the food experience that much more entertaining. Wing and Ray were EXCELLENT hosts, very accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

The best Chinese food in the SW, or at least it is the best I have found since moving here 19 years ago.. Very friendly service. It was a little quiet (surprisingly) the evening we went, but we were there a little late. I can't wait to go back.

Exceptional service by Wing and his team at Dragons Delicacy. He provided great advice on menus and phenomenal service on the day. Wing accommodated allergies for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free and altered some dishes where possible. My entire family were taken care of and everyone went away full. Venue had ample parking and disabled access for older members of the family. I can't recommend Dragons Delicacy enough they made a special day even more special with amazing food and fantastic service!

Dim sum so good we once even came here straight from the airport after a holiday to Hong Kong!! Wing is a superstar, always welcoming, so friendly and always with a smile - we’re so lucky to have this level of dim sum in Bristol.

My wife and I have lived and extensively travelled in Asia including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand Brunei and Japan for the past 22 years, I’d like to think we are not ignorant and well tuned in to the food of the region. I shop regularly at the Eastgate Centre, Wai Yee Hong. We decide to take some guest with us who love Dim Sim and agreed to go for lunch. The waiter was brash, overbearing and treated us pretty damn badly. He asked my guest if he (the waiter) should order food for them, my guest said yes. However, I had no intention of this and continued to look at my menu, he asked me why I didn’t trust him, and forcibly shut my menu, I was shocked and embarrassed, my guest was embarrassed also, so much that it cased quite a pause in our conversation. My guest came for dim sum, the got very little dim sum and received loads of food that we didn’t want. My guest was noticeably coy and embarrassed about the whole situation. The waiter continued to ask me why I didn’t trust him and if I didn’t like it, there was the door. I definitely will not be going back to that restaurant, I don’t appreciate being racially profiled just because I am a white person in a Chinese Restaurant.

The service might be variable to put it politely, although this has improved recently, and the room might be a nondescript conference venue type thing, but the food is the reason we keep going back. Dim sum is the best in the area, and the char kway teow is the best this side of Penang, all in all it's very good.

Came here with family to celebrate my mum’s 59th and we really enjoyed our time from start to finish. The food was delicious and we were served by Shuying ( Table 503) she was really lovely and catered well to my nut allergy and also for the ‘surprise cake’ I brought in for my mum - Happy Birthday song came on and everyone joined in! We will definitely make the journey to come here again, my mum is looking forward to her next visit! Thank you Shuying and the lovely team at Dragon’s Delicacy :)

Food was fine, but bit expensive, could have priced fairly. But they really need to maintain the cleanliness, that could be a point to improve.

Massive restaurant. It can get busy on the weekends but the staff usually make sure to get you a table instead of turning you away which is nice. I really recommend their roast meats...roast duck, crispy pork belly and char siu with rice. or just get them on their own! Their crispy salt and pepper ribs are sooo addictive aswell! Overall, we really enjoy this place and always consider this restaurant when we went Chinese food.

This place never disappoints, the food quality and flavour is always consistent and there is so much to choose from, our personal favourites are the trio of roasted meats, the duck in particular is exceptional, the skin is always so crisp and the fact it’s cooked on the bone makes the flavour next level, some people are weird about it being on the bone but it’s honestly the best way to have it, then there’s the pork puff pastry, the pastry is the most amazing thing I’ve ever had on anything like this, it’s so flaky and buttery and lastly the steamed beef balls, they’re super juicy and full of flavour but it’s all great, these are just a few of the things we always make sure to get I noticed some have complained about the dishes not all coming at the same time, it’s very common that in Asian food establishments when food is ready its sent out as this is a cultural thing, so when it’s done its done and not left to sit under heat lamps, it’s also a good sign the food is hot and fresh, we love this as we usually order enough for a family of 5 when there’s only normally 2 of us so just when you think you’ve finished something else comes out which is a happy surprise The prices are very reasonable, the dishes are comprised of good quality ingredients so it’s worth every penny, also the service is always great, the staff are very attentive and friendly, me met a new waiter today, Ray, he introduced us to some new things to try and we’ll be having it again when we’re back, so thank you for that I highly recommend dragons delicacy to anyone who wants to try real good fresh food

After looking at some of the reviews, we had high expectations but was hugely let down. The dim sum was maybe the worse we ever had. I'm not exaggerating. The croquet came out cold, the prawn dumplings were over fried, the chive dumplings was lacking in flavour and not fresh, the tripe was bland and way too chewy and the duck and roast pork rice was definitely not fresh. I'm not sure if it because we came in the early evening that the dim sum is not fresh…as typically they’re eaten for lunch but still, to serve these to paying customers is shameful. During that evening, the restaurant wasn't even busy. Probably like only three to four tables, including ourselves and even then, the wait for our food was unbelievable. Each dish came out at drastically different times. By the time we finished the previous dish, the new would come out. It felt like a blimmin tasting menu. We have no problem with dishes coming out one at a time as its typical in a Chinese restaurant to ensure that the food is fresh but as previously stated, it was definitely not. The place is also in need of a deep cleaning. The utensils and bowls were fine but the overall restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned, organised and maybe updated. Everything is just old and somewhat tacky. The price of some of these dishes were ridiculous. £20 for noodles is a right joke. The only positive comment I can say is that the female waitress serving us was quite good. She bought us the chilli oil when asked, refilled our tea and gave us whatever was missing from our table when asked. Overall, wouldn't come back again. We’ll stick to the dim sum in Birmingham and Glouchester which are far more superior and reasonably priced.

Dim sums were good and there was free parking before doing the Chinese supermarket afterwards. Unfortunately, they're under staff so had to wait longer to get notice and serve.

Easily one of the best dimsum place in the UK!! Highly recommend the stir fry radish cake and the crispy noodles with gravy. Great service and perfect place for family/big groups.

A large group of us attended for a birthday celebration and every single aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. Every member of staff was friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. Communication regarding our mountain of an order was perfect, no mistakes were made. The food was incredible, cooked to perfection. Every single ingredient was of notable quality, yet they still maintain an incredibly broad menu. Overall - I cannot stress enough just how much I enjoyed our experience. I’ve heard many good things about the restaurant and it did not disappoint.

I go to Dragons Delicacy quite often. Whether it just be two of us or a party of 20! Wing and the team are very accommodating, welcoming, friendly. Always going above and beyond and Wing has a great way with people. It is always an enjoyable experience, leaving us wanting to come back to the restaurant. The menu is great, sooooo many options and great to explore dishes I've never tried before. I highly recommend.

I seriously recommend the Char Kuey Teow, it's the most authentic tasting I've ever had here, and it reminds me so much of home!!

Delicious authentic dim sum, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us with our 4 children (they immediately provided us with two high chairs for our twins). The food was served hot and very fast service. Highly recommend the har gow, char sui bao, cheong fun and the lo bak go! We also tried two of their congee, the sea bass and the other pork and century egg. Both delicious and would buy again.

They serve hot and delicious dim sums with good service. Waitress are cheerful and willing to help to bring the sauce of each dish.

This is my favourite restaurant in Bristol when I visit the U.K. well worth the visit ! my particular favourite dishes are the crispy duck , and king prawn dim sum delicious! To die for! Very friendly professional service you won’t be disappointed with this choice of restaurant! Enjoy !

So glad we followed our plan! The food was absolutely delicious. I didn’t take any nice foodie photos as everything we’ve ordered was so fresh and tasty… Managed to get one photo in. See all the empty plates and bowls? Yes, proof of how tasty our meals were. True authentic Cantonese cuisine. Transported us back to living in Hong Kong. If you are looking for British style Chinese takeaway food, this is not the right place for you. If you want very authentic, delicious and fresh Cantonese cuisine as good as you will find in Hong Kong at a reasonable price, then this place is for you. The staff are super friendly And very accommodating. Every dish blew our socks off. We are definitely returning here!!

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The main dish was pretty much twice the price of most other places, but the price was not matched by quality. I shared two starters and a main dish and I found the starters really tasteless and ordinary. The main dish was better but still nowhere near as good as another Chinese restaurant not far away. I expected it all to be far more tasty at the prices. Lacklustre and not great taste. Unusually bland

I rang to ask a question and they were absolutely rude n made funny noises n put the phone down I don’t know if they thought I was a prank caller but they were terrible and ill never order from there again what ever uck u get is full of bones I highly do not recommend it, the staff are horrible and I’ve found and better and cheaper place then them now, absolutely a disgrace

Very tasty food but the place is so dirty and in need of a major refurbishment. The tablecloths were old and sticky. The carpeted floor was so so gross (why carpets in a restaurant ????). The bathroom bin looked like it could grow mushroom used in the dishes…

I am very delighted to have received exceptional quality of care and excellent customer service from Mr Lee Soon Yao and his colleagues. I was totally satisfied with the ambience of the restaurant, the quality of the food served, the passionate and positive body languages demonstrated by each member of staff especially when attending to me (a warm welcome with a smile, during taking the orders and serving). Mr Lee Soon Yao ensured that the orders were taken and served accurately. Also, politely and tactfully interrupted me during the meal, to find out if 'everything was okay, and if there was any other requirement?' Fantastic! Thank you. Well done. An attractive and reasonably priced menu. Excellent housekeeping of the entire areas including entrance to the restaurant, reception area, dining room, the kitchen and toilets. Professionally attired and experienced team members. Suitable to host family dinners, accommodate children and definitely an ideal place for occasions such as banquets, weddings, parties, celebrations, etc. Spacious, free car parking is available with closed circuit tv/alarm and security cameras. The Dragons Delicacy Restaurant is situated in a very good and safe location, close to many amenities; including the East-gate Shopping Mall, Ikea, The M32 and the former home of the Bristol Rovers Football Club. Delicious food. We ordered Minced Pork with Aubergine (鱼香茄子) and Double Cooked Pork (回锅肉). Highly recommend these dishes for tasty authentic food. The service was impressively fast, as the food was brought out minutes after ordering.

A pretty HK style Chinese restaurant. Decoration is a bit old school. For those who likes the traditional vintage style. It’s nice. It’s above a Chinese Supermarket where Incase after the meal u wanna cook, u can get whatever u need downstairs. People a nice, spacious, service was good. Food, I only order dim sum and a traditional fried beef noodle. The noodle texture is ok with beef cooked to a bit old. The taste was good. The Dim sum, surprisingly the HarGao (Shrimp Dumplings) was very good. Most of the dim sum a nice and good, only 1 or 2 type is below standard. In general, nice place to visit if u a local and in town. It’s Chinese real taste vs Chi Resturant cooked for western style.

The prices are high and doesn't provide good value for money. Also, the roast pork dish that I ordered on several occasions was inconsistent in the quality, with some days full of fat and other days OK.
