Harworth Express in Bassetlaw

Absolutely disgraceful. 1hr 40 min wait for 2 x pizzas and a kids meal. Called TWICE to check and lied to both times being told 5 mins and on there way. Order clearly forgotten about but didn't have the decency to admit and apologise. Even the free garlic bread that it came with was burnt. Order for next days tea and you'll be fine.

Always undercooked donner meat. Always have upset stomach the morning after. Chilli sauce no flavour. Chips usually burnt or hardly any potatoe inside. Don't bother with anything else from there, go variety island everytime now, for freshness and flavour .

Was ok but was cold when we finally got the delivery i think the driver is getting too many orders to take out on busy days

we order food quite regularly here but the other day i ordered a burger and found pebbles and gravel in it after i threw up. i was not impressed and won’t be going here anymore.

Was a great place until recently. Waited 70mins for 2x burger n chips and the chips were rock hard. Won't be using again.

Oh my word! After a horrendous experience with Jaishus last night this was such a relief. I’ve ordered from here lots of times and I think it’s the best pizza around here. Sooooo tasty. Delivery on time. Friendly delivery man. Occasionally don’t send sliced chips when I’ve asked for them (as they did tonight) but better than having something missing. Credit where credits due 5* food tonight again. Thankyou. One happy family here. Will definitely be back.

After waiting 2 hours for our delivery last night, to ring them and be told it was not even cooked yet due to being so busy was dissapointing to say the least and so we cancelled our order. We love the food here and they are lovely people but it has totally put me off returning. Such a shame that they have let their selves down

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered my food and it arrived 1 hour 35 minutes later. There was no garlic Mayo on my kebab like stated. On the pizza we ordered we paid for two extra toppings they wasn’t on the pizza . Paid £2 delivery for it to come 40minutes after there said time. Everytime we order there seems to be an issue when you ring and express your problems they get arsey and don’t attend to things correctly. Possibly understaffed? We’ve ordered from here for years but since it’s changed hands the service has gone down hill

Absolutley by far the best burgers ive ever had and ive had burgers in america and back home in australia and here trumps them all! I dont order anywhere else. Always friendly and polite to customers, never had an issue. Would strongly recommend....... 5stars

Outstanding offers and deals awesome customer service

We have used this pizza place regularly and always recommend them to our customers, friends and family but we recently made an order and it didnt arrived. One hour later and Nobody answered the phone or at least bothered to contact us. The shop closed and we still had no contact or food. Loyalty goes a long way and unfortunately we definitely will not be ordering from here again. We would rather take our custom elsewhere. Very Disappointed

Ordered a meal including free garlic bread to be offered a bottle of pop upon delivery. After having to ask for the garlic bread..Told them it should be garlic bread for the driver to go off with a attitude. As this was not on my order.... called the shop to be told they cant do garlic bread which is in the offer that they clearly advertise daily and have used this for yrs. When I asked why I didn't get the garlic bread told they don't have any dough to make it but I can still order a pizza...... hmmm I didn't know that garlic bread was made from different dough to a pizza..... hello variety island. Nice loss of a weekly customer of well over a yr 🖕🖕🖕 ooo and by the way never returned with the bottle of pop either...... what a RIP off

order here most nights as its easy after working long shifts always hot always great tasting and always really quick ladys on phone are really friendly and so are the drivers great place

We use Harworth express fairly regularly. Tonight our food was cold (i think the driver couldn't find us as have never had an issue before) so I called and explained and they re-did us fresh food and I believe it was one of the owners who delivered to us and couldn't apologise anymore to us. He even said we could keep the cold food as it was no use to him but we had no use for it (except the pizza at which he said we could reheat) usually something like this would put me off ordering but I'll definitely still order from here.

Tried to order tonight but was told they were too busy to place an order for our family. Last week was ok but different story this week. Back to tickhill grill we go. Good job I prefer them will just to order early than normal...... 9 scrooby close

Ordered the large chicken box at £7. Chicken was formed chicken but tasty, the salad was pretty much 2 copped onions with a ting bit of carrot and cabbage. Not that great value but more traditional pizzas and burgers seemed popular and cheap. They are cash only which itself is a warning sign for tax. Come on its 2018 not 1999 get a chip n pin.

Never will order from here again. Waited 40 minutes and still no arrival. Never got the takeaway. Absolutely rubbish takeaway will stick to variety island in future. The takeaway never turned up. The drivers is also useless. Never ever ever ever ever again. Please people don't waste your time. Cause seriously they waste your time literally.

pizza was okay, paid £2 for stuffed crust and it wasn’t worth it! cheese tasted weird. chips were good, rather they asked if i wanted the salt on though. best thing about it was the garlic mayo! staff are pleasant enough but can’t fault collection time.

Food was lovely. However second time I've ordered 'fanta' and been sent tango. Need to change their listing because they clearly don't sell Fanta.

Awful service. Rang the restaurant 7 times before we got an answer, they also ended the phone call because they couldn't understand us

swapped from our regular for a change and it was a mistake... 45 minutes late and had to chase, when it turned up food was cold. and drinks was completely different from what we ordered. no apology from driver. don't think they saw our order until we chased after 30 minutes of it being late. very disappointed.

On the first occasion I arrived early for my collection and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes which was fine, 10 minutes after our collection time the order was not ready we had to ask twice when it would be ready to be told soon or not long. When we asked asked the order had been sat on the side for 5 minutes and they hadn't given it to us. The second time I received a text saying my order was ready then was called within 3 minutes, I said we were on the way and arrived to be told it wasn't ready and had to wait another 5 minutes. I don't mind it being slightly late on a busy weekend but being told to come and collect my order twice to then be told to wait is just ridiculous.

I requested my food to be delivered at 7pm it came at around 5.30pm so I was a bit unhappy about that as I wasn't ready for my food so didn't enjoy it as much. The garlic bread was slightly burnt on top and tasted awful, I usually love this garlic bread and tonight if totally let me down.

Most of the food was ok... ordered a mixed kebab which came in a pizza box and consisted of doner and chicken kebab meat on a garlic bread!? No pitta bread or wrap! Was 45 mins late so a little cool too

It was absolutely vile. The lamb was completely inedible. The chicken was was over cooked and the donner meat was very slimy and greasy. The 'chilli sauce' was questionable and the garlic sauce interesting!!! But the salad was nice. The cucumber was the best bit!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived 1 and a half hours after order was placed. This was for 1 single kebab and a can of coke. The kebab was cold and the coke warm. Delivery drive did apologise for the delay.
