First take away from here in a very long time. Service was great from start to finish. Food was delicious. Great to see it being run by a local Mum too.

Food was average, but wouldn’t personally buy their chicken curry again as it tasted sweet and their chips were soggy, noddles were good but wouldn’t be paying nearly £30 pound again for it

I tried this restaurant for take away for the first time I don’t normally try different restaurants when I’ve found a good one But I tried something different I had beef curry and ordered beef chow main and sweet and sour chicken balls Beef in part chewy not very nice and chicken balls wasn’t crispy they were soft and bland at best I personally won’t be using this restaurant again I’ll stick with my usual The regency P/B

We wish we found this place sooner! After searching around north London for the best Chinese, this is definitely it! The lady on the phone is so lovely and helpful and the food is amazing and authentic! Thanks so much! Drake house x

Don't order from this restaurant. They are a fraud. There're telephone number is not recognised when reied to track my order which never arrived. Beware!

So grateful to have China Style as a local takeaway, their food is fantastic. The meat is always tender, juice and fresh. Their sauces are not oily / greasy. Their food is consistently very very good.

We ALWAYS get our Chinese takeout from here. The kids love it and they very rarely get our orders wrong. Food is delicious with generous portions and good value for money.

I love the food from here. Been ordering from them for years. Their crispy chilli beef is lush, and it actually IS quite crispy. At some places the chilli beef can be soggy. Not here. Only negative thing I can say about their food is that their sweet and sour chicken balls are no longer 'ball' shaped and are a bit chewy. They obviously use flat, thickly sliced chicken pieces now instead of chunks and they're more chewy than they used to be. The Chinese beef curry is tasty, but could do with a few more slices of beef and less onion, but it's nice apart from that. They never get the order wrong either unlike other takeaway places round here.

Placed an online order for delivery at 6.10 on a Thursday evening, was given a window of 75-90 minutes on delivery. Heard absolutely nothing from the restaurant for two hours and repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail. Eventually headed down to the restaurant after 2 hours and 20ins of waiting to be told that for wasnt even cooked yet and preceded to wait another 20 min in the store. Poor service in general and no communication.

Very unpleasant staff drinks got delivered and when arrived I opened the bag and the two cans had exploded in the bag when I called them on the phone they wouldn't send me another two cans. Chicken in the curry was uncooked. I had a very bad experience if you want a virus or desise that's where to go with there uncooked chicken.

They delivered my food cans of coke had exploded in the bag on delivery I called them and told them to bring some more coke and the answer is no. Chicken curry the chicken was uncooked extremely waste of money as it went in the bin.

Don’t waste your money!! Absolutely shocking customer service!! Do not give these people your money! I ordered online which was the only way I could pay via card. The online menu was more expensive than the usual menu which didn’t make sense? I accidentally Clicked collection the restaurant called me to say that my food was sitting waiting and explained I wanted delivery. The guy on the other end of the phone told me he can’t deliver it he has no driver so I asked how he was delivering for other customers? He then told me he could deliver but at an extra cost, I explained that his menus state that free delivery over £15 so why the extra cost? I was happy to wait until the driver was free as it was my mistake. He then hung up on me!!! Telling me he was really busy!! I called back to say what about my money and he told me he can’t give it back because it all goes to another company online?? I was obviously irate at this point and could not believe he hung up the phone on me he then decided to tell me his driver miraculously turned up and can now deliver and he will pay the charge!! For someone who couldn’t go out and someone that has a small child at home for this customer service it’s disgusting!! This restaurant will not get a single penny more of my money and I will be writing to the online company to get my money back.

Twice I’ve ordered a delivery, over £80 and they said 1.5hours, first time was three hours late. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt so ordered again, 2 hours in still no delivery. We rang only to be told it would be another 40 minutes! Disgusting to Tracey customers in this way. I will never use them again

use this takeaway often the lady used to be on the front desk really nice and helpful now the man on the front desk is rude and argumentative our orders have been wrong and we have had to return to prove it as he is so rude shame as the food is good

We ordered on line got 2 email say order received and started after 45min gave up and went to see what was happening. When my son arrived they had not checked online so not even started. After another half hour got the food home to find very cold chip, no pancake rolls and bean sprout dish had no bean sprout. The hot beef my son said was flavourless. The noddles taste of power. We try to ring and complain; but phone busy.Don'twasted your money on expensive Chinese

The best Chinese takeaway I have had in 10 years in London.... hands down. Friendly staff, good delivery driver, coke got lost in the bag but he brought it straight back again. .poor lad lol... anyway... awesome. 5 stars only because there isn't any more to give. ;) will order again in a few days. Waited over an hour for food to arrive. Rang but was just told they deliver to more than one house at a time, which I knew. Delivery man was rude and literally just shoved the bag at me. Food wast great. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Very poor, small potions and £3.00 for 1.5 litre of Diet Coke yet when it turns up it’s only 1.25 litres. I would say comes tops of the worst Chinese in Potters Bar. After complaining I received no comment.

Best one in town, and I have tried all of them. Best won ton soup locally. Friendly customer service unlike other Chinese restaurants in potters Bar generally the others are very rude. But it's not cheaper all the Chinese are expensive.

This is rated 1 star purely for the shoddy service and more or less being accused of lying. I placed an order (total £40) with Just Eat at around 5.30pm on a saturday eve. I am a bit of a novice on Just Eat so when I received no confirmation from them as to the eta, I called the restaurant and spoke to the lady. I recognised the lady's voice as I am a regular customer and she has always been very pleasant. My exact words to her was that I had placed an order on Just Eat and I haven't received a time of delivery. She said she had just received the order and it was being cooked and I will receive it within one hour. I said that was good and I will see them soon. The food arrived and just as we started eating, I had a knock on the door. It was the same delivery driver with another order. I was as confused as he was; I sent him away as I told him that we had our order already. I went back to my food and again the door knocked - I went to answer it again, it was the same driver who had his mobile phone in his hand and he said "she wants to speak to you". The same lady who I had spoken with earlier was insisting that I had ordered the food twice and I should pay for this. At this point, my food was getting cold, my guests were all waiting for me to return to the table. I was appalled by the attitude of the female member of staff. I had to tell the driver to go away in the end and she wasn't prepared to accept that they had messed up somehow. Why on earth would she think I would place the order twice? I am amazed that the chefs and even the lady didn't twig that the orders were duplicated when cooking them so so close together! When I called earlier to find out the time of arrival, I never mentioned what food items I had ordered on Just Eat. The lady just confirmed she had my order for my address. I called this lady the following day to ask her what had happened that my order was duplicated. She was not willing to accept that their system caused the problem and I did not receive an apology either. Unfortunately this takeaway has done themselves out of business as I won't be returning.

We have got takeaway a few times from here now and have been generally pleased with the dishes. Delivery when stated. We ordered over £30 however and free prawn crackers which I was disappointed with.

Satay y costillas v en seco. Pero es una comida para llevar. . Sin embargo nuestros platos principales. Eran tan fríos que pueden haber sido refrigerados no preparado, mi chop suey" al platillo era más como cebolla, zanahoria y brotes de soja en caldo acuoso dulce repugnante.Llamamos y cortésmente se quejaron de los platos principales eran frías y los platos no eran exactamente lo que estamos acostumbrados, sólo que obligada será tumbado y se negaron cualquier tipo de reembolso o disculpa. Lo que pasó con 'el cliente siempre tiene la razón? ! '

Our food turned up 45 minutes late (and that was with an estimated delivery time of an hour!) and only half of the dishes were what we ordered. Even more annoyingly it was impossible to contact them on the phone as the number just went through to a full inbox. First and last time we'll be ordering from here, sadly.

This is a really good Takeaway at reasonable prices. Good variety on the menu with pleasant staff. Good location in the town, accessible by foot or car. Service was prompt with short waiting times. I would definitely recommend, and most likely will be back!

Not the kind of food one would find in an authentic restaurant. It seems to cater more toward the British palate. I would get delivery or take out in a pinch but only if nowhere else was open

Tratamos este lugar hoy en un capricho porque nuestra comida para llevar local ordinario chino está cerrado los lunes. Decidimos ir a pedir la vuelta de la esquina y recoger la comida y salida el menú del restaurante. La tienda era grande, limpia y luminosa, con algunos asientos para esperar a los clientes. Buena elección en el menú. Precios razonables y sabrosa comida. No tome los pagos con tarjeta, así que lleva dinero en efectivo, aunque hay si es necesario un punto efectivo de pago justo al lado. Creo que la entrega está disponible si pasas más de £20. Puede que simplemente encontrar nuestra nueva para llevar comida China local!

The delivery driver was rude and aggressive and load spoken on our door step and has caused my daughter to be in tears, it was rude and disrespectful and absolutely disgusting behaviour nobody should ever treat a customer like that never again will we or anyone we know use this take away service absolutely disgusted to say the least

I am sorry, how on earth have you got a high ratings. Your take-a-way service was terrible. I've loved Chinese food for over 40 years and never thought until now it could be so bad. Far too much oil is used, the ribs too sickly, and the lemon chicken looked and tasted has if it had been cooked twice. And the shop also smelt of burnt oil. We look forward to staying with our normal take-a-way.

When I rang they were obviously busy but there were no apologies and I presumed I was talking to a stressed member of staff. He asked if i would take that dish rather than the correct order even though they were having to send lemon suace anyway. He asked for the wrong dish to be retunred?!? To be binned I presume?!? I asked for more rice and he expected me to pay!?? The meal was ruined and difficult to keep warm whilst you wait. I refused to pay for extra rice when returned and asked for the manager to call me.Neddless to say I had to call him and it was him that I spoke to roginally. No apology until I pointed out how disappointed iwas with his service and the ruined meal.
