The best restaurants serving British food in West Wales

Family pre-Christmas dinner, we all had a lovely time. All of the food was freshly made and cooked to perfection. The team were friendly and attentive.

Terrible customer service. Staff are so rude shouting and swearing at me because my order came to £7.50 I was told I need to spend £10 on my debit card. I addressed this with the owner nothing was done about it . Definitely not a good place for children listening to the kitchen staff shouting and swearing at someone . You can't just have a coffee if you have a debit card. You will be told you need to spend £10 on your card. As they need to pay for the card machine

We are in a Sunday lunch club. Sadly this was the least inspiring meal yet. Meat was good, but the veg was soooo over cooked.

Not been here before, what a lovely venue. Food was delicious, well presented and served by a lovely friendly server. It is rare I leave food but I could not of eaten another bite. The lovely gentle piano music in the background was so nice and relaxing. We eill definately be returning here.

This place is an absolute state they had a dartboard with no darts so it was utterly useless they had 2 pool cues and both of them had been battered to the point of having no use my mate didnt get served although he is 20 years of age just because the bartender didnt like the look of his face as he said he was ugly and that man was jumbo joel edwards but when we did get a pint of carling he dribbled in it in front of our face thats all you are getting which is abysmal. horrid customer service.

Brillant pub, top service, delicious food.

It was an ok hotel. No evening meal on the first two nights and when I went out one evening a member of staff promised the bar would be open when I returned at 9pm the whole place was in virtual darkness! I booked out the following day and stayed in the Old Kings Alms instead. Much better service!

Just had a two night stay, dog allowed Lovely place, clean, well equipped, parking outside of room and nice breakfast. Freindly staff and relaxed vibe. Enjoyed it, and would go back. Wish it had a bar though as pub down the road was closed for a refurb.

Disgusting!! Got our order wrong on the takeaway. Tried to call to have it corrected and shock horror, couldn't get an answer. Boy answering the phone is rude and drippy, and very unprofessional. AVOID. Please open soon Kirin Palace!!! Best place to get a Chinese takeaway from

The food was absolutely delicious. Beautifully cooked . The service was first class . Sat with a beautiful view of Caldey .The restaurant was very quiet. It really shouldn’t be ! Highly recommend !

Lovely atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. We visit Tafarn Tanerdy every year to have our mother/grandmother's memorial meal. The staff are always wonderful, as is the food and drink, with plenty of vegetarian choice. Child and dog friendly as well, with menus for both. We are never disappointed!
