Wonderful atmosphere! Great people to visit with! Friendly patrons, and the staff was fabulous! Plenty to drink, had fish & chips - perfect for a late night meal! Plenty of chips and the perfect amount of fish! I can't wait to go back and visit again!

Food lovely and good for bar sports at the back, beer garden is lovely and a wonderful function room upstairs - disabled lift an absolute bonus - well thought out layout.

I called in very late in need of food. Really the kitchen was closed but the lovely lady behind the bar started things up just for me! Lovely surroundings, clean and welcoming with tasty food. Thoroughly recommend.

Struggling to find somewhere to eat in Narberth we looked further afield and found this little gem. It's a pub with excellent prices, extremely friendly staff and amazing food. There was 6 in our party, including 2 children, and we ordered a variety of food. The steaks were cooked as ordered, we're extremely tasty with nice sauces (the chef had such good standards that one was remade before it even hit our table). The two Gammons were fabulous and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their pizza and scampi. All of us had home made chips that were amazing. We then ordered a few puddings, An amazing treacle sponge with gorgeous custard, An Eaton Mess Sunday that was massive and full of gorgeous ice cream and what I assume was home made meringue, and finally some more ice cream for the kids that they devoured with little time to spare. All of this for a bargain price If we were here for longer than a week I am sure we would be back.

Food dreadful. Tables had been put in front of bar to aid social distancing. Woman sat crossed legged on one of them in front of bar, affecting safety of other customers and staff. Management should deal with issues like this.

We attended the Bull in Prendergast for Sunday lunch , there were 5 in our party in total . We had booked but it was very quiet only 2 other tables eating . Access to the upstairs restaurant was great with a spacious lift . A young girl took our order and the food came very quickly . It was warm but not huge portions . Tasty and considering the cost it was great value for money with prompot service in a very clean environment . Well done we'll be back . oh yes and desert was a sweet treat

We ate here twice in May and watched the Europa League final to boot. Food both times was very good. I tried the scampi and the ham, egg and chips. The pub was on the quiet side which suited us (both visits were weekdays). The staff were very friendly and the drinks/food very reasonably priced.

Visited at lunchtime with 2 adults & 2 children. The bull is very homely and comfortable. The children had jacket potatoes which they both enjoyed, the adult burger was good, nachos delicious. The creamy garlic chicken and mushroom pasta was tasteless and disappointing, which is a real shame as previously had a lovely all day breakfast here and the other food items were to a good standard.

We last visited The Bull mid 2016 and found it to be pleasant and accommodating. Sadly our latest visit was the complete opposite. Arriving in Haverfordwest for a few days R & R we were pleased to see a sign outside the Bull advertising 'Food served now. After settling into our accommodation we walked to the Bull at 7.40pm to see tables laid out with cutlery and menus. After a short look at the menus I approached the young man behind the bar to order food and drinks. His response was ' I don't think we are cooking tonight, just drinks.' I asked if he could check with the kitchen to verify his thoughts, when he was away 2 other couples from our accommodation also came in for meals. After a few minutes he returned to say the kitchen was already closed and cleaned so would not be cooking. To close the kitchen so early whilst still advertising the service at 7.45pm and the resulting loss of 6 adults food and drink for the evening shows a patent disregard of their catering ethos. We all went elsewhere. It seems the Bull is more interested in pulling pints than fulfilling its eating options. If I could give it 0 stars I would, neither us or the other couples would consider another visit.

Rose and her team are so welcoming and the food is Fabulous. If you are looking for a venue to have a party, then look no further, the room upstairs with its own bar is perfect for a "get together" . Go and pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed by the welcome or the food 😀

In the face of the onslaught of "trendy" winebars and soulless chain-pubs it's good to see a traditional, community pub thriving. Very much a "locals" pub but always welcoming to the passing tourist, its a great place to go. A pub full of chararcters - both customers and staff - and a thoroughly professional staff. Great beer garden at the back with murals painted on the walls. Disabled toilet facilities downstairs and a lift to the upstairs restaurant. Haven't eaten in the restaurant but have been told its good value for money. Live bands most weekends. A great place to visit and its always a place I have to go to on my occasional trips home. It makes you feel part of a community.

The place was located close to the B&B we were staying at. It looks to be for the locals which makes it all the better. We were early and the we were seated right away. We ordered simple. I ha spaghetti and meatballs along with the salad. Everything was great. Service was personal. This is worth a visit.

The pub seems to be a locals pub and, unfortunately, when we visited there was some sort of altercation between some of the locals. The landlady assured us that this was unusual and was very apologetic.
